Perfectly grilled lambchops, fantastic starters, ice cold bubbly and desserts to die for and happy people all around! What more is there to ask for?! Long time since we have been that happy with a restaurant visit. Also the staff really cared about out comments. Can’t wait to be back. Only regret; we didnt buy the cookbook, but found it on Amazon.

One of my favourite Italian restaurants in London, they always hit the mark. Everything we have had has been delicious, and waiters are always efficient and kind. I definitely recommend a reservation especially for dinner and during peak seasons.

This was a great culinary experience for our little group. We ended up sharing the orders and they were all great! The Blood Orange Salad was 5 star!

It’s a must visit a wonderful experience

The fried mozzarella balls are just out of this world. And the prawn and red pepper risotto is fantastic. Everything really in this restaurant is mouthwatering. 100% recommend!

What a great find in London, great service and divine food. We sat up at the counter watching the kitchen team hard at work it was like eating while watching masterchef at the same time. Highly recommended. Cannot wait to return even though its a 2 hour train journey to enjoy it.

Loved it so much that I was there 3 times during my very brief visit to london. The staff were wonderful the food mouth watering the sommelier charming and not over selling. Can’t wait to go back to london just to eat there. I bought 2 cook books and had it signed as the man himself was there the first night 😍

I recently was invited here for a private reservation for a friend's birthday, and it was quite the experience. The ambiance was just right, warm and welcoming. The staff were super attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly without being overbearing. And let's talk about the food - fresh and delicious, served up with style. Overall, it was a solid dining experience that definitely left a good impression.

They probably don’t even need another good review but I am going to give it anyway! Went there for a double birthday celebration with my boyfriend and the service couldn’t be any better. They helped with what to and how much to order, so kind and friendly, the food and the wine was amazing- overall a perfect experience for a special occasion. The venison ragu pappardelle and the lamb (which they recommended) was the best I’ve ever had in London, the vegetables (we got the courgettes and lettuce) were so tasty crunchy and fresh, and to top it all off they brought us not only but two complimentary individual scoops of gelato with candles to say happy birthday! Easily made their way into my top three in London and we will definitely come back again. Grazie mille! :)

Coming back to Bocca Di Lupo again and again is amazing The whole experience is soul satisfying, from the menu to your fantastic staff especially Matzio who couldn’t do enough to advise us and he got it spectacularly right on every dish. Small portions of pasta for high prices. £27 for many pasta dishes on the menu isn’t good value. Poor choice of non alcoholic drinks.

Simply the best Italian in London

Sumptuous surroundings and it feels special from the moment you step in. We sat at the bar which i preferred as it gives it a relaxed feel (but clearly only works for 2 people). The menu itself is thought through as small plates to share with a wide variety of delicious foods to choose from. The waiter was very attentive, engaging and had some banter which added a welcoming air to the evening. Great wine list to cater for all tastes although expect prices to start from an above average benchmark. highly recommend trying one of the Italian Coffee Desserts. Highly recommend this place for a treat or if you are splashing out.

Maybe the best food I have ever eaten. The simplicity yet quality of the ingredients was phenomenal. I'm now w sat at home dreaming about the fresh tomatoes, carpaccio, perfectly cooked pasta and amazing desserts. Our server was also absolutely lovely and very helpful! We had a lovely time and I would recommend 100%. Will definitely be returning!

A regular customer, and for good reason. The food is outstanding, the service impeccable and on this occasion and particular note of gratitude to Rosie for anticipating our desire for an early table, and ensuring we had a table (although the counter is a terrific experience). For anyone who wants a perfect dinner in the heart of Soho, then go to Bocca di Lupo.

Friendly helpful staff made for a nice ambience.

