Bradleys Coffee Shop in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Called in for lunch and a coffee. Very spacious inside. Food was good and there was a nice atmosphere.

Coffee is good and there are plenty of options. I would say the coffee suits those that like a strong /dark roast here. Styling is very pleasant and good outdoor seating.

Llanelli - I'm done with this place. There's a girl working there who has to be the mouthiest of them all. Do not become a regular as she accused me of spending so little there, place is expensive anyway, just because I don't pay for nearly £4 for a iced tea drink which are basically a syrup shot and water, I wouldn't that be the customer's perogative? 'oh my you're spending a lot today aren't you?', I replied 'what?' and she responded with 'well you don't usually spend much here'. I couldn't beieve it, are they monitoring the spending habits of regulars? I bet this makes great conversation for her to her collegues. On a seperate day, I went into the shop again, I was looking for a friend of mine who said they'd meet me there but happened to be late, so I stood by the door looking in, and when I looked at the counter ready to purchase something, I found the same girl staring at me, with an attitude looking agitated and mumbling to herself, I assume this was because I may have been taking my time to look for my friend. This girl really has issues, she's invasive, judgemental, and has that typical attitude of looking down on customers. Very unprofessional. I imaging they keep her on because she might be one of the lively one's out of the bunch, but livelier doesn't mean that people have to put up with it. Look out for her, she's usually crocheting during breaks.

My first time in aberdare visiting from the us. Love this coffee shop. Got a cappuccino and it was quite good at an affordable price! The barista was very nice and quick. I have been back a few times since I first popped in. Highly recommend if visiting the area!

Waited a very long time for panini and manageress was very rude. A very nice waitress seemed very unhappy about the situation she was put in by the management.

Came here with a pram and eventually got their attention as the step was too high to enter. They have an outside seating area with good views of the town and chapels. The coffee was good and strong and the bara brith was succulent and full of flavour. The prices were fine and the atmosphere relaxed.

Excellent coffee. Price is high but actually the quality is good. Especially like the customizable options available. My go to is pumpkin spice latte. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor is very comfortable. Service is fast and friendly. Wifi is truly awful. The worst I've experienced and I've been all over the world. It's unusable. I'd probably say it's the top coffeehouse in town

What a Massive Disappointment! Went into Bradley's Coffee Shop in Llanelli and there were 2 staff members. The girl behind the till did not greet me or even smile once, the only other person there was a woman to busy to even look up, as she was on her phone. I ordered a Ice coffee and I have never seen one made with water taken from the kitchen tap. I took one sip and I left it on the table and walked out. In Llanelli there are so many better options to spend money on fast food and Bradley's is not one, just look at other reviews. I do hope the company looks at their reviews, please get staff members that look the part, and a smile goes a long way. Please bring back Burger King ;)

Really not impressed unfortunately the cafe is cramped and very hard to get around you almost have to sit outside when the coffees came I hard a dark mocha which I honestly can't believe it was suppost to be that it tasted like a standard coffee with sugar and my wife had a frappe which was so overfilled with cream and basically just ice also the coffees did not look anything like the pictures absolutely night and day compared to there Pontypridd chain

Thought this would be decent as there is one in pontypridd that is lovely but this one in aberdare is an absolute disgrace, cramped, dirty, and drinks are mediocre with a regular mocha looking more like an espresso dont recommend a visit here

I can't fault the Bradleys in the Old Town Hall, Aberdare for service, food, value for money and coffee. It's the pity I can't say the same about the old Bradleys in the old Muni Arts Centre in Pontypridd and in now in Llys Cadwyn there. Service is a little slow there but food, coffee and presentation good. However empty tables are full of dirty plates and cups from previous customers and are not cleared until a new customer(s) comes in and sits at that table and is served.

Love this place for a nice lunch

In Bradley's Llanelli, there was one worker there who seemed to have a real attitude towards customers. I am not sure if they are there anymore, but I remember seeing a gentleman who has serious health problems who wanted a place to rest, and this staff member just wouldn't leave him alone. 'You're going to have to leave if you're not buying anything', she came out about three time in about 10 mins - 'I am telling you etc'. He had already bought a coffee beforehand from Gregs and I happened to be in that queue where he asked the Gregs Staff, can I sit outside in the court, and they said 'we don't own that, that is Bradley's Coffee'. So he obviously needed to sit down, All the seats were empty art from my seats my friend and I occupied. But the Bradley's staff member kept coming out like she had some sort of personal mission to talk down to him. This gentleman was not angry, he didn't speak back to the staff member, he was very quiet and you could not have a more well behaved person. He sat there and kept to himself without any sound, but I couldn't help think he was really embarrd by all the passers by that were witnessing this. I remember when the tables were free some years ago outside the place, but then when Burger King and Bradleys started renting, they got their paws on it and have been really defensive of it. Never is the shop and that place outside their shop full at the sametime.

Lovely friendly service with variety of luxury coffees with variations of flavours to try. Also serve deserts and cheese boards and bookings available for small parties of people for birthdays, anniversaries or meetings. Indoor and outdoor facilities with lovely views of the the town. A relaxed place with comfortable seating, a perfect place for relaxing and free WiFi available upon request.

