The food is horrible, reheated fries and the meat looks like they've had it for two days and reheated it in a steam pot... a restaurant where if you're angry and rude you have fresh food if you don't….eat leftovers, I do not recommend!

Had the best kebab tonite. In honesty this is always my go to place never ever had a bad experience thankyou ☺️ also we orded about 22:15 (pm) arrived within 15 minutes. 😁

First and last time ordering. Forgot our sauce on kebab. Not in pitta. No red cabbage. Chicken meat very dry and chips soggy. I could go on. Never again.

Have been a reqular customer since the late 90s always been superb until recently. The last few orders have had items missing from order, the chicken dry and the lamb looking more like jerky. Final straw for me was getting charged for delivery when ordering directly from the Norwich shop? Rang to ask about the charge and the guy was rude. Explained that I had been a long time customer, and he didn’t care! What happened to Erol and the guys? So long Bodrum, I will not be returning.

Don’t waste your money. The kebabs are bad and the chips looked liked they was cooked over and over again Honestly don’t wast me your money been there twice now and both times very disappointed ☹️

DO not eat here sold me a chocolate éclair 9 days out of date and I'm certain the meat was not even lamb.

Order from this shop all the time spend a crazy amount of money there have never had a complaint. And tonight my food did not arrive I phoned up and was basically called a liar and that it was delivered. The man on the phone was rude I asked to speak to the manger and he put the phone down. I will never use you again or just eat for that matter. I have been totally knocked by a kebab house I did genuinely love. If someone has used you for years spending sometimes in excess of 100 pounds a week why would they lie.

Unfortunetly not very fresh. Pitta bread hard to eat.

Excellent quality and good variety. The staff are also really friendly and never get an order wrong. We usually order the chef special kebab which easily feeds 4 people with a selection of different meats, pitta, fresh crisp salad, chips and bottle of drink for £20. Always hot, fresh and so tasty. The lamb and chicken shish has a lovely flavour and is so juicy and tender - good quality meat is obviously used. Would highly recommend.

Every time we sit down to eat our delivery from Bodrum Kabab house, I say I must write a review, sorry for the delay in posting. They never fail to produce the most delicious food, always hot, always consistent. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Took 1 hour 20 mins to arrive and i orderd a donner kebab and it was the worst tasting greesy meat i have tried by a long shot will never be ordering from here again also a large looked like a small in a large box.

My son ordered a chicken shish kebab plain and a portion of chips, the chicken shish was disgusting the chicken was dry and hard the pitta bread was soggy the only thing that was ok was the chips which you can't really get wrong, I paid £10 and only the chips were edible. I called to complain they Were very rude and said they weren't busy so there's no excuse for poor quality food they didn't offer a replacement or refund so over all my experience was very bad food and very bad customer service. AVOID

Love this place. Huge portion's. Fresh food. Lovely salad and amazing garlic mayyo. Only problem is it's hard to not get fat when you eat here as it's soo good.. my staples are lamb donner, chicken shish, and lamb kofte

I understand upping prices, but now its expensive for what we actually receive (if the order is actually right!) Big jump on the price increase.

High quality fine cut meat, great on prices and generous with portions.

Always a good experience , show up before estimated delivery time I forgot to add chilli sauce to my order one night phoned up to see if they had any other deliveries in the area if someone could drop one off.not one issue he said driver will be right there with chilli sauce no problem they were happy to help food always good , hot and exactly what I ordered been using them for years

Im so gutted with this place, I love the food but the attitude of staff stinks, all over some cheese, my partner never has cheese in anything and tonight I made it clear that I didn't want cheese in his burger as I've had a disagreement before about it before , basically if u dont say no cheese it comes standard in a burger, if I ask for a cheese burger then yeah, but I didn't and they didn't offer cheese for me to say no to, well tonight I just started by saying no cheese and they sent it anyway and then tried blaming me and repeated several times that i must say in future no cheese, well i did say no cheese, ur guy just didn't listen... to top it off, I ordered a burger meal and they didn't replace the chips even tho the cheese was in the tray with the chips....dont order from here if ur fussy, dont order from here if u dont like attitude or being blamed for there mess ups....

