Rue is amazing, what a lovely place and warm welcome, coffee is the best in town. Rocky road is something out of this world. If you like biscoff, try one of their shakes. Thank you guys 😊

I love taking my wife here. Bewitched is her favourite coffee shop. Rue is Always friendly and has a lovely smile to greet us. My wife likes her drink a certain way and it is never too much effort to have it made the way she likes it.

Amazing food and drinks the staff are kind and friendly their app is very easy to use and I would highly recommend this coffee shop and if you ask they can put more milk in your drink.

We visited in a small group with children. We made a bit of a mess as we dropped an iced latte. Rob and Ella, two of the employees, could not have been kinder or more helpful. Rob cleaned up the mess and we were offered a replacement drink which we did not expect. I will definitely recommend a visit. The coffee is also excellent

Coffee nice, cake nice Shame the table hadn't been wiped when I asked for a cloth so I could clean it myself, a member of staff did do it but missed the crumbs. I have autistic and this made it worse...

Food options have improved a lot since I was last in here, never could find anything I liked, today was able to choose between 3. Always a friendly, hardworking & helpful team providing a relaxed environment. Personally I just wish cakes were in a closed case, that way I’d be more likely to consider having them.

Super friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Definitely the best coffee in the local area! Lovely warm environment to catch up with friends in or do some work in… and try the vegan croissants (the best you’ll find anywhere!)

Proper coffee shop ... great service

Suffering badly with socialising, loud noises and busy spaces it is very difficult for me to find relaxing coffee shops to go to. Bewitched is the only place I will go. Peterborough Bewitched is my go to when in town. Friendly staff, clean toilets, delicious food and drink and my children love it there too.

Lovely cafe, has a big range of hot and cold drinks. Had a nice breakfast bap and delicious coffee.

Sadly, in my opinion the coffee quality seems to have reduced

Nice coffee and eats and really helpful staff. They really do need, though,to sort out the scanning of the app on phones. The requirement for staff to take your phone from you in order to scan the app is unhygienic

Best capucino coffee I have had☕ in ages the chocolate fudge shortbread was delicious too very helpful staff too 👍🙂

Hot chocolate is absolutely divine, the barista was polite and made it for me in no time. The seats are comfortable and despite being next to an open door I'm far warmer than outside. Nice selection of drinks both hot and cold.

Coffee shop with a really friendly and calm atmosphere. I always come here to meet up with friends for a coffee and chat. Drinks and food are all delicious and reasonably priced. There's no horrible echo in the place when we talk.

Lovely atmosphere. The coffee was decent and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was nice and pleasant. We were able to have a chat/catch up without any worry of being "the loud ones" or people over hearing more intimate topics of discussion as the background noise was at a very comfortable level. We could speak easily without feeling self conscious - something I really value in a coffee spot!

Visited yesterday on my first visit to Peterborough. Received a warm greeting as soon as walked into the shop. Both the tea and coffee were very good and the place has a welcoming atmosphere.

Love this little coffee shop, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Multiple dairy free milk options and their selection of pastries ect are delicious. They just added vegan croissant, with raspberry filling like you get in doughnuts. It's amazing, I could eat about 4 😍

Lotus Biscoff Milkshake Chai Latte 5/5

Great coffee that tasted lovely, possibly the best coffee I've ever had. However, as some of my family ordered as well, the total was expensive. Service behind the counter was great, staff were very chatty and good with children; no table service though which was a bit annoying as we had paid a large amount for the drinks. One of our family members was disabled, so sitting out the front and having to carry a large tray of drinks was quite unhelpful. Would definitely recommend overall for the quality of coffee.

A relaxing place to have coffee, chat and cakes. Set in a reclaimed building. 2min walk from Passport office. Fresh cookies and cakes. Friendly staff.

As someone who does not drink coffee at home I look forward to a delicious gingerbread latte from here every work morning! Staff are really welcoming and friendly, definitely won’t be getting my morning coffee anywhere else!!

Still my favourite place to go for a good Cortado, or a pot of Earl Grey tea. The croissants are particularly good, as are the toasted sandwiches. The staff are all friendly, courteous and helpful, and don't rush you to leave as soon as you have finished your preferred beverage. I never go anywhere else when I go to Town. Highly recommended!

Have lived in Peterborough many years but never popped in until today. Great service with a friendly smile, lovely coffee and cake and the place was buzzing. Great to see a local place supporting local art and full of local people. We will be back!

