Bob & Berts in Limavady

Prices are mental. Went In one day for a regular cappuccino & iced latte , and 2 small tray bakes and it was £14. Lunch alone for the likes of goujons and fries is also a big price. Almost £9. And the portions aren’t great. Not very filling. Haven’t been back since!

Disappointing service.. I ordered a snack plus coffee and apple pie. Coffee and pie was delivered to my table without a word so I waited for my snack to arrive before starting my coffee and treat. After about 10 minutes I asked a server to check when my order would arrive.. She came back and said sorry, 2 minutes. 5 more minutes and coffee getting cold and still no sign of my order. Appointment looming so requested a refund. Refund arrived but short of cost! No time to argue. If you like weak coffee and poor service this is your spot, otherwise avoid

Where to start!!! Staff just looked bored with a couldn’t care attitude. Bacon so under cooked, cold toast and how anybody can mess up scrambled eggs so badly and call themselves a cook is beyond me. Will not be going back and will not recommend this place to anyone!!

Food tastes like cardboard coffee disgustingt the service is like they just want to be somewhere else do not recommend

Was here with my brother for lunch. I had an Italian panini and my bro had the buffalo burger. Food was very average, panini had far too much pesto in it and the burger had very little sauce, looked a bit miserable. The phrase“ I’m sorry about that” could be heard frequently - my brother had asked for coleslaw and didnt get any, had to wait a while for it to arrive. Poor customer service, won’t be back for food again. The tables are also very sticky, not cleaned properly. One time I was in the member of staff offered to clean my table but I didn’t hear back from them for about 10 minutes, had clearly forgotten.

Hi, visited a few times now....food Was always good. Usually so are drinks except ordered 4 milkshakes and they had that much ice in them all you could taste was the cream on top and a watery mixture which was supposed to be Peanut butter and chocolate. Picking lumps of ice out of a milkshake ... something not right.

we found this by searching trip advisor, we took a chance, and we were delighted with our experience. Food fantastic, Coffee was great and desert was divine

I have only had occasion to eat in this establishment for breakfast and their Ulster fry is outstandingly first class. Service is also excellent hence highly recommended to start the day with perfection on a plate.

Would be a fairly regular visitor to Bob & Berts & they never disappoint be it for coffee, lunch or tea. Always super friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way every time & nothing ever seems a bother to them. Food & coffee so tasty. Keep up the great work everyone & a very well done to all.

Great cup of coffee in pleasant surroundings. Large, open industrial look with comfy seating. Appeared to be plenty of lunch and snack options.

I was working in Limavady on Monday and decided to have a working breakfast in this venue . It was very welcoming and the service was first class , it had a simple but varied menu I had the breakfast offer which was well cooked and presented . The dining area was full of people who were on their way to work and the atmosphere was friendly .

Thoroughly enjoyable family breakfast with good choice of cafe style food. Delighted to see a separate menu with a good range of gluten free foods. Great coffee too!

Having spent 10 days in Limavady and trying a different coffee place every day we finally struck gold at BOB & BERTS COFFEE HOUSE. This is real coffee, not a milky version of coloured milk. Your coffee will be as you like it from warm plus to hot, just ask. If you don't you will probably get it just edging hot which is good as it doesn't have to be drunk immediately and it doesn't burn the beans and your mouth which is what we have found. The staff are pleasant and efficient and we have had some lovely chats to the very friendly, knowledgeable locals who know where to go for a good coffee. There is a pay car park at the back with entry into BOB & BERTS and for one pound you can have over two hours for coffee and a shop. They also have a large variety of food which we didn't try. The cakes look good!! We will certainly be visiting here every day until we leave Limavady for our next tourist destination.

Shocking to see that not a single veggie option was available. The coffee was also old filter. Poor show and not very inclusive.

I had been shopping with family when we called in for a light lunch. I ordered a raspberry and white chocolate scone. I had been given a scone which was stale dry and hard. It had been slightly heated. I could only eat some of it. Little raspberries and no chocolate could be found. So avoid the scones as they are not worth the eat or money. Would not recommend.

