A wonderful Bulgarian restaurant! The food and service were top notch!

Nice place, very cozy environment, only my personal opinion is very chalga about it and I didn't stay the whole evening

The atmosphere is very nice, the food is delicious, from the staff Stephanie is the best, always smiling and welcoming! But the music is a complete tragedy, they need to change the program, actually that's all I'm commenting on, because I like it, but this slow music all night, it doesn't work... That's what we came out for, to have fun. Even now I'm here and it's 10 o'clock and there's nothing more cheerful yet….

Great food. Service was a bit unusual - half our main courses came out first, then our starters & then the rest of the main courses. Wines good but expensive.

The staff are very friendly. But that's where the positives end. The prices are extortion!! £32 for a bottle of red wine. Quick check on the label from the next table and found it at tescos for £4.50. Decided to go just for a glass at £7. It arrived in the smallest glass I've ever seen. Two mouthfuls and it was gone. Whilst the food was tasty, three lamb kebabs on the plate where so thin they barely held together and the chips seemed like Iceland cheepy range. For a meal that coat the two of us nearly £100 pounds we expected more. Really, it wasn't anything more special than the local kebab house does for £7 per wrap. Won't be going back...

December 31 2022. New Years Eve. From the time we arrived to the time we left we were treated like Royalty. The staff could not do enough for us. The food that was presented to us was good Bulgarian home cooking.and plenty of it. From the starter to the deserts. All prepared and cooked in house. But the best of all was the Beef Wellington which was superb. It melted as soon it touches your tongue. Also how can I forget the entertainment which started about 9.00pm and kept on going after we left at 2.30am. We went last night for our 30th wedding anniversary. Couldn't fault staff, the chefs and the singers but.. having had their wonderful bulgarian wine I tipped atrociously.. please forgive me as we'll be back trust me. Food and, obviously the wine, was delicious. Love the food and moreso the atmosphere. Thank you from tiddley Lisa x

I ordered the mix grill and the quality of the meat was really good. The chicken was marinated very well and the sausages was really tasty.

Изключително лошо отношение на собственика към клиентите на заведението! Ако имаше как и една звезда нямаше да оставя! Персоналът и кухнята са страхотни , но явно собственикът на заведението не иска клиентите да се връщат в неговото заведение! Не препоръчвам и няма да се върнем отново там.

Very good food. Excellent service. Friendly staff.

The music is waay too loud after 10pm to the point where even shouting you can't hear the person sat next to you. It's just excessive.

Lovely cosy restaurant (but not small) and what I really liked was that you have full view of the kitchen. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful, amazing experience very kind stuff but to crowded not much space to dance and the mlechna salad and ruska salad was missing flavour and the pork stake was thin like paper in the mix grill. The music was very nice but too loud and we got a headache. 👍💃🕺🧡💯

Прекрасно място! Автентично! Като все едно си си у нас си. Прекрасна механа. Храната също е уникално вкусна, много ми е липсвала нашата кухня и след вечерята там бях очарована! Обстановката е чудесна, интериорът е много български и вкарва духа на българското с елементите, които познаваме! Също и кухнята им работи до късно, което е голям плюс! С радост ще се върна!

I was disappointed with my main course (which was a stew type dish (can't give the name because the menu doesn't work on the website)) though my wife enjoyed her chicken dish. It wasn't helped by the waitress hanging around very close to the table throughout the meal. We enjoyed the homemade deserts but it didn't make up for the main course

Everything we ordered was delicious. The shopska salad took us straight back to Bulgaria! Staff were friendly and attentive.

Visited on a quiet Tuesday night. Great food. Everything we ordered came out very quicly and really tasty. Also Stefania who served us many times already is very polite, quick and friendly. She is always there if u need anything and nothing is too much hassle for her. Great service. Thank you very much.

Nice atmosphere and the service with a really nice behaviour but the food wasn’t that good. We also ordered 2 mixed grill, which apparently should have different types of meat, and it came only with some small stuff. The waitress that was there said it was for 2-3 people but it was only for one and we were 5pp. Some of the meat wasn’t that good and they also forgot one order and never came. On the other hand it’s the first restaurant that charges you about the ketchup and mayonnaise sauce. Even expensive restaurants don’t charge you about that type of sauce.

We were in the area on an errand, heading to a store nearby, thinking about lunch, when we saw this restaurant and decided to try it. We're very glad we did. The food was excellent. I admit I had to look up a few of the items using Google to see what they were, but I easily managed to find something that appealed to me, and I was not disappointed. My only qualm is that the dishes we ordered might have been better for dinner, than for lunch. But we still enjoyed them very much. Flavourful and filling. I would definitely return if I find myself in the area again.

Very lively this place. Staff are friendly and so is the atmosphere Halfway through we were entertained by some authentic singing which you are encouraged to join in with. Portion size perfect. Music toward the end gets extremely loud and slightly uncomfortable though. All round, very good and enjoyable

Call in after an evening in Surbiton looking for different type of cuisine and what a great place this turned out to be, the food is beautiful, the service is spot on and the waitresses are so friendly and helpful. If you want an authentic Bulgarian meal and atmosphere go here, there's live music and dancing, we loved the way our waitress Marina just started dancing away to herself while she was working. Try it out and you won't be disappointed, Cant wait to go back.
