Burger King in Highland

I've not been to Burger King or McDonalds for 10yrs+, and won't be going again. I remember them having way better burgers than McDonalds, but this one was rubbish - just grey, tasteless meat - tasted more like the boiled sole of a welly. Plus, the drive through guy gave me not one, not two, but SEVENTEEN packs of salt!! Just a touch wasteful.

Luckily there was still something open at 10:20 PM in Inverness Scotland

Gone downhill since self serve, food is meh, not great at all. Atmosphere is dead, came in easter Sunday for lunch. Place was filthy and tired, desperately needs a clean and revamp.

Great setting, really nice atmosphere and very comfortable. Went during the quieter time of day with family and had a great time, staff were polite too

I love burger King! It tastes so much better than mcdonalds not only because the food tastes better but simply because it has a better atmosphere and it a lot cleaner. It may be a bit pricier than mcdonslds but it tastes so much better and it's definitely worth the spend.

Go here all the time for lunch, food is always good and hot with very friendly staff

Went to get a takeout after my work at 10pm. They are open till 11 but everything was locked by 10:10 and the employees inside chatting and ignoring, someone running away from smoking outside. Been in customer service for years. But this branch might need the definition what opening times or customer service mean.

Went here after going to eden court, was a bit confused on arrival as stated on Google bk was still open. However, on arrival the restaurant was in darkness. Thankfully I saw a car go through the drive through or would have gone home hungry

Great service, assistant could not have been more helpful. Not used to this level of service from fast good outlet, very pleasant surprise. Hope to return. 5****

@sammcdowell this review is inaccurate, I received a chicken royal but instead of chicken it was toenails!!! Disgraceful. However sam McDowell who works here deserves a raise for his wonderful customer service, he really saved my burger and made a new tasteful chicken royale and have complimentary cheesy bacon fries!!!! It was very yummy and Samuel deserves a raise 😁😁😁

Very disappointed. While eating her burger, my wife found a plastic mayonnaise label inside. Complained to Head Office who asked for photos. Sent them but heard nothing back.

The burger was lukewarm and that's being kind , the server seemed more interested in other things than paying attention to our order. And considering its December you are obviously saving money on festive decorations . All in all I think I have been kind with 2 stars. Will we be back , not sure.

Worst yet, a 25mm square pice of bacon on a double xl bacon cheeseburger, a slice of cold cheese and cold bacon on the steakhouse crispy chicken. Vile aftertaste 🤮.

Typical burger king. Nothing too special but better burgers than McDonald's and nice self serve drinks machine with lots of choices

Consistently poor service. Ivy ever one till on so can be 20 to 30 minutes before being served. For some reason the women in there with long hair have it all hanging down so it's touching food n stuff. One of the staff walks around smoking while cleaning bins outside.... its gross

Order was wrong. Staff just seemed interested in getting everyone out as it was shutting shortly. Food wasn’t the greatest temperature either

I placed an order through the app, but when I turned up to collect it, everyone ignored us and we never got our food. Way to go!

Cierra temprano, me parece que hasta las 20 se puede comer en el local. Luego de eso hasta las 12 se puede comprar en auto. Nosotros encargamos por la web y pasamos a buscar con el número de orden. Si sos Uruguayo vení tranquilo, las hamburguesas son igual de buenas que allá, eso si, a mc no lo pises!

We always go here a few times a week. Through drive through or sit in.

Gotta say, the site was like walking back in time! Food was great, like usual BK standards. But...no machines and a massive queue made for a non-fast food experience. Lucky for them I love BK food!

As far as Burger Kings go this is a great one. We usually use the drive through and the staff are so lovely!

This is exactly how fast food should be fast served hot and tasty. Think this is the quickest I’ve ever been served anywhere. Amazing

Exactly what you would expect from a well run Burger King. It can be busy so sometimes drive-thru is a better option. Around 4.30pm seems a great time. Nice and quiet and super fast service.

