Ordered a takeaway burger with no bacon and guess what I got the bacon. No care about customer food preferences. The burger was dry and average. I have eaten from other locations but this was not up to the standards.

Guys, Drive through speed really has to improve. Whether it's busy or only two cars in the drive through, the slow speed to deliver orders is criminal. I don't so much blame the staff, more so the management for not caring. Look into how McDonald's do it and improve.

Terrible. I really do enjoy the food but the staff didn’t understand what we said at all. If you have a server that can’t understand you then they shouldn’t be working at all

We waited over 20mins for our sit-in food order to be called. It seems the manager on duty was more concerned about getting drive-thru orders out than the people sitting in as he could be seen telling staff to keep the drive-thru moving. There were over 30 orders that went out through the window to cars before anyone sitting in got a meal. All four tables that were sitting in had to chase their orders up.

Main card machine wasn't working and was asked by manager to to use drive through card machine. Thought i had to go outside, I had to ask another member of staff what manager meant. I was served a "Steakhouse" chicken meal was extremely disappointed with the quality of this. Chip portion size and drinks seem to have also shrunk. Price has not. Not sure i will go back to burger king.

Food and staff were great, the layout is very spacious which is helpful for people like myself who have a buggy to push around, highchairs are also kept in a very visible location

Food was perfectly cooked, they don't put salt, instead they put 2 packets of salt and ketchup depending on your taste. Loved it.

Asked for an Angus with no tomato. Got a fully dressed whopper. Drove back. Received 2 large fries and the correct burger as an apology which would have been nice if it wasn't all bland. Don't normally eat in Burger King and won't be back.

Asked for veggie burger, couldn't even get that right. Wouldn't answer the phones either kept answering and hanging up.

Whether it's drive through or inside you never get the correct order. They've forgotten sauces, can't comprehend not chips even when I've stated I've an allergy, diet coke came as coke. I've had to return to the drive through as orders have been wrong and I'm unsure how they continue to trade.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been in and I've been in some pretty bad ones. I arrived at ten to nine on a Sunday night looking for a bite to eat on the way home from a day at the north coast. After a lengthy wait in the drive through (two cars ahead) I finally got my food about ten past nine. Fast food it is not! The drive through attendant managed to convert a crispy chicken bacon king into a Texas BBQ crispy chicken and it took him about three tries to tell him I wanted a cheeseburger not a whopper and I still got the whopper. At least the third order was right! The chips were saltless and the drinks warm with no ice. There weren't any straws or napkins either. If I could give this infinite negative stars I would but this place gets a terrible and I won't be back. Go to Mcdonalds right beside it where the staff aren't a wee bit ... and the food is edible!

Ok the Whopper is bigger but every other burger looks like its been made for a 5 yr old’s hands. But then all Burger King places serve the same. J1 BK is clean enough ok. Service wait is par for the course. BK burgers used to be worthy of King status, now their chips are good ok but everything else is tired. There are better offerings in J1 for not much more money.

Popped in here for a burger. The place was almost empty when I approached the counter. No one at the tills except for someone serving at drive through. Four or five staff in the immediate area of the counter none apparently doing anything other than chatting to each with no attempt being made to serve the customer. The girl from the drive through desk finished and walked back into the kitchen without even looking at me. Some guy came through, walked up and down, did not look at me. What looked like a manager came to the till on front of me. At last I thought, service. But no, she was joined by the other guy, they took cash out the till and started counting cash and continuing their discussion. I am still standing with my hands on the counter, still no reaction. after a while I walked out, I don’t think they even noticed or were concerned in the slightest. I could understand if all these staff and manager were busy but to not even acknowledge a customer or say we will be with you shortly smacks of ignorance and extremely bad manners at the very least. Time for some staff trainer and better management, I won’t be back either way

These guys wouldn’t know the definition of fast food if it flew at them. I redeemed a voucher code when I entered the store and joined the queue - which then activates for 15 mins. By the time I’d reached the till after the *three* people in front of me - there was only 2:30 left on the time. The restaurant itself is always really grubby. The floor is covered in dark marks and the tables are often not cleaned properly with salt left behind. It’s a real shame because if the rumours are true about another well known fast food outlet coming right beside it this place will really really struggle. I actually think the only good thing I can say is at least they’re not stingy with the sauce .... and to be fair when you finally do reach the top of the queue your food is at least warm which is a plus. But seriously it really pushed the boundaries of “fast food”

Called here at ten o'clock last night advertises open until eleven o'clock every night no response at drive through no one inside all chairs on tables but lights still on waited to be served nothing eventually I drove up to window still no response saw one employee in back sounded the horn but he went out off sight and I was ignored

Quick snack after a late night at work. They were open for another two hours, yet all their tables were closed off except a front row which was packed with people. A Staff member mopped around me, and the smell of the mop was everywhere like disinfectant. Not a pleasant place to sit in. The food itself was mediocre even for fast food junk standard. Wouldn't go back.

