I didn't plan to leave a review. But...great rib-eye and delicious Malbec!!

when we arrived we has to wait for over 30 minutes to order it wasn't too busy. when we got our food it was the wrong order we has to wait for another 30 minutes to get another dish. while my husband had his meal and tuck into it he had to eat without myself. the service was very poor. l wouldn't go back there again. I been there few times which was great but now the service and the food have gone down. I would go back there again. we spend over £75.00. I work in one of the fastest food restaurant and l wouldn't treat my customers like this when the meals are a lot. I called to complaint but no one got back to myself.

Really enjoyed coming here this afternoon for my mothers birthday. Pamela gave us a very genuine service which doesn’t go unrecognised.The food was outstanding and I couldn’t fault anything. Without a doubt I’ll be back!

I went for the first time on Saturday and I was satisfied. I ordered fillet 8 oz. and it was cooked to my requested term. We also enjoyed the beef empanadas, steakhouse fries, and banoffe pie with dulce de leche which was way too sweet. The service was a bit off since the waitress kept forgetting to take our food/dessert order and another waiter kept stumbling in the tables or falling things close to us. Besides the service, everything was perfect.

Came for my grandmother's birthday. We were a family of 21 people and the staff were very organised. I have no complaints. The food and service was perfect. I will return with some friends. The steak was very nice 💜💜💜

Terrific staff but the kitchen really let the side down - the steak was not great this time which was a shame. Dreadful cut - really not convinced it was a fillet at all but the restaurant had two large parties in so I think they just weren’t on it.

Good quality steaks, cooked well. Very friendly staff. Receptionist couldn’t find the booking and that became quite laboured and dessert was definitely not home made but an enjoyable evening.

This is a review for our second visit. The food was of the highest quality, prepared to order by masterful chefs. We were greeted by Ivan, who showed us to our table, wished us a happy anniversary and even gave us a couple of glasses of prosecco to celebrate. Our server Mina was incredible; helpful, professional and delightful. The food was marvellous, calamari and gambas were delicious, the steak was cooked to perfection, and the portions were generous. Prices are a little high for me to visit as often as I'd like, but it was worth every penny. Not a single complaint. Definitely my go to for special occasions. To the staff: Thanks for making our evening so enjoyable. To the reader: I'm very critical of restaurants as you'll see from my other reviews. For this restaurant to get 5 stars from me in every aspect is an absolute near impossiblity, which speaks to how highly I think of it. So go, visit, have a great time and a great meal and stick a like on my review so others can do the same.

Absolutely wonderful place to have a nice dinner! Very friendly staff. Food was absolutely perfect. Great quality meat and worth every penny. Plus they have the best mash potatoes in London! Every wine we had tried from the list goes perfect with the meat. And desserts are from an other world. Definitely I recommend this place specially for meat lovers.

We've been going to Buenos Aires Chiswick for 10 years, and it's always perfect. We had so much fun and the steaks were so delicious. All staff is lovely.

Excellent meal, great venue. We were seated upstairs with a balcony view of the rest of the restaurant. The service was really friendly and surprisingly quick. Lovely steaks, perfectly cooked. Good draught beer, plenty of cocktails to chose from. Looking forward to a return visit.

Services was very bad. Waiters not attentive at all. Asked for a well done steak and they bring up a steak with blood telling me is well done. (I am pregnant)Asked for a bottle of water and served with tap water. Asked for ketchup for fries and just given one tiny portion to share by 4 of us. Asked for writing a happy graduation on the side of the dessert and given the word just “congrats.”

Im a frequent visitor and everytime i visit the service and food is exceptional.

Can't praise the restaurant enough. We choose to eat early as were off to theatre afterwards. Sometimes you can feel overly rushed...not here. The service was relaxed but attentive. Excellent even recommending extra bread to help mop up the delicious Chorizo with onion & Malbec sauce. The steaks themselves were perfect as were the puds. We left with plenty of time and without having felt chucked out the door. We will be back if in the area ..thank you

We went here for my wife's birthday and had a lovely meal, the staff served us a birthday glass of bubbly when we arrived and then a special dessert at the end. The steaks are delicious and cooked perfectly!

