Bella Napoli Pizzeria in Bexley

My mate and I just wanted a Pizza the other night. I phoned to ask if they sold wine....no was the answer, but please bring your own to drink here. We did !! The Pizzas were brilliant and tasty. The service by the boss was superb. We travel all over the world and would classify this a definite GEM !!

Twice now delivered 30 minutes late and unedible.

Went here on Sunday evening after being out all afternoon and decided to treat our 5 year old son to a pizza, Firstly cans of drink at £2.50 each and nothing for children apart from fresh orange juice or fizzy drinks. Then the server didn’t understand what we wanted to order, The people cooking the food with an AirPod in his ear and nobody wearing hair nets so wouldn’t be surprised if someone has hair in their food Asked for a kids pizza and it came out the same size as the adults and still charged for an adult price Tv in corner was playing with women dancing around in thongs and underwear Not really something to be shown on a Sunday evening When I went to pay, there was service charge on the bill and they was being quite stubborn in removing this Restaurant was completely empty If you think an authentic Italian pizza restaurant should be in welling high street then at least make it feel like you’re in Italy instead of over priced place to eat.

The most delicious, fresh, healthy, authentic pizza and salad I have eaten in years. I will definitely be returning.

I’m not sure how this is a 4.0 rating has it changed owners recently because what I got was pretty terrible! This place has produced possibly one of the worst pizzas I have ever tasted and considering this is a pizzeria and that’s the main dish and they have not mastered this it’s a real concern. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I wouldn’t say it was that cheap either for one of the worst pizzas in the world!

2 time in the raw they did the worst pizza and worst delivery ever I have experience in my live ! Never again and don’t recommend anyone to order ! The delivery man is so lazy he can’t even bring the food up making dramas of his legs are Ingrid and he can’t walk one floor up !

Awful service! Order via Uber eats 6 items. Only 5 turned up! The very rude ubereats delivery driver Seren, denied all knowledge and just yelled contact the restaurant! I phoned the restaurant and they said all items had been given to the driver. So the pizza was either given to a previous drop off, or stolen by the driver. After being left on hold while the took another order in the shop, I was promised a replacement would be sent, which never arrived! Complete joke, and awful service. They don’t care about customers at all!

I'd never tried this place before but oh my god! I won't be getting pizza from anywhere else again! The best takeaway pizza I've had ever!

Pasta cooked to death. Just tin of tomato bit of mince and thats sauce. No seasoning no herbs, waste of cash and time. Them ppl far far from Italian. Most pathetic carbonara I have ever had. No im not calling got no questions. Thank u too

Booked online through Quandoo on the Weds for Sat night dinner with friends. Got confirmation. Turned up and was told no table. I showed confirmation and was told they would make a table available in 15 mins but had to wait outside due to Covid. Was freezing so gave phone number, went to nearby pub and was told they would phone when table was ready. They never called and we couldn’t get through. Wont be returning

3 hours we been waiting for our Pizza!!! This is absolutely joke ! Been trying to ring them 45 times no one picked the phone once.

Good place to eat and good prices as well can take own bottle of alcohol and have a enjoyable evening before going off else where or home. Ashame about the prices of the fizzy drinks £2 50 just for a can I wont be getting that again 🤣 that's the only let down

Extremely clean restaurant with delicious pizzas I recommend getting no more than 2 ingredients on the pizza for an authentic Italian feel. Will be coming back soon

Ordered a medium Garlic Meat Lover pizza, a medium BBQ Meaty and two sides, BBQ spare ribs and onion rings. The delivery came quicker than estimated and was warm to hot which was good and certainly better than Dominos of Welling of late. The onion rings were well cooked and tasty but the spare ribs lacked a decent amount of meat on them and were overly garnished with BBQ sauce. The pizzas were okay, but unfortunately too salty and oily and because of this, rather spoilt the enjoyment of them. The salt content was overpowering and a shame, because good Italian pizzas are great in Italy, and you expect the same here. Daniel, Welling. Kent.

