frequently rated as the best burger in London, i simply had to try it. I ordered just a normal cheeseburger and angry house fries which come at a whopping £14. The food was delicious and I can see why some people say they do the best burger, however, the burger felt so tiny for how much i paid for and finished it within 6 bites. Good food, but not so great value.

The bread and meat were very delicious. We felt the burger tasted great with its light bread and sauces. However, I must say that the portions are a little small. Additionally, the dining areas are small and not suitable for cold weather.

Probably the best burger I've eaten in my life! The bread is airy and does not spoil the taste of the juicy meat!

If you like burgers and you come to London you should definitely come to this place to try them, they are very good. They don't come with potatoes, you order them separately and they come in a good portion, we also ordered an Oreo shake which is also very good, very different from others I've tried. I would repeat many times.

Genuinely one of the best burgers I’ve had in London! It has something to do with beef and bacon, but I can’t remember the exact name. It was juicy and rich and tasty! Absolutely worth a shot of you love burgers!

Honestly. I actually think this is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in London. Don’t even bother wasting your time with the single patty, double or nothing. The burger literally melts in your mouth, the bun super soft n sweet & the meat is juicy and crispy on the edges. The price shocked me(£14 for double bacon burger), but I get it sigh. You have two options, order Deliveroo and it will turn up cold or wait in the cold for 30 minutes after ordering in person while they load up thousands of delivery orders before you. I had to go up to chase my order as someone who ordered 10 mins after me got theirs. Black Bear or beer and burger it is then.

Food was great as always, but no real organisation, my order came way after the 10 people who order after me. Better to order home for this branch

Burger was raw, ordered well done as can’t eat undercooked meat, also personal preference taste wise for burgers. I hope this was a one off mistake as had high hopes for Bleeker. Also wasn’t impressed by the food on the floor of the kitchen. Will try another branch.

Bleecker is to burgers what Christopher Nolan is to films. Plenty of hype, but worthy. Understated but blockbuster. Not for everyone, but if you have a brain you buy tickets to the Premier.

The Burgers from Bleeker are going to be one of the best, tastiest burgers you'll have in London. Toasted bun, onion, cheese and a patty cooked to your choice. The execution was perfect. I recommend going for a double because it really fills those buns. I had to give 3 stars to the atmosphere because that really falls down to this location. Seating is difficult to come by when it's busy as Spitalfields is packed with food vendors. That's all.

They won ‘London’s best burger’ for a reason - simple burger that relies on the perfect combination of things: perfectly toasted seeded buns, filthy cheese, and juicy grilled dry-aged beef. The fries could be better but really the burger alone was more than satisfying.

I ate here as I seen a lot hype around Bleecker Burger and that it's the best burger in London, I have to be honest, it was fine, I've enjoyed a Five guys more though and I'd say value for money as expensive as five guys is its better value for money! For what I got I thought it was expensive bacon cheeseburger (single), fries and a beer and that was just over £20. Chips/fries were pretty bad too, like bullets, had no seasoning on them either. Service really is where this place left me wanting more though. I placed my order, my 2 friends did so too, orders 177, 178 & 179. Mine for reference was 177, I was last to get my burger and fries by a few minutes as they didn't have fries ready! But not only did my friends get theirs first so did orders 180,181, 182 & 183!!! All of which ordered burger and fries. Whilst waiting for my fries my burger sat on the counter getting cold. Small things really do add up, and when there's so much excellent choice in Spitalfields market I really wouldn't waste your time eating here.

Absolutely the biggest sh-show I've ever seen. Appalling staff. Appalling system to take orders via a touchscreen that doesn't work and a payment system that crashes. The burgers are good but not worth the hassle.

One of the best burger around, defo be going back. Way more substantial then the now common smash burger which I'm not a fan of and they are overpriced. This burger is more substantial better value for money, can have then cooked medium so are perfect basically in every way. Only issue is all the delivery drivers who are rude and block the counter and ordering machine. When I asked him to move, after he pushed in front of me to the counter, to the side where no order machines were and clearly the pick up area he continued to be rude and get in the way and in my face more. The server didnt say anything or pipe up to help the situation and direct him to the correct area.

Slow service for a nice burger. But could be bigger for the price and chips were mediocre.

The food was really good and the service was fast. It was a little odd not having the option of adding pickles to a burger. Also, in terms of service, there is no interaction with the staff aside from handing over the bag of food. Good burgers and very good fries overall!

We were there one evening and got there pretty quickly. Everything around had already been dismantled, which made the overall atmosphere very shabby. But you can eat on site. It took a short time to prepare but the burgers and fries were very good. The house sauce was quite good, but went better with the burger than the fries. There is practically no service as it is self-service, but the person in charge at the checkout was open and helpful. A recommendation from me.

No frills straight to the point good ol fashioned cheese burger. Really tasty. I would say the music was a bit loud and I have hearing difficulties so it was hard to hear the servers call out our names. But no biggie the burger made up for it :)

The burgers are tasty but rather small. They also lose some points for questionable food safety. The cook was touching raw ingredients with his bare hands, then messing with his phone, then eating some chips, going back to touching raw ingredients again. Not great, especially as you can just see what they’re doing while you wait. Probably wouldn’t come back.

