Best Meze Grill in Windsor and Maidenhead

So glad I stopped by! Incredible food and very attentive and polite service. The food was very flavorful and fresh, and tasted so so so good. I loved flatbreads with dips served as appetizer too. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. I hope to come back again!

Finally visited the Best Meze Grill, after having to cancel last year due to illness. Warm welcome on arrival, we were early so our table was not ready, we were offered an alternative until ours was ready, but decided we were settled. Very attentive staff, food was incredible, we went for the 4 person platter option that cam with various hot and cold meze options to start followed by a great selection from the grill. Highly recommended from me, cannot wait to go back.

Best restaurant in Windsor, the Quality of the ingredients and the meat is unreal the way they marinate there meat out of this world a must try! Staff is very professional and super friendly and not on your face the whole time you trying to eat! Atmosphere is great the ambiance nice and calm. Highly recommended

Best calamari I had in Windsor, the stuffed vine leaves and halloumi were delicious and they mixed up some yummy pina coladas, that weren’t on the menu - but should be because I could get used to them:). Nikos was welcoming and served us well in the perfectly cosy place. I am looking forward to return very soon!

Went for birthday lunch for my brother and family. Lovely staff and attention to service. Food was delicious and perfectly presented and prepared. The only downside was they had run out of Turkish tea, which we were looking forward to, hence the 4stars. Looking forward to revisiting in future.

Has some amazing food here with friends. It was in a very nice location just by Windsor castle and the service was great too, where the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything necessary.

We had dinner here last Sunday evening while staying in Windsor for a few days. The food was delicious and the portions very generous. The service was perfect and we were allowed to order at our own pace without being rushed at all.

Best Meze Grill is a family favourite of ours in Windsor. Delicious Turkish food, lovely ambience, friendly team, great service. We had King Prawn Guvec a delicious tomato fish stew, Lamb Moussaka, and the Chicken Shish 👌 Thank you Team Best Meze for another lovely experience

Amazing place, food and service we were pleasantly surprised by their food menu and relaxed atmosphere and service, definitely will be going back.

Came for special occasion with my family, group of 6. Bad attitude and service from staff. Didn’t feel like we got the same treatment as other customer. Not helpful with menu with explaining what it entailed. Made to feel like a burden by staff. I had to ask for ketchup 3 times before I got for my kids to have with their chips. My wife is a restaurant manager she found the service terrible and the prices they charged does not justify it. Overpriced and rude ! 02/05/22

Great full of taste food, good place and the best waiter is the one that keep his smile - very nice service and knows about football. If you visit Windsor and saw those beutfull stuffs there, for sure this place delivers a meal that completes perfectly your visit.

Great Turkish restaurant in Windsor. Price could be a little less. To be fair, although Turkish food is my favourite food in the world - a typical London Turkish restaurant joint will never live up to the standards of homeland Turkish cuisine, regardless of price.

We came by the Best Meze Grill by accident and decided to go in for lunch, and we are so glad we did. The food was amazing, the hot food was served hot, made there and then, delicious flavours. Great service. Certainly recommend it and it's only a short walk out of the main hub of Windsor. Will definitely return for an evening of cocktails and food, they looked fab.

Really bad attitude and serive from the manager today during lunch ( 16th March 2022) . Right from the start, this man made me and my friends feel intimidated, was very rude if we politely making enquiries. Kept removing things from our table before we finished our meal and was extremely patronizing ( telling guys he is "cocky")

Went there tonight and we had the 'Best Meze Grill' between 2 adults and 3 children, the set menu was full of variety and tasted superb! There was so much that we couldn't finish it and ended up getting the remainder to take out. The venue is small but very well presented and the staff were all friendly and provided an excellent service. Will most definitely visit again!

We tried all Turkish restaurants in the area and Best Meze Grill will remain our favourite one, the food is delicious with so many chooses, top service, the staff are very attentive especially Oni. We definitely recommend this place if you love Mediterranean cuisine.

The food was good however the prices were astronomical. In addition to this the service left much to be desired. The prices were simply not justifiable considering what was offered. These are fine dining prices and this is nowhere near that level. This feels like a bit of a tourist trap although it's relatively out of the way. That said it looks as though there is another linked restaurant in the main high street so perhaps they align prices and this is why it's so ridiculously high.

