Nice and hot, but got sauce wrong on pizza, still good though.

The kebab was not even cooked,it h was down the wrong sauces on it and I had no salad they must Ave given me a wrong order but the food was disgusting and when I complained to the actual shop they were unhelpful and put phone down on me told me to contact you

I spoke with the restaurant however they gave no reason for why it was delayed, except for the delivery driver did not start until after the time it was supposed to arrive!! They even tried to excuse it by saying I ordered to early and yet they were the one's that accepted the order and gave no update, when I said I would have been ok if I had another update ie. later time it would have been ok but they offered no apology and it was not until I pressed the part for an update it finally arrived within minutes but not changed on the Just Eat site.

If it was updated so that I knew it was running late I would have been ok, however the restaurant saw no reason to actually update the arrival time and did not even apologize for it!!!

Food very late & when I rang them I was told that the delivery driver was late coming in, they must have had notice of this because almost 15 mins late and they were only just cooking our food!!! No apology for the lateness, any offer of compensation to reduce the cost and the delivery driver just said not my fault I was not due to work until later, I only deliver just eat food!!!! My chicken burger was swimming in garlic mayonaise as well, not somewhere I would recommend to use.

Very messy, required a fork to eat. Good meat, plenty of it. Salad lacked variety, just lettuce, onion, and a whole jalapeño on the side? Super fast service though.

The grilled lamb and chicken doner were both cooked well with lots of flavour. The salad was fresh aswell as the pitta bread.

Food cold missing items paid for all large meals got small no meat in one kebab other kabab was burnt couldn't eat it chicken strips burnt so bad and burger I want a refund

Driver was late 15 minutes, very rude saying I didn’t put Road to address. My post code was correct and it showing exactly place where I live. Pizza was cold and burn. Driver was so rude that didn’t know what to do take it or not. He said: no pizza no food. Tried call place but nobody pick up phone call

Very bad Experience in the past five years

Ordered Green chilli peppers, received Coleslaw. Ordered 6 Chicken wings, received 5 pieces & a tiny 1.1/2-inch sized piece, I measured it! Ordered chilli sauce on the burger, received none. Sauce for the burgers wasn't on the burger, was outside, on the tray. Driver arrived at the door, telling me take the food from the bag. Food went straight to the Bin. Astonishingly Outstanding Unprofessional Service.

One of the best kebabs in recent years. Not filled with salad but mainly meat with salad.

First time customer this evening 13/8/22. Currently trying to find a new good local kebab shop. This is certainly not ‘best’. Ordered a ‘large’. Hardly any meat, if this was a large then I would hate to see a medium. Would there be anything? Such a shame as if the portion had been a decent size then I would have become a new regular customer. However now won’t be using again sadly.

This is the first and last time I order from this appalling place. I ordered a chicken shish kebab but got something that resembled cat food. Cold and totally inedible, the chips were the only thing I could eat the rest went in the bin

Food was over 50 minutes late took over half hour just to try get through to the restaurant (they said they tried delivering but had no miss calls) when the food finally came only thing what was edible was the cheesy chips the pizza was stone cold and under cooked and chicken burger bun was soggy even my can of coke came warmer than the food very disappointed.

Bought a meal deal with a drink included but wasn’t given the drink. I would advise staff to check orders more carefully in future

This was so delicious, lamb donner and chicken shish fresh and tasty, homemade chilli sauce is mild and deep in flavour

Took hour & 20 minutes for cold food, quality of all of the food is probably worst I’ve ever had. Wasn’t a proper sausage was a hot dog, chips were soggy, chicken nuggets with no chicken & the pizza was cold, base undercooked & didn t taste nice. Will never order from here again and I want my money back

Received food late, had items missing, another item was wrong and another with supper bad quality - swimming in garlic sauce! Tried calling the restaurant multiple times one answer and they said it’s all ok (lady did not understand and did not speak English)and hang up without resolving the issue! Called again few times did not answer! Very disappointing especially knowing that they can have good food and great service as we experienced it when ordering previously. Massive drop!

Cold and disgusting. The wrap was way too greasy meaning it went soggy and fell apart, couldn’t eat it.

Got order wrong. Cold fatty lamb with stringy chicken. Also cold and minimal salad the least amount of chilli sauce I've ever know. That was my chicken kebab. My husband's mixed kebab was burned meat and, again, vertually no chilli sauce. Won't be using them again.

