Fantastic after the new renovations much nicer to look at, very clean. The staff work clearly work very hard I got my food which was a bacon double XL meal very fast.

Not fit for consumption place was dirty food everywhere on the floor ect don’t go needs to be shut down

Amazing hot food, fast serve time, and an all round cheerful atmosphere. Would defiantly go again, it is a brilliant place to stop and eat at whilst visiting the beach.

came here after a day out with the family for supper, the speed of service was fantastic with our food being served in under 5 minuets. The food was amazing and hot they have options for everyone and are very accommodating.

The sprite was yellow and when I was eating my burger it didn’t taste right when I look at the patty it looked like it had barnacles orange red yellow spots all over it on the walk back I threw up around 10 times I would not recommend eating at this place it is just horrible it’s like it’s run by children everything was a mess I will never be going back there again do not recommend eating here eat at your own risk

One of the worst Burger King experiences I have ever had. A 2 meals eat in order and I had to wait 25 minutes. Not very busy when we arrived. Only 1 person serving, a staff member with no uniform was walking backwards and forwards between the kitchen and till. Seems she was feeding her entire family. 30p for mayonnaise, when did it cost that much. Only serving Fanta orange, no other flavours, no sprite. Extremely poor service and food. Sat down to eat and watch a car at the end of the drive thru pull up, finished our food and left and he only moved forward 1 car so it looks like the drive thru has the same issue and eating in. Never again

You get what you pay for, after playing bowling we went out for supper. Box standard burger King, everyone happy with their order, kids got crowns. Not to busy surprisingly. Food was freshly cooked.

Very nice restaurant that was very clean and located near the beach. Very busy. Good variety of food. Reasonable pricing for families.

Terrible service and not one employee spoke at all. Got home to things missing from the order. Phoned to tell them and they couldn't have cared less. Won't ever go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

After a morning shopping it was a nice lunch break the milkshake was lovely after you can just cross the road to the beach for a walk

I recently dined at Burger King and had a satisfying experience. The Whopper I ordered was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The quick service and convenient location were definite pluses. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the dining area could have been a bit cleaner, and the options for healthier sides were somewhat limited. Overall, it's a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal.

Just had a breakfast here this morning and it was delightful Pleasant surroundings, friendly staff and clean tables. The breakfast items were delicious and the portion of hash browns were amazing. If you want cold, dry fries, a soggy bun and bland chicken then this Burger King is for you. We paid £18 for a couple of chicken burgers and “large” fries and can’t find anything positive to say about our food. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. Unfortunately can’t leave a zero score but that’s what it deserves.

Loud and busy. The food wasn't great chips all came in small the burgers were very dry and the salad lettuce was yellow and bitter.

Really disappointed, grandkids wanted this 'as a treat' it certainly wasn't that. Over salted fries and buns that just fell apart. Wouldn't have been my choice and certainly would not go back.

As a North American I am very familiar with BK. This particular franchise at beach links is truly awful. I ordered 2 jr king meals fir my granddaughter…no box no toy, when I questioned the person serving he told me no..l this is the way it comes. My husband and I ordered 2 cheese burgers with bacon….bacon was raw, meat was cold. Inedible,,, When I asked to speak to someone they sent over my original sever surely this 17 old wasn’t in charge?? …who was rude and Blank expression..couldn’t care less.

Visited burger king after a visit to codonas. Unable to comment on the food as my granddaughter and I couldn't get served as only had cash with me!

Burgers weren’t ready. Had to wait around 10 mins for them. When we did get them, they were overlooked and dry. Chips were not hot. Buns were stale. Chilli cheese bits were stodgy. Drinks were warm and had no ice. And for this privilege, we paid £30

The burger and bun was stone cold which meant the cheese didn’t melt, it was solid, I complained and they did change it to be fair but unfortunately the second one was the same, how is thst possible it’s been cooked right????

After a long walk around nearby Footdee just fancied a quick & lazy bite-to-eat. Opted to try the new Steakhouse burger 🍔 meal after an extremely helpful woman assistant explained all the possible options. It was perfectly fine , tasty 😋 - enhanced with the cheese 🧀 & bacon 🥓 , & packed with fresh veg & salad. Only complaint if I’m nit-picking would be the chips could’ve been hotter, and the tables a bit cleaner. Sorry to read other people didn’t have such a decent experience, but ours was positive.

Don’t know the Burger King menu well but the boy on the till was more than happy to help me to make sure I got what I wanted! After realising I’d made a mistake with my order (asked for it plain but I meant to request only cheese), the staff were happy to accommodate my mistake and brought the burger to my table quickly and without fuss. A lovely experience thanks to the staff. Enjoyed our meal too. We’ll be back!

Early Thursday evening arriving in Aberdeen beach at around 1900. Burger king looked like a good place. WOW were we so wrong. Whopper and a plain cheese burger no coffee or tea, just juice or milk shake. The Whopper was cold and lifeless. The plain cheese burger had everything on it and this had died about a week ago. It was dry and cold. Should have guessed it would be bad as only about 8 other people were in it and only 4 sitting in.