The staff were very unorganised and failed to complete a simple order after many attempts. Then barred me and friends when we complained for the disorganisation. The manager got very close and aggressive to me and i felt very humiliated infront of all the families. DO NOT go here if you’re looking for a friendly, easy meal. I will NOT be going back!

Surprisingly not the usual taste and quality that you would expect from a Burger King; the burgers from this one have a plastic taste to them.

Painfully slow even when quiet. Chaotic organisation. Toilets absolutely filthy. Staff disinterested. Food.... burger king...ok

Returned here after over a year since my last visit and I was even more disgusted than last time. The smell in the toilets still remains, they are so grubby it is like they haven't been washed in ages. The food is still no good and the staff still have no care for the job they're doing. I hope I never have to return here in a hurry again.

Ordered 4 meals ant they asked eat in or takeaway? We said eat in we were then told there was only 2 tables that were open that we could eat at the one was full of rubbish that had not been cleared for ages the other one still had people at it, All the other tables were closed. this was at 7:30PM!!. We decided to change to takeaway as this was the only real option left. We did not want to stand and eat the food like some people were forced to do.

Best of the burger franchises in my view although its bes to avoid the cheaper range because it is obviously of poorer quality. They should stick to their basic range and do it well rather than introduce time limited offers.

Exactly what you would expect from Burger King, food was tastey enough and the service was fast and efficient. The only negative I could mention is that we sat in to eat our meal and the room was pretty cold. Otherwise everything was fine.

Avoid at all costs this place was a joke went out for a quick dinner before going to the cinema after spending nearly twenty pounds the food was very bland my chicken burger had a 90 degree corner on it. That's got to be a first. The lovely nacho cheese bites well they don't look like that in the advert look at the pic below. The staff were very slow with a could not careless attitude the customer in front had to bring back a plain cheese burger three times as they could not even manage that correctly. They seamed to struggle with basic requests like no ice In the drinks. And then when I asked if I could get some salt a few packets were thrown on top of the full tray closely followed but 21 sachets of red sauce it was at this moment my other half told me to calm down and not worry about them as I was about to blow a fuse. So quick review for you avoid at all costs food is bad staff are worse and the service is that slow I think the baby in the group in front is going to high school when they leave here

The shop manager she is a joke was in other week. Very ignorant person I ever did see. Shouts abuse at her staff when there all rushing about working hard, she just stands there doing nothing not the 1st time. Uniform does not fit and is very dirty looking. Really put me off going here. Place gone to the dogs very badly run and under staffed. Can wait like 20 mins for food cause there only 1 on till. Manger problems there. When asked why there no more staff got told that the manger told other staff to go home cause there down money but yet there que to door. Need fresh people there plenty looking jobs. If they had enough staff to speed up service empty the bins and clean tables. This been good place again.

This place offers good service and hot freshly cooked food. A lot quicker service if you go in than through the drive through though. Staff are friendly and helpful and food was great. Restroom facilities clean and tidy. Always have the crowns the kids love to take home - even the big kids!!!

This is probably the worst Burger King in the country. Both burgers and fries were cold but unfortunately I had gone through the drive in I could not be bothered returning to complain.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY WARM FOOD ELSEWHERE!!

Meant to be fast food!!!! Wow never had to wait so long on a Luke warm burger in my life. Staff that seemed to have one slow gear in them and the place was dirty with litter everywhere. Not sure if they'd just had a bus trip through or simply couldn't be bothered. I suspect the latter. If you want fast food try elsewhere

I ate here with my family last night and I will not be back in this particular branch.Food was cold, miserable portions of chips, some parts of the order were burnt or incorrect, staff looked very unhappy, it was a horrible experience.When we were there staff fought in front of customers at, foul language was used, not really appropriate for a family evening meal in front of my children.I found the supervisor extremely unhelpful, Burger King you need to improve your standards in all areas - food quality, how it is cooked, cleanliness of restaurant, staff morale, management and most importantly customer service.I won't be returning anytime soon.

English member of staff with red hair, extremely rude to other member of staff in front of me made me feel uncomfortable. This continued throughout my meal. Chips cold and overall not a great experience

Used the drive through to order 4 Whoppers with cheese for the family. Had to wait ages on them when they arrived they had a strong burnt taste and were cold. The mouthful we each had left a very unpleasant taste which lingered in our mouths for hours, I still had a foul taste of the burger the next morning!

Better than some other burger joints I could mention. Chips instead odd wafer thin fries, actual pieces of onion that look and taste the way they should!

I've never before experienced such slow service. At this speed I don't see why they don't just cook everything from scratch!! How long does it take to throw a mass produced burger together??? The staff were doddling around as though they'd just been fast asleep. The place was disgustingly messy, dirty and greasy. The bin was overflowing and the toilets were gross! Disgrace! Save your cash for something decent and do not visit this place!