This restaurant is in Windsor shopping area. They have another branch also near by if I am not wrong. The food is excellent and tasty. The price is not. Price well above £20 for main meal is far too high for a kebab type place. Service comes with hardly any smiles. Maybe due to ‘ Staff wanted’ sign on the window. The restaurant ambience is good and also the location. Food good too but not the high price and little or no smiles in service.

Best restaurant in Windsor! I was here for a week and ate in a different restaurant every day. Sadly we did not discover this charming place until our last day. Not only was the food delicious and beautifully presented, but both our host and hostess were so hospitable. They both showed genuine care that we were enjoying our experience. The restaurant was spotless. The open kitchen looked well organized and clean and the menu was varied. We had starters, mains and a dessert and every dish was great. Lamb was so tender! I hope to return some day soon.

This place is SO SO good! The lentil soup is incredible and all the lil dishes and flatbread they serve is delicious! One of the best restaurants in Windsor. We usually order off of Deliveroo but today we went into Windsor and ate in. The waitress was so lovely! Really attentive, and gave us amazing service! Thank you! We will be back :)

This is the best Turkish food I have ever eaten!! Out of this world. Matched by the outstanding service of the owner and waiters. Starters (hummus, pickles, sauces bread) were flavoursome. Light and tantalising as mezze should be. Mains were amazing, meats were seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Salad was mixed well and accompanied with rice / couscous which were spot on. Rounded it off with baklava - that portion of baklava was the most amazing dessert I have eaten in the many years I have lived on this earth. Outstanding overall experience!

Not as I good as I remember, got the lamb and hummus as a starter and it smelt so bad and didn't taste like lamb and very fishy. Got the mix grill after and the lamb(still a bit weird, felt it was boiled) and chicken cubes were nice but the Adana kebab was not nice at all very oily. I feel as if there quality has gone down hill

My uncle asked me if I had a favourite food the other day. I didn't have an answer for him then but after eating here I might have to say Turkish!

Visited last night , without booking. Will definitely return again if we are in the area! Very impressed with the service. The food and atmosphere were excellent. The price was also excellent. It’s just a shame that I wasn’t that hungry as I had had afternoon tea that day! Would definitely recommend for some where to go!

A visit to nearby Windsor in one of this early autumn's rare sunny days led to us bumping into old friends within yards of The Best Meze Grill and boy, was that fortuitous.Almost everything on the menu looked good so choosing took a while while the patient waiting staff hovered nearby, trying not to pressure us. I can honestly say that all 4 of us were utterly delighted with our respective choices; mine was lamb Guvec and I'm salivating just recalling the tender pieces of lamb served in a tasty rich tomato sauce. (I must try to replicate this at home - but I'm not optimistic)One often receives good food at restaurants with poor service or visa versa, but at Best Meze you've got the lot, with enthusiastic and happy servers only too prepared to ensure your visit to this smart restaurant is special, and they succeeded.The attitude of the serving staff was a nice change from some recent visits to Windsor cafes, staffed sadly by people who seemed to wish they were somewhere else. At Best Meze the classic mix of great food, happy staff and a lovely atmosphere made a lunchtime visit in early September very special. Thank you

We visited here while on holiday last year, and it was so good we went back this year. The lovely waitress remembered us, and the food was still as good as we thought. Will go again next time we're in windsor.

Last-minute booking for me and my son, very accommodating, food was great, good service.

Had a takeaway from here while visiting Windsor and it was fab! I had the chicken shish & my husband had moussaka. Portion sizes were huge, large rice, lots of bread & my chicken was cooked really well so it wasn’t dry and the flavour was lovely. Would go again if I am back in Windsor!

The restaurant, food and cocktails were all amazing. We walked past the night prior and the restaurant smelt amazing. We booked the next day and we were not disappointed all the food was well presented, tasted fabulous and service was good too. If your in the area for a visit it’s well worth the walk out of town for freshly prepared meal.

The food are amazing is really good especially the messy grill all the meat are grilled in perfect time and it was not dry even the chicken wings! Perfect experience for a Turkey style food. The manager Ony provided a perfect services, I will come again when I visit Windsor. Good job keep going!

Such tasty and fantastic food, service and ambiance.We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and had an amazing evening.We all chose to share the Best Meze set meal and the variety and quantity was great. My favourite were the lamb chops and all the food did not disappoint - it was delicious!The tiramisu topped off with a candle for my friend was lovely too!Would not hesitate to return! Thank you.

Always enjoy getting takeaway from here although a few times the meat has been borderline undercooked. So I put it under the grill at home to finish it off. Slightly annoying but the food is tasty.
