Bob And Berts in Omagh

I've been in here twice now and both times I've thought the staff could be more friendly. Food and coffee were good though.

We arrived at about 1.30pm on a week day. The person taking orders was very distracted by sorting out the rubbish under the counter and getting someone else to take it away. No hand cleaning before taking order after handling rubbish. They took our order after that very well and were welcomimg. More attention needed, more staff or organisation. We got the last knife and fork from self serve area. So needs attention. Banquet had a ripped seat and table not cleaned sufficiently, crumbs. Background music too loud and in competition with general noise and conversations around. Better quality and quantity of food in other establishments in the same area

Asked for eggs well done staff had no idea how to use the till, had to keep asking for help! Eggs came out just about warmed! Put me right of my over priced food.. Claimed a free drink but some how have payed more than my last visit! Won’t be back

I took my granddaughter here for a quick snack. She enjoyed her meal. I had a hot chocolate.

Good place for coffee ☕️ and little bites. Every thing is fresh and the service was excellent.

Nice cafe in the centre of Omagh. Good coffee and tea festive Xmas sausage roll was very tasty.

We did not get an artisan coffee experience. A got cup of hot oat milk with no taste of coffee, though at least they did have decaf. The hot cup did warm our hands though on a cold day so 7 out of 10 for that. The service was disinterested with what seemed to be only one team member trained on the coffee machine and hence very busy, with others moving things around and looking busy. We were ignored on first arriving at the counter and only when the barista was free were we greeted. Plenty of tables had used cups and cutlery on, there was rubbish and food on the floor, with clean-ups taking a long time, giving the whole place a busy (school) canteen type of feeling. The side door does not close properly so cold air comes in and that expensive heat escapes out. Bob and Bert's website talks of "a commitment to exceptional service. Our devoted team ensures your visit, wherever it may be, radiates genuine warmth and hospitality - that's who we are". It was missing in Omagh last week around 16:00 to 17:00. At £4.10 for two lattes, it is higher-end prices, for mediocre-end everything else. :(

OK but expensive for my budget

Great service from all the staff. Helped me to a table, brought cutlery that I had forgotten to collect. Had the all-day breakfast, well cooked, and a good size portion for me. No complaints at all. Thank you to all the staff.

Its a nice place but food and drinks are very overpriced and really not worth it like the food is so dry and tasteless. The drinks also often have a weird flavour like anything with milk in it tastes sour and their latte DOES NOT taste like coffee i dont even know what it was…. however they do have some good stuff like smoothies are nice and service is alright. Overall theyve fallen off tbh, used to be better

What can I say? It's always a tradition for me to stop at Bob & Berts when in Omagh. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcome and are absolutely fantastic. The menu has some great options as well.

Meh. Not edible/drinkable. Just another poor copy of a coffee house. There are better, just not on main street.

The food was okay, not the best. I felt some items were hard to eat, for example pitta bread. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Ordered smashed avocado with poached eggs. Avocado was off, hidden by an inedible heap of hollandaise. Charged £8.95 for the privilege.

Went in twice today. First for coffee which was nice - but the Aircon was blowing a draught over the comfy seats and the music was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation in comfort. We had vegan and gluten free meals which we both enjoyed, however our friend had to wait for his meal as they forgot what it was. We moved seats away from the draft for lunch and asked for the music to be turned down, but I don't think it was as we struggled to hear each other. It would be good to have some fresh vegan cakes on offer as apposed to the packet flapjack style one on offer. I'd come back alone but if I wanted to catch up with friends, I'd have to go somewhere quieter. My ears are still ringing! 😂

Really like it here though with the prices it is a bit more of a treat than a regular feature in my routine. But always have a pleasent experience on our visits. Ps. Love the comfy sofas

My mother went to the Omagh branch last Sunday (22nd), when she went to pay with her gift card she was told there was nothing on it, which she was shocked about because she was sure there was money still left on it. The girl serving her (small and dark-haired with a ponytail) was adamant about taking it and “disposing” it for her, to the point that it was rather suspicious. My mother declined and went to the Cookstown branch the next weekend (28th), they scanned the same gift card and told her that there was £36 still left on it. Please beware if you’re using a gift card in the Omagh branch, we think the person serving her had ill intentions and was trying to take the voucher for herself. Cookstown branch are far more honest and genuine, definitely would recommend going there instead.

Food was nice enough bit overpriced £20 for a couple of breakfast baps and 2 drinks isnt the best value, dont think i would go back

I am usually a loyal customer of Bob and berts, but after the cold unwelcoming and rude reception I have had from particular staff, I will never again be a customer. They treat loyal customers like dirt and give you backhanded responses with dirty looks. My money will not be spent supporting this place.

Splendid place for a wee bite or coffee. Lots of dining space and table seating. Café style counter and tiller. The food is good and there are many items to choose. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Any cues seem to go quickly during peak times. Nice toilets in the back for customers. That’s convenient if you’re in town shopping and the public toilets are closed. There is a back/side door that convenient for going back towards the river by way of The Aviary Pub.

Called in today for lunch ordered chilli chicken baked potato got overcooked baked potato 3 small pieces of processed chicken not much taste off chilli way over priced at over £7

Scam. 6 50 for a kids meal that I wouldn't give the dog. It's a hole and I'll never be back.

Stopped in Omagh for a break and went to Bob&Berts for some food the service great, staff really friendly and food very tasty.

Never would of had any complaints beforehand but, the past few occasions i have been here the man with a man-bum and stretched ear lobes has been the height of rudeness to both me and many others i know. Custom service definitely needs a checking over.