I've been to this branch several times and each time there's an issue with the quality of at least one item I order and it's mostly the onion rings or the burgers. The onion rings are either dried up because they've been sitting under the ban marie too long or they're soggy because tgey aren't cooked enough. As for the burgers, it's only one of two branches of BK that I've been to where they microwave the burger patty. I always thought that the food was freshly cooked but not so. Another odd thing that we've experienced here and at the one in Glengormley is a taste though a mild taste of washing liquid from the burger patty. We assumed it was from the grill where the burgers are cooked. On a positive note, the fries and ice cream are always delicious and the service is speedy and the staff are nice. I think the car park spaces could be wider as this branch is located in an out of town outlet shopping centre which attracts people with large vehicles.

Was here over the weekend. The food was fine. The staff were friendly even though there was a stale smell of body odour. The floors were greasy and a little slippy. The toilets were clean enough.

I remember the days you used to eat at Burger King and you'd didn't need to eat for at least another 12 hours, but things change, and not always for the best.I also remember the days I used to enjoy coming to this BK, and again, things have changed. We stopped here for a quick bite, and ordered 2 double whoppers with cheese. While the food supplied was as ordered, it was cold, something I have noticed more at BK outlets, and also the restaurant was freezing, as if they didn't want customers to eat in. There were less chips than previously too, and these were also tepid to cold.Really disappointing for what should be cheap and cheerful, you can pay the same and get proper hot food in a good restaurant, I don't think I will be returning to BK any time soon.Also, the staff all seemed totally fed up with what they were doing, it was all they could do to take the order. Senior management, or owners you really need to look at what's gone wrong here

Never tried Burger King before but with the recent advertisements regarding their king meal deal thought I'd at least try it. Drive thru. Burger in the meal was cold. Lettuce was far from fresh. No tomatoes. Meal was nowhere near the advertised size as you would expect but 12 chips/fries? Anyone paying a visit to Antrim I'd recommend many of the other chip shops in the town. Far better quality of food and better value. Antrim Arcade chip shop is very good.

Visited this burger king and i can safely say i will never be back. Only saving grace was there were two people on the tills and i got the decent one. The other gent who was serving looked as if he slept in the skip outside for several nights beforehand as he was filthy. His shirt resembled someone fresh from a paint ball massacre if they had been firing ketchup/grease/excrement. Thank god he didnt touch any of my food! The lavatory was no better, avoid if possible have a tic tac or something to tide you over.

This is a great place to go when you just don't want to cook! Good selection on the menu and the drive through is very handy.

Been here a few times and the quality of the food is a hit or miss, On a previous visit I used the drive thru and when I got my meal I had bitten into the burger and the only way I could of described it was mushy meat ... obviously they had been pre cooking burgers and stacking them and I obviously got the burger at the bottom which got all the grease from the ones on top off it. my visit there was completely different as I didn't even get anything at all because I had been standing in the queue after ordering my meal 20mins previous and was still waiting there was hardly any staff on they must off all been taking theirs breaks together or something and when I had called the foreign girl over who was the manager she shrugged her shoulders at me so I asked for my money back to which I got no apology at all from her.. defiantly gonna give this BK a miss from now on.

Visited here on Numerous Occasions but never Reviewed.Always found the Burgers to be of a More than Average Quality.Generally always made to Order which is Good as are the Fries. Portions are what you would Expect.So Previous Reviews stating Small Portions?????Just go Large...... Simple

Couldnt believe the price we were charged for such small portions. We would have got a bigger meal at a kids party, avoid the bacon double cheese burger it looks big in the picture but is actually about the size of a teacake, wont be back.

Not a bad place to go for a quick bite, the food is generally served very quickly, the staff can sometimes come across as uninterested, and frankly, quite scary sometimes, but are generally fine.The quality of the food is as good as any other burger king, there's been a few mistakes, but they'll instantly made up a new burger if something's wrong with yours.Sometimes they run out not ice cream and they don't serve milkshakes at all at this burger king , too bad, I love their vanilla shakes!Its a pretty clean place, the staff work hard and always see! To be mopping the floors, the prices are a bit extortionate, especially for a burger on its own. The toilets to tend to smell a bit funky sometimes...If you're bringing kids (or childish adults) there is an endless supply of burger king hats!!!Overall a decent place to stop in or drive thru for a bite too eat!

I went here with my son for a change as he said that Redz was "too expensive" and moesgrill was "too noisy" The only other choices in the area were Brewyer's Fayre And Burger King so I decided to go to the latter. While my cousins ordered, i took a trip to the men's room and it was disgusting! Soap smelled funny, toilet out of order, taps wouldn't work, urinals blocked and the hand dryer was broken! When I came out the food had arrived and it tasted weird like it was off. My cousins aggreed. My son was happy enough with his Double Cheese Burger but I sampled some of it and it was almost as worse! The fries were burned, the coffee was cold, the Coke was flat and the burgers? Disgraceful! And on our way out my son slipped in some spilled sprite and I tried cutting the line to talk to the staff and there was only one reply: ugh, just leave him be. How could i leave him sitting on the floor if he was crying his eyes out while holding his head? Will never be back. Next time will be back at Redz or Antrim Park.
