Beautiful food and great service. Staff are very knowledgeable about the food they serve and care about your experience and will tailor the food to your taste.

Been a few times, however, the food or service wasn't as good on our last visit, and the portions are tiny especially the rice. Was always a special place to go, something different, but they need up their game with so many curry houses in the area

Exceptional food and service. A thorough delight. Interesting and authentic dishes, beautifully prepared with Incredible depth of flavour. Some of the best Indian food I've ever eaten anywhere. Highlights: Aloo Chat Puri, Lamb Shank Biryani (exceptionally good), Lamb Kadahi Khurchan.

Some of the best Indian food I’ve had. And I was in India two weeks ago. Thanks to Taj and Unam for excellent and witty service. The lamb biriani was amazing. What a lovely place. I’ll be back.

Just had the most amazing curry I have ever had fantastic from the popadoms to the desert .I had chicken lollipops for starters and my husband had crab cakes then we both had the king prawn curry it was amazing . The service was so nice made to feel special Taj and Bappie were so nice and helpful when we were choosing our main course they couldn’t do enough for us . Very relaxing and awesome place to eat. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your visit is yhe best it can be. Food is second to none and I had the best Pina Colada's I've tasted in years. I will surely return and recommend to friends and colleges.

Staff here are rude I don’t know if they want a picture or a pair of binoculars so they can look at me and my partner closer or what but they seem to just stand there and stare at you. We were the only ones in there and we just felt like they wanted us gone only thing that makes this a 2 star is the food.

Stunning food and the best service we’ve experienced in a long time. Blanc NRI has a perfectly sized menu to appeal to all tastes whilst ensuring everything is freshly cooked and timely. Lovely setting and it’s great to note how busy this out-of-town restaurant was on a Thursday evening. Cannot fault anything. Taz and Bhatti (unsure of spelling) made the evening exceptional.

The restaurant was cold there no heating on a winters night in February. We had to use our torch’s on our mobile phones to read the menu. The area was so dark no electric lights. The waiter ask me if I wanted a double or triple measure of alcohol when ordered my gin, I found this quite insulting. My friends plate was removed from in front of her and she had not finished her food!. The service charge of £25.00 was not paid due to the above and NOT advising us of the charge before we ate.

So first time we've been tonight really really impressed staff kind friendly helpful polite and courteous food amazing full of flavour beautifully present piping hot defo going back . 80 pound for 2 that's poppadoms starters main meals with rice and garlic naan full to the brim .

Busy, modern style Indian restaurant. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Blanc is a bit out of town so no other amenities (it used to be a Little Cheff many years ago). Restaurant was too cold for me and we did asked to move tables which helped a little. I had chicken Madars which tasted amazing, though hardly any chicken in it. Cheesy garlic naan bread 😋 and rice 😋. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Just had a take away from here and i have never experienced so much Salt in my food in my life! Horrendous amounts of Salt added to everything, including the Nan-bread! Dangerous to health, no exaggeration. In addition, small portions, watered down chutneys and exorbitant prices. AVOID!

Succulent lamb shank, flavourful madras and sumptuous sides. Courteous service at every course, would gladly return. Delicious Chilean house red was also deservedly popular on our table.

First visit with my family to celebrate a birthday meal. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel very special, the atmosphere was calm& friendly, the decor was very appealing, The service was outstanding, our food arrived very quickly after ordering, even though the restaurant was fairly busy, there was no hurry to finish our meals unlike some Indian restaurants, prices were very reasonable, We all left the restaurant very satisfied. Thankyou to all the hardworking staff/chef that made our night very special. Will definitely visit again very soon.

What a fabulous, well run restaurant. We had been recommended by a friend that this place was a real treat, so I surprised my husband. I had to book 4 weekends in advance to get the weekend timeslot I desired. It is a bit out the way, and you are not able to walk here. But every table was filled and I can understand why. You are treated so well by the staff there, they are friendly, they are funny and extremely attentive. There were lots of delicious options on the menu, and the flavours were amazing. As pictured, I had the lamb shank biryani, and it could have been slightly more tender, but taste was exquisit. There was a real vibe in the restaurant, and it was lovley and warm, which was great as it was freezing outside. I'm so happy we came to Blanc NRI and have already recommended it to several friends and family. We will be returning!

An excellent experience from arrival to departure. A charming table in a very high dining environment. Drinks arrived instantly and we chose poppodums and sauces followed by main courses. Despite being advised of a potential delay, due to a full restaurant, mains arrived within 15 mins. The presentation and portion size was excellent and defeated my partner, but that was just more for me ! We both declined the attractive desserts menu, as we had no space for more. The bill, when presented, was modest and reasonable, with option to tip (left as cash). Book and enjoy Blanc NRI with confidence and enjoy Indian haute cuisine !

I have dined at Blanc many times over the last 2 years and everyone I have taken there has loved it! So much so, I thought about hosting my religious wedding ceremony there. It was initially just a thought with not much substance, however, when I spoke with Bappi, he discussed hiring the whole venue and sold me a dream. He mapped out everything for us and planned how the night would run. Fortunately, he delivered a dream as well! Everything was perfect, from the planning, the preparations, the hosting and, of course, the food. I cannot fault it. Even though we ended up with more people than planned, the team insured everyone was taken care of and felt special. The food was spot on, as always, everything came out on time and was hot and fresh. But what made the night was the attention to detail and the care every single member of the team showed. It’s hard to come by people who take pride in their work these days. But Bappi and the team couldn’t have done any more! It’s clear Blanc is not your regular Indian restaurant. Exceptional food and exceptional service.

