Belushi's - Greenwich in Greenwich

A nice pub on the high street not far from the train station. We stopped here for a quick drink and got 2 diet cokes for £4.20. They have loads of TVs with all different sports on as well.

It was great. However, the table football table needs balls.

Half the people in here today are not drinking, a number of them are taking up a table by themselves and the staff don’t care. Along with the guys behind the bar clearly not caring about service, this place has gone way down hill.

If you are a football fan, this is your place!

A Saturday evening to remember. If you're looking for a little entertainment early Saturday evening this is such a great place. A karaoke with a twist. A very talented musician plays guitar while you sing your chosen song 🎵 how cool is that.

Pub next to Greenwich Station. There are various beers, there are also snacks (I haven't tried them). The pub itself is kind of bland, the benches outside are falling apart and it's scary to sit on them. You can come for a beer, but there is nothing special.

Very lovely staff, good accommodation to me and my family, lovely tall young man with the hat made me an excellent cappuccino. Will be coming back here for the food again! I will recommend the cauliflower bites.

I popped in here to meet someone at about 5:30-6ish the place was super quiet apart from the group of girls who were so drunk one of them threw up.

Amazing bar, great security guards and great staff, they were just amazing, I can’t fault them. The tunes were great, the atmosphere was great, I can’t fault anything. It was a last minute unplanned trip for my bestie’s birthday and I would definitely return!

After a particularly long and difficult day, I met a colleague and friend (who’d had a similar day) for supper. I love this place as it’s calm and has quiet nooks where you can hide and just chat quietly. We ordered off menu - it was a burger kind of a day - and our wonderful waitress Jennifer looked after us brilliantly. Great menu, obviously excellent wines to choose from and a wonderful hug of a restaurant on a cold wet evening.

Saturday afternoon not a single ale available on tap. No wonder the place is empty. Poor management! And further to your response below - neck oil - off, gamma ray - off, Brixton pale - off so not a single draft ale available. I’m sure your customers would appreciate a more truthful response from management

Muchos y digo varios porque las noches que estuve, muchos de los hospedados fumaban marihuana en los baños todo el tiempo y no si quiera votaban los envoltorios, hasta descarados, por otro lado en la cama 4 la noche del 5 de noviembre 2023, demasiado agresivo patio los camarotes o literas porque no podía dormir, desagradable y muy muy pesado el ambiente lamentablemente, un buen lugar pero las personas que se hospedan, de poco gusto, muy adictos y viciosos la mayoría, sin comprar y sin querer marihuana, me olí la que nunca en mi vida, por otro lado, la noche que me hospede un tipo estaba acostado en mi cama y se enojo porque nadie tenía control y ponían una media en el piso de la puerta para que no se cerrará, fue una experiencia peligrosa y desagradable,.ya que tienen el control sobre el nombre y sus pagos deberían penalizarlos en los demás hospedajes, pasar los nombres entre las líneas de hospedajes y nunca más volverlos a recibir por mal comportamiento y dejar el nombre del hospedaje por el piso La cafetera estaba dañada y a nadie le preocupaba A excepción de quién me recibió, todos dignos de ser ingleses, poco cordiales y poco amables, muy fríos y mecánicos Una experiencia poco recomendable

Sunday evening, arrived 7.30 and first comment from waiter was that the kitchen closed at 9. Chose a quiet corner - uncleared table next to us. Food arrived, my linguine luke war, and peas like bullets. Friends food also not hot. Did not complain as I could not on that occasion cope with that. Of 2 rose wines by the glass, the first and less expensive was “not available”. Had to pay neatly £10 for a still very ordinary tasting rose. Asked if we wanted desserts as the kitchen would be closing soon….we didn’t. Asked if we wanted more drinks at 9.02 and asked for coffee, to be told that “the coffee machine has closed at 9”! This used to be a good place to go. Would not go again based on this.

Hard to be acknowledged to order for a drink. The other reviews about poor customer service resonates with my experience. Ordered a birra moretti and it is of bad taste and flat.

Good place to watch sports. They have a myriad of TVs with a great selection of sports on. You'll be spoilt for choice in that regard. Dropped a star as they had no food service on which meant I couldn't eat anything there as originally planned. My friend who I was with was there the week or two before told me that the Chef was also AWOL the week or two before also. Shame, but it did mean that I was able to get some food at the food market instead!

Caught them not putting alcohol in the drinks yet they denied it. Absolutely rude staff will never return!!

The Sunday roast was very good. It was high quality and perfectly sized. Once ordered it arrived promptly. The wine list is also strong and offers an above average number of wines by the glass. The service sadly was very slow. I was in no rush but it took an hour after my main meal was served to be offered a dessert. The restaurant wasn’t packed so I only assume due to staff shortages. That aside I would return as the quality of the food and wine was superb.