Frequent visitor at the Bridge Street Bewitched :) Absolutely my favourite cafe to go, love the staff, food and atmosphere and it’s dog friendly! , a Huge thanks to Josh, Ana, Rob u couldn’t fault them, they greet you as you walk in, quick service and even have a chat if they’re available, never had a bad coffee or cake neither!

We called here for a coffee and cake as this was recommended by many reviews and was pleased with what we had, coffee was lovely and so we're the cakes on offer, pleasant atmosphere and staff,we sat inside but there are seats outside as well.

If you are after a great coffee and a cake and want to watch the world go by or meeting up for a chat, this is a great place to go. Always friendly and welcoming, the staff help create a nice relaxed atmosphere. Josh, Sophie and Nino were on top form today.

Having used larger chain coffee brands for years, I came across Bewiched a few months ago and every time I have been, the service has been incredible. It feels like you've popped into a family members house for a coffee. They're always super friendly and very helpful with helping you choose your coffee. The coffee also tastes great, no burnt taste and is full of flavour!

This is a lovely place to come when in Peterborough for a relaxing catch up with friends or a nice break while shopping. Drinks and food are always nice and the service is nice aswell

We went there today for some cold drinks. We had two strawberries milkshakes which were very low quality, made from a cartoon concentrate. Served in a paper cup which was getting soggy and it didn't taste good at all. I told staff about it but it didn't bother them. I've ordered two coffees as well which not good too, you expect a foam for cappucino and £7.20 for two. In total we just waisted £15 and had to clean the table ourselfs becuase staff didn't.

Came in on the 8th/06/2023 around 12.15pm to have a milkshake with my little boy. Sadly he accidentally dropped it and the staff was amazing. He was very upset he had made a mess and the staff was so polite and kind to him. The guy even made him another milkshake to try help soothe him and the woman spoke so kindly to him reassuring him accidents happen and it can Be cleaned up. They was both lovely and so polite. Again thank you so much for the way you dealt with it with my little boy and your amazing customer service

First visit here for something to eat. Staff were great, toilets clean and accessible, food tasty and reasonably priced. I'll definitely go again.

Had the best vanilla latte (much better...& Cheaper...than Costa) whilst sitting in the sunshine....followed by, I have to say THE most delicious banana milkshake!! Staff extremely warm & friendly ...my first, but definitely not my last visit...I highly recommend...10/10

We came here for a coffee and cake, as it was recommended by several reviews and we did enjoy what we had, coffee was excellent, even the regular size cups were large, staff were friendly and pleasant, well worth a visit.

A lovely cafe with great coffee. And the best carrot cake I’ve had in a long time - very light. The staff are very friendly and there’s a relaxing atmosphere. I haven’t been to central Peterborough for a few years but with Bewitched things seem to be changing. As Arnie says “I’ll be back”.

Only had coffee in there but should qualify for my frequent flyer pass soon as I'm in there sometimes 2-3 times a day for meetings. I'm a local councillor. It’s dead handy for the Town Hall and the staff, all of them have been great.

Visited with my (lactose-intolerant) daughter and we were pleasantly surprised by the range of vegan options - she had a filled croissant and a vegan hot chocolate which she claimed were the best things ever! Friendly staff, great service and probably the best coffee in Peterborough.

Typically consistent premier inn. I will not use it again due to the £12 a day parking charge.

Staff were not interested to serve and the drinks were no way near the same taste as all the other stores. Must be reducing ingredients to save costs as was very watery. Tables were full of used plates and cups. So left and found a nice bench near the cathedral.

Very nice place.. Tiny bit crowded. Shame they don't do scones. Lovely coffee and other drinks. I was looking forward to having a cheese scones. Hopefully they will start doing that soon. Nice people serving. Will go there again.

This is by far the best coffee shop with thy best coffee around literally without a doubt the best. I've noticed as a lactose intolerant person this is the only coffee shop I can get lactose free milk whilst others will only offer milk or soya milk which isn't good for me either. Lovely snacks and cake to go with a lovely service but honestly it's the coffee that is king. Forget everywhere else this is the coffee shop.

Service is to a good standard with friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere and plenty of seating if you wish to drink in. Food is of a good quality but price range is abit high for what you get.

Excellent coffee and good WiFi. You will probably find Paul Stainton ( Mega Radio Personality...) lurking at one of the tables tapping away on his laptop..

Good cafe, the food (mainly sandwiches) could use some more sauce, and we had to remind the waiter 3 times what drink we ordered! Overall though, I think it's a nice place if you want to sit down with a hot drink & cake. ☕🍰
