Best Kebab in Islington

Lovely food but slow service. I should've eaten before hand to fill up that time I was waiting!! not sure about this one.

....or so we thought! I happened upon this gem with 2 colleagues, one of which scarcely eats at the best of times, so you can imagine how surprised I was when he pretty much ordered the entire menu twice at 0159hrs despite having eaten merely minutes before! We loved the place so much we returned the following night at 0301hrs only to find they were locking up. Needless to say our colleague went into an apoplectic meltdown! The staff kindly opened their doors and he proceeded to order a hundred weight of chips stopping only occasionally to, "drop some lyrics" Cannot praise highly enough

We use this place a lot on business meals normally about 2am, a colleague of ours who lived solely on lettuce and cherry tomatoes now eats anything he can, the food is fantastic dining in or out!!! We mainly have the chicken, lamb, or donner or all together special with chips, on a couple of occasions it closed before we got there, resulting in great disappointment for our salad loving colleague, great staff and and a great welcome!!

The owner and staff amazing . very fresh food and invited to stay . parked outside at weekend. no congestion charge. we walked past and noticed it then drove to find in when we where hungry , cant fault must eat there 100/10 xxx

My wife and I had scoured the area for some late night food and eventually asked a cab driver to take us to a late night food vendor and this was where he brought us. The place has a nice layout though the volume on the TV was quite distracting. Though not quite as good as my local kebab van the food was fresh and plentiful and I liked the way in which it was presented. The staff were pleasant enough. All in all a tasty meal which satisfied our needs.

We were staying close by and had been for a few drinks around the area. When we got a bit peckish, I remembered passing this earlier so we headed here. Great choice and pleasant service. The large seating area faces a television which was showing the Nicola Adams fight, so that was a bonus!

The meal prices are reasonable, but they need to train their waiters a little more. I went back and forth 3-4 times for an order.

Visited this restaurant midday for a quick brunch. Ordered halloumi and falafel. The halloumi was small and over cooked and the falafel was too dry to eat. Perhaps if the chef focused more on the food and less on the ridiculously volumed TV on the back wall the food would be better. Disappointing experience in a hot spot of excellent eateries, won't be re-visiting.

I work near by and come here few time a month. I love kebabs and eat quite a few - this place is one of my favourite. Generous potions and fairly prices. Very pleasant and polite service as well.

La primera noche en Londres hemos ida a dar a este restaurante, dado que eran mas de las 22h y estaban todos los restaurantes empezando a cerrar. La verdad que no pudimos elegir mejor! Pedimos Kebab (uno de pollo y otro de cordero) y la verdad que nos sorpendió muchísimo!! Acostumbrados al Kebab en España la verdad que nos asombró, sobre todo el sabor de la carne (aquí pides cordero y sabe a todo menos a cordero). Y las raciones super abundantes!! Calidad precio genial!!

The place is very clean, with kind waiters. The meat tastes very good, as well as the bread :) the price is cool too. Worth the visit!

Best kebab ever i eat in my life. It was really perfect food and very good service and fresh salad, nice big tv with hd channels, very good atmosphere, perfect chilli and garlic sauce, i definetly go back...

Came here by chance and ordered a Lamb Shish kebab and a coffee, they provided waiter service and brought the food and coffee to the table. The coffee was ok, but the kebab was tremendous (as was the accompanying chilli sauce). The salad, with the fresh tasting meat and chilli sauce was a great combination and it was one of the best kebabs I have had for a while. What I liked about it was the salad was chilled and fresh and the meat (plenty of it) was clean tasting and not tough. Great meal, I was last in and they were obvioulsy hanging around to get me to leave, but it was not intrusive. Will visit again when passing.

Nice food for small price. If you dont have so much time, the best kebab is a goog choice. Take care about the time, it is used to be closed at 10pm.

Besuche das Restaurant mittlerweile regelmäßig, wenn ich geschäftlich in London bin und ich bin einfach nur begeistert! In dem recht unscheinbar wirkendem Laden werden nur frische Produkte verwendet und auch das Fleisch zeugt von hoher Qualität. Besonders empfehlen kann ich das Kalbsspieß! Besseres kenne ich nur aus der Türkei! Auch das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf jeden Fall ein Muss, wenn man in der Nähe ist!
