Thankfully I misjudged the opening time of another store which prompted my first visit today although I have walked past several times. Friendly, polite service, reasonable prices, great music 🎶. A very happy find, and I feel sure I will return and look for other outlets in different areas. Keep up the good work!

Been here a few times now. Food is good and staff are really friendly. My only issue is that I wish the staff would clean the tables more often and promptly after customers leave. I will admit that I arrived at the café during a busy service with only two free tables available. Both tables were not clean so I took it upon my self to clean one of them before taking a seat. I didn't mind this too much (again because the store was busy) but I noticed during my entire stay (45 mins - 1hour) the other table was not cleaned. It's a shame since the interior of the store is really lovely but no one wants to sit at a sticky table.

Best coffee in northampton . Comes here everytime but staff could be a bit welcoming and happy they need to work on well trained staff.

Great coffee nice and quiet for a sunday morning coffee fix. Server though did not seem a happy bunny, no smile or greeting that is normally shown here on previous visits.

Great cappuccino and sublime chocolate muffin. Lovely team too. UPDATE Oct 2023 What happened to your coffee? It was the best cappuccino in town but today 29 October it was undrinkable. Watery luke warm and so weak it couldn't be called coffee. Have you changed to cheap coffee or is it because you've replaced an excellent team with a third rate one? Very disappointed.

Great staff, drinks are really nice and well priced, just wish they had more food options salads, pastas, something healthier that other coffee places don't offer.

Used the drive thru and had a perfect coffee served by really pleasant staff. Didn't have time to go in to have anything more but it looked great inside. Plenty of parking if you need it.

Served by the lovely Dan friendly , helpful always polite makes you feel so welcome and always gives 100% makes an excellent caramel latte loved the latte design of the tulip alway makes shore you have everything you need . Can’t wait for my next latte

I visited today 22nd August ordered a tea told only got decaf, Ameriaco coffee dike dish water ,two Sausage batches were over heated ,dry , one and half sausages in each asked for ketchup only had one sachet in stock. All in all it was a bad experience, appalling , bad value .

It's always a pleasure to just sit and eat/drink there. I haven't been going there long as a customer. But i enjoy some quite time relaxing there. And the staff a friendly and nice to talk to. And they typically greet every person whom walks through the door.

First time trying Bewitched and I’m glad I did. Staff were really helpful in talking through flavour options and appreciated the time they took in confirming and making my detailed order. My little boy and I visited every Monday for a year and loved it each week. Great food and coffee and always a warm and friendly welcome. The staff always made us feel comfortable and my little boy feel special, even when he spilt his milk!! Lovely place and staff 😊

Fantastic. Maybe not as brightly lit as their other cafes but tranquil lighting is preference for some. Great staff and yummy cakes and amazing coffee. Better than Starbucks 100 percent!

It saddens me to see people across the way drinking Costa when this independent coffee shop is cheaper, makes nicer coffee, and has a much nicer ambience.

I love Bewitched and usually go to the one at Moulton Park, this one however was horrible. I had an ice coffee this morning and it tasted like dish water. I was already on my way home before I drank it otherwise I would have taken it back. So disappointing 😞

I always get a caramel latte with coconut milk which is delicious, delivered quickly and no extra charge for a change of milk. Friendly staff and cosy seating.

Had a lovely coffee and two baby hot chocolates with my kids this morning. There is a nice relaxed atmosphere here and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They even did a Spider-Man design on my latte to the delight of my kids. Not sure anywhere else nearby would go the extra mile like that. Definitely our go-to coffee place in Northampton. Will be back soon!

Only down on atmosphere as they had only just opened and only 4 people in. Had a panini and soft drink which were lovely, staff cheerful and friendly. So much better than major brand cafe near by.

Coming from Rugby the food matched but the server just seemed off with us so just not the same vibe as there. Asked for a falk with the salad and the server accused us of not paying (we checked and had). Just not friendly.

Very nice coffee, relaxed environment and a nice free sample of chocolate drink.

Love the layout. Have tested a few different drinks here now. Have never had one bad drink. Food is also really good quality. One of my fave go to places.

The best coffee shop in town. Once I discovered Bewitched all other shops were out. The best coffee and a nice range of cakes and sandwiches to eat in or take out. Nice ambience and has kept that authentic cafe atmosphere lost in larger chains. The staff really do give this cafe 5 stars being friendly, helpful and keeping the whole place so inviting. I love this coffee shop, they beat their rivals hands down. The coffee is, unlike most shops, unbitter. The staff are friendly, approachable and good fun. The stores are always clean. It's nice to see somebody take on the common day chain stores and win. Keep it up guys 😍

Popped in with family for drinks and food. Great atmosphere and clean shop.We had some lovely coffees made by Eloise who was also very friendly and polite. She also came over to us later to check everything was okay which was nice. Would definitely recommend to others

The place was nice and clean. The coffee was great and also was the Bakewell cake I ordered. Not loud there and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I cannot express how much I love this little coffee shop. My grandparents often come in on a Tuesday for a tea or coffee, and always speak highly of it when I get home from work. Today I joined them and I have to say it’s as good if not better than how they praised - the staff are friendly and kind, the drinks are great value and reasonably priced, the decor leaves a homely vibe even down to the tea pots, all in all I definitely recommend and will be back again.

Recently visited the town centre store for a regular catch-up with friends. Great place to visit for a drink and to socialise. Would like to specifically praise Eloise for being such a great help delivering excellent customer service towards my friend with allergies. She took the time to go through all possible allergens and offered suitable suggestions. Would highly recommend if you value customer interaction.

A pleasant change from a certain other main brand coffee outlet in the Greyfriars shopping centre. Service etc on par with the other but place not as crowded. First time used will use again

Lovely food, but lack of choice in the Northampton store sandwich, arrived at 1.45 and onl two sandwiches to choose from

Their iced mochas are absolutely amazing!!. Place is so friendly with lovely service. Highly recommend