After waiting nearly an hour for food whilst the restaurant was barely busy we received half of our order, cold. Not to mention one of the items was incorrect and half the order was forgotten, only for more food to be brought out, even colder. They completely forgot about us and thought it would be fine to serve the food they made 30 minutes ago without any apology or compensation.

Great place. Quickly served drinks and gave me my own screen so that I could watch Formula One. Superb

Absolutely outstanding place to stay. The manger Martyna goes the extra to accommodate any requests, and is always at hand to solve any issues. The bar staff are fantastic always smiling and michi is always smiling and goes out her way to make your night enjoyable, the same can be said about all the bar staff. The rooms and dorms are all clean, and showers are clean. Definitely recommend this as a place to stop!

Michi the barwomen welcomed us with opened arms, very nice and polite. The service is amazing and made us feel like we were part of the belushi's family. She's makes a mean cocktail too

Hard to say was quiet looked like a sports bar but no sports on so hard to judge. As a hostel looks ok place to stay but we didnt stay there

Superb location next to public transport, & away from the crowded tourist spots by an amazingly short distance!

The only benefit was making friends at the bar due to the LONG wait. One bar staff who couldn’t care, didn’t actually provide the right drinks and left the bar unattended for 15 mins+ at a time- avoid if possible

Booked on a Saturday evening after calling to confirm they were showing f1 qualifying at 9pm only to find none of screens showing f1. Staff not available to answer queries and live music playing to almost empty place at highest volume. They did put on f1 but forgot to tell us that we would need to move from table we sat on as dj setup would need that place at 9. Impossible to hear any commentary ! Overall avoid this place if you want to go for live sports!

Lovely venue, great food, great wine. Had a 3 year old and baby. Plenty of space and good outside area for my 3 year old to burn off some steam.

We had a team meeting nearby & decided on having lunch here. Menu choice was vast but unfortunately we waited over 90 minutes for our lunch (8 people). Some food was cold & 1 of our party never received their burger as the kitchen didn’t know what it was. Manager Paul was very apologetic and told us to come back. We decided to pop for a drink same night & ordered cocktails, the bar guy was new that night and told me he had no ideas on the cocktail and my basic mojito was terrible. This place is in a prime location and has so much potential, but our experience on both visits was terrible.

This Belushie’s is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get. Some nights this place is rammed and the next it’s like a waiting room at a dentist. The music is either afrobeats/ bashment or Mr Brightside. Been coming for a couple years and never seem to work out when it’s going to be lit or not. Would benefit from events nights where people know what’s going on that night rather than pick n mix. Staff are amazing though, good place to start if you have another motive in mind on a weekend; Otherwise at 2am when the doors close you will be disappointed.

Atmosphere was spot on. The serving staff was amazing. I ordered a burger and dirty fries, with a few ammendments to the menu, and they came out perfectly. It's definitely worth a visit.

So you order, pay and tip ahead via QR code and then wait 1 hour for any food to show up... Then you ask the bartender what is going on and she says oh, you ordered a burger and we are out of burger patties....like, thanks for saying something. Then you reorder something that is close to what you already paid for and when it finally comes you still have no silverware to eat. Basically you should eat elsewhere.

Wir waren dort zum Dinner. Burger, Beer und Whiskey. Alles gut, alles ziemlich lecker. Alternatives und freundliches Flair. Uns hat es gefallen. (Kleiner Hinweis: Es ist üblich, direkt an der Bar, Speisen und Getränke zu bestellen und sofort zu bezahlen, also bitte nicht vergebens auf das Servicepersonal am Tisch warten ;-) das ist zu deutsch gedacht)

This place is brilliant, We went to see Post Malone at 02 and stayed in Greenwich , I went with my daughter and her friend , and we wanted tea when we arrived, saw this place and decided to give it a try, so glad we did, it felt like we had been there before , so comfortable and relaxed , it was amazing, food was fantastic and we enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch before we left on Friday. Prices were good for the food and drinks we had . The staff were friendly and hospitable and the atmosphere was welcoming. Would love to go back sometime . Would highly recommend Belushi's if you are in the area or visiting Greenwich.

By far the worst. Being robbed, both my bank cards, while sitting at the bar and being lied by all the people working there that were insisting that they checked their cctv and didn't see anyone stealing me. Still waiting an update from the police that they told me they'll also check. Really briefly my experience. But if someone who is the average bully wants to set a prank to someone the place is ideal.