Visited a few times when working in London. The burgers are always good, fries are amazing. The food has its own unique taste and style . It’s expensive for a burger but the quality is there. However the customer service is so poor. The first time I visited I asked how I ordered and a never of staff just pointed to the tablet screen and grunted. Not helpful at all. I had to ask another customer to help me, which they very kindly did. On my most resent visit when paying the screen came up with a fault notice. I was unclear if I paid for the order or not. So I did not know if my order had been out in. Again wanting to speak to a member of staff is difficult and I feel like I’m interrupting And an inconvenience to them. So I just stood back and waited, and hope my order had gone through. Which, luckily it had. He’s such a shame that the customer service is so poor when the food is so good. I don’t want this to be a bad review because the food is clearly a brilliant standard, And the guys, who work there, obviously work very hard Maintaining this high standard. But we just a little bit Of customer service would go along way. Just to say hello, would be a Start.

First time coming here, I wanted to try the fries, they taste good. Next time I come I'll definitely buy a burger. Given how busy it was, they did a great job to make sure everyone got their food within 10 minutes of waiting.

These burgers never disappoint. Especially if you're looking for a burger that cuts the noise and focuses on delivering meat flavour. The patties are the secret. It can be quite chilly to eat them on the market, but it's definitely worth the visit.

After visiting the Bleecker (double cheese with bacon), my career as a serious and unapologetic burger-eater across Germany, Spain and Greece came to an end/reached a conclusion/hanged up my blood test results. The burgers are amazing (yes, had them all apart from the non-meat one as I do have my limits and dignity) and if the Bleecker had to be music, then we are talking for nothing less than the Ozzy Osborne or Taylor Swift of burgers. And I am fully aware of the weight of that statement. Enjoy.

I was ordered a food waiting 45 minutes but thay says they mess up with the order and not doing again. The staff was absolutely rude and unhelpful. It was a good burger place but now I recommend to stay away from it.

Burgers are pretty good, up there with a few of the other decent ones in the City. But expect a looooong wait and lots of people pushing and shoving to order, it's not the fault of the staff they're under a lot of pressure. But there's not really much organisation as its a small stall you pick up and order at the same place and there's not much space to sit or wait. Becomes a bit of a free for all. Like I said not the staffs fault they do a good job given the setup. You see them always apologising to the customers for the wait, or having to deal with uber delivery guys who are always rude to them demanding their order gets prioritised. I guess it shows the burgers are good because there's always demand 😀

One of the best burgers I’ve had in London; however, I’ve consistently had long wait times (15+ minutes while everyone around me got their orders in 10 or less) and the portions seem on the smaller side for the price.

When you hear great things about a place which others say, serves the best burgers in town, it got me excited to check it out. The queue for a Sunday afternoon wasn't too bad. Two customers in front, then you use the order pad to place your order and pay. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with mixed fries (combination of potato and sweet potatoes). Sadly the fries were cold and limp, but we couldn't send anything back, my child was hungry. We also ordered a pot of house sauce which was quite nice. It came to approximately £15.50. We waited over 25 mins for the order. You must remember your order number from the screen, then hang around the counter for your food. They will call out your number (there's no screen above and they aren't loud shouters either), I was fortunate enough to be there once my order was packed. I'll admit, the crowd was too much, so I walked off twice. The burger looked bleeck (no pun intended). Didn't look substantial at all. Taste wise it was nice, although I'm not sure it's the best value. Fries were ok, but we felt they were cold and limp too. I can understand why people rave about their burgers. A couple sitting opposite us also said they've heard good things about this place so wanted to check it out too! I think we must have been unlucky with our order today. They couldn't cope with the overwhelming number of orders. Sad ☹️

I had eaten burger in many places: Croatia, Berlin, Cologne, Madrid, Barcelona, Chile, Argentina, NY, etc… and probably this is the WORST BURGER I EVER HAD, worst than Mc Donald or Burger King. Greasy small hard disc of supermarket meat with a directly bag open supermarket bun, crinkle bacon… and mediocre sauce. It’s a scam the burger was awarded as one of the best in the world and all for a 37 pounds. Please go to any other place to eat burger.

Not worth it at all. Food is also too salty that you have to take the milkshake. Staff is also rude. If you ask anyone anything then they will ignore you

This is one of the most famous burger in london but I don’t think it’s the best at this point, i tried 3 of their burger and it is all average. Not a bad burger for sure but with all the hype, it’s quite average. I would prefer honest burger as chain burger, and with the queue it’s almost not worth the wait. Chips was soggy as well. Unless there’s some changes, I won’t come back.

Bleecker is a famous burger place. Maybe the best in London. Last time I went Westfield was awful 😞. But I knew that Spitalfields never disappoints me. Marco is the best Grill Chef in the company still makes the proper burger medium with perfect seasoning for each patty. Is just amazing . Just enjoy your time there 👌🏼

Great location set at Spitalfields Market. However, I expected a much better burger! The meat was pretty small and tasted of pure grease... It could be such a good stop with a few changes.

