Burger Brothers in Brighton and Hove

It's a very small place and the menu is very simple. We added extra hot sauce to our burger. Their hot sauces have different levels of hotness and they make them themselves. Burgers were legendary!!

This place is just a 10/10 to be in, everything is just perfect. Love it

Food is great and staff very friendly. If you're looking for a tasty burger then you found it. Personally i prefer burgers that stay together though - the burgers here fall apart pretty fast, a common downfall of "gourmet" burger places

Definitely the best burgers in Brighton, always served with a smile and a bit of a chat. It’s a small establishment, but they have a good window seat where you can watch the world go by while enjoying a super juicy burger. Also their gluten free buns are really good for gluten free. Yum yum 😋

Love this place. Very popular and for good reason. I always make a point of have a Burger Brothers when I visit Brighton. Staff brilliant and always a laugh to talk to. The only thing better than Burger Brothers is the 1* reviews that people leave. They're hilarious!

Superb burgers that will blow you away... seriously, they're THAT good! Only eaten here once as the two other times I've tried I've been unlucky and they were shut 😭 Cost wise I think they are very fairly priced for what you get, though I tend to avoid the shakes due amount of calories so can't vouch for them... they do look very good though if that's your thing? I've made special trips the last two times and I'm not going to Brighton ever again UNLESS I know they're open! Sort it out Brighton Tourist Board and give these guys whatever they want 😁

A tiny restaurant that offers incredibly delicious burgers. The owners are very friendly and provide their recommendations. We enjoyed the experience, although the place is small and there are limited seats, but it was worth it. They win many awards from various well known reviewers and they deserve them all.

Friendly staff, quick turn around, best burger in town! Comes in many shapes and sizes, level up your burger as much as you want! Spice level comes in 3 levels, but if you're looking for a kick, ask for the secret VVVVV hot sauce ;)

Heard so much about this award winning burger place for a while and eventually made a trip from London on a rainy day to try it out. Got there at around 4pm and I was warmly greeted by the friendly gent behind the counter. As I had a dinner appointment after this and needed to save some space for the dinner, I ordered just a single patty classic burger with chilli sauce. The freshly made burger came in less than five minutes. It was so tasty and the chilli sauce gave a really pleasant kick. Their burger lived up to the reputation. It is definitely a must try when visit Brighton.

One of the best burger ever tried. The quality of the meat Is sublime, they make every day the minced meat, and the combination of the ingriendients are supreme. The only negative thing Is that the location Is too small, but you can take away and eat It in the royal pavilion garden. If you come to Brighton, you must try It.

Great burger, even better chips!! The burgers here are great, although I would prefer them slightly less well done (they do not ask how you like it cooked), but perhaps they do not have the licensing for rare meet, many places don't. Homemade chilli sauce is great too, I wouldn't have it on a burger again as it kind of detracts from the flavour, but I would love to buy a bottle! Will come here again and just have the burger plain with cheese without the extras, and that would probably be 5 star!

THE BEST!!!! Honestly if you come to Brighton come to Brothers Burgers. Cannot fault it. The flavours are incredible and I dream of their burgers. Wish they were open on Mondays because I was thinking about them today (a monday) hahaha.

The messier the tastier!!! One of the BEST burgers in the UK! If you are looking for decent burger with banging flavour, this is the place! This is our 3rd visit and truly never disappointed. Every time I visit I always ordered the same burger - “Our Favourite” The patty was juicy and the brioche bun was warm and sweet. Star of the show is the SECRET SAUCE!! l've never had this kind of sauce at any burger joints. It has a warming heat with a bit of fruitiness and honestly quite addicting. You can choose the spicy level and I chose the spiciest level. (As I am a big fan of spicy food) The secret sauce elevated the flavour of the burger as a whole. Very unique flavour and heat profile! Love it so much!!! Highly recommended!

I cycled to Brighton from London with my friend and we found this burger place. It was one of the most delicious burgers we had, service was perfect t and atmosphere just amazing. It gave us just enough energy to cycled back to London 😊 Highly recommend and seriously you won't be disappointed 👍👍😍😍

This no frills burger shop is serving the best burgers in the city. The owners are so friendly and you know they wre really proud of their offerings and their reputation is rightly deserved. It's unpretentious and does need a bit of a deep clean in the customer areas probably because its so popular and sees so many people but the kitchen looks clean and they have real pride in their burgers.

Oh Burger Brothers, how you have fallen. You used to be amazing gourmet burgers, but now just run of the mill at best. At worst definately not worth the money. We had one simple jack beef burger which just about ok , but quite a dry patty. Veggie burger on the other hand was mushy and didnt taste great. Had to throw half of it away. Chips are not fresh but charging fresh chip prices. We wont be coming back.

Burgers so good it's not even on the scale. Service relatively slow and time approximations incorrect. Definitely worth it for world's greatest burgers and it's hard to be cross as decently popular.

Two days ago I had a bad experience at a famous burger restaurant, but today I went to Brighton to try this amazing shop that I find everyone is talking about. Yes, it deserves. The burger was delicious and the fries were hot and fresh. All the food was made professionally. Thank you and thanks to the friendly staff. I advise not to miss an opportunity to try it, and I hope that we will find many branches in the future in other cities.👍

Visited this place after reading all the hype on Google reviews. Got the classic beef burger. It was mostly bread - a very thick and dense bun that tasted old and almost stale. Burger patty was average. Overdone and nothing special apart from the black pepper inside. The salad topping was a nice addition though. Downside of ordering from here is there is hardly any seating inside. After eating this burger I felt sick all day like I wanted to vomit. Very unpleasant experience and completely ruined my day in Brighton. Will not be trusting Google reviews again.

So, first the servers and people are super nice, friendly, and helpful. Full marks on that! The burger I got was the Bennington burger, award winning but messy as hell. The stilton melted and the juices flowed, there's is no way to eat this without looking like a a blood drenched lion after a fresh kill in the savannah. Leading to my next point, with messy hands there are no wet wipes provided to clean your hands. Except sanitizer and paper towels, which is better than nothing. Fries 10/10 though It's a bit pricey for my taste, great place overall.

Went here with my friend on holiday and decided to stop at this place. We went very early so it wasn't crowded and the owner talked with us and gave us recommendations about what to visit while we were in Brighton. We had the chicken bazinga and it was very tasty and filling! Will definitely visit again on our next adventure to Brighton! 🇨🇿

This is one of the best burgers i’ve tried in Brighton. I ordered the Chicken Bazinga Burger via Uber Eats. The taste is AMAZING. It’s very filling as the size of the patty is pretty big. The bun is just too good. I chose pepper punch as my spice level & asked for spicy cheese. The spice built up towards the end but it was the perfect level. Their chicken is Halal but please confirm with the staff before ordering. Definitely going back! 💯🍔

Every time i come here I am greeted and served with the friendliest attitudes. The food is fast, hot and delicious and i’m not even vegan whatsoever, I enjoy having plant based meals every so often to try new things, and do something better for the environment. If you’re skeptical about plant based meat/burgers/food in general, give this place a shot. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice place, great service but the veggie burger just wasn’t very nice- sorry, no offence, it was just like slightly spiced mashed potato in breadcrumbs, rather than an actual burger. Chips were lovely, bun and filling lovely, just the burger wasn’t great.

Best burger I have ever had, gluten free bun was great to, normally your fighting to keep Gf bread together that still happened but because of the awesome filling. Bring wetwipes 🤣. Limited seating but plenty of beautiful places around to perch if you can't get seated.