Whilst doing a bit of Christmas shopping we called in for a light lunch. A decision not to be repeated. Whilst my husbands was ok (hard to mess up a club sandwich & can on lemonade) mine & my daughters lattes were not hot. I ordered a chilli sausage roll which was not a sausage roll nor was it chilli flavoured. It was a large, overcooked & under seasoned pork pie that would have needed a hacksaw & sharks teeth to eat. Never again

Visited for breakfast as we had coffee in the one in Colraine the day before and the menu looked delicious. I had the potato stack and my husband had bert's stack and they both looked and tasted amazing. Great staff too!

Great selection of food for a snack or lunch. Difficult to choose what to order as so much of the food looked really tempting. Staff were polite & efficient. Although cafe was busy we received our order quickly.

The offerings available are nice from great breakfast such as pancake stacks, nice paninis for lunch or even a selection of cakes and tray bakes. The red velvet cake is one of my favourite from here and is enjoyable with the berts hot chocolate or even the toffe and bana milkshake. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Great pop in place ! Good mix and great FOOD 😋😋😋 I'm making it my favorite lunch spot. Oh!!! The coffee ☕️ is fantastic too.

Soy un cliente frecuente porque #1) Me encanta el café #2) que cavar la decoración y el ambiente del lugar. El personal más agradable y siempre cortés (no sé nada sobre los comentarios aquí? ? ) la comida es muy buena, mi favoritas son: Sandwich gofres, huevos benedict, rainbow cake, vainilla/chocolate toques ñam ñam! (normalmente el desayuno o sopa del día) y nunca he sido decepcionado, por eso volveré! La música es fabulosa, el establecimiento es impecable, además de abrir los domingos.

Para el almuerzo, un salto en el tocino, ordenados y Ballymore relish panini Brie (sonaba prometedor) al llegar era recargado, contenía dos mechas finas de bacón grasiento, una gota de Brie, y barbaridad de condimentos. Mi enhorabuena a quien tiene el tocino en lonchas muy finas sin duda que he presenciado, más delgada de jamón de Parma. Tenía sólo pagamos 5 libras. 95 para saborear y tostadas. Personal abrupto y no especialmente interesados en clientes. Nunca, jamás.

Siempre me encantó esta cafetería, ambiente agradable, café es normal y la comida es buena. Normalmente voy para los desayunos, pero me cambian el horario para 12, así que sólo está disponible tras el almuerzo. Sin embargo, la mayoría de las hamburguesas y perritos calientes menú - ni siquiera uno de esos es vegetariano así que estoy a la izquierda con la opción de una papa al horno de pan con mantequilla de cacahuate. Absolutamente ridículo. . Que en 2017 vegetariano ni siquiera tiene opción de comida en una cafetería y está limitado a 1 o 2 opciones. No quiero dar mi negocio aqui

Tengo que decir que la comida y la decoración era muy buena. Por desgracia, esta ubicación es decepción por mayoría de personal femenino contador. He estado en numerosas ocasiones y quedo una sensación de que están haciendo un favor al tomar mi pedido. Cambiar al otro lado de la barra es remotos. Los chicos que limpiar las mesas y entregar los pedidos siempre me golpean como una tranquila zona. Un poco de atención al cliente al mostrador personal muy lejos.

Great service , quick friendly and personal . Regular here and always feel welcome . Best breakfasts ever ! Spotless , plenty of space and great vibe . Quality food , quality coffee , best spot in the town

My wife and I come here fairly often. The caramel squares are amazing and the coffee is great. Plus, you get a free refill on the house roast filtered coffee!

Mi esposa y yo hemos comido el almuerzo aquí en varias ocasiones en los últimos doce meses. Al principio, se podría decir que la comida era de primera calidad y recién hecho. En nuestra visita de ayer, este no era el caso. La hamburguesa que tenía era terrible y el patty no estaba recién hecho. Las ensaladas eran muy corrientes, comparado con hace 12 meses. Según la norma actual de comida, yo diría que la comida era demasiado cara.

