Such a lovely place! 👏 beautiful gifts and decor details, once you get there - you wanna buy everything!! Little cards, cups for tee, plates, small spoons. We even got something for ourselves as a memory of a beautiful city Naples!

I had such a lovely and enjoyable experience here! I had the earl grey lavender tea, a croissant sandwich, and fruit tea pastry. The service was lovely and the atmosphere was so quaint and beautiful. It was such a treat! I also treated myself and got a tea set and some goodies as well. I Highly recommend! They do require reservations but they were able to accommodate me outside since it was only me. Thank you Brambles Tea Room Naples!

Made reservations weeks in advance for my daughter's 10th birthday. She wanted to dress fancy and have afternoon tea with 2 of her friends. From the moment I popped my head in the door, the man working (I'm assuming the owner) was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I'm baffled at how this place is in business and has as many good reviews as it does. We left before we were seated. Very disappointing for our girls that were looking forward to this experience. My guess is that he doesn't like children. I can't think of any other reason for why we were treated so rudely. We felt as though we were burdening this man with our presence. Very bizzare. I could go into more detail including the reservation process, but im not wasting more time on this place. Luckily we found an establishment that enjoyed their customers and ended up having a great day.

Have had High Tea here 5 times in the past 18 months. It's fabulous every time.

Best traditional English scones I've ever found, although there was a cafe in Door County that came in close.

Certainly this is a European (Ireland) full experience. from the dining outside area or the more formal dining( interior),it's a nice experience. The choices of tea are spot on Food is so tasty .,you have a nice selection of dishes

My favorite restaurant. The best scones and clotted cream. I love love it so much. Update!! Again I went to brambles everything wonderful EXCEPT the attitude of the man at the register. Looks angry, bored and not happy to be there in my opinion. In one of the most beautiful areas in naples he should try smiling and being nice and happy that he has a busy restaurant even asked us to leave the table because he needed for other customers.

Oh my! Such a delightful place, great service, and delicious food! With the Queen greeting us at the door, and the rose wallpaper on the walls, the experience authenticity was set. Excellent tea poured with a flourish from a flowered tea pot started the meal. I'm not sure how many varieties there are but there are many! Three in our group chose the tea repast. The three tired tray had desserts on top, second was a pumpkin spice scone that got rave reviews ( with clotted cream of course), and lastly finger sandwiches on the lowest tray. It was lovely and very tasty by all reports. Two of us had quiche Lorraine. It was delicious with cheese, ham, and crumbly crust. There was a very fresh Spring mix salad and homemade dressing to accompany the quiche. We had a wonderful time and will return!

We went for afternoon tea. The establishment has an atmosphere like in real English Tea Shop. Excellent tea, scones, pastry. Attentive staff. Beautiful interior. Not expensive. Highly recommended.

Very lovely Tea Room!!! I went with my 87 year old mom, we dressed up and had a wonderful time!!! There was easy parking in the back (as detailed on their web site), and it was a lovely afternoon!❣️

We decided to have a ladies day so 6 of us headed out to our reservations at Brambles. Everything was so quaint and delicious. We decided to all have the variety platter so we could try everything and each of us ordered a different tea. We loved it all! The scones are out of this world. I highly recommend this for a special day of relaxing and enjoying good friends and family.

First timer to this beautiful tea room. Great food options, my niece requested gf meal before our rea time. Food was delicious. Brambles Delight, we were delighted. Tea selection was wonderful. Taste was awesome. We will definitely be back.

Brambles is always good, English tea room, large assortment of teas, a few beers with a very tasty selection on the menu. Prices are a little high, but you can expect that everywhere.

Lovely place with lovely atmosphere. The food was OK. 2 of us got the traditional tea service, "Brambles Delight," and both were missing the clotted cream but we didn't realize until we were done. If I'm being totally honest, the food was good but not great, and we probably won't go back. It really was a nice time, but doesn't hold up in comparison to other Tea Rooms we have visited. Maybe it was just an off day?

The gift shop itself is jampacked with cute things to purchase. There’s a wide selection of tea, and a variety of bonbons. My deduction of points, though lean towards my experience in the tea room. The tea room itself really does not live up to the pictures that have been posted. There’s almost a diner-esque feeling which is absolutely fine for the right scenario, but was not what I had imagined. There is almost a dingy sense, and not at all one of high elevated tea. I had in my mind that I wanted to order the too shebang high tea ($33/pp). I ordered the royal wedding tea, as well as the traditional English scone… everything else was a set menu. The plate I was brought for my food was a completely different motif and color scheme than the tea cup and tea plate that was originally at the table. It wasn’t even a matter of them being similar but different, but being drastically different. The presentation of the finger sandwiches/scone/desserts was pretty, but the metal stand was starting to peel it’s gold paint. To the point that some fell onto my scone plate. Regardless of the paint falling off, the simple detail of allowing a metal display that needed painting to be used was a huge bummer and took away from the feeling of high tea. The finger sandwiches were good, I was surprised how much I enjoyed the cucumbers and the ham. The egg salad was bland, as was the chicken salad. The English scone was nice and warm, and I especially enjoyed it with the strawberry preserves. The desserts were good, but nothing outstanding. A nice, thick, chocolate ganache like brownie (maybe not a brownie, but dont recall what exactly the tea room called it) and a sugar vanilla square. The real highlight was the flavor of the Royal wedding team. It was a very nice balance of fruity flavors that weren’t true dessert, like, or overwhelmed any of the food I was eating. As I went to check out, the gentleman asked how my visit was. I responded that it was ‘okay’ and our conversation ended there.

