Forget Franco Manca and the other tired old chains nearby, this place does sensational pizza!!!! And the ambience and service is better, too. Highly recommended!

We stopped in Sunday evening and had the most delicious meal. Bruschetta to start, my husband and I had different pizzas - really fresh and tasty and great coffees to finish. The restaurant is rustic and pleasant and the staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend

Great place for a dinner in Greenwich. The food was very tasty and the prices were not too high. Inside it wasn’g very big but it was very nicely decorared and it had a home-y feel. Loved all the mismatched plated on the tables!

Simple and delish bowl of pasta and a glass of wine while working in the area. Attentive service and lovely buzzy atmosphere. Young fella on the next table was grumbling loudly at the door about service but I think he was just trying to show off in front of his girlfriend! Will be back when next in the area.

Didn't book, popped in with some friends on my birthday on a Friday night as we were just looking for a quick bit to eat. Nice little venue, staff were friendly, good toons in the background and the pizza hit the spot - nothing too fancy, just a solid, decently-done pizza washed down with a nice cold beer at a reasonable price :-) Would definitely eat here again, when back in the neighbourhood!

Lovely cute place near the station. It is a walk distance from my place and I wanted some italian. It had been quite sometime that I was there so went tonight for dinner. The menu got changed, so now there are less pasta options. But a nice pizza menu. We went with the fusilli nonna milly. That I might say the tomato pure sauce was tasting lovely, very home made. And the burrata and nduja pizza. The pizza was great. The bread it is so softy. It is a gem this place and I will come back soon. By the way they have lunch discounts from Monday-Wednesday what it is great. For dessert we got the lemon cake, it was nicely made but I would say it if was warm to give some contrast with ice cream would had been better. If I can suggest I would say bring the seafood linguine back. My husband missed that at the menu today.

First time here. We were surprised as we stood outside looking at the menu. The server opened the door for us and invited us in and gave us a table promptly. This inviting atmosphere continued throughout our meal. We had pizzas and a salad. Both were very good. Definitely good find.

Para acceder a las damas había que negociar a través de la cocina, lo que no puede ser bueno para la higiene ni para el distanciamiento social.Nuestra mesa que daba a la calle estaba bien y el servicio era aceptable, pero la gran decepción aquí fue la comida. La lasaña era una porción muy pequeña de un plato que solo era comestible. Carecía de sabor, textura, condimentos y contenía algunos ingredientes extraños, una comida preparada en un supermercado hubiera sido mucho mejor. Las pizzas eran delgadas tanto en la base como en la cobertura, solo la corteza era normal. La cebolla roja que cubría uno consistía en trozos de vegetales crudos, no en aros cocidos. La cocina necesita más capacitación o se puede cambiar por personal mejor calificado.Lo que hace que esto sea aún más incomprensible es que el restaurante hermano en Blackheath (a menos de un par de millas de distancia) con exactamente el mismo menú nos ha servido dos comidas muy buenas en el último mes. ¿Cómo pueden dos restaurantes en el mismo grupo ser tan radicalmente divergentes en términos de calidad y experiencia gastronómica?

Lo siento, pero nada más caro y muy básico. La pasta no es fresca, la comida para niños como ejemplo para 7/8 fue un puñado de pasta seca con una cucharada de boloñesa (sin exagerar en absoluto, ya que pedimos dos). De hecho, parecían sobras de la comida de otra persona.Las otras comidas 14/15 platos de pasta que habrían sido más frescos y con más sabor si fueran de una comida preparada de Sainsbury. No aconsejaré a otros que nos visiten y teníamos tantas esperanzas.