Wouldn't reccomend this place, worst pizza I have ever eaten, the place seems weird aswell.

Had a takeaway one week pizza lovely the next week it took two hours to be delivered and was stone cold when it arrived. Phone takes ages to answer or is not answered at all. When I finally got through when pizza was already 40 mins late the man said next time he would try to get it sooner. When I tried to complain about it being cold I couldn't get through. Was certainly not worth waiting for.

We were recommended this pizza place by a friend and it was the best recommendation we’ve ever had, must say the pizzas are some of the best I’ve tasted and at such low prices. Have had consistently good food from here, always on time or early and high quality and good value. We order veg hot, four cheese and jalapeno bites usually, all very good. Beware though of ordering accidentally from nearby Bella Napoli Eltham (not Welling). Totally opposite experience!

Saw advertisement offer on website , pick up collection for 15” inch - 6 pizzas for family gathering .. friendly staff. Not bad, thin crust pizza and flavours are as good as Italy. Live nearby, will order again!!

We have visited this resturant several times and have also had delivery. Each time our meals have been excellent quality, even better when you can see it being cooked in the clay oven! The staff are always efficient, the best pizza resturant around. Just holidayed in Italiy and Bella Napoli easily matches the pizzas we ate there. Came last week with friends who loved it too.

The girls insist we come here every week between dance classes. Can't get enough of the onion rings. The pizza and lasagne is the best we've ever had.

Cheap freshly made delicious pizzas. Taste is second to none and they do deals on collection. Bad side is that whenever I call for delivery they tell me delivery time is at least an hour. Sitting in is a great experience. Staff are extremely friendly and you can bring your own bottle.

Wasn’t very impressed. The pictures on here are accurate. The “wood oven” claim may be true but is absolutely wasted with dough and toppings like that. I’m not sure they know what prosciutto is. Price wasn’t too high and delivery time was very good, but we won’t be ordering again from here.

Saw the £7.99 collection deal advertised outside so ordered it online for collection, everything went smoothly and was able to pick up about 15 minutes after. I ordered the large meat pizza (thin) , I really liked the pizza and size. Great value for money and will certainly order it again.

Ordered tonight, we had a terrible experience with Pizza2nite, in Welling a couple of weeks ago.Bella Napoli offer great food, prompt delivery, on a Saturday evening. Great value. Will definitely use again. The only slight issue, with my daughter not me, the tuna pizza wasn't the most attractive pizza I have seen. I would highly recommend it.

Worst experience ever. I am vegetarian and they gave me a meat pizza. They made me wait with my young children who were very excited for pizza. They corrected the pizza but made me wait a long time, the staff looked at me with frustration, I waited for the remake pizza but it was not right in the end and did not collect and pay for the pizza. I will never return and do not recommend stay away at all costs. You will be disappointed.

Visited this place on a Friday evening with my husband and two young sons. I was surprised to see that it was empty in a Friday night but it soon started filling up,and I can see why... The service was very prompt and the food was excellent. All freshly cooked which you can see from where you're sat. The pizza was very good and they are lots of different pizzas too choose from. The sides were very generous portions. There's not much to choose from in terms of drinks but I feel that's our fault as it is a 'bring your own' restaurant. We will do that next time. We will definitely return and I would recommend. Very reasonably priced for a dinner for a family of 4.

I've only recently discovered Bella Napoli in Welling. It's just a gem of a place. I've had takeaways and I've taken friends to dine in. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. The food is tastier than any pizza I've had before, you can watch them prepare and cook it if you like. The customer service is excellent, the manager is very welcoming and friendly and it's great value for money !! It's the best place to eat pizza in my opinion.

