Best clam chowder. We come here after every gorge hike, and it's worth it every time.

Staff was absolutely incredible! Unfortunately they were out of a lot of things and the fish was really dry

Enjoyed the fish and chips and in house lemonade. The Customer service is also great. Wish there was more seating inside during the winter.

BABY! Let me tell you something: The Smoked Salmon Quesadillas were like nothing I've ever tasted! The Smoked Salmon Po Boy left us in sheer awe! The Halibut and Chips were the best I've had anywhere!! Why did I wait until I was leaving to discover this gem of a place in Cascade Locks??

Fantastic fresh fish and very knowledgeable employees, I'm definitely ready to go there again, I dined in also took home really good tasting smoked salmon.

Brigham Fish Market is awesome. While I love the Cajun halibut, spicy salmon dip, smothered ciabatta, and shrimp ceviche from the regular menu, they REALLY shine when they have a special. My in-laws make pilgrimages here from the Willamette Valley just for the gluten-free fish and chips. My favorite is when I get to eat outside on a nice day, but the atmosphere is good inside too and you get to chat with the friendly owners and staff.

Halibut tasted fresh, other side items weren’t the best. Cool spot, little spendy

Service was a 10/10. I got the Alaskan cod poboy it was so good, and my fiancé got the smoked salmon poboy he really enjoyed his! This was a perfect stop after hiking! Anyone who is visiting or traveling should stop here!

Woman who helped us was fantastic. She gave us some crayons and coloring pages for the kids without us even asking for them. Service and food was excellent.

Great selection of seafood. Oyster fish and chips was pretty tasty. Got the spicy salmon dip to go and it was delicious. Staff was so nice and helpful. They had a huckleberry lemonade that looked awesome too.

Brigham Fish Market in Cascade Locks, Oregon is owned by sisters Terrie Brigham and Kim Brigham-Campbell, members of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. They have served wild, native-caught fish to the public since 2014. They opened Brigham Fish Market in Cascade Locks, Oregon to share their generations-old family fishing traditions. In addition to selling fresh and smoked fish, Brigham Fish Market has a small menu. For my first visit, I tried their Clam Chowder, Salmon Chowder and Coleslaw, all of which were excellent! I also got some Smoked Salmon to go. It was excellent too! On my second visit, I tried their Fish & Chips, which were also excellent They have indoor and outdoor seating. Highly Recommended!!!

I’m pretty sure the cod fish and chips is frozen and not fresh and it is pre-frozen so it’s not even like they hand battered it there. Definitely not what I would expect from a fish store. We also got the clam chowder in the clam chowder was OK but it was loaded with potatoes.

The Market is delicious. Never cared for Cole Slaw and there Slaw is fabulous.

While the food they have is excellent and the food and service are great, the selections ARE limited. What a great Cole slaw by the way!

First off, the actual halibut is great! It's fresh, meaty and just what u want halibut to he. Fries and fish comes out nice and hot. Fries tood too. The tarter sauce wasn't that good. It was way top sweet, not real fresh, just not that good for such good quality fish. The crist was not my favorite kind of breading but wasn't bad if tarter was decent. I like the light and crisp coating of crispy batter. This was more sandy. The actual fish was very good, fresh, the service was excellent, a real treat, very nice girls working there, fries great, coleslaw food. Just wish tarter wasn't so sweet, a better recipe for it.

We had the Smoked Salmon Quesadilla and the fish and chips, both were excellent. My one criticism is the outdoor seating. It's a little too shabby. Indoors is much better by comparison.

Friendliest staff i’ve ever met! My partner and I were so so happy with our food, the clam chowder was truly to die for. We also had to get some smoked fish to snack on for later, and it was life changing. Could not recommend this place enough!

I Went with a friend yesterday to Brigham's. My friend ordered a salmon slider and a cup of chowder, he said it was "delicious." I love their onion rings! I will definitely go there again when I'm in the area.

A bit pricey but worth every single penny, the fish is so incredibly fresh they catch everything on the river and its native owned so I will definitely always support them, I wouldnt even know how to describe how immaculate everything they sell truly is. The brownie they have is one of the best brownies ive ever had as well, theres a burger place down the street called east wind, I really like to get the brownies from here and dip them in the milkshakes at east wind

I got the Alaskan fish and chips. The fish was chewy around the edges, kind of hard. I needed a knife to cut it to eat. I would not go back. Staff and service was excellent though.

Whenever we drive to the Dalles, this is a must stop. I love their ceviche and the company. There are so many seafood options and it’s a wonderful pit stop. They have a ton of outdoor seating and the option to sit indoors as well. The food is amazing and the people are so kind and patient.

My husband had the oyster po boy. Absolutely loaded with oysters and great meal.

Definitely get the smoked salmon, super delicious! If you’re going for the fried fish, I recommend getting the Cajun style, much better flavor than the regular. A bit pricy but you can tell it’s great quality fish.

With choices of sandwiches and fish and chips of assorted varieties, in addition to great local beers, it's a great place to stop for lunch after a hike on local trails or a bike ride on the historic highway route.

A must go to if you're in Cascade Locks area. Came here for lunch after hiking in the local area on the weekend. As soon as you walk in, they treat you like family. Very friendly, welcoming, and let you sample some of the smoked fish. So many good options from the smoked fish, fish & chips, po boy, ceviche, soups, etc .. It was hard to decide, so ordered a little of everything from the fish & chips, ceviche, clam chowder, salmon chowder, smoked salmon, salmon dip, and a cookie for dessert. Everything was amazing. Fish was extremely fresh and prepared perfectly in each dish. My two favorite dishes were the fish & chips and the smoked salmon, but everything else was a close second. The local ciders were a good complement to the food. What made the food even better was the great customer service. So many of the staff stopped by to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything else. Even if I'm in Portland on my next trip, I will definitely make the drive to come back here again.