Lindo restaurante italiano lil cerca de Greenwich Park. Muy recomendable para una deliciosa selección de pizzas veganas. Comida casera recién preparada de gran calidad con una cocina de pizza abierta en la parte posterior.Realmente deseaba que el postre de tarta de queso fuera vegano, pero las únicas opciones eran el helado. Esperó otro período de tiempo antes de pedir la factura, tuve que preguntar dos veces. Paid luego se dio cuenta de que nos habían cobrado un cargo por servicio del 20%. I went to Bianco 43 in Greenwich for my friend's 30th birthday. We had a little table for three and it was really intimate and lovely. The food was really tasty. I'm vegan and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of choice of vegan pizza they have - I went for the Puccini Mushroom Vegan Pizza which I would definitely recommend.The staff deserve a round of applause. They were attentive and friendly and everything felt 100% covid safe. They did everything to make us feel welcome and looked after. A special shout out has to go to Monica our waitress who acted as our personal photographer at the end of the night. As it was my friend's birthday we wanted to get lots of photos of the three of us, as with lockdown it was the first time we'd even seen each other in 6 months! Monica took photos on my polaroid camera and my phone and really gave attention and effort to the set up of the photos. She made our night and the photos she took were beautiful.The whole evening was a 10/10 and I'd recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I walked in to this place yesterday around 4pm to have a pizza, on my own.I ordered Calzone Tronchetto, no parma ham and I asked for artichokes to be added instead.When my pizza arrived, after few bites I asked the waiter: is this porcini on my pizza (As I was 100%) sure this was NOT porcini and this was mushrooms from a tin. The super camp waiter gave me a strange look as if... what else would it be...So I googled porcinis to double check and also my partner is Italian so I sent the 2 photos (attached) I took of my pizza to him and he confirmed that is NOT porcini. So at this point I asked the waiter to show me the porcini the pizza maker has used... so his answer was I need to go upstairs to get it for you from our freezer storage. How strange so if you just used the ingredient on my pizza like 10 mins ago, how come you don't have to show me for me to compare that is porcini on my pizza...!?!?It took him good 7-8 mins to bring a bag of frozen porcini from the floor above and clearly both him & I could tell that was NOT porcini on my pizza!Shame on you! for trying to firstly charge paying customers for a more expensive ingredient and giving them tin product... and secondly hoping they won't know the difference. I have travelled the world, especially Italy many many times... I have many italians friends and my partner & I make porcini dishes on a frequent basis at home. we buy our porcini everytime we are in Italy so we surely know our porcini's. Please look into this case and this place as Covid, we all need to be kind and honest with each other. If they can not be honest with their customers then maybe change your menu or shut the place!shocking, truly shocking! horrible, fake experience to be around people who they say they need their jobs and to support them and the way I was treated yesterday! Shame on you and train you pizza maker for ALL your ingredients and the waiter should stop dancing & singing without and concentrate more to communicate with the pizza maker and not just answer the customer... yes of course that is porcini!! We turned up and our table was not ready. Had to wait outside for 20 minutes, due to food being late on the other table. We could have stayed for another drink at the previous place.Once we got sat down we loved the decor of the place. Nice atmosphere but, very noisy, could not hear ourselves over the music and other conversations. The waitress was lovely, and took our food order 10 minutes after being sat down.We got our starters 30 minutes after this. One of us was given the wrong fries and two portions of spinach which she only ordered one. So she had to wait for that food to come out again.We did not get our 3 pizzas until 9:45. Then we ordered dessert. 2 of us ordered 3 scoops of ice cream each, which came out wrong and really melted. Which we could not bother to complain about due to the wait times. The tiramisu for an Italian was not good at all and the top was squirty cream. And then it took ages to get someone’s attention to get the bill. We won’t go back there again as it seemed like the staff could not cope with the place being busy.

Been there a few times already and it keeps on getting better. Booked a table for today 06/08 with my boyfriend and were warmly welcomed by Saso. Food was spectacular as per usual. Service is just spot-on. They do pay attention to details and they do really care about every single guest. I had a special request and Saso went back and forth to make me happy. Very good value for money. Also all the staff was clearly following the new Covid-19 regulations by wearing face shields, masks, respecting social distance and by removing paper menus from site. They do provide you with a QR code for you to look at the menu. Will be back soon! Keep it up guys❤️

I’ve visited Bianco43 with my friends recently and really enjoyed the food. It wasn’t my first visit and won’t last one definitely! If you love a stone baked proper Italian pizza you’re in the right address then! They do fresh and tasty pizza and staff are very friendly. We ordered Bianco43, Margherita, Diavola pizzas and all of them tasted great! It was worth visiting there after lockdown again! Will come back soon!

Came here for a birthday meal with my family. Great food and varied menu, especially as it is quite a small restaurant. The place has been decorated beautifully too, a real Italian feel to it and the friendly staff add to the experience.

Visited today for lunch, it was absolutely heaving, other customers were using our table to charge their phone. Sat down and ordered, starter arrived, no problem. Ordered a pasta dish, a pizza and a salmon salad between the 3 of us. Pasta and salad arrived, no pizza to be seen. Found a piece of paper in the salad so sent it back only for a ‘new’ salad to arrive after 2 minutes looking an awful lot like the one we sent back. Complained again and sent it back again, still no pizza at this point. Manager came and took it off the bill, friendly guy.Pizza arrived eventually and was good it’s a shame the waitresses found it appropriate to stand in front of customers unsubtly gossiping about the customers. Worst service I’ve ever received in Greenwich. Manager was kind and amicable and we didn’t have a bill but I wouldn’t return.

