Had our christmas party in here! drinks were amazing and food was lovely! everyone was so nice! shoutout to jeremiah and ben!!!!

My boyfriend and I went to this bar on Saturday night for drinks and I paid £24.50 for 2 Gin&T. Just after a sip I realised that my phone is missing and O left it at another bar we went before. My boyfriend ran to the place to get my phone but he was refused the entry on his return. The guards were very rude with him and pushing him. None of us was drunk or misbehaving to be treated like that. We were it informed about the re-entry not allowed policy and my boyfriend wouldn’t have gone out if my phone wasn’t missing. This was a genuine problem and the manager should have helped us to resolve if the guards couldn’t but the manager also asked me to leave, refused to refund for the drinks I paid for or let me take the drinks out in plastic glasses. In the end one of the guards pushed me out of the place. Please don’t give business to this place. They are rude and unfair. I will warn all my friends to not go. They take advantage of the re-entry policy to rip off people. Beware!

So BEWARE they charge you an automatic gratuity on weekends and holidays even if it is just 1 or 2 people. And then they give you the legend of what you should tip them. So your tipping them on their tip. Just fyi. We will not be going back on any weekend or holiday e er again!!!!! A little dissatisfied because I used to like them.

I went to the Big Chill at King's Cross for dinner with my sister. Staff were friendly and helpful when ordering drinks, food and asking about the menu and when the kitchen would be open. Loads of tables/chairs so able to find seats easily. The music was a bit on the loud side and you had to shout if you wanted to have a conversation. The reason for the low rating is because of the number of fragments of bone I encountered when eating my Devil's Bacon Burger - 10 fragments to be precise. This does prompt numerous questions regarding the quality of the meat and/or the preparation of it. The photos I've attached speak for themselves - I would avoid the burgers unless you have an all inclusive dental plan in place before your visit.

Through the TagVenue booking system, I was recommend to hire the 'The Hide' for a surprise birthday party for 25-30 people. Firstly, The Hide is too small to accommodate this number of people so it should not be recommended by staff. Secondly, the security staff were extremely rude to our party. They refused entry to a 19 year old guest (the brother of the birthday boy) despite them being accompanied by their parents. I was told it was my fault for not reading the booking terms and conditions. I showed the booking terms and conditions, it said nothing about an age policy. The security staff then got the manager who was very kind and accommodating and allowed the 19 year old to enter. However, due to the issues with security, we had to tell the birthday boy about the surprise as it took ~30 minutes to sort out. The situation was distressing for the 19 year old and it ruined a month of planning - I would not recommend this venue for important events.

We popped into the big chill as we seen how good there deals were. Food was absolutely amazing. My partner had a burger and I had the chicken strips they both were 10/10. Cocktails were also lovely we really enjoyed eating with a cocktail on there lovely upstairs outside terrace. Was lovely way to end our trip to London before heading to King's Cross for our train home.

We dropped into this place after seeing they had a £10 lunch deal, and we were not disappointed! It included any burger from the menu, chips and a drink. I had the cheese burger which was very tasty and high quality, but the fries were the real star of the show here. I don't know what seasoning they use on the chips but the flavour was unreal. Friendly staff and a chilled vibe, love it!

I pre-booked an area for my work colleagues. The process was really straight forward and the staff were super helpful with sending menus over. I pre-ordered drinks and food due to the large quantity. The drinks were ready & chilled when i arrived. The staff were super friendly and attentive and gave me regular updates, regarding the food. We had the table booked until the end but went to an Escape Room in-between. When asking about the drinks being left they said they would hold our space for us. We had some chips for on the go to the escape room too which was really appreciated. When coming back, our drinks were still available and the food had just been brought out which was great timing. The food was super tasty! Really great bar, has a DJ and music playing too. Thank you again to the staff, we had a great time!

