A real buzz for a lunchtime service. Great Burger.

Brilliant food everytime! Very yummy, friendly staff. Nothing to much trouble.

Lovely and quiet on the bank holiday Monday. Very good service, kind. Food was very good. Only minor thing is there was a service charge on the bill 12.5%. I was more than happy to tip as it was a really pleasant experience. But I didn’t get that option to do it myself. It was already on the bill which I didn’t like. As there were 4 of us and we had a good meal, it put the bill up a lot. I’d like to have the choice. High charge in my opinion.

Slow service and over priced simple and small menu just the truth sorry guys 4 burgers chips and cokes £125…. Come on!

Can't fault this place. From welcome to theend the staff were great. Before we even sat down we had 2 free glasses if prosecco as our anniversary. Staff were so attentive. Great menu and great atmosphere. All three courses were lovely. If had to pick the a stand out it was the strawberry flowerpot with soil! So amazing and after a nudge from waitress we were told we could actually eat the pot as made if chocolate. Very reasonable all round and as mentioned a great atmosphere and mix of clientele. Will definitely be back.

Here for an early-ish dinner, the food was really good (the brownie for dessert is especially great!) Good atmosphere, great service.

Went to Bills before going to Chichester Festival Theatre to see Drop The Dead Donkey. Staff great, polite and helpful. Will definitely return as we enjoyed ourselves.

Grubby decor with a distinct smell of rust. Food was underwhelming

Went for dinner before going to the Chichester Festival Theatre to see Drop The Dead Donkey. Food was good, although I thought the chicken was a bit hard, but it was crumb coated. Service was very good, all the staff were polite and attentative and seemed to be enjoying themselves. As the evening went on it got busier. It was good value at just over £60 for 3 courses and drinks.

We stopped by to warm up on a very wet, cold, grey day and on this occasion just had hot drinks (an oat milk latte and a hot chocolate). Service was quick and friendly, our drinks were lovely and the restaurant itself had a great buzz about it.

Restaurant was nice, only problem it was very warm. Lovely friendly service, and food was very tasty. Loved the way we were not rushed and infact had table the whole afternoon.

Our food was very good, quality produce, the sausage was delish, coffee was good. Overall v nice.

A dull Tuesday afternoon, so the atmosphere was very muted. However, we were there to eat and the food and service was both excellent.

It's very nice there, very well presented and the food is lovely. I don't like the fact you automatically add a service charge to orders though, this should be optional.

I found the menu a little bit limited for my taste. Chillis and peppers in most meals. Not everyone likes chilli.

Enjoyed a lovely gluten free brunch, staff friendly and helpful, other guests in our party enjoyed fluffy pancakes and fish pie all of which were lovely.

It is very nice but does get busy during peak times. Very attentive staff. The flowerpot desert is a must. It is quite warm in there so dress in easy to remove layers. Toilets are just the right distance away so they are nit too near your food. The brunch is very good. If you going at busy times it is a good idea to book. It is upstairs but there is a lift to get up. There are booths for families as well. You do have a service charge at the end which you can opt out of. The WiFi is is really good if you have an android phone and are struggling with the awful WiFi service in Chichester.

Boxing Day Lunch, Great choices for vegetarian/vegans,food was tasty and staff were friendly and helpful.

It was very nice evening for my mum birthday, first time for 2 years! So happy we all get together. Nice food too, steaks and egg well spot on. Xx

Popped in after the Christmas Carol service in the cathedral, hadn’t book but managed to get a table. The burger was amazing with a twist of bourbon (in a small pep pit on the bun). Tried the Sassy Cider, a lovely drink. Great place to eat very friendly staff will definitely go back.

Another brunch visit. Excellent food, great service and really nice atmosphere. We left just as the office crowd were arriving for their Christmas lunches. Full for the rest of the day!

Good food, but what really stood out to me was the quality of service. In particular, I was impressed with how our waitress helped a blind gentleman sat at the table next to us. She was very helpful and attentive but never condescending in her tone. She treated him with respect and patience. My family - four adults and a slightly fussy baby - was treated very well, too.

Lovely restaurant and friendly staff. I've always enjoyed the food there too. Recently we had our work's Xmas meal there, the only things to fault were no crackers and hard potatoes with just 2 of our meals. The staff were so attentive and helpful with everything though. So I highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to bills for a double date with friends and I cannot appreciate how great the service was, our server Lesley was the best we’ve ever had, so Bubbly and incredibly attentive. Food was unreal from a chefs point of view, he really made our meal out worth it. Thank you for the best experience ❤️

The food is absolutely amazing, I can’t recommend it enough. I had the duck and watermelon salad starter, and my friend had flatbread with red pepper and pumpkin hummus - we shared them both because they were incredible! The fish pie was also perfect, I’ll be having that again. All the staff were genuinely lovely, but shoutout to our waitress Zinnia, who was incredibly sweet and so attentive. She noticed me giving my friend some birthday presents, and brought out dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday because of it. That was a really nice touch and the care didn’t go unnoticed. We both sang your praises after, but you’d gone home, so I really hope you see this! Will be returning to Bill’s soon for sure 🤍

Unfortunately this establishment has chosen to discriminate against those whose preferred payment method is cash. They lost our custom at the door. For those who feel it is important to retain a variety of payment options, this place is not for you.

It's good . I've had the same dish a few times which is very nice but each time it's different and portion size varies. They don't take any cash which is a bit of a pain sometimes but I will go back.

Bills just hits the spot with each visit. Always a great ambiance, food always first class, and EVERY time, brilliant service. Tonight we had Ania looking after us. Friendly, efficient and faultless, thank you Ania.

Visited for a lunchtime snack. Was dining alone so seated on a small table in a crowded corner of the restaurant, not a big issue for me. Chose eggs benedict and fresh mint tea. The latter was excellent, but the poached eggs were served on ham which was much colder than room temperature hence 4 stars rather than 5 for Food. Prices were reasonable and there was a discretionary 10 per cent service charge added to the bill

Had a warm welcome and looked after really well by Aija. We had an excellent healthy breakfast and was our second visit. We love the rustic atmosphere, great food and excellent staff.

We visited the restaurant this afternoon with a disabled young lady. Grace looked after us and was an absolute joy, going above and beyond for us. Every restaurant should have a 'Grace!'
