Blueberrys in Pembrokeshire

Our first breakfast out since Dec 2020 and we were very disappointed. We weren't greeted by any staff when entering, many if them didn't even acknowledge us. My drinks order was wrong, I ordered a mocha and was brought a latte but out of politeness and due to the amount of people there I didn't say anything. Food was extremely poor. I ordered eggs benedict and after a 30 minute wait my partner and I were brought another tables food. When ours eventually arrived, my eggs benedict had serano ham (rather than normal ham which it did not state on the menu) which I don't eat. Both pieces of my toast were rock solid, only one piece of toast had hollandaise sauce on (which the sauce itself was like water) and both of my poached eggs were hard. My partner had a BLT which mostly consisted of excessive amounts of lettuce and not much else. We were so looking forward to being able to dine out for breakfast again but were both left pretty disappointed by both the food and the service.

Called with the family for dinner place was empty not a good sign with any cafe but food was excellent and good service

Visited for breakfast and was seriously disappointed with the quality of the food and the way it had been cooked. It all tasted greasy and some of it was not edible (e.g. soggy hash brown). Would not recommend.

Only called in for a coffee - which was very good. As it was almost lunchtime, other customers were starting their lunches - which looked very good.

My husband and I had lunch here today, it was a lovely meal, the fish was very fresh and nice chips too. Excellent value for the money. The waitress was very polite and at one point I dropped my knife she was there so quick to replace it. Great service, great price and social distancing adhered too.

We had breakfast here and loved it. A very nice place with good covid precautions in place. The Belgian waffle dessert is definitely worth a try! All food is reasonably priced and the staff are lovely.

On a short break and visiting Tenby for the day we discovered this cafe. We had a lovely lunch and can recommend the filled jacket potato and a very nice BLT bap. Both came with tortilla crisps and coleslaw - there was also a generous portion of salad ( cucumber, lettuce, tomato and onion with a light dressing) with the potato. Service was friendly and efficient. Covid measures in place were good.

What can I say my family and I had the rustic bread with a filling which comes with Coleslaw and tortilla chips which I must say was not cheap for a mere sandwich we put our order in only to be told when they placed it in front of us they had run out of coleslaw but instead gave us some salad first of all they must have known they had no Coleslaw when they took our order and you do not presume we want salad the bread was dry and stale the chutney was like a running liquid which tasted full of sugar. The tortilla chips were stale too had no flavour at all they must have been the cheapest of cheap chips. We were the last people in there before the placed closed and I guess we just got the leftovers o and another thing salad consists of lettuce tomatoes cucumber onion and peppers especially the price we paid all we had was a little bit of lettuce and a slice of tomotoe no onion or cucumber call that a salad I had to go ask for some onion which was dried up. The waitress who served us was I thought rude and we were an inconvenience because we arrived not long before closing time will never go to that place again my sister complained and we should have got a reduction in our bill but that did not happen total rubbish how easy is it to make a nice sandwich with FRESH ingredients.

We had the mushroom and halloumi burger. It was bland and lacked flavour. The burger bun was soggy. COVID precautions were in place.

Fantastic food, felt Covid secure & customer service from the waitress was outstanding. Felt really safe eating here & wish we’d discovered it sooner rather than on our last morning. Very welcoming & would definitely visit again.

Found this gem of a place today. Breakfasts here were fab! Really tasty! Great customer service from the waitress. Definitely recommend a visit here.

Had a warm welcome when attending in the early evening. Are fully compliant with Covid protocol. Service was friendly, food was nice and priced competitively for the town. Went back for lunch. It is a cafe/restaurant, so the menu is limited, but is varied and caters for children.

Visited for breakfast on our weekend away as this place was recommended to us. Little wait for a table but so worth it, great service, great staff, great food and value for money. Good socia distancing regs in place. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others. Loved it!

I read a previous review before doing my own I have to agree the staff here work very hard and are very friendly However it was noted on a previous review how staff were social distancing etc but they were not doing track and trace which I think they should do Food was really good

Firstly the staff worked really hard to ensure social distance. I felt re assured as not been out much since March. Great breakfast and pancakes for the kids. Super friendly staff.

Bacon is great! Vegetarian choice is no existent. Ran out of hash browns but they didn't mention it and served chips instead. Rubbish food, rubbish service. Wasn't even warm food but after a 40 min wait I was too hungry to argue!

Certainly will not return. Fish was not flaky. It was solid dark and chewy. Definitely re heated. Chips hard definitely not fresh. Coffee was ok also milkshake. When waitress gave me my receipt, she could see my meal was left she said why didn’t I say anything earlier. I would have done if anyone had come to ask if my meal was ok. As I’m here all year round and not a holiday maker they will certainly miss out on future custom. Also I would not recommend to anyone else.