Very interesting dishes on the menu eg Amberjack carpaccio, wild strawberries (fraises des bois) and a red vermouth I have never seen before. Excellent menu, food and service, well worth a visit. John

It is difficult to find any fault with Bocca di Lupo. On my first visit a week ago at the invitation of a friend, I sat at the bar for a ringside view of the action in the kitchen and I returned yesterday with my partner in the main body of the restaurant. She is half Italian herself and she loved every aspect of the experience. The food and wine are terrific but even better is the warm and engaging service which is executed with a real flourish. Highly recommended!

Authentic taste and a very classy place

Had an amazing time. Everything was excellent but a very special shout out to our waiter, I think his name was Marzio. He looked after us so well and made excellent recommendations on everything from wine to food to just ensuring we were enjoying ourselves.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere! The amberjack carpaccio and venison ragu paperdelle were both delicious.

All great - good service, delicious fresh food but super super noisy on the bar seats which are squished super tight together. Table would be much better.

Service was absolutely amazing and the food delicious! Loved the olives and bread selection and the blood orange juice. Our pasta dishes were delicious and the crème caramel so smooth and definitely home made. Loved the service and even learned how to sharpen knives. Always a delight coming to this special restaurant thank you!

Fabulous meal, great service, a bit noisy, but otherwise excellent!

Very busy even in a workday evening, reservation needed. Had nice dinner, pasta and 🦐 are my highlight. Cocktails are good, and I would recommend the dessert wine which is sweet enough for me haha

I had a catch up with a chum from University whom I hadn't seen for over 10 years. Quite the most perfect place to meet. Brutal authentic Italian. Explosion of flavors. Pure delight. You can order half portions, so you can eat more dishes in one sitting, which I think is ideal.

My favourite restaurant never lets me down

This is my second time at this restaurant. I was impressed with the service and quality of the food on my first visit, so this time I went for a business dinner. Luckily, Marlio, who provided such great service last time, was in charge of my table. I'll definitely come back.

Returning after a long interval I was reassured to see the place buzzing when we arrived for lunch. We ordered a range of dishes and my 'small' plate of spaghetti with crab was not only plenty big but plenty delicious. I experimented with a blood red orange salad which might just be the perfect accompaniment to spaghetti. My companion was similarly blown away by her choices. In conclusion,we arranged to return again tomorrow,in order to try some of the goodies being consumed at the adjacent tables. Awesome.

One of my fav restaurants in London. Extraordinarily good food but I think it could be a bit less fatty. Anyways the service is really good and it’s always crowded. 9 out of 10

Great restaurant with a very lively vibe in heart of Soho. Hostess so welcoming and attentive. Gave us complimentary fizz as we'd said i5 was our 30th wedding anniversary. Service excellent and serving staff really knowledgeable about the menu. We got good advice on what to eat and how much! Pleased they paused us to say we'd ordered plenty. Food is sublime! That artichoke! We loved it. 3rd time and we would go again and recommend.

Bocca di Lupo just always delivers! What a great place - what an amazingly tasty food and always on top. I have been going there since 2018 and it is one of the best Italian restaurants in London. The wine menu is extensive too. Highly highly recommend it.

Such a lovely restaurant. We had heard so much about it. The grilled Spring chicken was sensational (Actually 1 portion was enough for 2) . My wife loved her Risotto. Charming staff. What else could you ask for?

Fried squid, red prawns, courgette & blood orange (starter) was nicely done My wife is a great fan of the Fossil fish. I am always on the look out for the tripe dish but this time it was replaced by U Morzeddhu; did not try it this time.

I booked a table weeks ago and we got given a bar seat. My parents are in the 70s and found the bar seats uncomfy. The staff were friendly but no Italian charm. The food was excellent and the service very slow

My friend and I enjoyed a great lunch here sitting at the bar watching the talented chefs cook up a real banquet. We shared 4 of the 5 "Fritti" fried starters including the rainbow coloured mixed seafood and courgettes with blood orange (phenomenal) and the super juicy and creamy fried buffalo mozzarella balls and then followed with the duck ragú, egg yolk and parmesan pasta plus the chargrilled langoustines and "Fossil Fish", all absolutely delicious. Special thanks to the super professional, friendly and attentive wine sommelier Damiano - looked after us like VIP royalty. Personally I'd say that Bocca di Lupo is the best Italian in London. Highly recommended.

