What a lovely pub. Very friendly staff nice selection of drinks. Family friendly. And the food is amazing it's the best curry I've ever had. I will be coming here to try more from there menu

We had around 20 people come here for a birthday. The food was amazing, everyone was extremely impressed. The food did not take that long considering how many of us there was and there was plenty of other customers. Really recommend the mixed grill and fish pakora. However, overall we ordered a range of dishes and everyone really enjoyed it.

Very nice food. Presented, cooked and flavoured to perfection. Reasonable prices. Thumbs up.

Fantastic food and atmosphere! We arranged a boys get together and enjoyed ourselves very much. Lovely little hidden gem with traditional Punjabi grub , how it should be. 👌👏

I had a fantastic goat curry with tikka rice and butter nann bread. My girlfriend had chicken Korma with egg fried rice. The food was delicious with great flavours and the young Indian girl that served us has fantastic customer service and we even had a laugh. Staff are very friendly and chilled which is positive. The customer service has improved since my last visit. I will definitely come back for a 3rd visit.

Food is amazing at this pub, wide range of drinks also available. Friendly attentive staff. Quiet atmosphere most times I've been here. Typical old school pub feel. Very underated

Better pub than it use to be. Can be abit rowdy when your trying to watch the footy.

The place was a little run down and could do with a revamp, really (chipped paintwork , dirty carpets , dirty seat cushions , carpet missing under the bay window seat with just underlay there and the odd light fitting not properly fixed in correctly). The mixed grill was good. The veg biriyani, though , had a plain watery sauce with it (little , if any veg in it). The tarka dhal was OK , but again both this and the biriyani were asked to be made mild but my other half couldn't eat them as they were too hot for her. Shame, really, as I really wanted to give these top marks. Service was good and friendly , the mixed grill was good , it was just let down by the watery biriyani sauce and the fact that I asked for the biriyani and tarka dhal to be made mild but it was still too hot for my partner to enjoy.

Great food, not a restaurant. So think pub but indian restaurant food.

It's rare I'd credit any venue with 5 stars. However not only is the atmosphere nice, the staff and customers friendly, the space well used a pool table big tvs a large garden. But the food is epic. Absolutely the best curry in Wolverhampton without a doubt

Ordered for delivery. Food was very bland and dry. Naan dry. Even the cucumber was dry ! Ordered garlic naan and called back in to ask why we have received a plain naan.. well apparently that was the garlic naan! So bland it too had no taste.. was told one would be sent out within 10 minutes.. and guess what. It didn't arrive! Won't bother with this place again! We eat at alot of mixed grill pcaes so a good one when we get it. And yup.. this was not good!!!

What a joke My order on UBER eats showed the order going through Suddenly UBER cancelled my order GUESS WHY The driver ran away!!!!!!!! Bruford Arms SURESH showed no remorse Not bothered about a customer whose saying how’s this my fault at 9.20-19 in the bring . Foods lovely 😍 i would of gave 5 but the sauces given was not enough for such a large portion also the naan could of been larger portion. I had the biggie sizzler so small pots of sauce goes quick 😆 apart from this we loved it and never tried fish like that before 😍 will be back

Hands down probably one of the best mixed grills in Wolves or even the Midlands. Chef is extremely talented and deserves a round of applause each time! Staff are always friendly and welcoming!

Ordered food. They said they knocked the door but never did then refused to return my food or even let me collect it. Laughed at me down the phone when i asked for a refund. Avoid this place. Customer service is horrendous. Ill be spreading the word !

Had our first delivery from the Bruford Arms after reading positive reviews and we were not disappointed. We had a madras, korma and a side, all arrived quickly, piping hot and generously sized portions. The food is authentic and perfectly spiced. The only hesitancy we would have in ordering more often is the prices which we found a little high in comparison with our usual restaurant delivery experience, however, we will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend.

I don’t want to write a bad review but I have to . Phone call order great . Went to collect lady behind the lovely . Young chap who bought my food (takeaway) friendly. Those are the positives . I was really looking forward to my dinner and heard good things about the place . I ordered the boneless grill as I don’t like wings . I’ve never ever ever seen or tasted sheesh kebab like this it was horrendous. The flavour the taste the texture was awful I feel quite sick. I opened my bag it was just brown everything was brown even the chicken tikka had the flavour of the kebab. I’ve eaten at lots of Indian places summer house , jacks bar , garden Bar etc and the kebab is usually a red ish colour small sausage shape but this was brown and thick and I can’t even explain. The masala chips were nice but even the fish pakora was spongy the texture wasn’t for me . I like a little crunch to the outside . I’m still traumatised and not sure if this is their kebab all the times or someone new cooked it on that day I hope it’s the latter . I spent 24 quid and it’s going in the bin which is a shame . Sorry guys I hate leaving bad reviews and I gave 2 stars for the service Unfortunately I won’t be coming back .

Stumbled across this place looking for something to eat before a ghost hunt at Graisley Hall. Doesnt look much from the outside, just your standard side street local. But inside light , airy and clean. Massive TV screen . And the food.... beautiful. A little more expensive than some places , but well worth it. Very tasty and large portions. Would definitely recommend.