Went through the drive thru. It was very quick the service was polite and sufficient. I had the chicken royal and cheese and bacon loaded fries. Th loaded fries I found bland but that's me. But I do recommend Burger King

Rubbish Not much flavour I not go again

I love their burgers. Sometimes huge burger is just the thing you need. On other day I will go for a nice chicken wrap. Angus burger is the thing you want to buy. Freshly made and delicious. There is also chicken nuggets and French fries available and lots of different beverages to choose from.

Burger was cold after a couple or mins

I wasn't particularly impressed with my meal. In my view the portions have reduced in size and the price has increased. The drink I had, a coke, was awful, more water than anything. Won't be rushing back, any time soon.

Very good vegan burgers, friendly and fast customer service, every item was prepared properly and I was able to modify them the way I wanted (f. ex. lite mayo on a sandwich and no salt on fries). No complaints

I've always thought their burgers were tastier than macdonalds but to get that real meaty taste ask for them plain otherwise your face & clothing will have sauces & salad on them!!

Ordered drive through, @ window order wrong, said what I ordered wasn’t there! Girl on head phones at window beyond rude.. turns out according to her she’s the manager?? Wow will not be returning! 👎🏻

Not really a place I'd choose to eat tbh, but we needed something quick. Chips were good but didn't enjoy my chicken royale.

Great taste but portion sizes are pants. Taken me 30 years to finally decide who’s better Burger King or McDonald’s and this finally did it. Large meal was teeney. I want fed at fast food places!!

Visited here on 31/10 in the evening. Used to be a really good Burger King but we were disappointed with what we got. It was well past the the rush period so you'd expect to have to wait a bit for food to be cooked but suspiciously it came real quick. This turned out to be a bad sign as both the meat and chicken burgers we received were cold and pretty soggy, as we're the onion rings, the chips weren't to bad. At a cost which I consider quite expensive it wasn't great. Wish I'd bought a sandwich from Tesco.

Usual fast food good for a quick stop

Ordered burger on drive through. Staff are pleasant enough but obviously bored😴. Payment is by credit card only so keep that in mind.

I pop into this restaurant on a Friday, before doing the weekly shop, staff are brilliant always smiling and friendly, my last visit however I had an issue. As I took my seat with my food I noticed an elderly couple getting out of there car and heading towards the door, at this point the lady hired to clean the tables, chose to just walk away from the doors (despite watching the couple heading towards her!!!) So I just got up and held the doors open for them, a little more customer training needed for the staff That said I will be going back this Friday

Great food nice polite and clean and well drest staff ,the food is great as even i can eat there and i have health issues when it comes to eating would recamend to everyone .

A burger king like so many others, the service was fast the burgers were exactly like they are supposed to be, the same as every other burger King.

Shut at 8 o'clock. We got there at 7:50 so couldn't sit inside.

Long wait at drive through to be served a tiny portion of cold chips, burger that is barely warm and an underfilled drink. Won't be going back.

Really looking forward to a vegan burger and fries here having never had a bad Burger King vegan burger - they're always delicious and taste like real food as opposed to competitors. So we pulled into the drive thru, and saw the menu has ZERO mention of vegan burger options (Vegan Whopper, Vegan Royale and Vegan Katsu burger currently offered everywhere else??). Fail no 1. Then we ask and only the Vegan Royale is available here. Disappointing. Get the Vegan Royal. I've never eaten such a disappointing bland waste of carbs and calories in my life. In fact it went uneaten and went in a bin. Absolute rubbish Burger King! Your vegan options are amazing, why are you allowing this location to fail so badly? The patty was bland and tasteless, the burger bun was tiny and floppy, the lettuce was limp and non-existent and the taste was ABSENT! You do so well on vegan burgers up and down the country but this was a crime against food. 1 star is generous. 😭

Burgers average. Quite. Messy premises.

3 visits now in 6 weeks ( 1 drive thu, 1 sit in & one walk in takeaway ) and every time the order has had items missing or the wrong food given its a shame as the foods actually nice from how I remember it being years ago

Great drive through experience. Never a long wait. Cheryl at the drive through was an absolute gem, such a lovely member of the team.

The burger was tepid and the overall experience a little underwhelming.

Good food. Friendly and clean. Would be handy to have the menu at the front door, so you can browse while waiting to be served.
