Burger King in Aberdeen City

Went there at 1.45pm 22 December for Hot meal, but the building was freezing cold This building has no heating so if you want to sit in for a meal, go wearing the warmest of clothing , a cosy hat and leggings. They should serve hot drinks!

Pretty dire as the whopper burger was not hot and no hot drinks available on the afternoon I visited.

I got into aberdeen quite late, and going towards my hotel I thought I would grab a quick bite to eat from here. I wish I hadn't. The burger was soggy and just thrown in, was a mess. The chilli cheese bites didnt have 9 pieces, and the fanta was not shut properly meaning it leakedin the bag and I lost half of it and also damaged another bag I was holding with clothes in. The server was incompetent. I got in touch with burger king after who then said I had to go to the store to sort it out, despite being out of Aberdeen by this point. Absolutely shocking and awful.

I went to Burger King with my teen son. I ordered 2 meals to sit in. I also asked for a white coffee. First coffee was stone cold so I told the assistant who made me another and asked if that one was hotter. Again it was stone cold. Then this other assistant told me there coffee machine is set at the correct temperature and that the coffee is fine and no one else complains. I told him his machine does not make hot coffee and I have never had issues anywhere else. KFC makes great roasting hot coffee. He argued with me that it's not his problem and the machine is fine. The other assistant offered me something else to drink which I accepted. The machine needs resetting to make proper hot coffee and the guy arguing back was extremely rude and as for the food. The chips were cold within secs and my son's chicken strips were terrible. Wont ever go back there.

Felt such a shame for the girl at the till. She was obviously new and even with a small queue of 4 including myself she was very flustered and making mistakes. She had no one there helping her. From walking in the door to leaving we were there nearly 25 mins. When we got to the car which was parked outside the food was barely luke warm and just edible. Certainly wasn’t going to wait another 25 mins by getting it redone!! It seems that they care more about providing their Deliveroo & Just Eat orders than actual customers in store. Half of the till area was full of the delivery bags/boxes and one lady working on their orders. Not once did she help the girl at the other till or even help to get the small queue down. Certainly not impressed by this one and won’t be back anytime soon. Poor Show Burger King.

Went here a few months ago ordered our food asked for a vanilla milkshake to then be told that the milkshake machine is broken and waiting to be fixed that’s two visits I’ve been to this place and the milkshake machine has not been working I think the employees behind the counter are liars. Not to be trusted has gone down hill

1 poor guy trying to serve 12+ people while the manager just walks around. Waited in a queue for at least 15 minutes before giving up. Fast food? No. Good service? No. Cleanliness? No. Actually probably did us a favour. McDonald’s every time now!

So I only ran in for a quick fix as I needed food big mistake Staff don't like washing their hands customer service as you will see in the picture of the blonde girl she is just god dam ignorant!! i will never be there again I hate restaurants that are not kept clean! Trust me go an extra 5 min walk to McDonalds

Went in tonight for some tea got a burger and chips took 10 min to make and was cold also asked for super size and got bigger drink but only a small chips... bad slow service.

I ate here in December 2017 - the burger was freshly cooked and what you expect from this chain. The coffee was ultra hot which was good as it was a cold winters day. Ice cream went down a treat.

Food is always as expected (which in this case is good) staff are fast and Friendly and have a lot of patience considering they deal with a lot of drunk people.

A very good restaurant once....Now fading away its glory in the minds of people....Sad to see this happening...Obviously needs a lot of training for staff and management needs to keep telling staff about their roles and responsibilities.

Been there on afternoon. Ordered Veggie Burger and French Fries.. Awesome taste and a very quick service. Will visit again

The restaurant was not busy when I was in, so no delay in service. My whopper meal was fine, and staff were nice. Given the location I did think it strange that there were not many customers, but BK does have a lot of surrounding competition. Toilets are downstairs and were clean.

I was in here today with my 3yo, 1 man serving a large que, manager was hounding him while he worked but not helping, place was filthy!! My chicken royale came with one piece of bacon, 3 bits of lettuce and a load of mayo..sons chicken nuggets stank of dirty oil, to top it off a guy came in with a bag of drugs in his hand shouted something inaudible and was in the toilets for 20 minutes before we just left. Thanks BK, wont be back!

Sólo le dio una calificación de terrible como la opción de nada no está allí. Fuimos más tranquilo y cuando las mesas estaban vacías. Pero no había una mesa limpia para ser visto con todas cubiertas de comida, líquidos y a dios qué más. La planta también sucio y un peligro para la galería.

Este lugar es un caos absoluto la mayoría del tiempo con el personal y los pedidos incorrectos volar sobre todo la tienda. El personal necesita recibir más formación

Fuimos con mi nieto que adora Burger King. Comida preparada a un par de minutos y bastante sabrosa

No surprises, no better or worse than other restaurants of this type.Food goes cold very quickly, but coffee was quite pleasant.

ユニオンストリートのバス停の隣にあったので行きました。冬はバスを待つのが寒いし、夜はバスがなかなか来ないのでバーガーを一つシェアして食べました。おいしかったです。

I went to Burger King the other day, and the staff were extremely rude. After ordering 2 burgers, 1 portion of chicken nuggets & a large sprite we were presented with all but the large sprite and a large fries instead. We asked if we could get the sprite that we asked for, she then told us to speak "proper English next time". May I mention that she was also from a different country, however, that was extremely rude. Once we got our drink, and didn't even get a refund for the difference between the chips and sprite, she then told us to go "fu** ourselves".I will not be returning there.

I do like a good burger and compared to McD a good Whopper is a pleasant treat. This branch has been on Union St at a prime location for many years and had provided succor for many a hungry chap.I am sorry to say that until I read or learn to the contrary yesterday was my last visit. I have not in many years met such a dour, untidy bunch of staff in any food outlet for many years. For many months the front door jams open, the queue did not move and any friendliness by the staff was sadly lacking.It is almost enough to make me become a vegetarian.Head office: I suggest a trip north, because this franchise is giving BK a poor reputation.

As expected from a chain place. Food was good, served quick and place was clean. Manager was kicking about to help servers

Nothing much to say on this - standard fast food burgers that look nothing like the posters on the wall. Handy for a quick bite but would never recommend going here for a health or flavoursome meal. Avoid on a Friday and Saturday night as many drunken people causing fights, swearing and falling about the place.

The day we visited, the milk shake machine wasn't working. They couldn't accept cards. All in all not a very good experience. Not particularly clean, staff sullen!

Located on Union street. clean eating area and kitchen. Friendly staff and quality was as good as back home.

No es secreto para nadie que cuando se anda de turismo probando diferentes tipos de comida siempre buscamos algo conocido y es una buena hamburguesa. Esta bien ubicado y sus instalaciones y personal son lo acostumbrado en todos los Burger King.

Just in the city center, always a good choice, good price, and good and fast food, better chips than Mc.