Tried the cooks curry and half and half which is a Welsh thing chips and rice! Curry had the flavour of the curry sauce served with chips so it was a very Welsh meal. I wanted cod and chips but it was sold out. Service ok in difficult times

Visited for lunch. Was good food in terms of the quality and portion size, and overall value for money.

Although I’ve been there 3 times and I must say I’ve never been disappointed in the food or the friendliness of the staff, the portion sizes are fantastic and certainly get what you pay for an more, I have recommended to others and plan to go back when visiting Tenby again

This is a lovely friendly restaurant that you must try!We love eating here as every member of staff is so friendly and polite.The food is absolutely delicious and freshly prepared.Our 2 year old son loves going in there as the staff always make him laugh.I can highly recommend a hot chocolate and cake from here on a very cold day.

This was our second visit to Blueberries. This time for lunch. It was delicious. I had the fish finger sandwich and my husband has the club. Highly recommend. Thank you

Located on the High Street just up from the Church on the right you’ll find Blueberry’s Cafè.It was a Saturday lunchtime and the weather outside was wet and wild so we weren’t surprised to find it very busy.We did find a table for four of us - decided what we wanted from the menu then placed the order at the counter (remember your table number)We only had hot drinks but two of us had the warm scone with jam and clotted cream.Plenty of snackie things on the menu and all reasonably priced.Toilets were located down a flight of stairs.

Brilliant service, good cake and coffee. Clean and bright. Band in store playing the Blues was fab too!

We visited Blueberry’s on a busy Saturday. The place was full and the staff were clearly under a lot of pressure. They were very friendly and happy to help. Nice range of meals on the menu. Good sized portions and very tasty.We will definitely be back again!

We popped in to blueberry’s cafe while staying in tenby we were welcomed by a happy smiling blonde waitress.The food was really tasty and great value

Went in hear for jacket potato with prawns and partner had panini barbecue chicken the meals was nice staff was nice but I think it a bit over priced personally for s light snack I thought it would of been cheaper

Visited here for breakfast. It's a greasy spoon style so nice enough if that's what you were after, hash brows were seeping with grease from being deep fried. Won't go back but that's my opinion.

Popped into Blueberry's for morning coffee, quite bustling there at 10 45 ish.. welcomed at till by smiling waitress, asked for a cappuccino with soya milk, no problem was the reply, excellent , hubby had americano . Sat in window seat watching world go by. Staff were clearing tables efficiently and all area.s kept clean and tidy. Iron man is in the town at weekend and Bluberrys was offering a carb building Buffett , which we though was a very clever and brilliant idea. Overall a lovely place for coffee and whiling away the hours .

This wasn't my first visit and won't be my last .We ate there one lunch time and it was full to overflowing. Food was delicious and we had our breakfast on our last day .Enjoyed by all concerned. Looking forward to a return visit

Popped in here for dinner after we had been out on a boat trip, we both had pasta dishes which were really nice. Food was lovely, staff friendly, didnt have to wait long and reasonably priced too.

Blueberries was recommended by family living in Tenby. Bit pricey but service and food was good. I had pancakes, maple syrup. Lacked atmosphere at 9.30am but I am certain it livened up later.

Had a lovely cooked breakfast here before travelling home, it tasted great and was great value for money will definitely return here and I recommend highly

Don' ask for a liqueur coffee, non of the waiting staff know what it is, even though it's on the menu, asked for one on Sunday, was met with complete ignorance.Was told they had never heard of it.Walked out, and went to eat across the road.

Incredibly family friendly, nothing was a problem and a wide and tasty range of food. Having seen some other 'viewer's placez, it was lovely to find a truly family friendly place to eat.

Staff was really bubbly and friendly. Food was delicious and vegetarian meals were available. Cheap food and super fast service. Would definitely recommend, most especially for families.

This cafe use to be a gem back in 2007 on a recent visit we had tasteless prawn sandwiches, watery coffee and a hostile waitress avoid at all costs

We always visit Blueberrys several times when we’re in Tenby. Lovely staff, quick service and delicious food. I recommend the smoothies and also the steak baguette!

Good but theres better out there! I had a burger with caramalist onions on it, which you thought were real .. all it was were onion relish. Very disappointed!