Food is amazing but the tables are generally dirty. Staff need to clean up more regular.

Absolutely disgusted 😠 My daughter was in the doctors so as a treat afterwards she wanted a yumyums ice cream ( bare in mind she is 6 years old ) then all 4 of us then went to Bob and berts to get some food. Before we could even order we were informed by a member of staff that we couldn't have her icecream in there to which I replied "are you joking" , no apologies from staff (except for 1), everyone of us left without food and without any more said from the employee that served us, not even a "sorry", I am absolutely appalled that for Bob and berts being such a big company they couldn't let a 6 year old girl eat her icecream in their premises

Food was to die for I had a Philly steak and a latte and was so impressed and the service was speedy and polite 🙂

Called in for a lovely relaxing coffee ☕ aft some festive shopping 🛍️ coffee delicious 😋 as always. But definitely staff needs to be looked at, it seems as if they had a big fall out - lots of tension 🤷 coffee should be enjoyed in a relaxed environment. 1 member in particular may I add. Food arrived in a decent time. However, pancakes, brioche bun and eggs were burnt (blsck) and the Bacon was just fat, Over-priced for the quality! Won't be ordering delivery again!

the food was served 3 minutes after we ordered it, never a good sign. Portions were small and the burger was dry. There was no ketchup, just a " we ran out" like who gives a s***?

Back over from Wales again so made sure we popped in here we love this place for our food so usually in here every day just got in from Belfast International Airport so had a breakfast brilliant team staff brilliant food fantastic so yip it's 10 out of 10 for the Bob&berts team off me and the wife Trevor &Sue 9/9/2022 Newport gwent South wales

Barbecue chicken paninni with very little chicken in it and a bob and berts fry that was cold and soda so hard it was impossible to cut. Like to support local businesses but will never be back here again ,if you want a great lunch try between the bridges cafe in enniskillen, excellent food and staff.

Great place to hang out with friends, lots of space to sit and taking pram. Food is ok, only come here bcs it’s nice atmosphere and close to everywhere.

Hi was here last weekend, it was very busy, an the coffee an croissant was very good. But I watched a staff member clearing the table next to us, she lifted everything off it but wiped it with her hand no cloth no spray. Leaving bits of food still on the table, then a family with children sat down to eat. Nasty 😱it was busy but no excuse.

Staff were all very professional, polite & helpful.Pleasant surroundings & good service but the only disappointment was the lack of balsamic dressing on the girls salads( apparently because there was no more in stock) It may seem a trivial thing but it did spoil the meal somewhat.Apart from that, very good.

The staff here went above and beyond for my family on our visit today we have a child with a fair few allergies and it is usually very hard to find anything for her to eat when we are out in cafés restaurants or other food places (we usually bring a packed lunch for her) but luckily bob and Bert's omagh have a good range and wer able to run through the menu and their allergen folder to find a meal she could have with her sisters and then took extra care by re-washing utensils she would use and even found a dessert that she could eat and sent it out in a little mug all the staff were great but particularly Sarah thanks so much for your extra effort 🙂

Magherafelt location was five star, Omagh was less than one. I'll try it again before I speak with owners. Senior staff in this location were very non interested in customer feedback.

Would'va given it 0 if Google let me, I mean staff are actually stuck up reclosed bullies who couldn't operate their own 2 hands let alone a coffee place. The place is disguasting as I have personally experienced the effort the Bob 'n' Berts staff put into the workplace. Also all you Hot Chocolate drinkers, they re-use left over Hot Chocolate from other peoples drinks. I mean Omagh Bob and Berts might just be the biggest slap in the face for the whole franchise. Also the supervisor are stuck in an endless loop of God complexity because Bob and Berts hires 20 year olds to manage their stores.

Really nice coffee and cakes. Staff are nice. It is very busy so the tables/floors are often messy with the previous people's food.

Lovely food and coffee, I had the spicy chicken stack on flatbread, might be a strange request but ask for it on the waffle with syrup instead of the flatbread and mayo, it may sound odd but definitely worth a try!

We were in this morning and ordered two hot chocolates, we ordered way before everyone else but everyone else was served before anyway. We spoke up to the lady behind the till who said our order never came through, then she had the audacity to accuse us that we never payed, we showed her the transaction details but by then it was too late. We missed our bus and had to walk to school which is a 40 minute walk because we go to durmragh. Disappointing

Awful ordered a full fry when it arrived I thought something missing I ask was there not supposed to be black pudding with it to be told don't have any which I should have told before ordering or even did I want something extra then when I started to eat it found out it was nearly cold won't be back to this Bob & Berts

Walked in to try and buy an ice-cream. Stood for about 5 minutes waiting as 4-5 'big' woman staff stood in a group gabbing to each other and ignored me. One walked up past me and I asked were they open. Replied yes and walked back to the group! Sale lost and zero for service!

Most delicious date bar ever - vegan too. Great place and lovely staff. Highly recommend

I like Bob and berts I would have given it 5 stars last year….. it’s bright and airy with very Good coffee and great breakfast. However it’s as if standards have slipped. Floor was not cleaned this morning or last night (I was in at opening) ….huge cobwebs on wall, Tables are clean. I got a pastry and it was stale. Will happily update my review in the future.

Brilliant... Don't miss it if you are a there near one of the Bob And Berts diners. Great food, quick service, extremely friendly and efficient staff. It almost would take you back to 'Arnold's Diner' of the 50s & 60s that you would have seen in 'Happy Days'... (minus the Juke Box)... Just a lovely place to 'hang out', enjoy good company and lovely food!

Stopped in on route to Dublin. Top notch Philly Steak, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Recommended!!