I absolutely love coming here I come here every single time I come to naples! I highly suggest getting the Brambles Celebration Tea! It's the best of all worlds!

British themed products that are hard to find in the US. British chocolates, shortbread cookies, lemon drops, crisps, tea biscuits are among a list of other travel games, curios and other very interesting items.

We were initially a bit nervous after reading some reviews about taking kids but we had the best time. The girls were 4 and 7 but they are really into tea and it was their birthday. Nobody said a word to us because they were under the minimum age (we didn’t know until we arrived). The service was great and the experience was amazing. If you bring kids, I’d just make sure they are well behaved and nobody will bat an eye. We will definitely be back.

Great place for tea and scones.

I ordered tea sandwiches to takeaway. They were beautifully prepared and there was a short wait. My only complaint is the egg salad is far too bland. I often make deviled eggs and the addition of a tablespoon of Dijon mustard makes all the difference. Also I don't understand the addition of egg whites to the egg salad mixture. Overall very good and the greens and sliced strawberries is a nice touch. It was very crowded so if you go reserve ahead. I wish they didn't use polystyrene for takeaway.

I can’t speak on the restaurant itself (too bad since I would have totally wanted to experience having tea and treats) I just happened to stop into the gift shop that had beautiful, cute items. I was drawn to all the tea items (cups, pots, tea accessories) and I was in the market for a new apron. I found a cute rose gold tablespoon for portioning out loose leaf teas and a very pretty apron. I also bought and enjoyed their blueberry scone. The ladies were so delightful and after I realized I had left my phone with my husband, the ladies helped me get into contact with him and Milly even drove me to him. I was so pleased with the service of these ladies - they left an amazing impression of Naples!

I promise my grand daughter (6) that I would take her for a “Tea” date. We had tea on the patio with Mr. Brambles and couldn’t have been more pleased. The food, Tea, and ambience was perfect! Everyone walking by commented on how wonderful we looked and my Grandaughter just couldn’t stop smiling!! Thank you for this beautiful memory.

Classic high tea. Great selection of teas with a variety of salads and sandwiches. Beautifully decorated as well. Be sure to call for reservations in season. We've been many times; it's worth it.

such a fun experience!! I would highly suggest making reservations as the wait time for a table can be upwards of 4 hours. This place was so cute and decorated so well, and the tea was amazing - it feels like you were stepping into a small shop in the UK. The servers are absolutely amazing and you can tell why this place is always packed. We decided to go with the Brambles Celebration Tea which includes a glass of champagne, traditional English scones, finger sandwiches, and tea pastries. Plus, you can choose any kind of tea you'd like. I definitely will be back the next time I'm in the Naples area!

This was by far one of the favorite memories of our trip. We had and amazing vacation but Bramble's was such a unique place. The food was amazing. We got some to go for breakfast the next day. I definitely recommend making a visit.

Wow! I had an absolutely wonderful time here with my mother. The inside atmosphere was amazing! The garden was absolutely wonderful as well. The staff was very sweet and I loved the tea. I got crème brulee black tea. The smoked salmon sandwiches were great too. I liked the scones as well. Would definitely recommend!

Had a reservation for 2:00 p.m. it was 2:40 p.m. and the guy there still had no idea of when my table would be available. We drove from Estero to celebrate a birthday and completely ruined that for us. Funny part was his entitled attitude of "I dont know what you want me to do?". Horrible experience, thank you for ruining my mother's birthday. You could have tried to sit us outside from the beginning instead of dismissing us as if our being there annoyed you.

Had a great time here with girlfriends - the perfect place for a get together and lunch. Great food and wide selection of teas - the chicken pot pie had a teapot shaped crust! The gift shop is great for gifts and teas to bring home. Outside seating available.

Lovely tearoom but before we even got to sit down we had a terrible taste in our mouth. Our group of six was trying to come in when the nasty manager/ owner was going out. I guess we weren't fast enough and he yelled, " MOVE WE ARE TRYING TO GET OUT!". Wow we were speechless. The manager/owner was extremely kind to the "regulars" who butters his bread. But just remember acting like that will keep others away. When the "regulars" are no longer able to come back no one will be behind them.

