Where do I start, the service was amazing as soon as we walked through the door. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Food was incredible all the meat was soft and just fell apart and super fresh, not one thing I could complain about will definitely be coming back.

This place is worth the price. We ordered meal for 2, we replaced the chicken korma with special biryani and it was really very delicious. Everything was great and the staff was also very nice and polite.

Very good and authentic food and the best service!

Well we hadn’t planned eating out but the hotel kitchen was shut when we arrived. Hotel recommendation so we thought we would give it a try. The food was amazing the best garlic nan bread I have had, the chips were lovely and fresh and the curry was amazing. The staff were super attentive so polite and engaged in conversation. Great value for money would defo visit again if I was staying I. Llandudno x

Worst restaurant , worst service and worst and rude staff

We eat here every time we visit Llandudno, and ate there three times in one week when we stayed on holiday!! The food is delicious, the staff are friendly and attentive, quick service, the prices are competitive. We have never been disappointed with the food and/or service, and can't wait to eat here again on our next visit to llandudno 👍🏻

We’ve eaten here twice now during our weekend stay. The food is incredible! Would highly recommend the mix grill and the curries are authentic and they taste out of this world! The staff are very accommodating Rayhan, was our waiter and nothing was too much trouble for him. We can’t wait to come back and visit again! Thank you making our stay so special ❤️

Fantastic foods quality very good

Got stomach ache straight away. Firstly we order papadum which was not fried well and could taste uncooked oil. Secondly we order 2 curry's which was again not cooked properly but as it was severed into our plate we didn't ask for replacement and got stomach ache. Can see dishes which were not washed properly. And few of the staff were rude. Just wasted £26.50. IMPORTANT- Naan was not fresh. Food was not fresh and made with all packed tin. Please avoid this restaurant.

Great atmosphere but a little too busy, waited ages for food and it was very very hot. Much more than I am used to.

Lovely food, reasonable prices, extremely helpful, happy and friendly employees, very considerate! My daughter is a very picky eater and they improvised a dish for her and she loved it! Visited whilst on holiday with family and would definitely go again!!

Amazing experience we went their for our anniversary dinner and the staff were so kind they brought us cake and candles and played a lovely song on the background the food was amazing we ordered alot but it was nice thankyou so much to all the staff their to make our anniversary memorable

Nice place, food was nice and tasty and well cooked. Didn't blow my mind but was nicer than most around this area. Service was attentive and polite. Feels like an 'old school' curry house to me rather than a contemporary one, butz that's not always a bad thing.

I have just been to Bengal Dynasty & had a very pleasant experience. As it is a Saturday it was extremely busy with bookings, but they managed to sort us a table very quickly. The food & service were top notch. Keep up the good work, we will definitely be back. Myself & my partner both have mobility issues, but it was worth going up all the stairs for our meal. Thank you.

Frm the start the politeness of the staff was very good.. We had an appetiser a starter and a main. The pacing with each course was very well paced. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty. Really nice food, great portion sizes and very well cooked and presented. Quite a spacious restaurant but the stairs are a bit steep. The staff are helpful and friendly. Service wasn’t super speedy, but not too slow either.

Delicious food and good behaviour........

I've been coming to the Bengal Dynasty for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! The food really is excellent and I'm really safely looked after as a coeliac. Munna and his team always make us feel really welcome and the service is great.

We have been here before and love the food. We booked late but they managed to accommodate us. Staff were welcoming, friendly courteous and helpful……. We had set meal for two, and thoroughly enjoyed it, we were not rushed, and had lots of time to relax in between courses. We have booked to come back tomorrow and bringing friends. Thankyou for a great evening.

What a beautiful restaurant staff were friendly and very efficient, nothing was to much trouble for them,we had the set meal for 2 and it was excellent value and could not fault it at all,will definitely return when we are next in Llandudno.