Amazing energy and positive energy from the staff members, especially Denver behind the bar! She served us drinks in great timing and even with an extremely busy bar, she was so friendly and connected with me and my friend which made us feel seen in a big sea of customers! 😊 Even before my friend and I got in, we had a lovely interaction with the security and they were so friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and in good spirits. Always look forward to coming to The Big Chill for the easy atmosphere, great music from the DJ and great dance floor! Special mention to the staff who were so swift with cleaning up a couple of broken glasses from the dance floor so quickly which shows care for the customers so as to not get hurt with bits of glass or wet floors! We went to Big Chill for a colleague’s leaving drinks on Wednesday 10th August. Downstairs staff were great, and were accommodating when we moved up to the roof terrace to get the sun. Once we were up there, there was a bartender on upstairs bar who couldn’t have been more dismissive or rude - for no reason at all. She got angry because I wanted to order food but couldn’t remember the table number. I asked if I could have a margarita and her response was “no, go downstairs”. Continually sighing and huffing at anything. We definitely won’t be coming back just for that one reason….we wouldn’t like to encounter her again!

Has a fabulous afternoon on the rooftop terrace, enjoying the bottomless prosecco brunch...Flora and Diana were the most attentive waitresses, barely had a sip, before the glass was topped up again. Food was good ( has the Mexican skillet), would definitely visit again. Thank you

Best service ever at a bottomless brunch! Drinks were never empty courtesy of Diana and Flora. Always pleasant and smiling, nothing too much trouble. Food good and brought out promptly. My only gripe? Uncomfortable seats, a seat pad would have made all the difference. Thank you!

Booked for a birthday. Was advised roof terrace no bookings taken on a Saturday but tables available on a first come first serve bases . Booked a table inside instead . On arrival asked if Terrace was available . Then to be told not till after 5pm as bottom less brunch served . Was not advised of this at all in booking and emails shown confirmed this . Manager agreed misunderstanding so bottle of bubbles given . All ok until try to order food , then advised only menu was brunch menu . Again no where on website does it state this . Manager said it did and was rude about it . Have checked and it doesn’t . Friend tried to get a bottle of champagne . They had sold out but then tried to push Prosecco for inflated price . Very disappointing - attitude of manager was shocking . Rolling eyes at people . We were not alone on speaking to people . Please don’t waste your money here . Rude manager and poor service .

So being a Londoner and enjoying a tipple, I’de like to say I’m quite the boozy brunch connoisseur! I’ve been to a few!...and I have to say the Big Chill brunch is the worse I have experienced...firstly a few of our rather large party were delayed and we were told that our bottomless 90minutes had started from the booking time meaning a few of our friends had lost out on a Prosecco or two (even though the grace period for delay was 15 minutes apparently!)...then the topping up...slow and painful...15 minutes to get a drink! To have to ask the staff for a drink when the entire table had empty glasses...poor and extremely frustrating...I have never had this at a bottomless brunch before! Also one of our friends was also told that he had downed a drink and he would not be getting another one (please note this was a 15 stone male who can handle quite a large level of drink)...we had not made a scene, been loud or rowdy...so they had absolutely no reason to deny someone a drink. Quite honestly this really dampened the mood for the remainder of the brunch....Overall we paid £43 for merely a burger...a couple of drinks and the embarrassment of a friend! I would not recommend this brunch AT ALL....in London there are plenty of brunches with better value for money and an overall better experience!

We came here on Saturday for boozy brunch. We like brunching and have been to a number of boozy brunch places in London. We read good reviews of this place and we decided to check it out. Unlimited booze for an half and a half for £25 should be exactly that, but here we had to constantly get the waitresses’s attention to have our drinks refilled. They should assign one waitress who’s job is just refilling drinks and have all the cocktails ready to go so you’re just churning them out. Instead a lot of our table were having to wait for 10-15 mins to have the ice tea/passion fruit sprite refilled... in that sense it’s not bottomless brunch is it for an hour and a half? Really disappointing. We all enjoyed the food but will not come back for brunch. Plenty of other good places in London - check out the Sea Containers. They know how to do a boozy brunch.

Alled in here for a couple of drinks on way to Kings Cross. This area has much improved over recent years and The Big Chill is a welcome addition to the area. A stylish and classy pub with a decent menu and special offers at lunch time. Prices good for Central London. There is a small roof terrace which must be great in the summer months. Their apple and ginger mojito is FAB ! Efficient and friendly service.