This place should be shut down the staff are no use at there jobs they don't even talk to you!! The floor is never cleaned you could slide on it with grease! Tables disgusting rubbish everywhere and bins fullAs for the food it's disgusting cold soggy mess!! No había estado en Burger King en años y dudo que vuelva. El restaurante no estaba muy ocupado, 4 horas la tarde del miércoles, pero la cola era larga y con solo 1 joven tomando las órdenes y preparando las bandejas, la espera fue muy, muy larga. ¡No es suficiente! El restaurante no estaba muy limpio y los baños aún peor. Añadir a esto la comida era muy normal. El Whopper, que solía ser la única razón por la que visitaba, era bastante pobre. Prefiero Burger King a sus competidores, pero es triste lo lejos que se queda atrás por falta de buena administración y este lugar fue un excelente ejemplo. Me pregunto cómo es la rotación del personal. Me sorprendería que no fuera alto porque, aunque trabajaban duro (y seguramente caminaban kilómetros durante su turno), la cola se movía lentamente y la espera después de realizar el pedido, demasiado tiempo. Los clientes se sentían frustrados, el personal estaba bajo estrés y el regreso de la comida fría por parte de clientes infelices solo aumentaba la tensión y el retraso. Hay un serio problema de organización detrás del mostrador.

Mi amigo y yo fuimos aquí hoy para nuestro almuerzo, que estaba bien al principio, pedimos nuestras comidas y mi amigo tenía una hamburguesa de pollo y yo tenía una hamburguesa de ternera, ambas eran frías como la piedra e incluso las patatas fritas estaban frías hablamos con el ayudante llevaron la comida al personal y nos dieron otra orden de esa hamburguesa que estaba fría nuevamente y pidieron que la devolviéramos a la cocina, así que salió el gerente que nos dijo que era la lechuga lo que hacía que la hamburguesa estuviera fría, pero hmm ¿Crees que estamos siendo estúpidos? La hamburguesa hará que la lechuga caliente ponerlo en el microondas haría que la hamburguesa empapada si vas a servir comida, por favor, asegúrese de que sea la temperatura correcta primero, no volverá

Popped in while at the beach. Reasonably priced. Quick service and filling. Staff were very police too. The best Burger King in Aberdeen.

We went to the drive through at the Burger King stated and was very disgusted with the way we were treated and the food was awful, we were looking at the menu and the assistant called Anika asked us what we wanted so we asked her to give us time to check the menu but she kept saying what do you want so again we said please give us time to check the menu but she persistently kept asking there was no 1 behind us. She didn't really understand us we had to keep repeating our order as she was getting it all wrong once we did decide. We brought 3 meals the Chicken Royale was dried up lettuce was brown on edges the Big King XL the roll was very stale as was the roll for the Tendercrisp chicken, she got the drinks mixed up and we had to tell her again when she was giving us our meals, the only good thing about the meal was the chips they were hot. I am not happy at spending £20.07 for a meal that was awful. I will not be going back to there again!

Been here a few times recently just for a coffee mind you, wouldn’t touch the food with a barge poll. Drive through is a joke usually have to wait up to half an hour to get served. Last night took the biscuit, waited almost twenty minutes at the drive through but it wasn’t moving so decided to go into the restaurant to order. It was quite clear they were very understaffed as there was one girl serving and one on the drive through. A long que of unhappy customers and the place was filthy, bins overflowing, tables covered in rubbish and food and papers all over the floor. One member of staff was even smoking at the main entrance ( older guy) with hoodie and didn’t even bother helping his colleagues just looked at them with a smirk on his face. Took a further twenty minutes to get the coffee. Definitely won’t be back here and advise all others to give this place a wide berth. A shambles!!

So after a nice family day at the movies, made a snap decision to go for a cheeky Burger King on our way home. It was a given that we’d have to wait AGES to actually get through the drive thru but were willing to wait the 20 long minutes if it meant we didn’t have to cook when we got home. Ordered meals for the 3 kids and myself for a Sunday blowout before ‘diets starts tomorrow’.

This is the sencond time in a couple of months that we have been to the drive through and the food has been awful. Nuggets were dried up, burger was just the same. Fries were supposed to be large and they barely filled the bag. Onion rings were overcooked and dry, only the frys were not dried up. And worst of all was the coke, warm and flat and the mix was just awful, we poured it down the drain. Lat time we went in te restaurant it was filthy which is why we used the drive through. Always prefered BK to the other guys but I won't be going again.

Always been a Burger King fan but it’s just not the same anymore. Went for some lunch. Food was just thrown into the tray, no box for happy meal, go get your own drink. floor, juice machines and tables were filthy. there was only around 10 customers in too. Staff are not very well presented. Now the food, not great. Certainly didn’t taste as fresh as it should, could taste a bit of pickles in my XL bacon double cheeseburger, there shouldn’t be any at all unless the burger has been reused? Really hope not. Chips were horrible, very dry and again didn’t taste fresh. Growing up I’ve even chosen BK over a nice restaurant for a bday meal because I loved it that much. Frankly put, you’ve lost a customer now. McDonald’s from now on
