Burger King in Greenwich

I ordered via the self serve, which repeatedly prompted for extras and delayed me... i then approached to collect food when it came up on the screen, it wasn't ready, so I waited again. When it did appear from the server I requested some mayo to go with the fries, and was told that would be another 90p, i had already paid over £10. I refused, I took my food and drink quickly as I had a train to catch. On getting to my seat I had a drink and it was the wrong drink, which I had paid extra for sugar tax and it was pepsi max or alike, even the button on the top was depressed! Then I went to eat the food and it was cold and poorly put together. This is one of (maybe not quite the, but) worst burger Kings I have been to, it seemingly works on the premice that people will not check (as their staff don't seem to either), and will just keep going past as it is in a prime location. I have had poor experience before here, but thought I'd give them another chance. I am a regular traveller and often have to eat around here, there are many other far better and more reaosnable, and even quicker outlets, wassabi, McDonald's, Leon, Starbucks, subway, Greggs... these are all miles better....even a whsmiths sandwich!

It takes some effort to serve up cold chips and burnt burger -well done for serving like you are doing the ripped off customers a favour!!

Incredible awful food catching people in a rush out. Unacceptable quality, £6.19 for a really awful burger. Just the meat and cheese, completely dry, no sauce or any onions tomatoes etc. Inedible. Service was quick but what's the point?

I went there to get their advertising" free whopper" which is valid with purchase of a drink and chips, but the guy at the counter said he will not want to serve me and he tried to find a nonexistent reason that the burger king receipt was not from their shop. Hello!!! I have a valid burger king receipt with review number on it and all the required details but stillthe guy doesn't want to serve me, well this doesn't happen on McDonald's so I will never buy from them they are rude and very picky with their customers, which they shouldn't as they are a public company who their business is to serve any person regardless of who they are or how they look like. So, just when you think that you will not be discriminated as you are a paying customer. So even though I did not searching for work or anything else I still got discriminated which is supposed to be illegal in this country, at least in papers.

I tried the new Angus Burger in its gourmet range and was very impressed. I highly recommend this burger for the price. The meat was good quality and the flavours popped. The portion of fries was smaller than I expect therefore it loses a point for this, especially as I purchased them separately which is more expensive than getting them as part of meal. Overall Burger King has definitely upped their game since the last time I visited.

My husband met at work and we walked home (I live close by Victoria Station), with the idea as it was Friday, we would pick up a burger meal. We decided to go to Burger King, as we didn't want to go upstairs to McDonalds..just pick up our food and go home and eat it. Well, we paid for cheese on my Whopper. Nope, nada, no cheese. We paid for onion rings to go along with the Whopper meal. Well the onion rings were in the bag, but not the fries. Don't even get me started on the onion rings. Horrible. Never again.

Overpriced, cold and small portions. Not worth the money at all. No consistency in different restaurants.

Visited Saturday 9th July around 7pm after a visit to Filmcon and must say the staff serving were very efficient and pleasant and served the best Plant Whopper I have ever tasted. Really hot and fresh with delicious fries. Will definitely visit again next time I am in London. Well done Team!

I was hungry, I was tired, I wanted some food. I saw the price, which was absurdly high, (cheapest burger is over £8). It was cold, dry and tasteless, but by the time I had got to my train and sat down what was I going to do. The bun was so stale it just fell apart after a couple of bites. The chips were so cold they had gone hard. The burger was just dry, tasteless cheap rubbish. Don't bother going here. This is not food, and the fact they are allowed to trade is a discrace let alone the stupid cost of the muck.

Meal was soggy and came with someones hair in the chips. Frankly disgusting and unacceptable avoid at all costs.

I was charged over £27 for 2 plant based whoppers, 4 fries and one halloumi fries, absolute rip off, the only reason I paid for it was because I would have missed my train otherwise. Next time I will go to McDonald’s who’s pricing is fair and consistent, shame on you Burger King, I will most certainly not be returning

Ordered 3 x kids meals. When they asked for £16:50 (the kids menu isn’t on display anywhere) I queried the price and was told kids meals are £5:50 each. I know this branch is located in a station but come on!!

This Burger King outlet is mainly for takeaways and has room for only about 6 people to sit (on the edges at high tables) and eat in. Food was fresh and service was friendly.

I had seven minutes before my train. I was hungry after a long afternoon and evening with nothing to eat. I saw Burger King... having rejected the main rival. I gave it a whirl. Burger good. Chips not quite so good. Service very pleasant and very fast. No complaints. Did the job.

Got our burger from here quite late at 11pm, still a good service and a great burger, we were served quickly and without fuss which is just what you need when you have a train to catch.

Première fois que j'allais dans un Burger King : le problème étant, j'avais des à prioris comme quoi Burger King faisait parti des meilleurs burgers fast-food qu'il soit. Et bien en effet les burgers étaient succulents avec un goût sur la viande et les sauces si particulier, tellement agréables et prenants. Le service était très sympa et à l'écoute. Cela étant, ce resto est un resto de gare et est conçu comme tel : pas de wc, des tables de bar et tout est fait pour que même si vous consommez sur place, cela soit rapide, très rapide. Vous pouvez y aller donc, mais surtout pour les burgers !

I typically do not review fast food restaurants, but this time I will make an exception for exceptionally bad food. Now granted, it was around 9pm at night, definitely not during the supper rush. All the food was premade just sitting there waiting for the customers. My family and I had a craving for some Burger King and are we ever sorry we did. The fries were lukewarm and the burgers dried up and shriveled from sitting around too long. Oh well, lesson learned. Do not go here during the off hours. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
