Burger King in Ballymena

Food was pathetic. Coke was pure water. Any wonder the food court was quiet. Would not be back. Waste of £6

Ordered 2 kids' meals and 2 adults' meals and an extra chip. Kids meals were not a problem. We were asked on 2 separate occasions what the adult meals were, then on being given the food, one of the meals and the chip wasn't there. Very nicely dealt with by staff, however, when we finally got to eat there was still a chip missing - unfortunately we were home by then! Adult meals and chips seems to be an advanced Burger King training course. We were not the only ones with problems with their orders, at least 3 others came back to complain of missing or wrong orders. Not to be confused with the Fairhill Centre Burger King - they have had all of the advanced training.

This Burger King actually isn't that good. Easily located in the Tower Centre food court you can end up waiting a while before a staff member actually acknowledges you. The food served by here isn't up to scratch much and is usually quite cold or lukewarm. Staff don't show any care into their service or work whatsoever. Disappointing.

It is a wonder why BK remains in the Tower Centre. Never busy, disinterested staff and the quality just doesn't seem the same as its sister restaurant in the Fairhill which is always busy.

Today while in Ballymena shopping our children saw the sign for Burger King. We agreed and went upstairs to find the seating area entirely empty. A female member of staff greeted us with a 'what do you want?' My wife ordered two Chicken king meals for our children and started to explain that one was only with mayo. The female staff member interrupted with a bland 'what drinks?' The drinks were ordered and my wife again tried to explain what was to be on the burgers to be greeted with a long sigh followed by another bland 'what else?'. Getting fed up with the attitude my wife replied 'how about an attitude adjustment?' only to receive a dirty look. With this we lifted our shopping and left. Without doubt this was the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed.

El outlet restante de la última comida en la Torre centro comercial comida Hall. La zona de estar es enorme y bien ventilado situado sobre la entrada frontal bajo un atrio. Con tantas tiendas cerradas y fuerte competencia de los lugares en la calle y el Fairhill centro comercial que sólo puede ser una cuestión de tiempo antes del cierre. El personal se mantienen cherrful y amable y el servicio era rápido y eficiente. Burger King productos han empeorado en estándar y que deberían ser más honesto sobre la fuente y la fabricación de lo que ofrecen.

The staff look at you like you have two heads when you don't want something in your burger, the chips would be nice if they had some form of heat, the cleanliness of the location and staff is an issue, female staff don't wear hair nets.

Went here on a family visit and sadly it hasn't improved at all. The staff don't even know what burgers they're serving, the food was cold and the drinks tasted like plastic

This place is a shambles. The staff serve you the wrong food. The staff have no friendly attitude and they seem not to care about the customers. Terrible

I am mortified by my last visit here. The staff got our food wrong. The chips were half dead. The food was stone cold and burgers made up wrong. It doesn't help the fact some woman was constantly hassling the staff while doing some test thing. Won't be back any time soon.

The burgers and chicken is always good as it is cooked fresh there and then, but it is not a popular Burger king so the chips are usually sitting for a long time in the heater and they just fry them again instead of putting you on new ones. Other than that it is okay.

The food here is great when I visited. The prices can be a bit steep on it. The staff could be friendlier. The cleanliness is terrible though.