We ordered a takeaway through just eat at half 8. After an hour (after after the latest estimated delivery time) we phoned the restaurant to ask after our order. We were told that the order has already been collected by the delivery driver. 15 minutes later we still hadn't received it and phoned back again. The same member of staff confirmed that the order has been sent and we would need to apply for a refund through justeat. About an hour later the just eat app updated us to say the driver was at the restaurant. We called the restaurant who confirmed that the order was just now ready for collection and that the driver was there. We asked why they had lied about the delivery already being sent. They didn't have an answer, so we asked them not to send the order out as we had already ordered somewhere else due to it being 2.5 hours from ordering. They agreed they wouldn't send it but ten mins later the just eat driver arrived with the food. Will never order from here again, I don't understand why they needed to lie about the food being sent.

The food was lovely… when we got it. The waiters were inattentive which ended up in me and my partner having to wait upwards of 45 minutes for our mains, and another 20 to get noticed for the bill, followed by the waiter forgetting and us having to wait another 20 mins for the bill to come. Even more, we had only eaten half of what we got so we asked for it to go, only for one container to be given containing one of our half eaten curry, however, my partner is vegetarian and i am not, which resulted in the two curries being mixed meaning he couldn’t have it. Overall, nice food but wouldn’t come back due to poor service and an overall waste of money considering we couldn’t take what we paid for home.

My husband and I stayed in Wales for our silver wedding Anniversary celebrations. What a way to start the weekend off by a superb meal at this restaurant. The staff couldn't do enough for you, the food and service was excellent and reasonably priced. We will most definitely be returning on future holidays!

Ordered from here while having a couple of night stop over. I have to say the curry and pilau rice were lovely. Plenty of taste, not laced in garlic and no awful after tastes, it was spot on. I would definitely go here again

Went in for an evening meal and this place was wonderful! All staff members we spoke to were very friendly and polite. The decor is modern and fashionable, and it has a great atmosphere. The food was really amazing, and the best Naan I've ever had, yet the prices are similar to lots of takeaways, so very much well worth a visit. If you drink, they have a great selection of alcohol to go with your meal, which is a great bonus. Thank you for a great evening Bengal Dynasty team! Wish I'd taken pictures!

Was so glad we decided to go to Bengal Dynasty. It was 1st class. Got a lovely bay window seat. Staff were amazing. Very welcoming. I got Lamb handi. One of the best I've had. Full of fall apart Lamb. Taste was gorgeous. Wife got chicken tikka Dansak. She loved it. Large portions. Definitely highly recommended.

First time EVER trying Bengali food! Service was solid; our waiter was good at recommending dishes according to spice tolerance. My curry was nice and mild, and overall, a top curry spot in Llandudno.

We were in Llandudno and was very happy to see a authentic Indian restaurant for dinner , but it wasn’t a very pleasant experience unfortunately, taste of curries was quite underwhelming and everything was on a sweeter side . We ordered chicken tikka masala Chicken biryani And chicken handi Only biryani was bit good that we all had to eat that . Price was fine but price of naan bread us unnecessarily overpriced. £3.50 for a naan is quite reasonable and it was a standard size naan . Staff was welcoming and helpful though.

Dead flies accumulated on the ledge in the restaurant. Staff nice. Small portions, expensive food. Hygiene is disgusting. Would not recommend.

Pleasant place for a curry on a Friday evening. Two of us visited & didn’t book, but got a window seat immediately. Friendly & efficient staff. Everything nicely presented & the food & wines were excellent. It’s located up stairs just off the main shopping street. There’s usually free parking after 7pm in the high street.

Came here for a birthday meal and left disappointed & dissatisfied. For the overall price paid, the portions and taste was underwhelming - most of the dishes ordered tasted sweet. We asked the staff for extra cucumbers for our child and the lady gave me 3 pieces on a plate. Staff were friendly and pleasant, however hygiene standards in the entire restaurant need to be improved!

Probably the best meal, combined with brilliant service, we've had in all our 9-day stay in Wales. The ambiance is exactly as u desire from a Bengal-style restaurant and the food is amazing. The staff was super helpfull and made our evening even greater. Thank you so much!

Very good quality Indian food, friendly staffs, tasty food, Especially in this location , it’s hard to find a place to eat halal food so you might have to book early or wait for table as it’s a very busy place. We had to wait for table but it was worth waiting. it was a good pick for our family. Definitely recommended to visit this place, you won’t be disappointed, I promise.
