Amazing food. Had a brilliant birthday dinner with friends. Ate far too much! :) delicious, food, great service. looking forward to visiting again next time we are in Liverpool.

First time at this restaurant but will definitely be returning. From entering the door to leaving, the staff were attentive, friendly and happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Sofie and Grace who made our visit extra special just by being so lovely. The food was delicious ( I had the pan fried sea bass). My husband said all the meats were cooked to perfection but he especially raved about the chicken and sausage. All the sides were generous portions. I had a martini espresso which was the best I’d tasted. The restaurant was spacious and light and the toilets clean.

Wonderful experience from the attentive Chicago Steve at the entrance to the servers upstairs. Delicious food , prompt service, great atmosphere.

Pre booked sitting for 7.30pm. On arrival place looks great. Very welcoming. Sat at table, ordered drinks and then ordered side dishes. Meats come one after another at a bit of a rush of which, is a bit over facing at first till you turn your red/green card to slow the pace down. Stews were very tasty but, far too salted. On receiving the bill it states that there is an optional service charge of 10% which came to £7.93. The manager asked for my card to scan it himself and obviously clicked on the yes/no for the service charge which was not appreciated by us as. the bill was already £79.30. Would go again but, do not fall for this scam. Make sure you see the card reader on the table. The overall experience was good. The venue was great. The general service made you feel a bit rushed but, good.

Great food great atmosphere great staff

The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was also great. I left 3 stars just for the food. We were visiting this place 2 times this year, and they didn't have cheese bread both times. Chicken hearts were so dry 😩 and in general food wasn't great compared with previous years.

It was a faultless restaurant in all aspects! The variety and the quality of the food were superb, and the staff was friendly and precise in the way they communicated with clients. They have a good bar too, the cocktails were great. In a few words, an elegant and friendly atmosphere for a very logical price, very clean too. We'll probably become regulars

We were greeted by the very friendly front of house staff victor, he talked us through the process and gave fantastic recommendations for beef stew and polenta and caprese salad which were 3 of the tastiest dishes we had. We also had the opportunity to be served by the lovely gilson who gave us plenty of beefy reasons to stay, the beef in particular was very juicy, gilson was very accommodating to our medium rare request, the front of house server victor gave us lovely traditional deep fried banana it really was soothing after all the good food. Staff 10/10

Jetzt muss man alles separat bestellen und die Serviceleute halten das Rot/Grün System nicht mehr ein. Es fühlt sich an wie eine schnelle „Abfertigung“ damit man das Restaurant schnell wieder verlässt und das Personal neue Gäste „abfüllen“ kann. Die Preise sind mittlerweile auch übertreiben für die Qualität! Werde in Zukunft andere Restaurants bevorzugen

Went here following what we had heard from various people. For our experience it was just OK, would we go back - Im not sure. We told that we could have the table (7 people) for two hours 7 till 9pm on a busy weekend....

It was Christmas Day, Bem Brasil Liverpool had a Christmas Menu (unlimited meat, sides, glass of fizz and free desert) for a very reasonable price of £49.75 per person a great deal, or so we thought. The 2 of us arrived right on time and were seated in a corner of the restaurant which seemed ideal until later. Drinks order taken along with sides, all arrived well (with the exception of the fizz that never did arrive). The meat and sides started to come, fairly constant service of good quality meat. You have a 90 minute allocated time to eat as much as humanly possible, we became full around 60 minutes and began trying to gain attention from the waiting staff for the desert menu (which was included), 3 times we were promised a desert menu and 3 times and 30 minutes later no menu appeared just staff bypassing us each time. It occurs to me now that sitting that far away was a recipe for disaster, as the staff circulated they were being caught by other customers before getting to us and prioritising the larger tables (typical) so we were missed out every time. We decided to forgo the free desert and leave, upon doing so we were informed that the desert menu wasn't being given out and they would recite it to me (at the till heading out) and we could return to our table to receive it (when, who knows), we declined and requested the bill for a second time. Upon inspection of the bill an optional service charge had been added, in the order of 10%, having not received the best service (or indeed any for a prolonged period) this was requested to be removed, sparking a shocked look and a huff from the staff member who was forced to go and locate a manager to fulfil this request. Another prolonged wait this time stood at the bar to ensure the staff did in fact return. The manager came over very apologetic, removed the service charge and complimented a small proportion of the bill (drinks), very appreciative of this although it did little to make up for a completely ruined experience. Bem Brasil has gone from one of my favourite restaurants to one of my most detested. I shall not be returning after being a loyal customer for around 6 years, will miss the food only nothing else.

