Incredible meal. The staff looked after us tremendously as usual. The steak sharing platter was amazing, especially the fillet. My favourite restaurant in the area for sure.

It’s only got better with age. Second time here and had a much better experience this year than last (which was already good). Both the Sirloin and Rib Eye compete with the best there is, sides were great, service was excellent, and good value for money too. Probably the best steak restaurant in Richmond I think.

Absolutely brilliant. The concierge (I’m so sorry, we didn’t get his name) was so accommodating. We were served by George, on his first day. I don’t think we could have been better attended to. An absolute diamond in the making. Thank you George 👍🏻

Nice modern dining area. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was good. Food was lovely and overall we found if to be a very pleasant lunchtime dining experience.

Great service and nice atmosphere, liked the light and airy feel of the place. The two course lunchtime deal is good value, and went for a spinach empanada followed by steak with chimichurri washed down with a nice red wine. So tasty

Heaven! Really! If you like good tender meat cooked to perfection? This is the place to go to. Yes sure, it is at the very high end and doesn't fit into every wallet but as a treat once a year I would definitely safe up my money in order to be able and have this experience again. Very friendly staff, lovely menu, and really all I can say is: Try it out!!!!! Oh and I would advice you to book a table in advance :-)

My girlfriend and I went here for our anniversary dinner & birthday and it was fabulous. They gave us complimentary prosecco for my birthday. The manager looked after us as my girlfriend is a celiac and he was amazing. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided great service. Food was incredible, cooked exactly to our requesta. We will definitely return and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for some good quality MEAT.

Shame, food was very good, service needs to be improved. Forgot drink order after a reminder simply said its on its way. It never came. Manager gave no apologies for the mistake after mentioning this and no eye contact when leaving the restaurant They still slapped the 12.5% service charge on top. Could easily be rectified; sadly not this time. Plenty of other eateries in Richmond to try.

Was fantastic, food was excellent quality and the service was polite and nothing was too much trouble, drinks took a little longer than you’d like however it was an extremely busy night so can easily forgive as everything else was so good!

We loved everything about Buenos Aires - the fillet steak was incredible and the staff were lovely. They bought out complementary Prosecco and a candle on our dessert for my birthday which was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely be back and would definitely recommend if you like steak! Love, love, love this place! Had my usual - Spatchcock Chicken with fries. Went for an early Valentines meal. My husband had his usual - La Primerva burger. Food is delicious. Ended the meal with chocolate fudge cake & ice cream. Definitely recommend!!

Buenos Aires Staekhouse in Richmond was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Restaurant was noisy and it was a Monday night so unexpected. Service was fine but a bit slow but we werent in a hurry!!! Three of us had starters and mains and two bottles of wine - around. £150, which we didn't think for this area was bad. We will definitely go back again and would recommend it. Also close to all transportation.

Ruiz and his team were 10/10! They helped make me and my girlfriends date very special which meant a lot to us especially me! From the moment we arrived until we left everything was on point the food, drinks and service. Also, the fact that I called up a few days prior to my booking asking for a special request they were prepared and delivered! I’ll recommend this branch to anyone I come into contact with! I can’t reiterate enough that Ruiz is the man he made sure my surprise comes to fruition the way I wanted it to and more! He deserves a promotion or a raise! ;) Once again thank you I’ll definitely come back no doubt about it!

We visited for a birthday meal and they were so attentive here. They delivered Prosecco to the table for my partners birthday and he also had a desert with candle after our meal. Probably the best steak we’ve had, beautiful cut of meat cooked perfectly with delicious sides. The chorizo starter was incredible- even our 14 year old has asked to visit again for this starter. Such a good evening- will absolutely be back.

Lovely place to visit. Delicious starters (we had the bread with chorizo Al Malbec which had a tasty sauce to dip) then had the steak sampling board which comes with 2 sides - all cooked perfectly! My only micro comment would be a little more seasoning. We then tried the desserts - churros and Dulce de leche cheesecake - I’m my opinion not great and didn’t have loads of flavour. All in all a lovely meal out and we appreciated them squeezing us in on Saturday night without a booking

Lovely dining room which reminds me of the old Spanish Bodegas. Staff very friendly and attentive. We were eating early evening on a Friday. I was a bit underwhelmed by the Prawn starter. For me it was too strong in garlic and butter. The Lomo fillet steak was done perfectly to my liking, medium rare, and melted in the mouth. The chimichuri needed a bit more kick to it. The Steak chips were good. The Red Patagonian Malbec was recommended and was a perfect accompaniment to the steaks.

All of the staff were fantastic, they catered for 23 of us for our son's birthday. Every meal was perfect and Juan the general manager ensured the evening was great. Thank you!

It's a steak house! Was I late to my table - yes! Who the cares! Was the steak tasty - hell ya! Was the service good - oh yes.. special mention for Juan who was brilliant... And made it a great evening..... The fact is if you have a friendly face and a smiling service... Do I really mind if I get the churos instead of the pancakes... No no no... Great evening...

Unfortunately the restaurant seemed understaffed and therefore we felt forgotten about as customers. Tables that arrived after us had their order taken relatively quickly even though we had been waiting for quite a while. Maybe this is because we got sat in the corner, I'm not sure? For a sophisticated place, I expected a lot better service! Didn't stay to eat which is a shame as I was very excited.

I used to go to this restaurant since 2014. Food is so and so. We also had a nice bottle of wine. When we finish our dinner nobody clean our table. Any food lefts on it was there until we finish our wine.

I had a special request as it was my partners birthday, they gave us a complimentary drink (lovely surprise) wrote on his dessert plate as requested. The overall experience was amazing-Great food, pleasant staff! Would recommend!

Even though the place was outside of what I'm use to, the service, atmosphere and food was very good. I appreciated the quality of food but was let down by the gratuity as it was ridiculous and no one should be paying it.

Staff where excellent. Food was fabulous as always.

It was clear they were short staffed and therefore couldn't be as attentive as normal, but they staff were lovely and we were welcomed with a birthday drink. Steak is beautifully cooked (sharing board for 2) and the sides were good (mash and peppers). Peach sangria was also delicious!

I recently stumbled upon this gem near Richmond Station in London, a restaurant tucked away in a small alley. Our family dinner there turned into one of the most delightful evenings. We’ve been to the Richmond one several times and the one in Wimbledon. Just had the steak sampler tonight is Richmond. Cooked perfectly. The wine choices are great because there is a decent range and you don’t have to pay a fortunes for something decent

This was a truly unfortunate visit. We were served a wilted salad with lettuce and cucumbers that were clearly at least 3 days old. The concerning part is that they deemed it acceptable to serve their customers such food. When they cleared the table and asked about our experience, I told the waitress we hadn't consumed the salad, and it was completely unacceptable. She offered to serve another one, but by then, we had finished, and that's not the point, as they had already served a dish of such low standard. We ordered the bill immediately, but they still came back with a fresh salad. At this stage, I looked at the waiter with amazement. We said no, we're finished so please serve us our bill. When the bill came, the salad was still on it. The waitress came to tell us that if we wanted, we could cancel the service to compensate! I mean, the management had the audacity to keep the price for an inedible salad and make the staff pay for it. We left immediately. However, after leaving, I was convinced that something must be majorly wrong with the way they managed their kitchen. So, I checked their hygiene rating and was surprised to find it was 2! I was actually right. I'm not sure how they can be trusted to serve food with such a low hygiene standard, clearly demonstrated by serving leftover food.