Good ol classic and juicy double cheeseburger

The burgers didn't look like the menu, small to say the least. Taste was okay, the fries were okay as well, messy to eat because of the sauce. Gave it 3 stars because of the size, was still hungry afterwards. Although, I'm comparing this with our local Australian cafes, was a bit disappointed after being recommended by some colleagues.

So I have been drawn into the debate on Londons best burger. And yes, bleekers is right up there, but they are small so you feel slightly unsatisfied, and buying two to create a decent lunch suddenly makes it expensive. The chips were disappointing and way too salty. Difficult to score, great tasting burger, but it just didn’t work for me as lunch.

As an Aussie that loves his burgers, this place matched my favourite burger place back home and may be one of my favourite burgers

I just ordered Bleecker Burger as have heard a lot of good things of late about them. The food was quick to arrive (ready for Deliveroo collection ) and warm when it arrived. While the burger was nice enough, it wasn't really up to the quality that I would expect from around restaurant prices (~£15 for Burger and Fries). The patty was thin and didn't really fall apart like you would expect. In contrast the same order from 5 Guys (single patty, with fries) costs about the same and in my opinion is nicer.

Great burger at a great price. Paid £14.00 for a blue cheese burger and house angry fries, both of which were really good. Bleecker - one of the most hyper burgers in London. They proudly displayed their ‘Best Burger 2023’ logo outside, and so the excitement for my first bite was palpable. The reality was a little disappointing. Whilst certainly a good burger, it was nowhere near the best I’ve had. I got the blue, and my gf got the veggie burger which she loved. The blue burger was a little flat, and sad, whilst tasty, and the fries soggy and cold. The service at the restaurant too was pretty awful, and definitely not people who cared about the food or service. I would be willing to try it once more, but overall not massively impressed.

Truly one of the nicest burgers I’ve had the pleasure of eating. The fries were a little salty but my sister said the sweet potato fries were the best she’s ever had. Bleeker has a small menu focusing on doing it well. I like the order on the screen method and being able to customise your burger is a good feature. It’s a little expensive and the drink selection is a little lacking but overall, it’s a nice little treat. Going later in the day when the market is closing means that it’s hard to find places to sit but it’s still worth it for sure.

Bleeker! Is this the best London burger? Firstly, set in Spitalfields market in the middle of a street food selection this small humble burger joint is easy to walk past. But that would be a mistake Let's be clear this burger is different to another I've tried. 😋 The bun is super soft and delicate seeded with sesame. And is smaller than what I expected, but don't let that put you off. All parts of this are cooked to perfection. The bacon is crispy and tasty, patties are juicy and slightly caramelised. The flavour is overall delicious and delicate. You have to try this to understand that! Service is quick and very friendly. Is this the best burger in London? Well, it's defiantly one of them

Little burger joint in the spiral fields good market. The burgers are incredibly juicy as they use great quality aged beef. Very nice sear on the steak. The burgers are made with bare minimum ingredients to really make the meat shine. Simple and delicious.

Pretty slow, but they were very busy. The burger loves up to the reputation and I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a great burger to go and experience it themselves.

It's popularity cannot be underestimated judging by the people waiting for their order. Totally understandable, boom, that my friends is how a burger should taste, best burger I've had in a long time. Service is quick and efficient, they let watch them grilling so there's no hiding place. Lived up to its reputation what more can you say in this case.

I decided to take a trip down to Spitalfields this afternoon as I heard about a Special burger that’ll be on the menu only until the end of the month. Bleecker Burger / Detroit pizza Collaboration we they did not fail to impress that’s for sure what a venue what a dish. But on the pricey side however probably the best burger in town by far.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kept hearing how this was the best burger in London. Was thoroughly disappointed, I had a single cheeseburger. Meat was okay, the grind size seemed an odd choice as it was quite large, this is fine in general but there were some parts on the grissly side. The bun was pretty good, but the burger was relatively tasteless and the texture of the meat was disappointing. I'd have no problem paying the £8 or so for what is a pretty small burger, if the taste justified the price.

The bacon cheeseburger absolutely slaps. Warm, well toasted bun, perfect grease levels, medium rare patty, cheese, sauce and onion. No fuss dirty and delicious burger. I got in before the rush and it was well worth it. Arguably the best burger in London

Bleeker never disappoints when it comes to burgers do I have sauces astonishing and also the fries are very very crispy and salty and they have a range of options which includes the sauce and also better than five guys

Decent burger with minimal toppings (cheese, bacon, and onion). Although the individual components were good, the burger lacked a standout moment like a nice sauce, and the bacon was slightly salty. Overall, 3.5/5 for a good but slightly pricey experience.

Enjoyed a great burger and some fries from here. The burger was deliciously meaty, and the fries were fresh, hot and crispy. There are a lot of good street food vendors at Spitalfields market, but Bleeker is my favourite. Note: no seating directly outside Bleeker, but if you walk one minute north, just outside the market, there are some benches.