Imagine entonces nuestra decepción que nos contarán a las 9. 25 pm el miércoles (19/02) - 35 minutos antes del cierre - que estaban cerrando temprano porque 'no nos queda pizza'. ! Ni siquiera mencionamos la pizza; quizás nos gustaba la pasta. . . En cualquier caso, ambas camareras insistieron en que la sequía de la pizza significaba que no había nada más disponible. . . ¡casi nos empujaron por la puerta! ! Muy decepcionante, pero el nuevo lugar de al lado era un salvador acogedor y delicioso. . .Pobre forma Bianco. . . .

Very disappointing!We popped in on the off chance and were told we could have a table but would have to vacate in 45 minutes, which we were happy to take. We presumed service would be fairly prompt as they would need our table. Although it was Valentine’s Day it was early, so not that busy and staff were preoccupied with filling helium balloons, inhaling the helium and sticking the balloons around the restaurant as opposed to taking and serving orders. We waited an age to order and then a ridiculously long wait for our food to arrive. I had ordered the Gnocchi with Gorgonzola, there wasn’t any Gorgonzola!!! The dish was completely bland and had no taste or flavour to it at all. If anyone had bothered to check whether our meals were ok or if we wanted anything else they would’ve noticed that I had only eaten about a third of it. I kept hoping that in the next bite I would be able to taste something. It was literally Gnocchi in a white sauce. Eventually we asked for the bill and at that point the waitress asked if everything was ok. Unfortunately that was too little, too late. On a positive note my husband did enjoy his Tortellini. Overall we would definitely not return as the service was poor and the food bland. There are so many other eateries around Greenwich which are far superior.

I went for a nice pizza and I ordered the 4 formaggi. It was so tasteless, just one chese and very dense... For starters we ordered the potato croquettes and they were very flavorless as well...

Well, for a start, they seemed shocked to see us when we arrived and didn’t know what to do with us despite us having booked a table in advance. After they found us a set at the top of the stairs sitting perilously close to the edge and almost in the next table’s dinner we were finally served. Unfortunately, that was about that in the way of people coming to the table to serve us. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were lovely, but they just never came to the table to ask us about drinks or ask us to order or anything. With us being so close to the stairs we were often knocked by the staff rushing past which was a bit annoying. My cutlery was not replaced after our lukewarm starters and the risotto was so peppery Peter piper would have struggled to pickle it. Would have been a one star review but the staff were great when we told them we wouldn’t be paying the mandatory service charge. They discounted the bills, gave us the drinks for free and spent some time talking with us to explain and apologise. Maybe it was just an off night or a particularly busy one but the food wasn’t that great either. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

Just been for a meal with husband and 2 children and it was gorgeous. They accommodated us with no reservation on a busy Saturday night and even let me order off menu with no fuss whatsoever.

Ordered the Capriciosa pizza & it arrived cold... we then noticed a glass marble in the pizza!!! How on earth? Complained to the manager and they claim it could not have been their fault. I never write reviews but I want to make people aware of this as a warning before eating here. Cant believe the unprofessionalism we experienced here, very shocking.

We been here for a early dinner we ordered steak pasta kinds Bolognese and pizza with porcini. We asked for some changes on the pizza porcini and they refused to do it “ we noticed the chef staring at us and listening to what we complained about, which made feel very uncomfortable”! Anyway after that the steak was cold and chewing vegetables where very cold just took out from the fridge and not even able to warm it up, and kinds pasta came just with tomato without Bolognese!! Everything 60 pound!! Thanks I will not come back anymore.

Recommended this restaurant by hotel receptionist. Had the special which was very bland. Should have gone for pizza. Staff were lovely shame about the food. Pricey for what we had and didn’t realise we were charged a 10% service charge

We were a group of 8 and arrived on time at 7:30. We had literally just finished eating that they had brought the bill to the table, without even asking! We were then told they had another group of 8 coming and we had to leave. We asked for the dessert but they told us it was too late and only managed to order 1 and eat it in a rush (less than 3 minutes). They did offer a limoncello free for each one of us trying to be nice, but we felt really uncomfortable and annoyed about being kicked out after about 1 hour and 15mins! They actually made us a deal “we’ll give you free limoncello if you leave in less than 10mins” TRULY DISAPPOINTING! The same happened to a table close to us. Guys, next time plan the number of customers better: Better have few happy customers than lots of annoyed ones just to make more money!

