Simplemente deliciosas. Lástima no haber comprado la caja grande. Las probamos con helado y solas. Estaban buenas de ambas formas, pero el helado les roba el merecido protagonismo a las cookies.

A friend and I visited the bens cookies in Covent Garden as we were in London on holiday and I'm so so sad they don't have them in ireland 😢 because I dream of these cookies most days they are absolutely unbelievable like genuinely the best cookies I've had in my life so much so that a we went back twice so so so so good highly highly recommend ❤ 😊

Ben’s Cookies is the best dessert in Covent Garden! I recommend trying the macadamia nut cookie and also the praline. They are perfect to get a couple and half them with someone, or eat on your own!

Small stall for grab and go. Great for an after dinner dessert! Enjoyed the cookies. They were chewy in the middle and a little crispy on the edges. Nice and chocolatey!

We came across these cookies in Covent Garden. We got a Ginger Cookie & Chocolate & Ginger Cookie. They use large chunks of ginger which make the cookies so much more flavorful. Next time we’ll try more flavors.

The outside part of this cookies shop is really interesting. The cookies themselves are nice although you should not take too many of them (sugar).

Perfect cookies! Triple chocolate were freshly refilled- chocolate still melty. Plus I tried a vegan chocolate one which was so tasty too. It was about 6pm when I visited which was a busy time, but the queue cleared quickly. Perfect theatre snacks

I have been a Ben‘s customer for many years in Asia ((Seoul and Bangkok) with no expectation than buying my cookies from the Cocent Garden shop. The staff, especially the manager shines through unfriendliness and being unprepared. Entering at 1005am (the shop is due open at 10am), you expect all cookies being ready. However variants are missing, and when asked how long it takes: comments like „we just opened the store!“ comes from the manager‘s mouth. I think every ordinary baker wakes up early to be ready when customers enter your store…. but apparently Ben‘s guys do not need to… too bad for the experience.

Love these cookies, as do the whole family! Small outlet right in the centre of Covent Garden. Great for a snack.

So many to choose from so ended up picking 7 different kinds for £9 which I thought was very good. Served by a lovely guy who was very patient with us whilst we decided. They were packaged beautifully and honestly they are gorgeous! Saved some...

The soft kind! They’re super nice! We got a mixture of 4, would highly recommend, especially the cranberry and white chocolate and the hazelnut. We went in the pouring rain and they were 100% worth it!

Honestly can’t complain about Ben’s Cookies! Good quality baking, lots of choice of flavours, good service and always a quality experience. The deals on the ‘Ben’s Boxes’ are great too for treating the family.

You can't fault them. This was my first time visiting this branch located in the Covent Garden piazza. It's a very tiny branch with no seating so get your cookie and go! They serve hot drinks as well. Big range of cookies so take your time to decide. Suggest eating the cookie straight away whilst it's soft and warm. Melts in the mouth. A little piece of heaven! I had the white chocolate and cranberry cookie which was lovely. It was a bit too sweet but more a preference! Highly recommend. Clean branch and fast service.

Visited the Covent garden store yesterday and despite being busy we were helped by friendly staff. Got a box of 10 (which gets you 5 free!) And they are delicious! Will definitely be another stop next time I'm there!

OK I have to admit a weakness here for cookies and especially Ben's Cookies, which I've gone to in both Hammersmith and Cambridge as well as this branch and it never disappoints. Favourites include oatmeal and raisin as well as white and milk chocolate varieties. Yum.

Bens cookies are the best one can eat . The freshly baked cookies are a delight and the dream come true for all the cookie lovers . The variety and combination is mind blowing . My favorite is white chocolate chip . The oatmeAl raisin , double chocolate chip come next . The trendy oxford street is ideal location for a traveler who needs a refreshing energy giving treat . The prices are high £1.80 / for eCh or if you wish to have more then 6 then the a coolie comes free . The only disturbing and odd thing is that if cookies are being taken out - you can not request for a warm cookie . I wanted it slightly warm cookie on a freezing windy day and since they were taking out the tray from the oven after the freshly bs,Ed coolies were to be emptied - I was refused the warm cookie because the employee / worker said it is against the company policy to serve hot cookie . I ordered 4 cookies to take it home to wRm it before eTing . There is no seating . Generally crowded . There are tea abs coffee to accompany your treat but , you need to pay extra . StFf is inconsiderate , insensitive and seemed rude . But , all for a good taste of the best great cookies in London .

Ben’s Cookies is the perfect post-dinner dessert spot, or even a middle of the day pick me up snack! The line down the street was well worth the wait— we loved our double chocolate and milk chocolate chip cookies! The cookies were fresh out of the oven and the cookies paired with a cup of milk created perfection. An amazing warm snack to have in the cold fall weather.

Espectacular la galleta que me comí la de chocolate negro , después de hacer algo de fila me pedí solo una galleta porque solo quería matar un poco el hambre , que error , después de comermela me di cuenta que tenía que haber comprado bastantes más , blandas pero crujientes y rellenas de un chocolate buenisimo, en definitiva que me he enamorado de este sitio

Ben's cookies zijn overheerlijk, laat daar geen twijfel over bestaan. Het meisje dat ons op 15/8/2019 in Covent Garden bediende was echter zeer onvriendelijk, en gooide de doos met koekjes letterlijk op de toonbank, waar hij gelukkig net niet afgleed. Nooit meer in Covent Garden voor ons. Misschien kan management beter wat meer toezicht houden.

The cookies are yummie. Had the chocolate and orange and also the dark chocolate. Need to be eaten straight away whilst warm (my excuse!). Coffee was reasonably priced and good.

Este fue el único establecimiento de dulces al que fuimos un par de veces durante nuestra estancia en Londres. Las galletas están riquísimas, con bastante variedad dentro de una base de chocolate, vainilla y frutos secos. El tamaño es bastante grande, llenan mucho. Se puede ver cómo las hacen en el local. Como punto menos positivo diría que no dispone de mesas para sentarse, es un establecimiento de comida para llevar. El precio está bien para el tipo de producto que ofrecen. Si vuelvo a Londres, volveré a por otra galleta seguro.

Always go here on a trip to Covent Garden. The cookies are always absolutely delicious and best when straight from the oven as they are gooey! Love the chocolate orange and white chocolate but all taste fab. They bake throughout the day so there’s always an amazing cookie smell outside

The most incredible cookies. I love the white chocolate ones and either go for the plain white or with the macadamia nuts. They’re very different from normal cookies but I love how ooey and gooey they are. I was lucky that mine came straight out of the oven. Delicious!

We visited Ben's Cookies on Carnaby Street and HAD to come back the next day when we were in Covent Garden! This place is delicious and very reasonably priced too. It's located almost immediately in front of you as you walk through the main entrance to Covent Garden. The cookies are incredibly addictive, and the 'Cookie Monster' (Cookie + Gelato!) is even more so. Will definitely recommend here to people travelling to London!

Always walked past their store in NYC and resisted going in, but "on vacation", went in to this location. Was not disappointed!! Their triple chocolate chunk was absolutely delicious and so soft!! If there's a line, it's worth the wait (and moves quickly)

Ben's cookies didn't have a huge selection of cookies but the ones it offers are really delicious. I bought white chocolate chunk cookie and it just melted in my mouth. You could taste the freshness. My wife had triple chocolate chunk which she enjoyed but for me it was a bit too chocolatey.