Wated 15 min to be served, bar staff keep ignoring the customers. And it wasn't even busy! One customer served for 15 min, it's ridiculous! Would not recommend it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We popped in for some lunch on a Saturday afternoon and ordered 2 x ceasar salads and a chicken Asian slaw wrap. When the salads came they had no ceasar dressing and the portion looked like a side salad (pic attached - they were £10each!) and the wrap was literally leaking out purple slaw sauce as if it had been watered down, it fell apart and was impossible to eat. The staff member told us there was no ceasar dressing so we asked for a refund. The manager came over and said that there was dressing and eventually agreed to give a refund for the salads however, she refused to refund the wrap and said that was how it should look. I handed it back to her and asked her to go and take a look out the back to see if she felt it was acceptable and she didn't return. We drank our drinks, left most of the food on the table and left.

Great food & chilled atmosphere but shocking service - I had to change my order as they’d run out, then my husband’s food arrived ten minutes before mine, then they took ages to bring out cutlery and napkins, then they brought a duplicate order which had my initially ordered dish in it, then there was no opportunity to query the actual bill we ended up with and the staff seemed put out that I wanted to query it. Would recommend for a drink but nothing complicated!

After 45 mins waiting to be served,or almost asked what i want the waitress says me kitchen is closed when the manager says me i had at least 10 mins to order something...is really a shame that a bar wich is open till late closes It s kitchen so early, anyway i Saw the plates and is too much expensive for what you receive,mY they think his chef is a good chef but most of things are fried as i see on menú...or burgers... The only good staff they have is the boy with the new rocks

I came here with friends late one Friday night. We was greeted by a live singer belting out all the classics and everyone was having a good time. Getting a drink was no problem, I would definitely like to return here

Etwas andere Sportsbar, man hat kaum persönlichen Service, geht alles über die das Smartphone, von Bestellung bis Bezahlung. Bildschirme am jedem Tisch für Gruppen und eine riesige Flatscreen für Spiele. Das Essen war echt lecker, leider das Bier eher wässrig.

I've stayed at Belushi's a few times and can confirm that the bar atmosphere is ecstatic, particularly during the football seasons, it is really a good place to hang out with friends. It's also conveniently located right next to a major train station that connects you with anywhere in London and the home counties. The Cutty Sark, the Royal Maritime museum and the Greenwich Meantime are all within a walking distance. The general atmosphere of the locality of Greenwich village is vibrant and scenic. It is, however, difficult to complain about the low quality of the crowded rooms offered for accommodation, considering the "peanuts" they change for accommodation.

Staff weren’t rude but they weren’t very friendly, out of the four drinks we ordered only one person was happy. Left early and found another bar a few doors down which was much better and much cheaper.

Shocking!!!!!! Ordered food via the app then after a very long wait discovered they had no chef...management on shift did resolve after an amount of time going back and forth with staff who had no clue what to do.

Totally hopeless. Way out of their depth.

My own experience Off to a concert, popped in for food & drink ordered a pizza, they had no pizza base so fair enough, ordered a wrap, they had no wraps, so ok ordered final option we opted for, chicken strips, chips and mac and cheese bites Got our chicken strips and ate them and still 50 mins later no chips no mac and cheese, waiter was fair said I’ll offer you a shot and gave us a baby Guinness each, fair enough, nice lad doing good gesture. Waited further 20 mins still nothing arrived, waited until our absolute deadline and had to leave, offered refund, he went away for a couple minutes whilst we was stood at the bar, no return, our taxi had been outside 5 mins so had to leave and adjourn refund. Overall not a great experience at all, beers was nice, happy hours cocktails was nice, chicken strips nice, but left hungry and annoyed.

Found this pub whilst looking for somewhere else we'd been recommended. Became our lil local whilst in Greenwich.

Seems to get worse each time I visit. There are better pubs in Greenwich.

By far the worst experience i had with the hostels, music to loud till 03 in the morning and if you have algerian people descovering free wi-fi(speaking on phone till 4) your night is gone. Never comming here again.

Great stay at St. Christopher Greenwich.

Stopped the sound on the football and started playing music for the 6 people in the bar.

The atmosphere is great, especially on match days. The staff are awesome n down to earth, good prices on pints n shots. The hostel is good too, with free breakfast if paid over counter.

Beds were full of blood. Did not put together clients that match for the beds. Refused refunds when said free cancellation policy..sheets were not clean and beds not managed when guests had already left. Was depressing atmosphere.

Visited on Monday. Wasn't busy. Food was lovely hot and tasty. Reasonably priced.

It's a great location, close to the train and bus stations into Central London - Greenwich is lovely for a few days. The hostel is very well run and the breakfast was simple but enough to set me up for the day. Only downside is the rooms are a bit crowded.

Very clean. Nice staff. They went out of the way to help. Great place to stay in Greenwich which is an pretty amazing place. Beds were clean, shower rooms are especially big and clean. My favourite London hostel so far.