Popped in for a quick bite in way to collect kids from concert at O2. Nice friendly atmosphere, warm welcome and DELICIOUS wood fired pizza. Job done.

I came here for dinner on Thursday 3rd December in the evening. We were being waited on by Francesca, who was courteous and and attentive in all ways, lovely Scottish charm. The restaurant was very busy but she made us feel comfortable and relaxed and ensured we had everything we needed. However this was ruined by the manager who had introduced himself as Saso. He was extraordinarily rude to Francesca in front of the full restaurant of customers. It is not a pleasant experience having to witness a lovely waitress being berated by their manager in front of a packed restaurant. I was disgusted at how he spoke to her. The food was good, but we were left with a sour taste in our mouth from this.

Ordered the truffle prawn risotto £15.90.

Fantastic food, impeccable service!! Loved this little place tucked away in Greenwich. Order the bruschetta and the lasagna! So amazing.

No great compliments about the food in this restaurant, it is expensive for what we got. The restaurant (we were seated upstairs) seating was too packed, the stairway door at the back was constantly been opened and closed to provide ventilation! Staff were inexperienced inefficient and lazy, led by a manager who didn’t seem to care. We eventually left the restaurant after paying for coffee which never arrived after 25 minutes. Service charge was included in the bill perhaps because the staff knew that without it being included no one would tip on the service provided.

A really nice restaurant with some authentic dishes and excellent pizza. Our server called Krina was really helpful. She was very professional and good fun too

Located in Greenwich near the Cutty Sark, this restaurant serves excellent authentic Italian food, served by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although it looks small downstairs there is a larger upstairs dining area as well.

Had a lovely time for our anniversary meal, made special by the wonderful staff and magnificent bar man! Try his "confusion" cocktail, it's a hit! Will 100% be visiting again, and would strong recommend any one else to do the same!

Lovely little place right next to the Cutty Sark. Great atmosphere with excellent food served by friendly staff. Prices are also reasonable considering the location. We will deffinately return.

Enjoyed a great meal at this rustic italian restaurant. The service was friendly and efficient. The lasagne was very good indeed with an usual meatball filling.

I honestly think that the current rate, 4.0, is low for this restaurant and do not understand people talking negatively about their food. I'm Italian and should understand easily when dealing with authentic or fake Italian food. The food served in this restaurant is really good and 100% Italian. I can compare it only with the Sorrento in, a restaurant I talked about in another review, and with one I discovered in Guildford some years ago.

Table for two at lunch yesterday, had an absolute clueless waitress at this place and not-one-bit-surprised entitled herself to gratuity. Their staff needs to be taught how to wait tables before tacking on service charge to a bill for the worst service in the world. Nothing infuriates patrons more, and we will gladly not be be going back.

We visited here on a Saturday night as a family of 4 with our 9 and 12 year old boys. All the staff were really friendly and all were Italian too. Both the upstairs and downstairs of the restaurant were equally charming. Both pizzas and pastas were very good, plus a fish stew which was tasted really fresh and was full of flavour. The selection of wine was great. I was not sure what red to order, so I asked for a recommendation and had a reasonably priced carafe which was excellent. This was a lovely meal and evening out.

GREAT pizza and authentic Italian food!! Tartufo pizza was delicious and unique! Jessica our server was so nice and attentiver! She was just a joy to be around! Highly recommend 😁

Il locale è carino con molti richiami alla cucina italiana ma con un menù che si concede importanti modifiche.ordinati una lasagna alla bolognese le cui polpette erano completamente crude (e infatti lasciate nel piatto), e ravioli di burrata con sugo di melanzane che non sono però ravioli con ripieno di burrata ma tortelloni parecchio scotti con ricotta e spinaci.fatto notare al gestore,ha prima insistito sulla burrata e poi ha fatto una risatina e si è defilato. Tra l'altro sempre il gestore,durante il pranzo,cantava e danzava tra i tavoli, probabilmente pensava di essere in uno show televisivo,risultando imbarazzante. Prezzo alto vista la qualità.adatto appunto a turisti NON italiani o inglesi stanchi del fish and chips.

Fui a comer con mi familia por primera vez esta noche, pasé casualmente y decidí probar algunas pizzas italianas en Bianco 43. Nos atendió una joven y un chico muy amable (supongo que era el gerente, no estoy seguro), lo que definitivamente hizo que nuestra noche fuera especial. ! ! Absolutamente el mejor, nos hizo reír y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos y realmente atendidos, felicidades por el italiano, era de Roma pero no recuerdo el nombre.
