Shocking! Empty place but still 10 min to take order and 18 min for order to be served! They are more interested in preparing Just Eat orders than looking after customers by the counter!

Really poor service, waited ages for order to be taken (was 2nd in queue). Eventually asked someone if the would take my order! No apology for the 15 minute wait and when food arrived it bum was stale. Overall really poor, won't be back!!

I was very pleased with my experience at your establishment today. All the staff were pleasant, polite and more than helpful. The food was very enjoyable, fresh and more than a voice the standard for a fast food chain

When we started to make our order we were greeted by a lovely woman that was friendly and welcoming. During the order she made sure to double check and repeat our order back to us incase any mistakes were made. During this process we all shared a laugh which made my and my partner very comfortable. Can’t speak any ill words about the customer service, had a great experience and to top it off the food was lovely and filling.

Took the kids here the other day, food was fantastic as well as the staff. Stacie was extremely helpful 11/10👍🏻👍🏻

Went to the drive through ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal pictures at the drive through burger looked massive. Arrived home opened up meal I'm convinced they got my order mixed up with a kids meal ??? Chips portion absolutely tiny 🫣 Burger was so small looked nothing like the picture £7 for a kids snack 🫣 Definitely will not be back total ripoff 😡

No pictures (just incase there was a celebrity in the vicinity) .... it's a Burger King ...... but this one is mostly clean and the staff are OK ..... most of the time ...... and the burgers are good !! . . UPDATE: And the children love the 'cheeseburger & chippies ( with dip dip )

Can't believe reviews . Obviously fake . Friday 27th Jan 1730 ish. Can't even say service poor as it was non existence. Only bothered with drive thru customers . Totally ignored large queue at counter. 4 groups left before we to did as gave up . Just completely ignored even when we called out . Young male assistant just kept back us at counter never turned around once, like he was frightened to look ! Just kept staring at food preparation area and order lists . But even though nothing arriving to process drive thru orders he still didn't once address those queuing at counter. And manageress I assume at drive through counter clearly not bothered either . So if you want service don't park up . Oh but even if you use drive through you still have to park up as it won't be ready for 20 minutes - if your lucky. Total shambles clearly understaffed and appallingly managed .

Shocking experience in this Burger King, music was far too loud for a start, we waited over 40 minutes for our order, it arrived cold, juice was warm and flat, staff were too busy standing about laughing and joking clearly ignoring the build up of customers who were also starting to get fed up waiting, don't know what the problem was as but me and my family certainly won't be back...very disappointed

Decided to have a Burger King last night as a last-minute decision. This was a big mistake as it was disgusting. Service was horrendous. Never have I seen 10 people walk away from my desk not be served. The place was empty at the time. Our slip sat on the counter, and the staff noticed it after 15 minutes and then made our meal. When I went to the drinks counter, only 7 up was available? My vegetarian burger was tasteless and had cold vegetarian bacon on top. The young staff member was on her phone setting on the floor behind the desk. My overall impression of this takeaway restaurant was bad. I would honestly give this app 0 - 5.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. The layer of crust on the perfectly toasted bread bun was simply sublime. The fries were deliciously golden brown and were filled to the brim with fluffy fried potatoes that could not have been cooked any better.

Visited via the drive-through yesterday and placed my order and was asked to park which seems to be automatic now at BK Irvine. We waited, and waited and waited. After 25 mins I went inside to ask for an update, no staff approached me and there were a few other customers looking around for assistance. I asked the girl on the drive through window to call someone over and she approached a manager who then disappeared out the back. Eventually I was handed my order. BK Irvine - your staff are really lovely and food always fresh, but maybe it's time to recruit additional staff to help out and also mention the waiting time to customers when placing the order - that way we won't get so annoyed. Either that maybe make the decision to stop Just Eat or stop the drive though as your current set up cannot cope. It wasn't even busy.

When I was there, the only drink from the machine you could get was Diet Coke or Fanta, not ideal. Staff seem over worked and under-staffed, when asking for our meals, the CS advisor was also taking orders on the drive through and may have confused our order, missing items ordered.

Big fan of this branch. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Food is fresh and tasty. My only disappointment was the removal of some of the Freestyle flavours.

It is what it is; fast food, clean toilet and restaurant , with slow service. Not much choice of drinks.

We eat frequently at Burger King, but in different stores. Too often we have been disappointed, the food was cold and service was weak. Today is our first time in this store and it was a whole different experience. The team was very welcoming and eager to prepare and serve the meals. All items ordered meet our expectations in terms of temperature and taste. We also noted that the place was clean and tidy, even we arrived in a rush hour. Kudos to the team.

Went in around 8pm tonight, waited in excess of 10 minutes to be served. This would’ve been fine if we had been told they’ll be with us shortly or even acknowledged we were there! Plenty of staff and the place was empty apart from a couple of delivery drivers. Eventually left without being served. Really disappointing. Taco Bell got our business instead, no complaints there.

Dined in today. The place was quiet . One girl serving on the counter ( if you could say serving!) Obviously in a strop about something which was clear to see.. We weren't acknowledged until one of the many "shift managers" said he'd be with us in a minute.... Felt like we were in the way when placing our order with little Miss Stroppy, with her slamming the cups down on the counter.. We were made to feel really uncomfortable by her appalling attitude and ZERO Customer service skills. Highly unlikely we'll be back, Maybe the attitude of Kyla is the reason the place wasn't busy. Managers should take note of appalling staff attitude taking place right in front of all 3 of them!!