Been there early this evening with a few friends that recommended this place to me and I have to say that I've had one of the best currys ever, not only were they're good portions but the people there were so friendly and welcoming.

Mix grill was not up to standards imo. Service was OK though can't knock that . They need to get the sport channels on also . For a Saturday it was dead . Just try it you might like it .

Played in a pool match there on a Thursday night the free food was really good .So went back on the Friday and got a chicken buna and a boneless mixed grill it was fantastic will be going back again.

Excellent indian/nepalese food, the quality is superb and the portions are very generous. The chef will usually pop by and check that you are enjoying your food. TVs everywhere for sports coverage, only slight negative is they don't sell real ale.

A truly exceptional experience ,why because the authenticity of the food is unquestionable.Whilst others try to imitate a true sampling of Punjabi food the Bruford arms excels with ease at delivering pure taste, particular praise to Lucky a very warm welcome from this member of the team, well done keep up the brilliant work.

Opened the food to find only the poppadoms missing, no big deal but phoned the restaurant back to see if the driver had made a mistake and left them in the car only for her to come back, knock the door and stand there with an attitude saying “you haven’t ordered or paid for them” like I was trying to fleece a bag of £1 poppadoms after giving her a £13 tip..... food was ok but nothing special, so that combined with the awful attitude of the delivery driver it’s safe to say it’s 1st and last time we order from here. Far better places to order from out there

Me (chewy) and the lads were in our late teens when we started drinking in the Bruford Arms back in 1990, and time has definitely flown by. We have shared many great nights /memories throughout the years and the place became a second home. Their was no SKY TV back then because all sports were shown free on terrestrial TV which we watched on a 28 inch TV mounted on the top left corner of the Bar. Even the bad times were good when the Pub ran out of alcohol which resorted us to bringing in our own. Going to the Bruford these days has become a bit of a rarity maybe because of the current pandemic or it could be the overindulgence of drinking straight Jameson Irish Whisky over the years but if I do go out the Bruford will always be the N0.1 place to be in Wolves. The current owners have done a fantastic job, a great selectionof Alcohol and Food.

The food is out of this world, One thing I can say about this place is don’t judge a book by its cover Once you pass the exterior you will be amazed on how good the food is and the customer service

Best Indian food and great service, even with Covid restrictions the management of the pub was fantastic. Staff were very polite and respectful, the food was amazing and will not hesitate to recommend.

Don't be put off with the location as this place is well worth a visit. Went mid week before the lockdown & could not fault the food - excellent service, food & great value. Compliments to the chief!

I've been in the Bruford Arms many times, but only recently had the pleasure of trying their food. It always looks and smells fantastic, and having been recommended by a friend, a small group of us decided to give it a try. You can eat in the front bar or the larger room at the rear - we went for the front bar, which was smart and clean. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff, and enjoyed our drinks as we studied the menu. We went for a large sizzler between the 4 of us to start, and before long a plate of sizzling meat was brought to our table - plenty for the 4 of us to share, and a brilliant start to the meal. Then we went for some curries between us, the Paneer, Keema Peas and Kathmanu Chicken - all with a selection of rice and naans. It is no exaggeration to say everything was fantastic, cooked to perfection and extremely tasty with everyone in our group commenting how impressed we were. What was even more impressive was the modest price. In fact, we enjoyed it so much a few days later I brought the family along for an impromptu Sunday lunch - needless to say this was great too, and I'm hoping will become a regular thing. As well as the food, the kids loved the selection of TV's showing the football. Many thanks Bruford Arms, will be back again soon :)

Where to start with the food served here, well I’m always hesitant to eat at pubs as often the food can be rushed or unprepared, not with the food served here. A fantastic Napali chef who knows exactly what he is doing, the curry dishes such as butter chicken, keema & chilli chicken are unbelievable, full of flavour, cooked to perfection & has a unique taste which you can tell is this chef’s signature, the mixed grills here I was impressed with, normally a mixed grill is nothing special & im hard to please but here this chef has given me the best mixed grill I can say I have ever eaten, each bite was a treat to my tastebuds. It’s a fantastic pub with a great atmosphere but the food is what sets this place apart from all other competition, if you want to taste authentic Indian cooking then I advise heading down to Bruford Arms, make sure you bring your appetite.

Following a massive price hike for our annual trip to Wolverhampton races our group of 12 decided on a "curry night" and as previous visits to the Bruford arms had been excellent this is where we decided to meet. The food, service and value for money are the key points and we enjoyed a great night. More of a venue for a "boys" night out and the local area is not exactly the most sought after spot in Wolves but we all enjoyed the night enourmously

Fantastic food, fantastic value for money

Great food, service was top notch. The whole place was so depressing and grey. Terrible language from other diners, I didn't feel that warm cozy feeling, you get at other dining establishments. Not a place to bring children, that's for sure.

A very nice Guinness extra cold and had the chicken wrap,was very nice and friendly staff,they do close the kitchen a bit early though at 10pm but the boss asked the chef if he can get a chicken wrap in for me after 10pm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Worst pub ever. The service is horrendous! I suggest no one comes here.There is also a boy who lives there and he is a vile human being who troubles all the other customers and plays videogames on the pubs tv. (Also he is terrible at fortnite.)
