The food here is delicious, the staff are friendly, there is no indoor seating but there is 2 tables outside you can sit at on a summers day. cash and card accepted, I would recommend

I visit this bakery, recently refurbished, whenever I pick up my grandson. The baked on premises pies, slices, cakes and coffee are my weekly treat. Only complaint - too many people use it!

Ordered a Tiger baguette with a cappuccino and two Cheesey bacon puffs I was given half a cup of coffee which I had to go back and get them to re make, and my baguette was white bread not tiger bread ! Do all I went for was a loss of money because I’m now not eating this baguette and she tried giving me sausage rolls instead of bacon cheese puffs ! Absolutely fuming from this after I’ve now got home with it all !! Poor Poor from Billy’s

£9.60 for a baked slice coffee, a bottle of coke and a cake pretty good value but think fake cream cakes should be less then real ones.

Cakes are to die for. Alway friendly staff and lovely fresh cakes and fresh bread. And the freshly cook breakfast rolls are delicious

Would be 5 stars if they had nicer coffee. It's not terrible but it's not a Costa or starbucks coffee. 😆

Great little family-run bakery. All the products are freshly made and there is a wide selection. The staff are also very welcoming. Its a very small shop, however, so it can get a quite busy but I'd say its well worth the wait. Would happily recommend.

Awful service, huge long ques due to incompetence. Expensive bread and cakes not a patch in the predecessor. Bacon and sausages in the hot sandwiches and rolls is not freshly cooked

I absolutely love this place. I'm never disappointed. The cakes are awesome and have great value for money. Lunch options are great too, especially the honey chilli chicken filling. Highly recommended

Always delicious food from there. Recommend the jam donuts and the coronation chicken sandwich. Have had far too many to count! They also do a great coffee too!

Staff always chatting and not concentrating on the customers or orders - hence very slow service . Have tried a few times now but won’t go in again .

Very rude staff sadly since they actually do have amazing food !!! But we learn everyday and what I learnt today is when you order for pickup you still have to wait in the que even though they said on the phone 20 mins should be ready ! This is a new policy which I have never heard off in my life !!!!!! SHOCKING !!! What's the point of a pickup if I gotta wait in the que to PICK UP my food lol

very slow service , moody staff , i waited 20 minutes for god knows how many bacon sandwiches to be cooked for people in front of me , NOT ENOUGH STAFF , border line of rude staff , i wont be going there again , there are other better bakers, and the french stick was stale

In my view one of the best bakers in the medway towns, if I am working over there i try and pop in, everything looks nice to eat its freshly cooked and there's a lot of choice

Love this place. Great bread, cakes and rolls all baked on the premises. Breakfast baguette is a fave and filled rolls at lunchtime are brilliant. Best smiles in Hoo too.

Very good cheeseburger puffs a very nice

A really lovely bakery, make lovely sandwiches/rolls on site, and fresh bread, and my husband swears their cakes are amazing - sadly until they do any cakes that are dairy free I'll have to take his word for it. Would be 5 stars as it's such a nice bakery, but deducted a star for the lack of dairy free options (not even a butter alternative for the sandwiches so have to have it dry). Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Nice coffee too, and a good range of soft drinks. Good prices. We tend to get lunch there once a week and always take friends and family down when they're visiting.

First visit and I will def be returning lovely food and such wonderful friendly staff

I don't feel qualified to review Billy's I only bought a couple of drinks on my cycle ride. However, the baked goods looked wonderfully - I was sorely tempted to purchase some for that reason. :-)

Eclair seemed to be literally old, dough made from rubber, small crusty filled roll been hard as rock couldn't even bite it however stuff was very polite and exchanged it. Large filled roll was nice though, crusty tiger baguette, soft inside, filling fresh and yummy. Chocolate sponge is a real sponge 🧽, it's not a product for human consumption. Overall won't suggest it and visit again.

Do you charge extra £ for paying by card? I have noticed in my account today. I bought 2 items and charged for £3.75 from the banking online shown. I remember the lady said £2.75 - please clarify for next time i won't pay by card again.

Nice but every time i go in here i see the baker man handling and prepping all the cakes with his bare hands with no gloves on and i caught him touching his phone and scratching his head which is really offputting, all staff should be wearing gloves when handling food

Loads of choice of everything, not the cheapest, but the best often isn't. Lovely breads and cakes, especially the fresh creams.

Nice cakes. Ordered a sausage and bacon baguette. Inside was one cold sausage cut into several small pieces and half a slice of crisped bacon with lots of ketchup. Id go back for a cake but not for a baguette. Not even 1 slice of bacon🙄