They should improve sauces, looks and taste like diluted with water. Diced sausage instead of spicy beef on garlic bread disgusting. Rest of my food acceptable

Ham pizza? More like spam pizza. Found what looked like a crusty toe nail in our chips. Garlic bread was 10/10 though!! Best kebab? More like worst kebab :(

Chips were almost chewy and little cheese on them, the burger bun was hard and burger was just okay, little flavour. Kebab was average, was a good portion but no flavour. Rather disappointed.

The good was terribly small portioned. 5 slices of Donna meat in my mixed kebab and 3 process of chocke. Price. £7.90 also not to mention my wife's and 2 kids meals.

I ordered a lamb doner wrap, that was almost edible but very greasy , the chips were completely stale and had clearly been refried. Awful experience, not only that, my stomach began to hurt an hour or so after eating some of it. How can you seriously not care above your food or your customers to this degree.

Order from here at your peril. Ordered a doner meat and chips last night and within 5 hours of consumption the telltale signs of food poisoning begun, and have not yet stopped.

Delivery driver was confused by the adresss, but found in the end and still came on time, driver was very friendly. food was packed well and cold drinks in separate bags which helps a lot, food tasted amazing no faults at all, been eating from here for years since I was young and never a bad experience, thank you Best Kebab.

Worst food. Chips were dried fries. Chicken burger was the worst. the doner kebab looked and tasted like it came from the bin. Don’t mean to sound harsh but it’s unacceptable if people are paying for food and receiving this. You should close your kitchen, take time to improve and reopen. Refunded submitted.

Fantastic!! Ordered kebabs and weren't disappointed. Not only were the kebabs tasty the chips were the best I'd ever had from any takeaway.

Was OK. Kebab quite greasy, but had worse. Chip portions are tiny.

The meal was lovely, Donner wrap was not greasy,nice and hot and really fresh.

Driver very rude over the phone. Couldn't find our address despite very clear instructions, and no other drivers having a problem with this. I had to meet him on the road and left me waiting for 10 minutes after already being 10 minutes late. By the time we received the food it was cold. Haven't been able to get hold of the restaurant to rectify.

The meat was alright but the pitta had gone a bit hard, I'm thinking this is because it was late to get to us. As far as kebabs go it was a pretty standard kebab, but that's what a kebab is! I'd order again to see if the delivery is better next time.

Gave me the wrong bottle of drink ( diet coke ) not what I asked for... There was fat underneath my kebab container where I put my fingers in it .. Very bad food. Chips were chewy and cold, the chicken doner wraps, the chicken inside was burnt and overcooked so much that it was crunchy and hard. Lamb was chewy in the other wrap. Chilli sauce seems like its tomato sauce that you put on pizza and they just added chilli powder. Will not order again!!!

The kebab was delicious, delivered on time, will order again next time I visit Bournemouth.

Food was hot on arrival which was great. However the chips were chewy and must have been recooked a few times. They also loaded up the kabab with the sauce we chose so it was one massive slop. Chilli sauce was also ton spicy for me so would have wanted less, again put it on the side and would t have the issue. Would t bother ordering again with the amount of other options

Delicious, one of our favourite.

Ordered here for years, but unfortunately on this occasion, the food wasn't good. I appreciate 10pm on a Sat night is a busy time, but they shouldn't be accepting orders if standards can't be upheld. Chips were hard and seemed old, and the lamb donner overcooked.

Always been here for years always tasty with the huge amount of sauces and salads . Absolutely delicious .

The staff attitude was appalling I will never ever order from here again, order 2 hours late and pathetic excuses, by the te food arrived my kids fell asleep so the food which was of a very very poor quality has gone in the bin. The worst experience in a decade.

If you have 2 hours spare and have the effort to wait so long for your food order here. Also food was awful and cold my pizza was leaking with something unusual not even taste worthy save yourself your time and money

Worst service no ketchup no sauce at all

Food arrived piping hot and freshly cooked, and delivery was fast! Everyone really enjoyed their food and I was really happy that I found a decent chicken donar. Was THE best chicken donar kebab I've had in a long time! Will order again.

Absolutely disgraceful. The portion sizes are a joke. The food was dry, tasteless and just completely diabolical to be honest. Do not waste your money. The food was awful, hard, and slightly chemical tasting. The box the chips came in was covered in holes and what looked like bite and scratch marks? Slightly worrying. Honestly the worst kebab I have ever had. What a disappointment...
