Great wee shop glad I came in with my grandson, friendly place and really clean

I love the vibe in the store had a manager called kelsi serve me she was quick friendly and polite all the best qualities for a successful store!! Will definitely be back soon!

I find anytime I got here the food is slow which isn’t very useful at a train station BK. On two occasions I’ve had to run to train barely catching it after waiting on a simple order for 10-15mins in a quiet restaurant.

Excellent service and attention. There is no hot sauce. The option to refill drinks is always good

Spotlessly clean, even the toilets were tidy. Really lovely staff. In Glasgow City Center? Hats off to management I know this will not be easy to pull of consistently. You can tell the staff are treated well enough and that makes people like me much happier to part with our cash.

The 3 Double Cheeseburger’s patties were a little burnt form the outside edges and the halloumi sticks were ok and the fries were great

I thoroughly enjoyed my scrumptious meal at this fine establishment one afternoon. May i say i have never been the same since, the service was incredible lots of joyful faces greeting you when you enter the establishment. The food was divine and made my tastebuds feel ecstatic. May i also say that the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

Burger was burnt, returned and told that's how machine makes it but had before so didn't accept. Received replacement with a bit of a nippy retort. Fries had far too much salt. Overpriced fast food normally but quality very poor at this location

Staff work at the speed of Slothes polite slothes but still! and then forgot to put my fries in the bag! Didn’t notice till I got in the train! A 5 min walk down to McDonalds would probably of been quicker!!

We were the only customers and I asked for no onions on my girlfriend’s whopper as she was allergic. The idiots still couldn’t be arsed and put onions on it when they only had 1 order.

driver sent a text msg to go dow but I ordered as I'm in bed with a back injury .now it says my order was delivered dwhen it wasn't !

My meal did not arrive, it was not delivered. The phone no on your site is for a cash and carry. This is the second time I did not receive my food. I will not be using you again. I will make sure everyone I know hears about this.

Just outside Glasgow Central Station this restaurant is really handy when I have a few minutes between trains, or just in the city centre. In my experience the staff have always been friendly, helpful and cheerful. Every time I have visited it has been very clean.

waited an hour for the food, it arrived and drinks were warm and chips were cold and we were missing one full meal which meant my friend did not have any food. tried getting through the restaurant 4 times and no answer. I understand lunchtime is busy but there's no excuse for missing a full meal

When I deliberately stand at the counter waiting to be served I don't expect a member of staff to tell me that I MUST use the screen to order. Naturally the special offer in the window is not listed on the screen, even with help from an apologetic second staff member. So, back to the counter like I wanted to order in the first place. Food arrived quickly so I found a seat. A very unwelcoming atmosphere with chairs blocking off most of the restaurant to leave only high up tables at the front. There's always other people's rubbish, bits of food and packaging lying around. Is there ever anyone clearing tables? The thudding coming from the nightclub next door and below is absolutely overwhelming so don't think about enjoying your food in peace. Finally there is the strange habit of locking the main entrance and seeing very confused patrons trying to use it. For some reason they're using a door at the side. This place had promise but seems to go about everything the wrong way. Thumbs down 👎🏻

A freebie was offered on Burger King which didn’t come with the order his is a few times this has happened I usually let it go but it’s becoming a habit unsure if this a thing offered by yourselves or Burger King

Order ready signal appeared long before it was. The cheese and bacon fries weren't great and if you're getting normal coke don't pay the additional 16p as you pour it yourself so avoid the sugar tax.

Evertime i have been in the food is made to order. Fries are always fresh and hot and my burger is also. The restaurant its self is always spotless. You may have to wait a few minutes at peak times but its made to order.

Saw a big ad for the new bean burger so decided to try it. It didn't disappoint.

I came to burger king once again after a long day at university, and it was even better than the last time. i ordered a steakhouse Angus and a side of fries and oh my days i was actually taken aback by how fresh and just generally delicious it tasted. i got served by kelsi and her customer service is actually unmatched, she is so incredibly attentive and is just great at her job, definitely be back again. 10/10

I was in last week and got the Angus Chumichurri and it was delicious. Due to the set up on the restaurant I was able to see the team prepare my order from scratch which was good as I therefore knew it hadn't been sitting around waiting to be ordered. The guy that served me (think his name was Joe) suggested I tried the chilli cheese bites and I'm glad I listened to him. I will be ordering them every time I visit from now on. The seating area had a nice vibe and it was nice to relax with my lunch in the restaurant rather than going back to my desk in the office. A great addition to the city centre.

Yay. Burger King my favourite fast food place. Always found the BK in the station handy to get some lunch before heading home from a work trip. This new BK is barely 2 minutes from the station, can now get points and is nowhere as expensive as the previous station one, plus there is room to sit (pretty sure most people don't know this is even here, it is quite new). Vsoiwted twice, both times good was decent, and didn't take long at all. Was very clean and yeah, can't complain at all.

Atmosphere wasn't nice here and staff was not so friendly. Food is expensive for what you get.

Terrible forgot a full meal, burger that was there was cold and soggy will not be ordering again.

Missing drink, missing fries, missing extra patty!

Order was for a cheeseburger meal and the cheeseburger didn't come.

Advertised as being open until 10pm yet doors were locked at 9:20pm. Bit of a blow considering the location inside Glasgow central is closed.

A have been trying to get hold of someone from this company,a used the app to place and pay for my order, but instead of only getting charged once,1 time 4 times,then on 4 occasions 3 times and the other twice and it is £112 am owed and since the 24th of December,a have sent a lot of emails and also other things and not once have they got back to me yet,am on benefits and temporary holmless in a hotel room and dont supply any food and have no cooking facilities,,so a have buy outside and in the town centre my Tesco clubcard shopping prices,compared to my main 1,is £28 dearer and have no place to cook so thats why a have to get take aways and leaving me without that money and this time of year and twice a have went to the restaurant and they felt bad for me,but still charged me and couldn't even throw something in extra, disgusting and disgraceful

The fact that Burger King meal prices have gone through the roof, there are no sauces available without additional cost - which I think is absolutely appalling for a fast food restaurant. I bought a meal and additional side. But was told it would cost more for any sauce or dip. Complete ripoff. Avoid.