Went there on the 23.07.19 and the toilets are situated at the bottom of a steep staircase, when I got to the very top step I tripped on the overlay on the step. I fell on to the floor hurting my knee, it took me a few minutes to get up and I limped out of the cafe. There were 3 members of staff who sow me on the floor and NOT a single one came over to check I was ok or nothing, a disgrace.

We came here for cream Tea, scones were warm and fresh and really big too. Tasted really good, the service was really good too.

Visited here with some family and friends and can definitely say it’s family friendly environment. Was very pleased with the service I can also mention the young lady with the glasses was extremely helpful and polite. Also the tall girl with dark hair was also very nice and welcoming.

Had breakfast here this morning, good value at £7.25 for the big one (2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 2 hash browns, beans & toast).

We visited for a family drink stop this morning and I was appalled at the level of rudeness the lady with short hair gave us. She was unwelcoming and when my husband gave her a £20 for our £10.25 bill she huffed and said "I'll make the coffee smaller" I understand this is irritating,but making it so obvious is plain rude and awkward, I am a business owner myself and wouldn't dream of it. The coffee was mediocre, it wasn't the cleanest coffee shop, sticky table and to be honest I wouldn't visit again. I don't normally leave trip advisor reviews but seeing they asked you too.....

Good value, however we arrived at 11:45 and it is only a breakfast menu until noon, then a light bites menu is available. Notwithstand it was Good value, Free wifi

We had brunch here whilst on a family holiday. The food was lovely - the best bacon we've ever had! Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Decent prices. We would definitely visit again when we're next in Tenby.

Visited a few times as we knew what we were getting....and we were not disappointed. The food is of good quality with generous portion sizes. The staff are as friendly as ever and the prices perfectly acceptable. Well worth a visit for some tasty food

This place was a quick lunch stop for me and my partner whilst out for a day in Tenby! The food was lovely! I had the pasta and my partner had the jacket potato! Would definitely go back.

A very pleasant setting, tasteful decor, right in the centre of town, good food and probably the best value breakfast in Tenby.

Visited a few weeks ago as we were spending a couple of nights in Tenby. Having been here before, we were happy to eat here again. We both had the all-day breakfast, which was absolutely excellent and very reasonably priced. Definitely well worth another visit!

Having seen the food others were eating on walking in, we couldn't resist.......loved my BBQ chicken, bacon and cheddar panini. Latte was really good too. Family feel to this place, try it out. Reasonably priced too.

My wife and I have been to this restaurant many times and we are always very pleased with our visit.

Saturday morning breakfast for four of us after the start of the Rugby weekend. Grand Slam breakfast which was huge and well cooked. Great service and super quick. Breakfast was tasty and freshly made.

Best breakfast I've ever tried staff are all very welcoming and kind would go all the time amazing food and atmosphere 100% recomend

Went here today 17th Feb for a meal, didn’t want anything to heavy, so decided to go for a steak, mushroom and onion baguette. Have to say was very impressed it was massive! Didn’t think that I would eat all of it, but I did! Will definitely be returning.

Went to the till to order our food and the lady with the short blonde hair is so rude. Not friendly at all. Very abrubt.Also the burger was burnt. Couldn't wait to get out of there safe to say we will not be returning.

Stayed in tenby for a weekend and came upon this place for breakfast.I had a full breakfast with pot of tea and the wife had the pancakes with bacon and syrup,can't fault it really,it was busy but well staffed and service was spot on,would definitely recommend and will certainly be back again.

We had been bought for Xmas a voucher for cream tea, and we decided to add some other things to eat as well, we both had sandwiches which were very good and filling, so much so that we had trouble finishing them, I will certainly go there again when in Tenby.

Went for a late lunch. Pretty off hand staff. Dreadful fishfinger sandwich with tough old chips. Two slices brown bread - tartare sauce dribbled on one side. Unappetising altogether. Probably only best if you're desperate and no where else is open

Lovely atmosphere,all the staff dressed in Christmas hats and one member was dressed as mother Christmas.Locals and visitors enjoyed meeting and were wishing each other seasons greetings. Very good cup of hot chocolate and toasted teacake. Free newspapers available to read....excellent.

Staying in nearby Pendine, we visited Tenby as a family for my wife's birthday. We had visited Blueberrys for a bite to eat a few years ago and enjoyed it so thought we'd try there again.

8 off us went for lunch and there was a good spread available on the menu.

Having been here for a coffee earlier, (great coffee) thought we give it a go for lunch. Not disappointed at all, I had the steak and onion baguette which was cooked perfectly tender and full of taste, friends had the cod and chips which again was fresh and gorgeous great place to visit while in tenby

Visited the restaurant with a group of school children for lunch following a school trip in Tenby. A truly wonderful experience for our children, we were treated very well and the lovely lady who served us was fantastic. Thank you so much.