The Ribeye was really good. So good that all the bits I usually discard, like the fat trimmings. That was taken down with ease.

Superb starters (we shared and loved them all), excellent steaks - fillet, rump and rib eye all devoured. Malbec choices are amazing. Service is the ultimate star here though - truly first class in a relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to get back there.

We went here for new years and to celebrate a birthday. Steak was very good, one of the best we've had, and the beer on tap is lovely. Good side portions and the fries are great. The staff also brought out a free birthday dessert. Will definitely be coming back!

Lovely find staff were attentive without being overbearing. Food delicious. Preferred their ambience to the Richmond branch. Slightly chilly had to keep coat on but that didn't spoil our fun.

Very good restaurant. Plenty of nice wines, good food. Not much of decoration change since 2015 but still nice. Price is around £50 per person without wine.

This is my go to restaurant for a good steak and a fabulous night out. The food and service is always excellent. We had the The Buenos Aires 100g per person ‘Steak’ Sampler Board. 4 cuts of each steak. Cooked to perfection and complimented with a good bottle of Malbec. It was a great meal as always.

This restaurant is one of the best kept secrets in London. Having lived in Argentina, my husband swears the steaks are as good if not better. The staff is amazing and super friendly. The wine list is impeccable. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a candlelit dinner, this is it. The rib eye melts in your mouth and the fries are very tasty. Calamari and marinated peppers were also delicious (basically everything we ordered was on point). I am definitely recommending to friends and will be coming back.

Went for a dinner with my bestie and the restaurant was fully booked. However they have accommodate us in the bar. Simone and Martina were amazing. Simone prepares really good cocktails (especially the negronis) and the food was really good and tasty. Restaurant was fairly busy for a Monday night (we had booked at table of 6). Waiter took our order but when it arrived one order was wrong and they had to replace it. Also it took ages for the sauces to arrive - most of us were well into our meal by the time they arrived at the table. One other thing to note. They are very generous with putting salt on the steaks. If this not to your liking, mention it at the point of ordering. A previous meal here was ruined as the meat was far too salty and I had to return it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Buenos Aires, and it was nothing short of a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff was knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations to enhance our lunch experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring our satisfaction. Buenos Aires exceeded my expectations, leaving me eager to return.

We have been to their sister restaurant in Richmond. Our party had three steaks and one vegetarian burger. The steaks were perfectly cooked, tender and flavoursome but the fat had not been rendered and was therefore inedible. The Portobello mushroom burger was very poor. It was covered in so much cheese is was unpleasant. The mushroom was a bit slimy and the bun soggy. Despite this, we had a fun evening. The service was attentive.

We came here following a recommendation of my Argentinian friend. We had three starters and three steaks, and shared a bottle of the patagonian Malbec, and it was simply delicious! I loved the provoletta starter and the aubergine with goats cheese, and the steak was wonderful quality. Every main comes either with a nice mash, with a salad or fries. This time we were too full for dessert, but knew we had to return to try the Dulce de Leche pancakes. The ambience is beautiful, and despite a busy evening the noise level wasn't too loud. Service was great as well.

Great food and service, one of my favourite meat place around here.

Meat was amazing, the best meat I've ever had. It was my first time tasting meat from Argentina, and the hype is fully justified. Sides were not good: frozen fries, bland green beans (probably frozen). Wine wasn't great. I skipped dessert as I thought it was not going to be good anyway. The server was not very friendly, did not have any information from the meat, other than it comes from a wholesale importer.

What a fabulous place! They looked after us so well & the food was delicious 😊. Well worth a visit.

My friends and I have been coming here several times a year for the last eight years. It's always outstanding and we're already looking forward to our next visit.