They do timed seating where you only get 1.5 hours ..I had to wait 22 minutes before I even got a plate so I could get food.

Haven't been here for a few years; it's changed from helping yourself buffet style sides to ordering at the table; which I prefer. Service was excellent; they helped choose non alcoholic cocktails and drinks. Wonderful meal; the different meats are very tender and tasty; a great variety of sides to choose from; the sweet potato mash is superb service & we finished with a Tia Maria coffee which was a real treat.

my first ever review, I came in Saturday night with a friend looked forward to it all week, it was awful for the price all the meat was far too salty every mouthful was just salt nothing more, the fries and pitatas Barvas ever the only things seasoned correctly, £90 for three sides and some salt meat is a joke of a price we left most of what we ate in a bowl

Great atmosphere, and the really friendly staff made our 70th birthday dinner special. Every member of staff made us feel welcome, and took time to explain how the Rodizio system worked. Really tasty side dishes and excellent meats. Would definitely go there again.

Great food, nice vibe, good value

Visited for Lunch today and was very impressed with the decor straight away. I was greeted warmly by my server who's name was Kirsty and as it's an all you can eat restaurant, she fully explained with a lovely smile how every thing works, how to order, the difference between sides and the main meat courses that just keep coming as long as your green table token is visible. You can stop it for a breather by flipping it over to red. Sides are ordered from a large selection of hot and cold from the menu and delivered to your table. Then the Carving Man comes to explain what meat he has brought including seasoning and flavour and away you go. Once you finish your sides you can order more and choose different ones and the Carving Man just keeps coming with different styles and flavours of various meat including Beef, Pork, Gammon and Chicken. Everything was well cooked and presented and the service from Kirsty was excellent with nothing being too much trouble no matter how many questions asked. I would happily recommend this great restaurant and look forward to going back and trying the evening meat selection where there is even more options and flavours to try. The prices are reasonable and cheaper at lunch time. Thank you for a great experience.

We were visiting Liverpool and discovered a very nice place to eat with lots of good quality bbq types of meat (lamb and cheese steak were my favorite), lovely salads (cooked and fresh) as well as side dishes. And an amasing after taste - that bbq cinnamon pineapple was a revelation - honestly, super scrumptious, a perfect end of great meal. It's great for kids too, lots of not spicy dishes to choose from. And you don't think about bill as you pay a fix price, kids under 11 eat free, very convenient. Staff is very nice, friendly and attentive! Highly recommended!

Chegamos de uma experiência maravilhosa do Bem Brasil de Manchester e ficamos bastante decepcionados com o de Liverpool. Fomos esquecido por 30 minutos, somente com as bebidas. Depois desse tempo chegaram as guarnições e a garçonete nos falou que tinham perdido nosso pedido na cozinha. Carne, vimos muito pouco. Passaram em nossa mesa umas 5 vezes, com alcatra mal passada ao extremo (2), frango e linguiça (2). Como não vinha carne, solicitamos mais guarnição, Porém, demorou tanto a chegar que pedimos a conta e fomos embora. Pagamos £65 e ainda tiveram a cara de pau de cobrar a taxa de serviço. Péssima experiencia, não merece o nome de churrascaria.

A return visit and we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and although very busy, kept their level of politeness and professionalism up. The central buffet bars have now gone post Covid and you can order unlimited sides from the menu. Then the meat starts to arrive on the famous long skewers. All very tasty ad fresh. The pineapple and cinnamon was also a lovely treat. Would recommend.

My first time dining in Bem Brasil, and it will definitely be a regular visit on future trips. The food and service was top notch. Super choice for sides and the most delicious meats carved and served at your table. I loved every bite but special mention to the most exquisite pineapple in cinnamon, a taste sensation. Staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond.

