Bluebell Tearooms/Cafe in Wirral

Called by this morning, what a treat it was. I would say it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had, a full plate, the food was piping hot, a fantastic and huge pot of tea and great service. Don’t consider going here, make a point of going !

We've been here several times before. Had a 2 sausage sandwich (£5.45) and a builder's mug of tea, cost? it's usually served in a teapot. Also a made-up breakfast, I ordered, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, fried egg and granary toast, cost? and Americano coffee, cost? This was also in a big mug but only half full.The food, as usual, was excellent but not sure of the usual value, total cost was £19.10.

Great for local cycling, had a breakfast and it was the perfect size with everything included. Not the cheap nasty stuff like what was served at Nets Cafe yesterday. Good vibe with plenty of people. Am looking forward to The summer as there was a nice outside area

Excellent, as always. Catered wonderfully, with cheeriness and fabulous food, for my husband, daughter, granddaughter in a high chair and myself. They were so busy and short staffed, but were absolutely amazing. Thank you each and every one of you. See you next week.

I love this place, called today for advice on gluten free options, got excellent advice then amazing food. Love what you guys do, bravo.

First visit. Food was excellent freshly prepared and my little quirks catered for with no problem. Staff very friendly and even though we unintentionally stayed past closing time we’re not rushed out of the door We’ll definitely be back.

Called here for breakfast yesterday as we were staying at a local hotel but decided against a hotel brek and ventured out. Our breakfast was great! A regular size full English was large and substantial and importantly - hot and freshly made! A large pot of tea that allowed for a second cup each and top up if wanted. It was a reasonable price too. Friendly service - with a genuine smile - made it a lovely start to our short stay in the area. We can happily recommend this little gem to others wanting a decent breakfast instead of often poor, barely warm and expensive hotel options.

I ate scrambled eggs with cheese, and it was so delicious.. Latte was very nice with lots of milk foam. The LInside is small but cozy. I think the only problem that they have is the ventilation for the kitchen and a separation... Stuff was lively, and all smily faces.

Delicious, stopped off for a takeout we had a bacon sausage & egg toasted sandwich. It was jam packed, butchers sausage & bacon and all cooked to perfection. Definitely will return. Tasted as good as it looked. Staff in there are very friendly

I would just like to thank the Lovely staff at the Bluebell Tea room, who even though we didn't arrive till 13.45 pm still went to the trouble of cooking some fries for us and making some delicious sandwiches as well, both ladies were very helpful and pleasant and made us feel so welcome, we will definitely be visiting them again... Our second visit here for breakfast, on our way home to Wales from visiting the Spire Hospital just up the road. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The cooked breakfasts used quality ingredients and all items were perfectly cooked. Will definitely call again if hospital appointment times allow.

Beautifully fresh cooked breakfasts. Orders were a bit complicated but were followed perfectly!!!! Staff were so kind & friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. My friend & I are fussy people but all our "particularities" were just taken in their stride. Absolutely fantastic!!!!!! Just cant praise food or staff enough!!! There's plenty of parking too. Came here for breakfast with my partner. Lovely welcoming staff. We both had the full English. Top quality products nice and hot. Would recommend highly and will definitely be going back.

Highly recommend this little cafe, the food is great and reasonably priced. But my favourite thing about this cafe is the staff, they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Especially good at catering for babies and parents.

Only four stars great food well presented it would be five if they had followed the instructions on what I requested not to say as a excuse it that time of day

Forgotten how lovely the food is. We enjoyed a fabulous alfresco large breakfast in glorious sunshine. Good quality produce, great service. Now we know; we'll have the dog with us next time

Lovely little place with friendly staff.

Called to this cafe as passing by. There is outside dining. The food served was of a very good standard. They provided gluten free bread. Very reasonably priced and the three staff that were cooking/serving were helpful and cheerful. A good experience.

They do an amazing full English breakfast although waiting timea can be rather long. Mind you, worth the wait.

A quiet Sunday morning sat outside in the rising sun. A hearty breakfast for a peaceful start to the day.

