Burger King in Wrexham

Sorry to say, but very disappointed with the visit. Ordering process by machine not the easiest to complete, ordering via staff member not possible. The burger was luke warm, and the bun itself, just disintegrated in ones hand. No chance of another visit. Nu

Ordered online - plant based burger missing and bacon loaded fries sent instead of pepper ones, very disappointed ☹️

Ordered food had to sit in car for ten minutes by first window too be called to the second window too then be told to park up and wait for food. They brought food and forgot our drinks so more waiting. Got food home and it was cold. Adult food wouldn't feed our toddler.

Went in tonight, 3 order machines not working and the member of staff on duty couldn't care less. Wonr be coming back.

Food was lovely. The eating areas was kept clean by a young lady.

I paid for 2x vegan royales with double pattys, and they got it wrong. I also paid for 9 vegan nuggets and got 6. The food is l0vely, but they seem to make mistakes like this quite often!

Steven was very pleasant, spoke to my sisters about their taekwondo and wished them luck in their grading!

Excellent! The food was actually fast! The food was hot! And the staff were polite and helpful unlike the McDonald's in wrexham and chirk! A special shout out to Steven! He didn't stop. Helped us out at the touch screen to order, gave us info about the app, made sure everything was OK with our order and at the same time going around cleaning down tables, brushing the floor and helping out any other customers! He made the visit very nice which is rare in fast food places these day! And being a fellow Williams F1 fan he's good by me!

Steven was amazing, had a lovely talk with our little ones about their Taekwando grading and he so kindly wished the luck to pass

Big shout out to Steven today, who helped my husband place the order on the machine and opened the combination door for me to access the toilet before we got the receipt. Service was quick seating area was clean. Only complaint is my burger bun fell apart (It didn't effect the taste).

Quick pit stop at the drive thru, was a busy day but was impressed with the service and Steven even brought the food out to the car and was really friendly and cheerful. Chips are the best!!

We went into Burger King Wrexham today. Steven was very helpful. As we do not like using the machine to do our menu. Steven came and asked if he could help us and did our order for us.He even took our order to a table for us. And he never stopped working in the store , cleaning tables and brushing the floor.

Really nice staff. Food was nice and hot and fast, didn't have to wait long.

Just been through the drive through for 3 large meals, drove home and we're 1 burger short. Tried phoning but the number is no longer recognised! Wish I'd gone to McDonald's

Couldn't fault wxm Burger King this evening. Really clean and tidy. Much better than McDonald's! Steven who works there was really helpful and friendly. He works really hard cleaning and chatting to customers, helping folk on the screens to order. Keep up the good work Steven...remember always look forward and don't look back 👍

food ordered via the app, picked up at the window, waiting over 20 minutes... a disaster

Unreal experience. Took the family of 4 to BK on a Sunday, the gentleman at the touch screen order desk was fantastic. I already had a BK account in the app, but he made sure i got my points and made ordering easy. Thanks again, the seating area upgrade also looks great.

A nice clean restaurant with convenient access and plenty of parking . One small gripe is this particular restaurant charges 30p for sachets of mayonnaise, however the ketchup is free for now. In winter the doors are left open so the restaurant is cold.

Visited Burger King Wrexham today what a great welcoming we had there was a lovely lad welcoming people into the restaurant with a very welcoming tone and he was very helpful on guiding everyone through and how to use the order screens it was very busy and this guy was very on point making sure people were welcomed and making sure everything was ok with food and all tables were clean and ready for the next lot to eat this guys name was Steven what a lovely man keep up the awesome work Steven

Our trip to Burger King today was made very easy and pleasurable by a member of staff called Steven. He was very helpful and welcoming. Also he helped us sign up in the app which I wouldn't have done if he hadn't mentioned it. He's a credit to the restaurant.

The place is spotless, food delivery was insanely quick. For a fast food restaurant, they really are fast 😅 One staff member in particular Steven, was very attentive in cleaning and customer service. Its really refreshing to see a staff member enjoy their job. Credit to the company

Called in with the daughter and grandchildren. Tried 3 times to order our food on the screen it would not complete the order. When we asked the staff behind the counter, their reply was that you would have to use the app on your phone. Which we did but will not be doing it again.

Todays visit was pleasant. Food nice and hot and prepared in time. Not waiting long, area has a nice enviroment and spaceous. Clean and tidy. Emploee Steven very pleasant and engaging.

Steve was very helpful unlike staff on till, had to order though the machine which went terribly wrong. Steven helped and went above and beyond. A++ for steven. Get rid of the tills and just employ people to be on the till. I wont order a BK again if I have to use the machine

Pop in here for a quick bite to eat daughter and I had a chicken royal meal, sadly you can't order at the tills no more and have to use the boards now which will put off some people staff on today not really friendly with some customers.

Scag of a manager with her big loud gob wouldn't help me order my food when the manual ordering machine would not work. She just shrugged her shoulders . Her front of house staff are lovely and I pity them working under her and hope they find a better environment to work very soon.

Clean and tidy on this visit. Steven was very attentive and was constantly tidying up/brushing up/helping customers. Much better than my previous visits!

No stars at all,was told they don't take orders at the counter no more and to use the machine ,after trying all 3 machines and because we were paying by cash the machine didn't send the order through to the kitchen,even with the help of the staff.very poor customer service and certainly won't go back any time soon

Excellent food as always, if you leave this place hungry then it's got to be your own fault :-) Service wasn't fantastic this time but it was holiday time and they were crazy busy, I guess we can't blame them for being so successful

After the staff member tried to sell us every extra under the sun, we got our meal. It was nice, but not by anymeans hot, warm at best, likewise the chips. Yes I could have gone back to mention this but there where lots of people waiting to place orders and I just couldn't be bothered.