Ordered from here a few times. Ordered tonight and driver turned up i have cancer so took me a while to answer the door when i answered i said hi he said Answe quicker next time i said sorry i have cancer he said So its not the point He spat in our food and the shop didnt want to know and the food is crap anyway so dont bother just eat backed them up also so not ordering from just eat again.will be contacting someone to look into them i am so angry by the way i have been treated

Use to be really good. However, last time I ordered here I was very ill within 48 hours. I had compylabactor food poisoning that lasted over a week. Best not to order from here as they clearly have very poor food safety practices.

Ordered a lot from this kebab House and nearly every time they get the order wrong, they miss out on items, deliver a complete different orders not good, advise you to use some where else

They were so rude and after waiting for so long for mine and my sons food it was incredibly disappointing. Would actually really like my money back!!!

The food tasted great, it's just the kebabs arrived kind of deconstructed; everything was separate and the pitta was sat on top uncut and, if I'm honest, not very toasted. Otherwise service was great and it was nice to have a kids meal that doesn't come with a fizzy drink! Nice, but I think I'll stick to my regular.

Food was great and service quick. Upset that the box had clearly been set on something hot, as there was a gaping melted hole in the bottom, meaning kebab grease all over my sofa/clothes. Would order again and hope for an in-tact wrapper!!

Food never came. Delivery driver said he called my intercom and spoke with someone who came down to get the food, but the intercom is broken so calling someone through it is impossible. Not sure if they're completely lying or if there is just some massive communication error, and I'm disappointed because they had some great reviews, but the men I spoke to were offensive and upsetting and did not even try to rectify the mistake. Appalling service.

Food was delivered on time no problem was hoy ect but the a,punt of grease on all what I ordered was disgusting couldn't eat it as grease is all I could taste my chips were basically swimming Init absolutely disgusting won't be going there again

Ordered food to be delivered at 21:30 but was delivered at 17:45 and delivery person said as it's been delivered now I had to take it even though it clearly said deliver at 21:35 on the ticket in his hand. As I was fasting I could not eat food till 21:40 so can only rate food on how it was when I ate it. So food was cold soggy and nasty what else can I say. Massive waste of money. Won't be ordering from here aging as don't follow simple instructions as what time you require food to be delivered. Extremely poor service and poor quality food.

Visited here at 1am, I had a large Doner kebab & chips. The doner meat was very chewy and the pitta bread was burnt, stale and tough. However, the chips were nice. Won't be returning any time soon.

Delivery was fast but they got the sauce wrong on the kebabs I don't know how chilli sounds like mayo but we got mayo which ruined the kebab as we don't eat mayo

Lovely as always. The pita was an afterthought though and was placed on top of the meat rather than the meat actually being in it.

It didn't taste as good as it normally does and the presentation was awful.

Normally perfect every time but on this occasion, there was no chilli sauce or yogurt on my Bursa kebab and it tasted I bit bland, like I said this was the first time out of many orders and I will order from here again.

When I first used them they were polite and friendly food was cooked nice and hot but my last 3 orders they did not deliver all that I had ordered I gave them the benefit I rang tonight 20/02/17 at 22.00 pm they had no chicken so when I rang again they were rude and told me they had stopped deliverys when I checked on there email they are opened till 00.45 I will not be useing

Food was nice as always only problem we had today was we ordered a chicken kebab and got lamb would of rung to change it but my boyfriend was to hungry to wait as it was getting late. Other then that was happy will still continue to order from there

The wrap was awful... meat was left over meat

Food was nice and portion size is good however they sent us a xlarge lamb donner instead of an xlarge mixed donner. Looks like they do this a lot looking through the reviews. Tip: read the orders properly.

You gave us lamb donner meat and chips when we ordered mixed donner meat and chips. Apart from that food was good and delivered before the time shown.
