Have visited b.kinda cafe several times with my wife and are always welcomed by friendly and smiley staff. Decor lovely clean and bright. Coffee delicious and so are the cakes. A little on the expensive side but you feel you should visit as it’s for charity.

Lovely little cafe, perfect spot to meet friends. Lovely little selection of cakes. Visited last week to catch up with some old work friends and it was a lovely atmosphere and lovely coffee served. Also great that proceeds go to St Lukes!

Lovely warm and welcoming cafe with friendly staff and good service. Staff have taken time to know us and our children as regulars, understanding our needs/quirks. Highly recommend a visit. Tables are spaced out so you are not sat on top of others or overhearing conversations. Comfortable, lovely place to hang out, chill or eat. Would like to see more hot food on the menu for lunch times (chips, toasties etc).

The coffee was cold. It was immediately replaced when I complained. Cake very nice but expensive. Didn’t feel very cosy or comfortable. Could have done with more lower level soft furnishings rather than high barstools and tables. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Friendly staff, great coffee with amazing presentation. Food is so good, I've eaten here a few times. Great comfortable decor and love knowing my money is going to St Luke's.

Well what a breath of fresh air this Café is in the heart of Plympton. A place of solace it really has a great energy vibe about it. Backed by a fantastic organisation in St Lukes Hospice all of its staff are super nice and the whole place has a real feel good ambience and chilled out vibe. I highly recommend it to all. Fantastic coffee and a lovely selection of cakes.

First , I would like to say “William “ who served me yesterday is exceptional 😎 I , mistakenly, thought I could take my dog into the establishment as was informed by another local Costa that dogs are allowed in Costas now . However, William explained Haye Road one is a franchise and has opted out of this service . Great shame . However, he treated me with utter respect , smiling and confident . He demonstrated great ability in reading the situation as I did feel quite embarrassed that I had got it wrong. I hope the franchise realise how lucky they are to have someone like William at front of house . Thank you William (our dog and myself) enjoyed our treats … especially the dog biscuit! 🤣 Good luck with your future 😎

The M&S Café, located on the 4th floor of the Plymouth M&S store, is truly a hidden gem. Every visit feels like a pleasant experience, thanks to the consistently delicious food and the wide variety of options available. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty breakfast, a satisfying lunch, or a relaxing afternoon tea, there’s always something to suit your taste. The quality of the food is excellent, and it’s evident that a lot of thought goes into the menu. There are plenty of choices for all dietary preferences, including a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options, which is always appreciated. What really sets this café apart is the outstanding customer service. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, and eager to help, which makes the overall atmosphere warm and welcoming. It’s clear that they take pride in providing a great experience for every customer. The cleanliness of the café is another big plus. Every time I’ve been there, the space has been spotless – from the tables and floors to the cutlery and trays. The outside seating area is particularly lovely, especially on a sunny day. It’s well-maintained, quiet, and a perfect spot to enjoy your meal or a cup of coffee while taking in some fresh air. Overall, the M&S Café in Plymouth is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy good food, and experience top-notch service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the store or looking for a calm, clean, and friendly place to eat.
