Burger King in South Ayrshire

missing both fries, wrong juice, both whoppers was cold

Food was freezing. Such a rip off for what we received. Won't be ordering again from Burger King its self.

the delivery time kept changing kept on being pushed back took more than hour to come when originally said 25 minutes

Food was delivered cold although the restaurant is not far away. There was a missing meal and drink and the wrong milkshake was delivered with another meal. Not a good experience at all.

I asked for a straw to drink my milkshake obviously no one reads comments

I ordered it to the wrong address but the driver was decent enough to travel out to where I actually was to deliver it and still in good time as well. Driver was great

Order kept getting time added on making it an hours wait. When arrived food was cold and soggy and chilli cheese bites were missing. Won’t be ordering again.

The Courier I got today is my favourite, hes a big Irishman and a very humble & polite lad, hes always spot on, you could do with hiring a few more like him I'll tell ya, nothing but respect. The food however is abysmal, just thrown it in the dogs bowl.

This same delivery driver is a really top bloke, always willing to answer any queries etc, give him a pay rise lol.

Missing and wrong items and not good

Quality is suffering. Used to be so much better than McD's. And now it's much dearer too

Cold food and staff need trained on if the lettuce is brown it shouldn't be put on the food.

Just taken 2 bites out of my Chicken Royale and it tastes completely off. Can't tell if it's the chicken or the mayonnaise but it tastes awful and has now been put in the bin. Love BK and this is my first bad experience so it doesn't put me off ordering again. Not angry.......just disappointed and hungry 😢🙄

ordered at 21.30 as it said 15 to 25 mins delivery was over 30mins late and arrived cold I didn't want a cold burger king meal

Had lunch on way to a work meeting service was fast and the staff are lovely damian was great on the floor talking to everyone was fantastic at service

Heathfield Retail Park Liberator Drive, Ayr KA8 9BF Scotland Absolutely disgusting place, litter and half eaten burgers all over the window sills and floor, tables were very dirty piled high with used trays, you had to clean them yourself, the toilets were stinking and full of skid marks and swimming in water, 3 young girls staff working on a busy Saturday, i ordered a melt burger it had a 10p sized bit of cheese sauce on the bottom of the burger, and a 5p sized squirt of barbecue sauce on the top, I took it back and they made me a fresh one, the cup of tea was half empty, nothing like the pics, there was no till receipt paper in the machine causing confusion because everyone who ordered chose #1 no cleaning staff, some customers walked in and walked straight back out again, I wish I had, I wont be back here, do yourself a favour go next door to KFC or Subway

The meal came well, only complain is getting a diet instead of regular coke, however 16p isn't much to make a fuss over.

Could benefit from a drive through. The s3lf serve payment machines are worse than hopeless. Service is improving amd the staff now seem to be a lot better than previously stated.

I visited here recently and had a wonderful experience. Leanne was so helpful with assisting me and my partner with the drinks machine and ensured the food arrived quickly. It was a great meal and the service was wonderful. I will definitely return!

Think there is new management was in on Wednesday and its changes so much for the better from my last visit defo be back more often now

Love a whopper and found BK heathfield Ayr clean, inviting and friendly. Plus easy parking. Perfect stop after shopping!

Went in for some lunch and the first thing i noticed was the store was extremely clean and lots of room for dine-in customers. The staff are also very quick at serving your food which is always a nice treat

Where do I start.... entered this shop when I was 40 now feel like I'm touching 57 with the time it took to receive my order.. slower than a turd rolling down a hill... Bunty would have made it from big rabs up to Davie hunters quicker!

Recently went to Burger King at Heathfield and I am glad to say that my experience was good. From ordering to receiving and enjoying my meal. Staff were very efficient and pleasant. I look forward to to my return.

Stopped in here on New Year’s Day after other places were closed and the food was amazing. Very fresh and tasted great. It was extremely busy, however the staff looked like they were working hard and were enjoying what they were doing. It didn’t take too long before my meal was ready and adequate seating for waiting.

Driver was useless driving about lost and very rude Food was like rubber like it had sat for hours also stone cold

On our way home after busy day - Service poor - repeated to girl that I wanted a Double Cheese Burger Regular Meal - Plain no dressing No Sauce - Eventually after 20 mins received food with everything I didn't want - Burger Cold Chips look warm and Portion wouldn't satisfy my Young Grandkids - You can purchase a child's Happy Meal from Mcdonalds for less than half the price and get a larger Burger - Place Cold and didn't witness anyone cleaning or tidying up during my unforgettable vis It - not very busy - now know why - I'm definitely not going to visit again. Normally using Burger King it gives you a delivery time but constantly gets pushed back, there was none of that this time and the gentleman Courier even arrived 5/10 mins early so I'm really pleased.

This Place has gone down hill fast.. Never enough staff. Just Eat orders get pritiozed first. Waited 45 minutes for food to be ready then to be told the first order had gone out with Just Eat by mistake.

I ordered a Large tub of Ben & Jerry's ice cream which costs £6.79 and weighs 500ml,I got a call from the restaurant informing me that they indeed had run out of the ice cream that I had ordered but said he would give me 2 small tubs of each, bro, where did you go to school, 4x100ml does not equal 500ml,(you're a tub and an apology freebie for wasting my valuable time, my chilli cheese bites have gotten frozen cold due to me having yo type all of thus out when I should be enjoying what I ORDERED

What an absolute charming and beautiful lady Courier I had tonight, it really makes a difference when they don't mind a very very brief chat, others jyst bang the door and ask for the code, they hand you the meal and simply walk away, this is the reason that I stopped giving tips but recently I've hen trying couriers out with minimal tips and every single one has mentioned it and thanked me, I'm a customer for life!

My courier was very polite and respectful, his smile was the first one I've seen today. The food was quality as always and the courier gentleman was right on time, you coukd be doing with hiring more like him.

Disappointed that we can’t eat our meal has I was sent VINEGAR and not sent the gravy. I rang the shop and I was told to order on just eat. I’m VERY disappointed has last time they sent Diet Coke that was out date.

The Courier was a really decent fella, after I placed my order I sat on my bed for a minute and fell asleep, I thought I heard knocking when I was asleep which woke me up, poor soul had been knocking for a while, great service.
