This place is so amazing , beautiful tea room , animals are a must see and I love the plants, everything there .

Nice little animal farm for the kids, the activity area could do with some repairs, and a clean up, though

Took grandson here. Plenty to see and do. You can feed the animals. Was rather muddy when we went so maybe good idea to wear wellies or old shoes.

So sad to see this place go down hill so much! Not really child friendly other than the farm, barely anywhere to sit. Half the eating area always closed. Loads of seating areas outside but barred from using as there not insured! The cafes food standard has dropped dramatically despite the prices going up! If your charging over £6 for measly cheese or ham sandwich and 3 snacks. Maybe don't look at every mum like a rubbish. So unwelcoming. Won't be going back!

In much need of better maintenance before opening to the public , mid march 24 but signs of Xmas everywhere, complete mud bath , poor animals paddling in mud ,

Under new management, some good quality plants and cheaper than some of the other garden centres.

Been here a few times over the last few years Feel it’s getting a little bit run down generally Don’t get admission prices £5 for adults and £5 for over twos May as well be £5 admission under 2’s free Staff on admission desk quite moody and when asked for the toilet for a 3 year old was told in the cafe if you’re desperate 😉 Very muddy with all the present rain

They shut at four but dont do food apart from cakes after 2:45,no wonder the place was empty. Had a panini that was soft and floppy, like it had been microwave!!!

Dumbles cafe is great place to eat, Pie day especially, Nice cakes and coffee 👌

Gone downhill a bit with the new owners. Not bad but needs a rethink on Marketing, layout and range of products.

We were at Dumbles cafe and not the farm park so can't comment on the farm park. Floralands is quite different to the Hollybeck garden centre. There are some really different gift options available here and the small gift cabins. Nice for a local run out.

The place is so run down, Looks like they have had a lot of leaks. Very disappointed.

According to my mum the best latte is sold in the cafe.

The best Christmas grotto around, I book it every year and the staff make a fantastic effort.

Visited the garden centre. Very helpful lady served me. Took me straight to what I was looing for. Job done. Couldn't have asked for more.

Needs tidying up a bit. Good for the money though. Animals looked well and looked after. Good parking and big cafeteria.

Visited today with 10 residents in our care and they loved it. The staff where absolutely lovely. The girls in the gift shop where so patient and kind. Thank you xxx

The anlmals was all so friendly granddaughter loved feeding them and for £5 you cant go wrong

I was in a hurry, but staff really helpful and a great range of plants.

We had a great time last weekend despite the weather. Daughter loves farmyard animals. Very relaxing place and not overrun.

A lovely little farm park with a nice range of animals and a great little play area. It’s not huge and was easy to cover in a couple of hours without too much walking. Our 18mo loved feeding the goats and other animals. The animals seemed well looked after. They also offer petting times and there’s a miniature railway. Cafe was nice with fast service, lots of tables outside and inside they have a dedicated space for kids with toys and a small table. Definitely worth a visit if you have small children and are in the area.

Great little farm park loads to see and do just a bit scruffy in places don't let this put you off though fantastic place

people here treat you awful, the play park is for 12 unders and its meant to be a family freindly park kids were bored becasuse of not being able to go on the park,

Compared to many other farms this is really affordable - not as big as some of the other well known farms but only £5pp to get in and the children can get hands on with holding the animals, bathing the tortoise etc. A little play area, cafe and shop on site too

It was quite an experience to visit with family. There is a space for you to have a birthday party at a fee within a time frame. Loads of activities with enough space for children to play. Very cute and different animals to behold and feed. You need to be sure when feeding time is if wish to join the routine otherwise you can purchase the feed when you get there. I would surely recommend this place. There is a lot than I can write, also you can get your garden accessories and more here. Cheers xoxo

Great time. Took 2 kids ages 3 and 8 perfect for both ages. Lots of animal and paid to have cuddles kids had the best day.

Brilliant place, animals were great my granddaughter enjoyed feeding them and also enjoyed the slides and other things to climb on.

