Food is always delicious and the staff are polite, helpful and friendly.

We just come back from big bite where we have our breakfast and that is our usual breakfast place and we always love the service and atmosphere but today the experience was truly unacceptable… Firstly we order our food and everything was great and then while we was eating it was staff constantly during rounds around the table seriously every 5 seconds someone was passing to check if you finished your food, we couldn’t eat in peace on top of that music was so loud that we couldn’t hear our conversation so I ask politely to put it down slightly if possible and they did and on the next 3 minutes music was back. I finished my food first but still have coffee and drink so I waited for my husband and son to finish so I put my knife and fork in position “still eating “ and we have 6 people coming around to try to take my plate and I repeat myself and told them to leave as we still eating! And after that the continued to come and disturb our meal so I went to lovely lady who is over the counter and I explained her situation and she was very apologetic and explained me that they have new boss and that his new rules…so I was so shocked and I went to him directly and told him that is unacceptable, we order meal , we pay for it and we have right to finish our meal in peace and that the staff should not disturb customers when they eating, they should wait when they finish. And this new owner was extremely rude and said to me that is his restaurant and his rules and not to teach him how to do his job !!! And I told him he is extremely rude and he didn’t apologise at all !!!! I told him he will ruin this lovely place with his bad attitude and no manners whatsoever but he doesn’t care, he said I can go somewhere else if I don’t like it. That was our last trip to Big Bite.Very disappointed and such a shame because the old staff the was so nice and polite and they know the new boss is in wrong, I just feel sorry for them to have work with such a rude person with horrible attitude towards customers service.

Food is typical greasy spoon stuff but well cooked, never had any issue with the food at this place, service is great, staff are friendly amd you can order the the desk or through the QT code at your table. Food comes fairly quickly.

I love Big Bites Cafe. Old school “greasy spoon” with excellent service, menu choice and newly refurbished. Eat there enough with the loyalty card and you get a free meal after 8 stamps. I’ve had a few free meals!

Really really nice, tasty and cooked well and even served really hot. The whole place was so clean looking and even toilets as well. A well looked after establishment. My 1st ever visit as it was recommended to me. Will I be returning ? Oh yes. Most definitely.

The best traditional English Breakfast in London! We were welcomed by the super friendly staff. Food was delicious, the best English breakfast we’ve ever had. Prices are unbelievably reasonable and servings are generous. Everything is cooked fresh and the coffee is very good too! Highly recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice that was delicious and refreshing. If you’re visiting London, a traditional English Breakfast is a must-do. This place is the best we’ve come across for an English Breakfast.

Visit here weekly great service great staff brilliant prices foods excellent. Just had a refurb and was closed for a month there were a lot of sad people in Ealing with withdrawal symptoms when it was shut. Can’t praise it enough.

We came in for lunch of omelette with cheese. The quality is great and a hot drink is added as part of a meal deal so the price is competitive too. This cafe is clean, bright and comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

I came in with my sister at lunchtime, we both had the smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast and it was amazing! You could tell all the food was fresh and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. I would highly recommend this cafe!

I had a mushroom omelette with salad only and a white coffee. The omelette was delicious with lots of mushroom and the coffee was strong with a creamy froth on top. Good value at £6.

Great cafe in hanwell, menu is flexible tha ambience is perfect. The cafe is clean and the staff are always friendly, highly recommended to go and eat a proper English breakfast on a lazy morning when the hunger hits. This place will definitely fulfil your hunger, enjoy.

Un buen desayuno pero realmente necesidad de elevar la calidad de sus salchichas (pobre) y dejar las tostadas en la tostadora hasta que es tostado!

Hemos venido aquí en el fin cuando sucumben a la tentación de un buen fritos. La calidad de la comida es buena, mientras que las porciones son "saludables" (grande) y los precios son muy razonables. El personal es siempre muy amable y dispuesto a sustituir artículos si lo pides bien.

Having been to many breakfast cafe's across London, this is certainly the best. The service is friendly and very professional. The menu is amazing - with plenty of great choices and everything is cooked to order. The food is consistently good; very little oil or grease, and good quality ingredients are used! The interior is clean and has a nice character, and everything is laid out well to make the experience as pleasing as possible!Unfortunately we live on the other side of the river, so we don't come as often as we would like - but we would never stop coming here if it was closer!If you are ever in the area, definitely try this place as it is certainly the best around, and has never let us down!

I love this cofe. I come here most days for lunch, and I spend a few hours studyng afterwards. The place is big and comfortable, the atmosphere is very quiet and welcoming, the staff is very nice, and the food is delicious and cheap. I also recommend the dessets. Wifi works really well too!! It's so much better than going to the library, or to the usual Starbucks and Costa...

Fantastic choice of breakfasts. Builders breakfast was what I had and it was very large. My wife had a toasted sandwich that she said was very good. The breakfast came with a coffee. An extra coffee is £1.49 for a large. They have a extensive menu. The milk shakes are also very good.Good value for money with good service.

Ho scoperto questo localino circa 6 mesi fa, e ci torno sempre volentieri, sia per un pranzo, sia per un dolce. Personale molto cortese, e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Inoltre, il menù è vario, e se si hanno intolleranze al glutine, basta non prendere pasta,patatine o panature, e non si hanno problemi.Porzioni abbondanti (anche per i dolci), e cucina varia: dalla classica inglese all'orientaleggiante, alla mediterranea (sull'ultima però non mi esprimo perchè, da italiana verace, la lasagna non me la vado a prendere lì). Insomma, se volete pranzare in un ambiente caldo e informale, senza spendere troppo, il Big Bites vi soddisferà alla grande. Vale la pena provare.