Food was stunning, but too much even for a gutsy like me. When we got there I thought £35 was a bit pricey, but for what you get, it's great value. I'd highly recommend giving it a go, but beware of the spicey beef !! Phew

This is my favourite place on earth. I genuinely take everyone here when friends / family come to visit or when asked for recommendations etc. This is a “Buffet (All You Can Eat)” style restaurant where you choose two + sides of your choice to accompany your meal. The staff walk around with a selection of meats for you to try and you can try as many meats as you can physically stomach. The food is honestly delicious and the staff here are the most friendly, open, lovely group of people and I cannot recommend this place enough. Honestly love everyone who works here and wish more people came to this place as it is truly exceptional and I cannot praise it enough. PRO TIP: Get the black beans and the rice as your sides and TRY THE WARM CINNAMON PINEAPPLE - honestly life changing <3

Beautiful restaurant clean and nice setting. Food is amazing fresh hot and unlimited supply of meat. Staff go above And beyond for you and keep you supplied with food big thanks to Victor for looking after us on every visit. Recommend this restaurant for value and quality.

I have been in this restaurant just once, the food is average, when compared with other Brazilian restaurants in town,  the staff is very friendly, just the service is a bit slow for the buffet concept.

The service was fab and food was amazing!! The meats was really teasty and the selection of sides was unreal! I was there with my kids and the staff was really good towards them, especially the lady on reception Sam, that was incredibly nice and sympathy and Jaden who was serving the meat and my son who is autistic said he was the really kind! I definitely recommend the place for family meals.

We came in late as everywhere else they were closing, we tried as we were passing by and we were so lucky that they accept to serve us and were extremely welcoming as soon as we came in. The vibe and the atmosphere of the restaurant is simply amazing, it is a huge place full of life and a beautiful decoration and lights, it is big but cosy and has a warm ambience. The facilities were clean and the service it was exceptional, we had the rodízio for four and left extremely full of so many meats, good quality meats and full of flavour, we had as well a bunch of small sides to go with the meats which were also delicious and properly cooked. The drinks were great and had plenty of cocktails available, the prices aren’t extremely cheap but it was worth to come and try this taste of Brazil in Liverpool.

En svært så middelmådig opplevelse til skyhøye priser. Her kan du ikke velge en eller to retter fra menyen. Neida, du blir påtvunget en endeløs rekke med kjøttretter, noe velsmakende og bra, men mye tørt og kjedelig. Pølse, lammekjøttet og kyllingen var godt, resten kunne ha vært utelatt. Tilbehøret eller sideorder kunne man egentlig bare ha droppet, og ikke minst kunne man ha vist prisen per rett. Servicen fra de som leverte kjøttstykkene var effektivt, altfor effektivt, de ble levert i et hesblesende tempo jeg aldri før har opplevd i en restaurant. Det føltes som å løpe et hekkeløp der hekkene kommer bardus på deg hele tiden. Servitørene som skulle bringe drikke til bordet, glemte gang etter gang rødvin vi hadde bestilt. Var alt bare dårlig da? Neida, er du kjøttelsker på din hals og skjønner systemet med den grønne og røde brikken som symboliserer at de kan ta pause i serveringen, kan det være noe. Noe rot med regningen, men det ordnet seg raskt.

Not a good experience I’m afraid! Despite the meat being delicious, the service was slow from the bar and aside from the man bringing us the meat, the table service was also poor as we felt forgotten by the staff as they cleared up from a huge party behind us. Not worth £185 for food and just one drink each for a family of four.

Great food and value for money . However, service let down the score ever so slightly . Sauces forgot about (had already been served about 6 meats) sides missing . Had to go to the bar to ask to order drinks . These errors could be that we where a large table . However there should of been enough staff to cater for a table of 10 .

Fantastic experience here. Staff were excellent, incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly explaining how the ordering works. Lots of sides to choose from and lots of choice of meats brought to your table to try. Not just steak but gammon, chicken, lamb and sausages. I like steak on the rarer side and servers were happy to accommodate, Would also highly recommend the pineapple with cinammon, very fresh and tasty. Good wine list as well as cocktails. We ordered the Malbec which went very well with the meats and was very smooth. Make sure you arrive hungry as you can eat as much as you want.