Visité Londres durante los últimos días y encontré un gran frío cerca de nuestro albergue. Decidí venir aquí para el brunch. La mujer que nos sirvió fue muy grosera. Creo que ella era europea? Ella puso los ojos en blanco y realmente comenzó a retroceder. Me sentí muy infeliz por esta experiencia. Yo no vendría aquí. La comida estaba bien.

We actually enjoyed it here, we are in our 50's and it is mostly younger peeps that visit here. We did not feel out of place, the vibe and atmosphere was great, loved watching the young ones enjoy themselves, we certainly enjoyed it here.

Fantastic food, drinks and service. We had the bottomless brunch and really made the most of it. We were never left chasing up a waiter for a top up they were always around checking we was ok. We had the chicken waffle and chicken burger, both were amazing. Our waitress Adelaide was fantastic and gave us some good recommendations for what to do for the rest of our day.

Me and my family came here for a girls brunch to celebrate my mother's victory over cancer. The food was absolutely delicious and service was fabulous. Drinks on the bottomless option were topped up as soon as you asked no problems! We all loved our meals and were very statisfied!

I went with a group of friends on a Saturday and had booked bottomless brunch. Great menu - wide choice and really delicious food. The staff were keen to top up our drinks and there was a choice of cocktails and prosecco too. The venue was nice, we didn't go on the roof terrace because of the weather but I imagine that would have been good. My only criticism is the staff were a bit quick to clear plates away which annoys me.

Do not go here! The place is smaller then it looks from pictures and bar staff are so rude and disrespectful. I ordered three jäger bombs for me and two friends and the bar staff refused to serve me unless I had a glass of water. I had just arrived and only had one beer before. I have never in my life been to a bar where they have told you to drink water before ordering a drink, especially when your not even a slightest bit drunk. The bar staff look like they don’t even know what there doing either, taking orders and forgetting them, serving people the wrong drinks, it’s a joke. I was clearly not the only person who felt like this as I saw other groups complaining as well. Don’t go here if you don’t want your day ruined!

I saw a video advertising Big Chill bottomless brunch on Facebook, with unlimited espresso martinis and pornstar martinis in cafetieres.

As someone who has lived in Dubai for a few years, I was so pleased to be taken to a place in the UK where 'Brunch' is done well.

Un montón de opciones de comida para elegir y recomendaría los huevos Benedict ya que viene con vientre de cerdo asado que estaba delicioso! Definitivamente regresaría de nuevo!

The little terrace is OK, friendly, chill...the view is poor though. Gin and Tonic perfect, but I order onion rings and were the worst onion rings that I could eat ever. Plenty of oil, poor presentation, definetely not recommendable.

Came here for my Birthday with a few of my girls. Really nice staff and I was able to book a table free of charge a few days prior to the event as it gets quite busy from 6pm on wards. Have already spoke about returning. The music that night was 90's & 00's. We're all 90's babies so it was perfect for us.

I went to the bar with my friend and just had a few drinks. She got tired so I went back with her to our flat, and decided to go back out about THREE HOURS later with someone else. I get to big chill and they recognize me and won’t let me in because I was there before?? I was willing to pay a new cover and everything. Never in my life have I heard a BS policy like this. Awful music, awful crowd, awful drinks, and awful staff. Simmons down the street is a much better atmosphere, and much better staff that actually know what they’re doing. Take it from another bartender- do better.

En los últimos 10 años, muchas cadenas populares han aparecido ofreciendo hamburguesas muy promedio a precios no tan altos. Cuando salí con unos amigos a tomar unas copas a Big Chill el viernes pasado, decidí probar la hamburguesa. Tuve la hamburguesa con queso con tocino y fue la mejor hamburguesa que he comido. Parecía una hamburguesa adecuada y sabía jugosa. Estoy decidido a volver. Hamburguesa increíble aunque podría haber sido más grande.

Went there for Saturday night and the security at the door was super rude and impolite. I could literally see the anger in the eyes of the security man I was talking to. I understand they have to do their job, but being that aggressive is not the right way. Nevertheless, apart from security, drinks are good but a little bit pricy.

We visited on a Saturday evening, i think it must have been during a quieter period, the pub was busy but we managed to get service. When we walked past later that evening it was certainly a lot busier. Staff were nice and friendly and there us a decent atmosphere in the pub.