We waited today for a cheese scone and one sausage roll 1 hour! And it wasn’t even busy. When asked when we might get it after 45 Minutes ‚oh they just making (?) it 5 minutes. After asking again after 15 minutes they then came. Disgusting. Also ordered 2x coffee with cream but came with milk. Unfortunately already poured milk in one coffee. So took that one back and asked for a new one and cream. No apology only was asked if I ordered the coffee with cream. Yes I did. Then a little jug of cream came but no new coffee. So back again. After waiting 20 minutes for the food had to order a 2nd coffee. All in all not very good experience. Not sure what takes so long to to heat a scone and a sausage roll up. A pity because we been before and all was fine.

We spent around two hours there. Nice place to go to with kids. There are farm animals to look at and feed, nice café to sit down, large shaded play are with picnic tables and a lovely shop. Tickets cost £5 per person at the shop. Next to the farm there is an amazing gardening centre with a large decorative plants and fruit trees collection. I have already recommended the gardening centre to a friend and she was impressed as well and she bought a Venus Flytrap there. When one Googles 'gardening centres' in Nottingham, Floralands is not popping up on top of the list, but it the best we have been to for variety of berry bushes and fruit trees.

Took the grandchildren for a lovely afternoon. Highly recommend. They loved feeding the animals, the park is good for all ages. Had a picnic even though it was cold! Hard work with a pushchair though.

Lovely food at the café, wonderful gift centre. The garden centre has plenty of flowers,plants and accessories.

I’ve been coming to Floralands when my kids were younger and still visiting occasionally. Lovely small farm with onsite cafe and shop. The play park area could do with some refurbishment as looking tired but overall we enjoy coming here once a while.

Really excellent, good value, plenty of animals to see, most 4 legged bigger animals were happy to be hand fed and petted. Good for all ages, definitely will return.

Went for refreshments in the cafe which was lovely. The outside balcony seating overlooks the farm park and has lovely views into the countryside. Great attraction for the kids and the bonus of the garden centre and gift shop on site.

Only used the cafe to meet up with my sister's and niece for lunch. The food was lovely and very friendly staff. We all enjoyed our time there. Only part of the time spent there was it was cold inside

Nice way to spend an hour with our Granddaughter. Think it's a working progress but more animals than I thought there would be. Would go again.

Great cheap fun few hours for little ones feeding and petting animals.

I have always loved floralands farm park it's close to me and just a fantastic little farm to visit with the children and family day out with the cafe also there selling delicious food and a gift shop with very polite staff it's an overall fantastic place to visit. I use to work here for a while as part of a 2 to 3 year college course I was doing with Jackie who was my teacher. It's nice to hear Jackie has took over this place she has always had a passion for it when she was teaching us. I hope to one day secure a little job here again in the future as it's not just a fantastic farm but it was always a fantastic place to work.

Nice little farm park. You'd struggle to fill a full day but we hung around so my daughter could feed the lambs at 4.30pm. Lovely animals, very tame and friendly. My daughter particularly loved the donkeys. Nice play area and cafe.

Great little farm and park for young children and not expensive either! We had a great time visiting here on Easter Sunday and enjoyed a surprise visit from the Easter bunny!

Really disappointed, we visited here a few years ago, i cant remember how much we paid but i do remember having a nice morning out. Visited today with 2 children and 2 adults. paid £21 all together at £5 per person entry fee and £1 for a half full food bucket. We Wanted to do the lamb feeding and animal cuddling but both were sold out despite arriving at 10am and only having several people in the queue infront of us. The park is very tired, we were finished in 45 minutes and that included a play on the park! I appreciate they need the entry fee to keep going but £5 per person...including adults is way overpriced. Such a shame. We were told to come back another day to hopefully get a chance to feed the lambs, but i can safely say we won't be paying another £20 for a slow half an hour stroll and a few animals. We spoke to a few other people who had said exactly the same.

Thank you so much. Our grandchildren had an amazing time at the park. Staff were excellent and well informed. Children enjoyed the animals and the playground was a real hit. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you .

Lovely place friendly staff quaint cafe

The food here is wholesome, tasty and great value. There is also an indoor children's play zone and eating area. Maybe needs a little TLC just now.

