Would usually give this place a good review as food is nice but the mangers attitude is disgusting. As a regular customer It’s disgusting that when you call for a one off complaint you’re called a lier and shouted at and then now banned from ordering from them. So as long as you don’t have a issue with youre order you are fine. Poor customer service

Very disappointed. Order from here often and food is normally one of the best around. Last night however we had cold food which isn’t the end of the world but when we phoned up to complain the customer service was disgusting. To the point was even told that we were lying. She started raising her voice saying we ate the food and now want money back but we hadn’t and even gave all the food back . Can’t get over how rude someone could be to there regular customers

Have ordered from here for years but last 3 times food has been either bland, or the meat has been tough and inedible. Chicken satay was not satay just a honey based sweet sauce on tough chicken. Have changed to another takeaway unfortunately.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and chicken chow mein. They are really nice and delicious and my little ones finished them in no time!

Had a meal from here tonight, and after reading the reviews we expected a lot. Unfortunately they failed to deliver on the quality of the orange chicken. It was very dry and tough to eat, and didn't have a lot of sauce. The rest of the meal was OK, but nothing to write home about.

Ordered takeout from this Chinese restaurant when I was on my own one night, as my partner is not partial to Chinese food. Although they don’t take card payments, which is a little inconvenient and I had to go draw cash out down the road, it was well worth the effort as the food was absolutely delicious. I had the Kung Po Prawns with Special Fried Rice and Spring Rolls (greedy 😋) also ordered Ho Sin and Sweet & Sour sauces on the side. Portions were generous and everything was cooked to perfection. Had to wait a while as they were busy, but as with the no card policy, it was still worth the wait. I would definitely order from these guys again.

Always order from Bright moon, we've never had a bad Chinese from here. Food is always so tasty and hot and always delivered when they say it will be. Can't recommend enough.

Ordered a takeaway for the first time this week and the good was fabulous. Good portions and cooked nicely. Enjoyed it all. Would thoroughly recommend the food. Never visited the actual restaurant so don’t even know it’s location.

Just had our first takeaway from here, it was amazing. Very quick delivery and friendly.. Chicken was succulent. It was delucious. Large portions too. We will without a doubt be using this restaurant again. Many thanks Bright moon.

Tasty Chinese food, delivered to your door. Reasonable prices and large portions, always enough for the next day also. No waste.

Had takeaway from Bright Moon twice now.. both times the food has been hot and tasty. Recommend the crispy shredded beef. Not greasy either. Good delivery time and helpful staff.

I am not particularly keen on take away Chinese, but after the excellent service and superb quality of this meal I shall definitely be having more now, but only from the Blue Moon. Not only was the service so accommodating, helpful and pleasant, the whole meal was cooked to perfection and really tasty.

Best Chinese in bognor Regis by a mile, never had a bad meal from here and everything is always red hot

Staying local we looked on trip advisor for a local takeaway and found Bright Moon. The food was tasty, not greasy /oily and the rice was nice, pawn crackers fresh. The beef was a little chewy but was ok given the price of the dish. I would advise order from this place, expecting standard Chinese food. We would order again from here if visiting the area again.

Me encontré con esta pequeña joya en tripadvisor mientras buscábamos un local chino para entregar a Butlins. A decir que soy un adicto al chino es insuficiente y cada vez que vamos la fuente que para llevar más cercana podemos tener nuestro arreglar mientras está lejos. Más a menudo que no cumple, pero no excitante. Bien hasta ahora! La comida aquí era exquisito, y sin duda, la mejor comida china que he tenido en años. La elección es increíble y los sabores son una locura. Es mucho mejor que nuestro local de lejos. He ordenado tanto que se viene a casa con nosotros. Era entregada en 15 / 20 minutos a la puerta nos especificado y caliente. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente y una gran relación calidad-precio!

La comida fue entregado antes del tiempo estimado y me llamaron para decirnos que estaba en su camino. La comida estaba caliente y muy sabroso, tuvimos varios platos diferentes y todos fueron excepcionales y de muy buena calidad. Este ha sido uno de los mejores sitios de comida para llevar comida china que jamás.

Ordered on a Friday night and received our order about 20 minutes later. We had the Mixed Hors D'oeuvres, the Thai Kam Heong Chicken (which we hadn't had before), and egg fried rice. Everything was delicious. We will always order from here for our Chinese.

The food was of very high quality with a very speedy delivery service. Very impressed considering we usually have favourite Chinese place. Would definitely order from here again.

without fail there take always are always prompt and the food piping hot- smelling amazing and absolutely delicious. I wouldn't use any other Chinese take away in the Bognor area! You MUST try this!!!

I've never been a fan of Chinese food but the team here have helped me try more different things. They explained what each Dushanbe as made from n how so I could decide what I wanted. I'll never go anywhere else now

Great food at bright moon and take away. Food always seems fresh and tasty and is always our first choice of take away. Only criticism is they do not except card payment which makes it a pain

Went to this take out following another review as my local is shut for refurbishment. The review said the best salt and pepper prawns ever so with 4.5 stars on Google i decided to skip the rest and go to this. And i am so glad i did the price was not bad at all and the flavours were so nice it was totally different to the other restaurants who seem to make the same curry as bulk. The restaurant was a family run business with the chef in the kitchen that looked like a regular kitchen making each dish individually. The salt and pepper prawns and chicken were so good, chips cooked to profection, and the dishes taste deliciously homemade. It was my first time here because my local was shut and i will definitely be recommending this to friends.

I've tried most of the takeaways in Bognor and Bright Moon are the best all round for taste, quality, service, price and options... They are the best in town.

Full of msg. ..not enjoyable at all. Friendly staff front staff..that's the only plus as the prices and the food are not that great...

The menu for Bright Moon is huge, simply because you choose your flavour, the usual suspects like sweet end south, curry, Kung PO etc plus less common I.e. Satay, Beijing capital, yellow bean etc, then choose what to have, mixed meat, full range of the abba tori, veggies, veggie chicken etc. as with all establishments, hit and miss and personal pref but, go in and chat to the team...they are so friendly and take on board your likes send dud likes and APDT fishes accordingly. Swift delivery, and always get the order correct. They also have a Thai section on the menu but never tried that. P.S. The satay skewers need to be eaten with your hands and a teatowel...messy but fun
