Burger King in South Ayrshire

I visited here recently and had a wonderful experience. Leanne was so helpful with assisting me and my partner with the drinks machine and ensured the food arrived quickly. It was a great meal and the service was wonderful. I will definitely return!

Food was cold and was missing 3 iteams

I came into burger king to purchase meals for both myself and my partner. We were served by Leanne who informed us of the allergens as my partner has multiple allergies. Once we placed our order Leanne provided us our drinks and informed us how to use the drink machines thoroughly, our food had arrived and leanne ensured it was correct!

The gentleman courier was a delightful big fella and he's always got a spare 1/2mins yo stop and chat with you, it's the big Englishman, top bloke.

Had a lovely visit today was served by Louise she helped me at kiosk and had lots of time for me as I’m not very good with technology, she made sure we had all our condiments and food was perfect, a real asset to the Burger King team Thankyou again Louise

waited over an hour with the delivery time constantly changing, food is freezing, goodbye BK.

I ordered at about 5.15 and was delivered 2 hrs later cold. not worth the £32

Great food, both delicious and hot. Restaurant was spotless clean and I experienced a lovely smiley service from Emily at the counter... I visited just before closing and she was still smiling and chatty when serving me. Will definitely call back here again

I have had customer service when ordering food here , staff were very polite and well spoken and made sure I checked the food bag and that everything I ordered was in the bag before I left, Louise and Josh were very helpful and I will definitely be coming back again! Always great customer service anytime I am here

Honestly used to love bk always seams like the buns are not fresh and feel dry when eating

Decided to take a trip out to Burger King for a change and upon arrival, a lovely server called Leanne had greeted up before taking our order at the till. Leanne made sure our order was correct and was amazing about the full thing.

Took nearly an hour to deliver,food cold waste of my money.

Had some great scran the other day. My server Duncan was chill and happy to provide suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to get.

Visited this burger king for the first time today. i was politely greeted by Leanne and she made sure my order was correct and all the food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back!

I made my order at 13:33pm it didn't arrive until 14:38. The reason that I ordered it 27mins in advance of my work lunch break which is 30mins, I come home for lunch and I've spent a small fortune with Just Eat over the many months of using the service, mainly always Burger King, this however has crossed the line, because I was hanging on till the bitter end because I'd paid for it and was obviously still hungry my boss has now called telling me not to come back in tomorrow because you're late.

I order from BK all the time and every courier is pleasant but the big fella who delivered tonight was extra pleasant so a big thumbs up to him, cheers.

While the food came warm, my order of Double Whopper + Cheese + Extra Patty came without cheese and extra patty despite being labelled on the burger wrapper as having those extras. £2 effectively stolen.

Got a big order for a youth group session and Robert our server was so good at being able to handle it. Amazing customer service, food was unreal would definitely go again. So easy and fast to order, the Children absolutely loved it!!!!

Came in tonight for some quick food after dinner and was served by chloe. Can't thank her enough for being so helpful and kind due to my picky nature she was really patient with me and always had a smile on her face with a nice pleasant demeanor I can't praise her enough ill definitely be back again

I visited here last week and was served by a lovely girl called Chloe who was very understanding and polite, helping me ( as im not a frequent burger king customer ) to decide what was best to order. Food was amazing and I would highly recommend. Will definitely visit again.

Food is freezing cold took over an hour to be delivered

missing 5 items. 4 x fries and 1x ice cream. absolutely a shambles. we were left having to cook food at home because so much of the order was missing.

Chips were limp and soft, burgers were tiny and very dry, reminded me of a cheap rustlers burger that you can get for £1 out the shops also didn’t seem to receive the discount for my ice cream as was supposed to be 4.99 and was charged 6.49? Also given the wrong kind of ice cream as I ordered cookie dough and was given chocolate, just because you are a well known company doesn’t mean you should let your standards drop, mediocre at best.

Lol at the AI fake reviews below. How burger king has fallen! The food is like warm. Buns are stale, meat barely lukewarm. I don't even think they flame grill their burgers any more. I feel ashamed and disgusted putting this muck into my body but had to grab something quickly in a rush. A Greggs sausage roll from across the road would have been the better option 5x cheaper it seems.

The burgers had this burnt taste that was just awful and they were cold. The chilli cheese bites were also burnt or they were cooked in manky oil… not sure which one… and I ordered 5 milkshakes (2 were for the kids) and instead got 5 bottles of coke…

Absolutely disgrace of a place , absolutely reekin of jobby as you walk in to then further be greeted by half of a chicken nugget meal scattered across the floor and not one clean table. The food was alright quick service but the temperature shows why. The King would not be proud… sad

Didn't even ring the buzzer or chap the door. Just left it in the close and my order is freezing. Waste of money

Short staffed. Watched 2 staff wrap, unwrap and re-rap the same burgers multiple times! No stickers to say which it is. Poor staff have a tough job. Waited 45 minutes just to pay and I was first in the que! I estimate approx 8 meals were dispensed in 45 mins! I eventually left empty handed and disappointed. Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. 2 stars for the food coz who wants their food wrapped and unwrapped over and over

I really enjoy burger king but the service is far to slow had to wait 25mins on my meal

I visited this Burger King as I was passing through on my way home the other day and was greeted and served by Liam who was super polite, friendly and helpful with his happy smile and knowledge of the menu to help me choose something other than my usual order that I would enjoy and I really did. Once my order was ready Liam was on the ball already handing over napkins and a straw as well as checking if I was needing any extra sauses or salt. Will definetly go back any time I am in the area!

This is one of the best burger kings ive been to. Liam, the member of staff who served me, was helpful and very friendly. All ready recommend this place to my friends as a lunch spot.

Fed up with my order always missing items. This time a missing burger, 2x missing kids fries and no kids meal drink. Never ordering from here again. I don't think I've had a complete order yet. Anyone would think its hard to count to 2.

bugers burnt alone with the shear box

Had to wait 25mims for meal to be delivered and wait on tea and coffee. Just not enough staff on! Burgers are never as they appear in the photos, are they? Car park was littered with food and packaging waste, inside was not particularly clean , music too loud.

Great service from this Burger King, all employees are very professional but also very friendly and happy to help. Especially Chloe, who is a model Burger King worker and I can see her working here many many years from now.

I ordered a burger meal with an extra patty at the kiosk and paid cash at the counter. It took three members of staff, two of which appeared to be managers, 8 minutes to sort out the change due to the drawer being short of coins. I received my meal and discovered the extra patty I ordered, £1 50, was missing. The person behind me also had to return to the counter for a mix up with their order. I counted 6 members of staff in the kitchen area. There were two customers in the restaurant at this time on a Saturday afternoon. I wouldn't like to see this place if it was busy....