Tables very close together - we asked to move as so quashed. After we had ordered were then told two mains ordered were no longer available. Our mains ranged from poor to very good. Really too varied for the cost. Doubt we’ll be back.

Food outstanding, great wine list with a few unusual offerings, eg Pignolo. Liked it that they offer 500 ml carafes of good wines. Service is friendly and efficient.

Really reasonable 'Theatre Dinner' (£18 for two courses), service fast so we were in time for the theatre and very friendly.

Nice overall experience. Two things they should work on. 1) the olive oil portion with bread is very stingy. 2) the menu design is actually quite hard to read.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. The ambiance is perfect. The food is delicious and the service is warm and friendly. Could not love this place more. Always top of my list for London trips. Special shout-out to host Lucy who remembered us speaking on the phone when I arrived and helped us get seated at the bar. We've been going for the last 12 years as a special place and can't rate it highly enough. Great food, lovely staff and great sommelier.

A gem of a place. We went for our anniversary and they really spoiled us. The cooking was exemplary, the service spot on. They just know what they're doing. We will be back, and soon.

Great sommelier who is friendly and welcoming as well as super knowledgeable. Would recommend sea bream carpaccio; the orange peel was a beautiful touch and it was properly seasoned. The pork sausage with gnocchi was also delicious, a really rich tomato sauce and nice chewy gnocchi. The risotto was too thin and not that exciting, only a couple of prawns and overall disappointing. It needs more texture and either to become richer or to become more vibrant. The bean salad was great, simple but very tasty and had all the right balance of acidic with sweet bites from the tomato. Overall we really enjoyed the meal and I would visit again to try more. We sat at the bar and had fun listening and observing the kitchen. Thanks for a lovely evening!

I live a large part of the year in Italy and Bocca di Lupo is the only Italian restaurant in London I'm happy to go to - in fact delighted always to go to.

I’ve been lucky enough to eat here three times in two weeks. First as a complete random drop between meetings. Then, I thought I’d bring my 16 year old daughter on a daddy-daughter day out (cancelled the alternative venue I had booked). We loved it so much that I had to bring my wife for the third visit. What a treat. Each time the staff were fun and engaged without hanging, the food was gorgeous and the timing between plates perfect. With my daughter we sat at the bar and had the head chef tell us about the courses and even how to prepare two of them. And as he and the waiter listened to our conversation about dessert, they joined the banter about sorbet vs cannoli…..just a perfect experience. We’re looking forward to our next visit. D

I can't recommend this place enough. The service is great, the food is sublime and to top it all off, I messed up my booking and they were really great about accomodating us, even on a busy Saturday lunchtime service. I would obviously not recommend turning up on a Saturday and expecting them to be able to accommodate but that did so with very little fuss.

We've been coming to Boca di Lupo for years whenever we come to London and always have a great experience. The food is unmatched. Fresh and creative and seasonal. Today was as exceptional as we've come to expect.

A high end italian restaurant in the center of London, with a regional menu that will make you travel within Italy. I had the orecchiette alle cime di rapa, they were exquisite and I am from Apulia! Great Oil and service, all of my friends were pleased with their choices. Good value for money. Often crowded, needs pre-booking.

In viaggio a Londra, alloggiavo nella zona di Piccadilly e dopo giorni di panini e fast food cercavo un ristorante italiano dove mangiare finalmente qualcosa di buono e salutare. Mia figlia ha cercato su Google se ce ne fosse qualcuno in zona e ci è apparso questo locale. Siamo andate senza prenotazione e ci hanno accolto con professionalità e simpatia. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, davvero italiano e sia i titolari che il personale ci hanno fatto sentire a casa in terra straniera! Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque si trovasse a Londra e spero di ritornarci presto anche io!
