From beginning to end we had a pleasant experience! All the staff here were very attentive and looked after us . A big thank you to NADINE who was so welcoming and attentive excellent customer service !

I was served by a Manager; Pankaj. Service was fantastic even if I was a little bit of a demanding customer. The young gentleman who brought out my food was also fantastic, and made conversation too. This was the first time I've ever been out to eat alone and everyone made my experience so easy and stress free. 10 put of 10: definitely recommend!

Thomas our server was so good and attentive. I was v happy with his service we both had burgers with fries. V good meal . Would highly recommend Bills ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Cold environment and luke warm food, those that they hadn’t run out of! Slow service with the meals in our group coming out in two lots with a 20 minute gap between 3 people getting their food and the other 4. We then waited 40 minutes after ordering desserts for them to arrive, yet as soon as we had paid the bill, they couldn’t wait to clear the table and get us out. We won’t be returning! Very disappointing all round.

Slow service when not overly busy.. spoke to waiting staff when waited well over half an hour for dessert.. no apology or reason, just "my manager and chef are aware". Very poor. Also add 12.5% service charge and request another 5% again for waiting staff

Courtney was an amazing waitress for us on the 11th November. It was very busy restaurant but we felt as if we were the number one customer while we were here. Excellent fun service by the staff. Courtney especially made our couples evening so much fun and made the whole experience of dining at Bill’s marvellous. The food was delicious and we stayed for our two hours ! The manager and staff superb. I went for lunch with an old friend. I have eaten there on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. We both had the Santorini salad, which was very tasty, not too filling and very fresh. We followed it with the doughnuts and coffee, which we thought was going to be a small portion of the cinnamon doughnuts, but it was substantial.