Stopped in for lunch. Got a baked potato with chicken and chilli jam. It was lovely. Food came quickly and was a good price

On arrival to Limavady’s Bob&Bert;’s a group of friends and I were less than pleased with the greeting that we received. when walking to the till, one member of staff said and I quote "what do they want now" to another member. This was said with a disgusted tone and unwelcome look. I ordered a hot chocolate which didn't involve a lot of hassle. Anytime my friends and I are in the cafe we always clean our table so it makes their jobs easier and they still have the audacity to turn round and come out with that statement, my friends and I will no longer associate ourselves with this establishment. We strongly advise others do the same. Please teach your staff some manners towards their regular customers.

While everyone says Bob & Berts is expensive you have to weigh up the options first of all it's open early on a Sunday 10:30 am while no one else is open till 1pm and the food is actually really good, the breakfasts especially are good, so while you could spend £2 more on your breakfast i think for a wee treat now and again it's worth it

Food overpriced for what it is. Staff are more involved in themselves than the customers, they would happily talk amongst themselves than talk to the customer. Definitely not impressed with this place compared to other places in the Limavady area.

My friend & I went in for lunch & found it quite expensive for what we had. The staff were nice but could be a bit more friendlier. The interior is nice.

In Limavady today had lunch today at Bob& Berts first the decor is lovely then the staff are friendly and very approachable , they have quite an extensive menu i decided to have the bacon and brie panini with extras my husband had the flat bread with chicken bacon and cheese and loads more, really enjoyed i will be back.

Me decidí a romper mi dieta (otra vez ja) para celebrar la compra de mi nuevo (para mí) pero, en moto 5 pm miércoles, los restaurantes eran todavía no sirve y los cafés estaban cerrando o cerrado. Bob y Berts era la única opción disponible y nos fuimos un poco en 'porque era el único espectáculo en la ciudad. Sin embargo, qué experiencia. Puedo decir honestamente que su American Burger fue la mejor hamburguesa que he probado jamás. Tenía todas las cosas que habitualmente ponen en hamburguesas, que gusto como este, pero nunca hacer. Sin duda volveremos. A mi esposa le encantó el Ranch Burger también.

As promised I gave this place another try, I found a great improvement. The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting changes to the printed menu. The service was fast and efficient, and the food was tasty.

Carrot cake and caramel square were delicious if a little expensive, staff were uninterested and got the order wrong without apology. They made you feel they were doing you a favour by serving you.

Had great coffee yesterday in Bob and Berts, Limavady. Coffee was perfect, and surroundings stunning. Cafe was spotless and staff friendly. Definitely would recommend and return.

Llamado a la hora de comer durante su estancia en Limavady. Esta fue una agradable encontrar y tenía un buen almuerzo menú consistente de hamburguesas, perros calientes, panini, sándwiches tostados y ensaladas para nombrar unos pocos. Decidimos probar hoy aquí para el almuerzo con yo y mi madre pedir dos cafés, una panadería y una papa horneada. La comida no era fresco y la ensalada de col de la patata era mala. Incluso una simple taza de café no era agradable. Por el precio de artículos es una estafa. No volveré y no lo recomendaría.

El personal es de lo más desagradable. Me dieron defraudados por el propietario nos desagradable ya que me decía mi esposa. Pedí mi dinero y el propietario nos tan desagradable ella me dijo que para salir. Después de que habíamos dejado me di cuenta de que había sido de corta volvió a cambiar como ella ni siquiera me da el precio del café ... Ten cuidado, no vayas.

Oh my god ate here this week well paid for food but didn't eat went for a steak sandwich never got worse food anywhere in my life over priced just don't get how people could eat here will not return .

He visitado Bob y Berts Limavady dos veces, ambas veces con colegas de trabajo diferentes. En ambas ocasiones la comida (tanto comidas calientes y la comida del bar de ensaladas) era excelente, así como el café. Todo servido por educado, felices los miembros del personal.

Mi esposa y yo decidimos darnos un capricho para comer fuera, así que decidimos ir a la nueva Bob y Berts, Limavady. La comida estaba bien presentada pero si no te gustan las especias que posiblemente no sea el lugar para ti. Me gustó mi almuerzo pero mi esposa no estaba interesado en ella, así que pensé que era picante agradable.