My Wife and I called in recently for two flat white Coffees. What came was two cups of milk (the coffee is still coming)! I don't know how they get away with it! The last time I'll pay nearly £5 for two cups of milk! Expensive, overrated and a place for old biddies who have lost their sense of taste and not from Covid! Avoid - go to the local Spoons and have a cup of Coffee (that you can taste) for £1!

If you don't mind paying £22 for two small cup's of coffee, two small pieces of cake and one plain cheese panini with staff that struggle to render a smile then go there. Really does not warrant these prices especially as the outdoor tables are choked with the constant barrage of vehicle smoke and noise and hardly an 'experience' unless you call getting fleeced an experience.

Popular place. Nice outdoor seating area.It also has a licence to sell alcohol. Not impressed with my black americano,no crema at all. Having said that,if you like a latte o was told it was good. Lastly,very slow to clear tables of used crockery

Prompt service with tasty hot drinks and cheese and onion toasties. Would have preferred a touch of salad to vegetable crisps on the side though. That said a good overall experience

Nice little spot and if they focused on quality it could be great. The coffee isn't great and when you get an undercooked cheese toastie you really wonder, how hard is it too get a toastie right? Would love to see them get some interesting beers in, up the quality on the food and coffee and become a quality place insured of her another rubbish Aberdare cafe.

Not the best. 5.70 for 2 large Americano coffees. Don't understand why the barista didn't give the full measure of coffee in either cup. There was too much hot water, resulting in a weak disappointing coffee twice over

Visited here on Friday 2nd October. Entered the building and waited at the sign which stated wait here to be seated. After a few minutes a lady shouted us in to the area where they make the coffee. First we were asked if we were from the same household and then told we had to prove that. Now I have raised this issue with RCT and they advise shops only have to ask if your from the same household. The attitude and abruptness from the lady really wound me up. The hot chocolate had a perfume scent to it. After reading other reviews on this coffee shop alot of other people have not had pleasant experiences here and I for one will not be returning

Bradley's brings a very continental palazzo vibe to the Valleys. With just enough of the traditional Bracchi atmosphere to puncture any pretension.

Just popped in for a cappuccino! I found, even under the present situation, the Staff were rude and uncaring! The coffee was luke warm and all froth. Overrated!

Outstanding coffee, just a little pricey. Dark Mocha is my favourite. They also do soya coffees. Has the perfect little sitting area out side that’s a bit of a sun trap. Service is also friendly and quick.

Just moved into the local area and as a big coffee drinker was on the lookout for a new coffee shop and noticed Bradley’s straight away. The interior is really nice and the coffee is fantastic at a reasonable price.

Met friends and thought we would give Bradley's a go. My friends are vegetarian and vegan so were slightly worried but no need to be at all. Soya and almond milk were available and as for the choice of vegan cakes it was brilliant to see. The vegan oreo cake was delicious, moist and a mahoosive serving. Look forward to going back soon

Between Bradley's, Bert & Ernies and Delico Deli we now have a variety of places that sell exceptional coffee, are great places to meet and generally raise the profile of Aberdare. Try the peanut butter stack in Bradley's, it is simply divine.

It's a bit stayed but it's the best coffee anywhere in the valleys

Not the friendliest of places to go, a bit odd towards you if you go in and have a coffee on your own,. If you have a family or wife with you there seems to be more approachability, also if you talk or have a conversation with the people they don't really want to talk that long, coffee also very bitter tasting, A lot friendlier with the little chap who serves and the French lady, who is very courteous and polite . No longer there now. I remember one occasion asking for a coffee and had a Costa plastic cup and lady behind the counter refused to fill it, saying this was misrepresentation because it wasn't bradley's , this I thought was poor policy, bad customer service, what is the old addage the customers always right.

I don't patronise chain coffee shops to try and support local cafes. I'm occasionally in Aberdare and this café is the best in my view. Good setting near the old church and away from the sometimes depressing town centre - sorry, Aberdare, not your fault I know. I remember the town in the 50/60s when it was thriving.Pleasant staff, good coffee, etc.. Nice comfortable sitting room in the back. I always seem to sit outside so the sun must always shine in Aberdare - a place with lots of memories for me. Recommended.

My husband and I popped to Bradleys yesterday for a nice cold milkshake/frappe, on a lovely warm day. My husband ordered 2 milkshakes, one strawberry and one banana, along with a slice of rocky road. The milkshakes arrived and what a huge disappointment, let alone waste of money, both milkshakes were warm (since when do you get a warm milkshake). They were both utterly flavourless, and such a huge disappointment, they clearly had not been made with any form of cold milk, or ice, and were disgusting. My husband then told me he had to pay an extra 50 pence for the cream and marshmallows on top, what an absolute joke. I took a bite of the rocky road, also warm and tasteless. We left both drinks (still full) and the cake on the table and went home. Such a waste of money and a huge disappointment. I did find it rather funny after we walked away I watched the staff pick the milkshakes up and throw them in the bin, with not a care in the world, or wondering why we hadn't touched them. I will never recommend Bradleys, and we will never return. Overpriced joke!

Went there for a coffee and a light breakfast before a meeting. Long wait for coffee to be delivered to table and a longer wait for a prepacked toasty. Felt it was pricey fir what it was and the wait was very embarrassing as I took both my directors