What a find … great menu choice, friendly efficient staff and fabulous outdoor garden/seating area. We stayed at the local Premier Inn and googled local cafes … so pleased we did… delicious food in a very clean and relaxing space. Will visit again when in the area. 5 minutes from Parkgate too which is a lovely area and 10 mins from Ness Botanic Gardens!

Met up with an old work mate for breakfast and tried the Bluebell, really good decision. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff and great food. I had bacon and sausage on granary toast, my mate went for poached egg and bacon on toast, both meals perfectly cooked using good ingredients. Good to see staff cleaning down each table ready for next customer. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I took our son here today, whilst his twin sister was at a club...We sat outside in the sunshine and we felt like we were on holiday! The Staff are absolutely lovely and genuinely helpful and attentive. As for the food...it is freshly cooked, looks delicious and is served with care and attention - tastes even better than home-cooked and is a real treat without the mess at home! Definitely a place I would recommend for excellent food and service.

This is the tastiest all day breakfast we’ve had for a long time; toast is included in the overall price. Nice touch with the China teapot and bone China mugs. Service was prompt and friendly and they were busy! Highly Recommend

My wife, son and myself visited here for breakfast. It was lovely and we all really enjoyed the food. My son commented that it was the best bacon toastie he had ever had!My wife and myself both went for the breakfast. The food was well cooked and nice quality. We will definitely be back!

Came across this tearoom whilst we were passing through the area. Amazing, good quality breakfast with very good portions in a nice setting. I would definitely recommend coming here.

My girlfriend and i took my parents for afternoon tea as a treat and it was definitely worth it,we use the bluebell regularly for breakfasts but had never tried an afternoon tea here,highly recommended! Lovely setting ,fantastic service and amazing homemade cakes from christine and dave who are always so welcoming,lovely selection of sandwiches, scones were delicious, lemon drizzle cake and carrot cake were amazing, unlimited tea was also fantastic, will definitely be going back for another one and for anyone thinking of trying you wont be disappointed

I visited today and sat outside with my dog whilst waiting for my other dog to have tests at the Small Animal Hospital a couple of miles away. The two ladies there were both lovely - my dog was brought some water and we were made to feel very welcome. I was served at my table and it arrived quickly. The granary toast and jam was heavenly - beautiful bread, good chunky slices and a generous dollop of gorgeous strawberry jam! The coffee was in a huge mug and nothing was too much trouble. We have to go back to the hospital on Friday and will be going there again without doubt. They even said they hoped my dog was OK as I left - you don't often find such kind, personal and professional service. Totally recommend!

Visited at weekend for daughters birthday brunch. Fab food, quality service. Sat outside in the sunshine felt super safe out with elderly mum . Would recommend will definitely visit again.

My partner and I spent a night in the area back in May 2019 for a wedding and after checking out of our hotel we came across this place so we stopped in for some breakfast. It was quite busy but we managed to get a table. Seemed to have a nice atmosphere and it was clean. Breakfasts and coffees were good. Lovely little cafe.

Think this is the Carlsberg of breakfast. Perfect egg, just the right thickness of bacon, crispy hash browns, it was all just a lil bit of Sunday morning heaven with the added bonus of the beans not touching the rest of the food. In fact it was so good ill be back for Monday morning breakfast

Went for an afternoon tea with family visiting from South Africa and they thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere! Definitely would recommend everyone to pop in for a visit!

I can not speak highly enough of the Bluebell Tearooms. The food is excellent and everyone is so friendly. They go out of their way to welcome you. I would highly recommend the vegetarian breakfast and the omelettes which are outstanding .

Been and eaten here several times recently. Great staff and superb food. They get their bacon/sausage from a butchers over in Liverpool and you can certainly tell. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and will be visiting again 😆👍

Lovely little cafe by Mini Monsters on the outskirts of Heswall. Staff friendly, & so is the atmosphere Great cup of tea & breakfast. Like the look of their afternoon tea too. Will have to come back & try. Lots of outside seating too if the weather is fine. Would recommend.