Once again, absolutely excellent service! The food was incredible and impressed the entire family which is hard to do. Mocktails were delicious, butter chicken was definitely a highlight even though everything was extremely well made. The waiters were so polite, friendly and accomodating. This is definitely one of my favourite restaurants and I can't wait to visit again and introduce more people to it. Cannot recommend enough for all occasions and thank you again to the staff for such a lovely evening.

Visited for the first time for a wedding anniversary meal. The service was amazing thanks to Taj food excellent great choice got to be the best Indian food we have had in a long time. I am dairy and gluten free and nothing was an issue thanks for that ! We have eaten at Indian restaurants before in this country and abroad but we were very happy with all our food.thanks again Taj for your excellent service we will definitely be back down don’t know why it has taken us so long to come in the first place!

Came here for my birthday on the 31st December. Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed their meals and the atmosphere and drinks were lovely. Staff were attentive until we asked for the bill which took them a while to organise but this was understandable due to them being very busy on NYE. Did not feel rushed and they couldn’t have done anything more for us. The only downside was the madras was quite spicy (which this is a spicy dish anyway). But it did feel a little overpowering. Either way, it was still lovely and the chicken lollipops were very very lovely. The other downside was a £22 service charge being added on top of the bill which you were able to remove but it would have been nice to of been advised of this prior to booking. However, they may of stated this on the website. Overall a really classy and lovely night here.

Excellent New Year's Eve meal. Very tasty starters, cooked to perfection. Mains were delicious, beautifully tender Railway Lamb main. Service as always was attentive and excellent. Pre New Year family outing. Booked for 6 pm but still pleasantly busy then. Not rushed at all, the service was second-to-none - very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. The ambiance was beautiful - subtle lighting and beautiful decor - the layout of the restaurant, tables and toilets immaculately clean. We booked this restaurant for a Boxing Day treat but were very disappointed. The service was impeccable but the food was disappointing. I sent back my main course as it was so salty it was inedible. This was replaced with another dish which was average. Whilst Christmas is for families it felt like we were eating in a school dining room. I ordered lime cordial and soda as I was driving. I was shocked to see that we were charged £2.50 for a small (200ml) bottle of soda water and £1.50 for a splash of cordial, so two very small glasses of lime and soda cost £8 ! We were given a £60 voucher as a Xmas gift ( which shows as a discount on the bill see pic) sadly the whole experience was extremely disappointing. Stunning decor - fur coat no knickers comes to mind. we won’t be returning or recommending this restaurant.

5 starts isn't really enough to give this incredible place! We have visited on 26.12 as a party of 15 with no prior booking after being let down at another restaurant at the last minute. We were welcomed and accommodated straight away, the staff and in particular the manager were some of the best waiting on staff I have ever experienced. The food was absolutely incredible, beautiful tasting and of a very high quality. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will 100% be returning again very soon!! Fabulous food, by far thw best tikka masala I have had.

Last night was the first time we had gone and we were blown away, food was literally outstanding and the service was impeccable. The head waiter recommended the tasting starter, stunning. He recommended the main courses, the naan to share, the rice we should have to share, however my husband got over excited and took all the rice so I had to order more. Then a side which again was recommended and every single mouthful was just heavenly. Booked in for my birthday now in a couple of months.

Firstly, this is by far THE best Indian restaurant I’ve ever eaten at and I’ve eaten at many all over. I’m not in Stoke very often anymore having moved to Manchester. Please don’t take this review lightly as I’m as brutal as I am honest and if I don’t like it, I’ll absolutely say as you’ll see in my other reviews. I went here off the cuff with my bestest and childhood friend and booked at the very last minute. I do have one slight ‘kick off’ about the experience which is actually a backhanded compliment if you read ‘til the end. From the minute we walked in, the service was better than anywhere I’ve been to before. The restaurant itself and whole ambience is absolutely stunning. I wasn’t actually prepared for this otherwise I would have dressed better. I’d not even sorted my wind swept hair. To be fair, I’m surprised they let me in 😂 From the starter to the main course, the food was phenomenal, it was absolutely beautiful. The Nan bread was something else. I asked to take the rest home because I wasn’t leaving what we couldn’t eat 🤪 I honestly can’t tell you how good their food is. Just go and experience it yourself. I can’t even tell you what I had because the ONE glass of red wine I had (which was also amazing) blew my head off so I was a bit tipsy! My ‘kick off’ is that the waiters are some of the best looking waiters I’ve ever seen and if you’re male like me, you may leave feeling pretty damn ugly! Especially if you don’t dress for the occasion 😂 Thank so much guys, an amazing experience and I’ll 100% be back when I’m back in Stoke.

A fantastic experience, incredible food. I don’t even remember how many times I’ve frequented Blanc NRI but I can tell you every single time is as special as the last. Forget what you know about a curry, or a naan bread - this is another level. The service, too, is fantastic, it’s great to see a restaurant properly staffed. I don’t just recommend you go, I implore you to go.

We came expecting the world and we certainly got it! The seating was warm and cozy by the window, the food was absolutely superb 5* on all courses and the attentive staff were wonderful and really made sure our time there was special. We will be recommending BLANC to all our friends and associates so they can experience the enchanting and amazing place for themselves. We will definitely be frequenting here on a regular basis now.

First time here but had previously been to the one with the same name in Birmingham. Excellent food and very attentive service. Butter chicken was really good. We will definitely be there again - probably quite soon. Just as good ( probably better) than BirminghM.