It would be nice if they would actually answer the phone or call you back for a reservation. Have called several times and no one has even bothered to respond. Not very good business etiquette.

Nice tea and scones which were very authentic. Very grumpy manager who can be charming to those he knows and loves but his welcome is in short supply to the others!

The manager could not have been more rude and nasty. And when called on his horrible behavior(as we were leaving) he was just as incorrigible! Also shrimp in croissant was not deveined!!!! Will never go back!

Visited today and we were "greeted" with an "do you have a reservation?" even though there were multiple tables available inside. We were told we should have booked in advance to which I responded there was no way to make a reservation from their website. They responded there was a way, "call the number on the website" which is pretty 1990 IMO. Pretty rude and they seem to be on a high horse about being the best tea house in Naples (probably the only one). In any case, they've lost a client today.

Had two waitresses tending to the entire establishment. Food was mediocre at best, they did have a good tea selection however the owner was arrogant and rude. Would not recommend this place and would never return! Wisteria tea room in fort myers has by far superior in food and service.

Such a lovely little tea shop. Definitely a nice time out for anyone who enjoys teas, little sandwiches, and scones with clotted cream!! Have been here twice, and will come back. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. She moved us inside after we were getting bit outside, and was attentive and kind. I can't remember her name. I wish I could, because she's fantastic.

The owner is a rude person and tries to overprice you. He charged us 1.5 times more for tea than the price that was hung where the tea boxes were being sold. When I noticed it he said that this particular tea had a higher price. But this “new” price wasn’t anywhere except his head and our receipt. Flashy facade and nothing else to admire.

Something is wrong with the tea, tried two different black teas both had an after taste of bubble gum. The food is like a child's menu tea time, bland and unnecessarily sweet. The dessert ruined the whole experience a coffee flavored fudge thing that just destroyed the palate. The place needs a major update it's kitchie.

I love Tea Rooms... I've had the priviledge of going to many around the country. But just recently, my husband and I got to visit Naples, Florida and we made reservations. It was his second time at a Tea Room and I have to say, EVERYTHING was PERFECT! I have dietary restrictions, and the chef accommodated me with the most AMAZING 3-level tray for High Tea! From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we were lavished with kindness. Our sweet waitress, wearing an adorable 'maid uniform,' was DELIGHTFUL! I asked my husband to pick out the "Tea for Two" and he chose the most delicious 'Royal Wedding Tea'. It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! His Shepherd's Pie was the BEST (I tasted it!!) looking and tasting Shepherd's Pie I have had in my life! The SCONE!!!!!!!! Oh My!! The Devonshire Cream... HEAVEN! I give it 5 stars plus plus plus!!! Thank you all, at Brambles!!!

Lovely place , decorated with a classic flair and yet very comfortable. The menu offers many choices of both savory and sweet options. The service is impeccable and the server is quite knowledgeable and happy to help with decisions.

We came to Brambles English Tea Room for afternoon tea on our wedding day last weekend. The staff had great communication with us - as we made a reservation for a party of 15. A delightful place. Nestled away in a beautifully adorned alleyway right off Naples Beach famed 5th Ave restaurants and shops. The quintessential English tea experience.

Charming little tea room. I stopped in while on vacation and it didn't disappoint. I shared an afternoon tea with my aunt's and it was a great experience. Our waitress was so helpful and the Brambles delight came out quickly. Each sandwich was delicious and I'm still thinking about the cucumber! The scones - one raisin, the other vanilla were not impressive, Soo incredibly dry, crumbled all over. It's a shame since scones are easy to make and don't have to be this way. We shared two separate pots of tea - Royal Wedding and English Breakfast - and the royal wedding was Soo tasty! We were given milk with the tea and my aunt tried it. I've never had milk with my tea and after my visit, I always will! Brought out the flavor of the tea! I would definitely return for afternoon tea again and I'm already thinking about coming back to try the Shepard's Pie!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL (AND FUN)! My girlfriends and I visit Brambles at least once a month for lunch and tea, and love the outdoor seating and delicious food. Try the incredible chicken salad sandwich and quiche when you are there. A great lunch break when on 5th!

If you have ever visited England and want to experience it without the flight, Brambles in Naples is a good choice. It is charming and beautiful. Inside tea room is intimate and outside tables in the alley are a wonderful choice too on a nice day. We had afternoon tea which included some tea sandwiches and a freshly-baked vanilla scone. The sandwiches were very fresh but a bit skimpy. The scone tasted good but it was a bit dry and crumbled every time I took a bite so it was messy to eat. Our server did not offer to remedy the situation when my friend received the wrong flavor scone. She just said @that is what you ordered”. I think fir those elegant prices she should have taken it back and replaced it. Go if you want an elegant meal or snack. The place is unique and the owners are nice too.
