Black Sheep Cafe is a very good spot with plenty of options to choose from, earning it 4 out of 5 stars. I enjoyed the iced latte, which was refreshing and well-made, and the Strawberry Nutella waffle was a delightful treat. However, the matcha didn’t quite stand out, as it mostly tasted like milk. Despite that, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend it for a cozy and varied menu.

I'm not usually one to try a chain coffee house, but I was on the go and decided to give Black Sheep Coffee a shot. I just have to call out the exceptional staff and fantastic coffee that made my visit memorable. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive and helped me order via the in store iPad. The coffee itself was superb—rich, flavourful, and perfectly brewed. Despite being a chain, Black Sheep Coffee exceeded my expectations with both their service and their product. I will definitely be stopping by again.

Ordering on a tablet shouldn't negate the need for friendly staff! Not used to to way of ordering, my friend and I waited for five minutes being completely ignored by three staff members behind the counter. After a while it became obvious the only way to order coffee was on the tablet placed on the counter. Fine, but come on, at least acknowledge visitors, say hello, or something!

Absolutely exceptional coffee, of a quality you just don’t expect in a railway station. Always warm and friendly service from the staff too.

A lovely team, a great service and well as for the coffee, that speaks for itself! Had been made a medium Latter rather than a regular, I hadn't even noticed and Cammie gifted me another for the next day. Sound guy!

A medium black Americano . Very nice and fine service and price. Can't really comment on the food but it looked ok!

Disappointed with the bagel it looks nothing like the picture. Not happy with the price I would expect good quality.

Who gave this 5*?! Staff are helpful and polite but the product is average; I ordered a short flat white which was just warm and too milky, along with a cheese & ham toastie which I didn't finish as it was soggy, under toasted with cheese running out of it. I chose this place based on the rating - it might be ok if you only want coffee but I wouldn't eat here again.

The staff here were so friendly and the latte I was served was the best I've tasted ANYWHERE! A delicious flavour and so smooth! I've been raving to everyone about it! Lol. It was SO good I just HAD to have another on my way...