Nice little farm park with kiddies rec not much to see when we were there as I think some of the smaller animals were taken inside from the Snow for there own safety. Obviously alot of the birds were caged up because of bird flu too. Lots of wash stations. Will be great place to return in the summer. Cafe was 45min wait for food so we just had a drink and cake.

Café good variety of hot and cold food reasonably priced, children's function's booking required. Farm good for children you can buy pots of food to feed them Rabbits guinea pigs sheep rams pig's ponies llama's chicken's if it's wet wellies required

Great place for little kids. Mine are 5 and 2 and they always enjoy a visit. Lamb feeding is especially good, and worth pre-booking if you can.

Slightly to warm but it’s hot isn’t it buy some air conditioning on the plus side the cafe seems to be working for the customer and not the staff and is now serving food past 14:00 onward the future beckons

:-( very disappointed. Advertised on website and Google 5pm close. When arrived been informed 4pm close and got refused entry as it was past 3:30pm.

The Cafe is very nice, didn't really look round the rest of it.

When we went nothing was open but the cafe, nice atmosphere but expensive.

lovely place,can feed & pet the animals,also play parks,& child friendly cafeteria too also a shop there that the children loved, would have given 5 stars but had just rained so was v.muddy:- bear this in mind re: footwear, children loved this place.

It is a nice little park with family friendly animals who like to be fed. Obviously beyond the control of the park, but I went on a rather cold, damp day. It was definitely wellies weather. It's muddy. The play park looked nice but too wet to play on when we went (three year old grandson and me). We'll go back when it's warmer. I know they have overheads but there were so few people there, it would have been nice to have cuddled some of the animals without an extra charge (£1- not a lot, I know!)

Went to the cafe with my sisters for their 'Pie Friday'.. I would definitely recommend, it was delicious and excellent value for money.

Visited the Garden Ctr, a little disserpointed, seemed to be winding down, each time we visit there seems to be less things on stock, shame because its a lovely ace and the staff are very nice too.

Really well organised, nice coffe shop and gadgets shop.

Went to the farm park on a cold Sunday afternoon in November, at 3pm when they close at 4pm. I haven't bed for about a year, and the farm seemed very run down, and in poor repair. Everything is beginning to look old and like it has not had any money spent on it for a long time now.

Fantastic place to visit, young children will love it. Farmer Aidan is great too 😀 Have a walk round then finish off at the cafe, lovely food.

Perfect for children to handle animals and insects a good half day visit.

I think for what you pay it's an excellent moring or afternoon out. It means you cab enjoy half a day and still get home for little ones nap !

Great place to bring young children

Nice place been here a few times now. Visited on sunday 16th October and my daughter has come up in a rash , went to doctors today and confirmed ring worm on her arm near her hands, only place she has been in contact with animals, other than that the farm and garden centre is ok

Lovely little farm park. 2 year old grandson loved it. Loved the animals and the playpark.

Great farm park for young children. Great petting session with small animals for an extra £1 which my grandson thoroughly enjoyed. Good play park with lots of various play areas. Had an issue with a meal that was ordered, however a refund was given so no issue.

Big shop various items. Had coffee and apple pie very good. Sat outside over looking the animals in the farm. Staff very helpful.

Just been here for a bite to eat, told there was a 40 min wait for food???? Left it , their loss we were going to spend between £30-40 .

Enjoyable afternoon out. Nice to walk around, wheelchairs would struggle due to uneven ground and hills. Food tubs £1 and animal handling reptile handling£1, a good playground for the kids you have to use the cafe at the garden centre if you want a drink or food but it's entrance is all attached. Would recommend for a nice outing with the kids.

Enjoyed flloralands animals looked after well. Children loved it.

Great visit to Floralands Farm this week. Everyone was super helpful both before our visit, getting back to our query’s quickly and also during the day checking in with us which was above and beyond. We booked the VIP animal experience for some of our party which was really lovely for the children and grandparents. The team were brilliant exposing lots of information about the animals and took the time to answer the children's questions, they really had the best time. The play area is great and we loved feeding the animals. We spent about 3 hours there but could have spent a lot more of the weather was better, the children were disappointed to leave the animals and the play area. There looked to be a great cafe on site, we only had coffees but the food looked great. Lovely little shop on site too. We’re very pleased we visited, really great value and lovely team.