Came in for dinner on a Thursday evening. Service was great and it got kind of busy after we sat down. Had salmon chowder for the first time and it was amazing! Fried halibut was seasoned cooked well. We had the oyster po’boy sandwich, which large and delicious.

Fish and chips tasted like frozen fish. No salmon & chips available even though plenty in the case right there. Must be a frozen delicacy too!

A must visit when I go see my family! I buy smoked fish, fresh fish and salmon dip to take home with me! Lovely view to sit outside and dine, or sit inside and chat with the super friendly owners/staff. At first glance the prices seem expensive but one taste is all it takes to see it is well worth it! They will even cut & vacuum pack it for you. I froze mine overnight, put it in my checked bag, flew 4hrs home and it was still frozen when I unpacked my bag. I'm just sad they no longer sell canned salmon :(

We stopped by here after hiking at Beacon Park. So glad we did as their selection of fresh seafood items was wonderful. They’re salmon chowder, ceviche, and sturgeon was delicious. Great place to stop and eat if you don’t mind the seafood smell.

We miss this place a lot. It's a very friendly and family vibe fish market that have the best and friendliest owners/staff. That alone kept us coming back but the fish and chips, you will NOT find an equal. I took my in laws here when they visited and both agreed. Thank you for sharing joy through your tasty food! I live in California now but I will be back to visit the gorge just for you guys!

Popped in after scenic drive down highway 30 to view gorgeous falls through the Columbia River Gorge. The little fish market was bustling on a brisk Sunday afternoon. Great service — enjoyed a delicious Smothered Ciabatta, toasted roll topped with chowder and smoked salmon. After visiting the Columbia River Maritime Museum in Astoria, we revere fisherman and appreciate what they do to bring in the catch of the day!

Absolutely loved this little gem. The food is delicious and the service is very kind and helpful. Loved the salmon chowder and salmon dip especially. My mom loved the ceviche. It's located in a really cute town. And it's cool that it's Native-owned.

I love this place. I get a pound of halibut take it home, and have a beautiful dinner. I do this at least one a month as a "way to go for me"! I love supporting this local family as well as their way of life. Keep it up!

Stopped for lunch and was greeted by a friendly, helpful staff member named Misty. She was patient as we made our decision and made our first stop in Washington a memorable one. Salmon chowder was outstanding and halibut fish n chips were great!

Really, really excellent fish and chips. The breading is light and has a subtle sweet herb I could not place - cinnamon? Allspice? Nutmeg? I don't know - owner, tell me please! The halibut was moist and flaky. 4 stars only because I would have liked a couple more fresh fish options to take home, but I may be out of season.

This is my favorite place to go get food in Cascade Locks! The food is delicious I recommend the salmon or sturgeon that is locally sourced! Cajun style fish & chips is my go to EVERY TIME! The staff is also so sweet! They also come up to our table and ask if everything is going good (IT IS! :) and it's a beautiful small business to support. Make sure you tip good!! 😋

We got off I84 specifically to find fish sold by tribal fisherfolks, and we weren't disappointed after finding Brigham Fish Market! We bought fresh fillets of salmon, smoked salmon, and a super rich brownie. The gal who served us was super helpful and vacuum packed our fillers. Definitely will return, especially since we need to try the fish and chips now! ❤❤❤

Salmon chowder was excellent and cod from the fish and chips was clearly fresh 👌. Customer service also deserves 5 stars. If you're passing through, this is the place to get dinner or lunch.

WOW!! I had their halibut and chips and I wanted more. Like a lot more. I couldn't have eaten much more because the portion size was perfect but I definitely would have liked another serving, of course they would have to roll me out of their outdoor dining area. My husband and I decided to go to the Brigham fish market based on the reviews it has received. The food was good but the attitude of the person who took our order was abhorrent. It was necessary to pay upfront and I shouldn't have given a tip at all. The drink list did not indicate whether the beer was tap or can(I should have assumed can) and when my husband asked for the glass to be filled more she said it was out of a can. OK we are fine with that but then she went to the back and told everyone working back there in a sassy attitude that he wanted his glass filled. She assumed that I have bad hearing, well I don't. I could hear the whole thing. We try to support small business and we understand they are short staffed during COVID. We were the only people ordering at the time. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. You do not treat your customers in that fashion if you want to stay in business. Teach your employees some respect.

Best fish and chips I've had this side of The Golden Chippy in London. The seafood chowder was 90% seafood and 10% chowder. Incredibly fresh and delicious. I had a perfectly cooked halibut fillet, my wife had oysters. Can't wait to drop in again. What a wonderful way to wrap up a day. We had the cod fish and chips which were delicious 😋. And the coleslaw. . . out of this world 🌎! I can’t wait to come back to try the steelhead fish’s and chips. The owner and her daughters are absolutely delightful and they are pet friendly. This is a prime example of a focused menu prepared to perfection.

I enjoyed dinner at the Brigham Fish Market on each of the two nights I recently spent in Cascade Locks (8/20 & 8/21). The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. In spite of being short staffed both nights, Marisa took the time to answer all of our questions & made sure our group of 4 were served promptly & with a generous helping of friendliness. Love her positive attitude. A total asset to the business.
