Delivery is so long, hot creape (not hot) rotten strawberries, prices are ridiculous,

Avoid this shop. They use child labour (14 year olds), treat them terribly, scream at them in front of customers and what's more steal their wages for errors made during their "training" period. ACAS would have a field day with this mob.

Tried to order thru app it said no drivers so called and placed a order .Got it all confirmed and she read it back to me and order was placed .Order arrived and it was £1 more than I was told order was also incorrect .I called them back to ask what had happened to be told oh we didn't charge you for them .ok bye

Everything was stale. Got kinder Bueno crepes and the kinder bits were stale as was the chopped nuts on top and you could tell the batter had been made in advance and left for a good while. Wouldn't come back if it was free let alone a last resort. Ginger Woman who served us was also very rude!

So so so dissapointed with this establishment. This was the first time i have been in this place . The girl who served me was polite enough to start with but then waited for her and another member of staff to stop talking in the back shop before getting my simple order . Was suppose to be two scoops in each tub hardly !!. Plus the girl touch her hair and face continusly . At over ,£10 for my order not good value or service. She then handed me the tubs but i had to ask her to put it in a holder or something so i could carry them to my car . She squashed them into a papar bag , what a mess when i got them home . Think i will stick to Mc Donalds

Just ordered 3 waffles and a banana split driver showed up with 2 waffles and banana split . Phone no to contact them is wrong and no way of contacting them very shady business avoid or check your order at the door

They pay workers slave wages. A girl was there for a trial shift and was paid £ 3 an hour, AFTER contesting the owners decision NOT to pay her at all. Avoid, please

Love big scoops, great products, great service. My only wish is they did a low calorie option on ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbet so that you could see the nutritional info and still have a treat even when you're watching your health. Also a better selection of low calorie drinks would be great and would have the Sworld community coming out in droves for treat night. Maybe even a low calorie waffle option?

It's ok, the food is fine. Pricey though considering its a all grown water, sugar and cream. 😂 The service is not very friendly apart from one girl. They don't take card payments either which is ridiculous in 2019. I won't be returning, they have a lot of competition in EK now!

Love it! I buy big scoops way more than I should. Cookie dough and vanilla ice cream i highly recommend. The waffle and the sticky toffee pudding with hot caramel sauce is delicious (mum's past orders). Get a big scoops!

I Ordered 2 hot cookie dough with ice cream, the cookie dough was horrible. It would normally have a slightly crispy layer followed by nice soft smooth dough , these as more like undercooked cake.. just like pancake mix. Gritty cake mix with chocolate chips. There's no shape to it, kind of just mushy. The ice cream wasn't great either. Very dissapointed , they should visit desserts in town to learn how to make desserts, now that's a cookie dough ! Will not buy from again, this was not a delivery it was a store collection. I have posted a photo of the cookie dough.

Ordered knickerblocker Glory. It came completely melted. Could not tell what flavours of ice cream were in it as it was milk. I don't know if the ice cream is delivered by the same drivers as the food shop next door as I observed ice cream being taken into the other shop. If they use the same drivers, it would explain why it was so melted being beside hot food. Time taken to deliver was also awful. I won't use them again. Lucky I gave one star.

My friend and I ordered a big scoops last night via just eat. The food itself was nice but we asked for 2 red slushies and we got yellow ones that tasted of mango, we also ordered two waffle bowls, no waffles were to be seen and instead they were wafers. We also ordered a large tango ice blast that was all watery at the bottom. On top of that, our order was half an hour late and the delivery person was unapologetic. Although the food was quite nice, we would have expected a higher standard from such a great restaurant.

Service was very bad, ignorant workers that clearly don't know what they are doing, gave us wrong order and still charged me for the stuff they forgot to put in. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Ordered on a Monday 9:30, not your typical peak time I assume, not a particularly big order either. However, we waited over an hour, for 5 tango ice blasts. The cookie dough, had some unimaginable texture similar of sand and the fudge brownie, I have seen bigger. For a shop called big scoops, the portions are pretty small. Overall, would not order again.

Still not got food, had to phone just eat customer service like themselves as couldn't get through to shop. Currently been waiting one hour and 15 minutes for ice cream. Used to love this place but not sure what has happened.

The delivery took over an hour to come and was 40 minutes late, we had no apology from the delivery man and the Facebook page wasn't very attentive leaving a one sentence answer and ignoring my reply after. There is no phone number listed and when my order said it had been delivered when it hadn't, I had no way of knowing what had went wrong. Terrible customer service will not be ordering again !!

Ordered two knickerbocker glory, took an hour to arrive and ice cream was melted and paid extra for hot Nutella sauce which was frozen. The second time this has happened. Terrible never again waste of 18 pound!

Absolutely furious ordered at 8.45 , deliver time stated 9.40. Still hadn't arrived after 10 pm, tried to fone shop and it's closed even tho the money has been took from my bank! Utter joke of a place!

The ice cream was great. The cheese sauce for the nachos was pretty tasteless...if it wasn't for that they would be great

Delivery was a little bit late but it didn't bother me, but what did bother me is that we ordered "cinema style nachos" with 1 cheese dip 1 salsa dip and jalapenos. instead they gave me 2 slasas and no cheese :(

Brilliant ice cream sundaes. We've ordered from Big Scoops a few times and the food is always fantastic.

Food is good but it's ridiculous that you have to wait over an hour for ice cream. It happened before ages ago when we ordered and we thought it was a one off, clearly it wasn't. You need more delivery drivers. The price is also so expensive for two things £13? I could get two meals delivered for less than that