2 pots of tea, 2 fried breakfast for about £12, great value, great service, and always a warm welcome. We have breakfast here every time we are in Tenby. Great little cafe. Highly recommend.

We visit Tenby once a year and usually eat at the same pub, however this year we decided to try something else. The food was delicious, I had the butternut squash ravioli and my husband had a huge prawn baguette. It was very well priced and honestly delicious. Having eaten at the rather pricey south beach bar and grill the day before, which was very disappointing, I wish we had saved our money and eaten here both days. It really is a lovely place and somewhere you could easily pass by, however you would be missing out. Thank you for such lovely food.

Way too expensive for what you get. It was very busy being August bank holiday, so it wasn’t the best experience. The staff were fine, but it was so noisy in there and the food wasn’t that good really.

Ordered prawn baguette and tea - tight schedule and needed to eat....bread not cooked properly and long black hair in the mix - needless to say didn’t finish and would never go back.....

Called in to blueberrys on a wet day! Very welcoming team! Was fairly busy but have no complaints! Food was served quick and was lovely also the girls there were very friendly and polite! Will return!

My family visited here as we passed by on a visit to Tenby. The breakfast board was out so we presumed it must be an all day thing so we found a table and then on ordering we’re told by a large dark haired woman with a chip on her shoulder that breakfast had stopped 90mins prior and therefore we could no longer order from this, which was very disappointing.

This occured on Monday, 10th September.

We stopped here for lunch and I ordered the Blueberry's wrap which was breaded chicken, cheese, lettuce and bbq sauce and was delicious! All the other food we ordered between 4 adults and 1 child was also yummy and the prices were excellent for the amount and quality of the food. Lovely, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere made this a lovely café!

I wrote to the owner as requested by him but have had no reply so I have decided to put my email on here.

I payed £4.95 for a cheese and pickle sandwich that was supposed to be on malted bread. What I got was this cheese sandwich on brown bread.

Blueberrys is a nice, comfortable and spacious cafeteria which is well positioned in Tenby. Their breakfast menu is very appealing and the food fresh with good portions, this is a nice place!

Proper homemade food, the New York Deli pasta was very tasty plenty of meat and sauce, seafood basket was amazing, the children had a mix of side dishes, great selection and reasonable prices. Service was excellent.

Lovely food. Terrible service Our five sandwiches took over half an hour to get to us and it wasn’t busy. Staff here clearly hate working in a seaside town full of tourists, although happy to take their money. Rude, uninviting and impolite. The one star is because the food was nice when it arrived.

Ordered 2 beef baguettes and a mozzarella panini, all were very nice, all in all nice friendly place

Great for a late lunch, convenient central location and the service was very helpful. We were a party of 4 and every dish we ordered was perfect. The prawns in the baked potato were so fresh and tasty, the chicken and chorizo pasta was excellent, the sausage and onion baguette a favourite and the omelette delicious. Will definitely be back!

Popped in this morning on a wet Sunday looking for some brunch. Four or five staff on duty, very poor welcome, grumpy attitude, had to ask for menu then it was just ‘thrown’ onto table. Ended up walking out and into Cafe 25 where our experience was totally different and we had a lovely brunch.

Good menu selection. Perfect for families. Excellent value for money. Efficient service. Perfect portion sizes.

On our first visit to Tenby and with heavy rain falling we required a dry place and some hot coffee. Super little place and seems very popular, we had a variety of snacks and drinks and all left the better for the experience.

We were on a day trip. Having had a nice stroll around the town, we fancied something to eat so popped into Blueberrys.

We have Been coming to tenby for a number of years and have had some good experiences and some bad ones.

The young girl on the counter was miserable! She didn’t even look at you when you were ordering and all questions were answered in a very abrupt manner - had we not have tried everywhere else to eat we would not have stayed!

Sat on a table outside, it took a while before the food came out. My husband ordered an omelete with chips, he said it was completely overcooked, he did not enjoy it at all. My cheesy chips were chips with melted cheddar on top. They were nice. Unforunately they did not have much of a selection for vegetarians so I had cheesey chips. This place needs to re think its menu.

This eatery is great anytime of day. We take our grandchildren to Tenby and try many places. Always sure to get a good meal at a reasonable price. Nice place that kids feel happy with.

The cream tea was tasty with a soft, warm scone. However the girls serving lacked the customer interaction skills found in other cafés in Tenby.

This was clean, good service and tasty food. A good pick for a family lunch. We would be happy to go again if in the area.