Awful awful awful service and food. Ordered online and a 45 minute wait which is fine. After waiting just over an hour call to fund out what the problem is to be told that it'll be an hour wait - after asking for a refund and order to be cancelled get told it'll be 20 minutes as food was ready but no driver. Said this wasnt good enough as food would turn up cold to be told no no no problem. Food finally turns up (45 minutes late in the end) and surprise surprise the food is cold and pretty inedible. Will definitely NOT be back!!!!!!

Lovely food, pizza and pasta too. The sides are value for money. Used to come here a lot but now charge £2.50 for a can of coke!! Rip off and added a £5 service charge without telling us before we ordered which is against the law. I would Avoid eating in now which is a shame as i uaed to like this place a lot.

Ordered a takeaway from Just Eat, thought we would try something different to dominoes. Turned up 45 mins later piping hot and absolutely incredible and we are 4 miles away. Beats Pizza Hut, dominoes and pizza express hands down. Fresh ingredients, great flavours, great choice, not greasy. Definitely converted I won’t order a pizza from anywhere else now! Beautiful.

Couldn't make my mind up with regards to what to eat. Came across Bella Napoli, a great choice. Superb chicken wings great garlic bread and a really good pizza, don't understand why so quiet. Will definitely be back and with the family

We waited two hours for two pizza’s. They sent the wrong order, then sent it back to the shop without informing us. When we called they agreed to knock some money off the order for the wait. However when the delivery guy arrived they only had one of the pizzas and the order was completely wrong. Complete mess. Didn’t even leave us the pizza so we waited two hours for nothing. Will not be placing an order here again

Love this place. Not eaten in yet but the dough is really fresh, the toppings are far nicer than the usual takeaway rubbish and they even deliver. "Do you deliver? If so..... no liver on mine please."

I decided to treat mfself after a long day at work and decided to order from here because I know the food is nice. I placed my order at 7:30 and I was told there was a 45 min - 1 hour wait which I was fine with, after an hour I called to see where my order was and I was told 15 minutes after another hour I still haven’t got my food but I hear a car pull up so I look out the window and it’s just a car parked there so I assumed it wasn’t them and once the car left I called again and the person said to me ‘we did tell you there was a two hour wait’ which wasn’t true. Once my food finally arrived they didn’t have correct change and it turns out it was the exact same car that pulled up outside sat there for 10 minutes and left again.

Ordered 3x pizzas , 2 sides & deserts Came on time looked ok , not a lot of topping on pizza , sides were cold . Deserts were frozen could not eat cheese cake .

Walked past this place a few weeks ago and noticed it for the first time, I think it's only recently opened, noticed that it had a wood fired oven so thought it might be worth checking out. My wife and I were on a Monday night walk this week with our 8 week old baby and decided we'd take a risk (in terms of our first evening restaurant trip with a child and also as the place was an unknown) and try it out.It's one of the nicer looking takeaways in Welling, probably the best presented actually.The man serving (Ahmed I think) was lovely, he came out of the restaurant to help us in with the pram, turned down the TV without us asking and was very friendly without being too chatty/overbearing.All takeaway pizzas were £7.99 regardless of the size which is a great deal but we decided to sit in and have one fresh out of the oven.We went for Bella Luna which was delicious. I saw Ahmed (sorry if I got your name wrong mate!) rolling the base by hand and doing all the toppings. The base was thin and crispy and the toppings well cooked.We had Parmigiana as a starter which was so damn tasty that I'm definitely going back just for that. In fact I had one 2 days later at an Italian near Farringdon which was nowhere near as good.Our bill with the starter, 2 drinks and a lovely pizza was £16. Absolute bargain given how tasty it was. We were told that they are also happy for people to bring their own booze.We will be back soon and bringing friends, keep up the good work guys!

Decent pizza with fast delivery. The lasagne was delicious..really creamy. Only negative is the meat tasted of low quality, processed and artifical and should be changed. Would order again but might skimp on the meat toppings!

Disgusted. Bbq chicken wings were just about cooked, chicken had no taste just Bbq sauce squirter over the top. Everything on the pizza tasted like it has JUST been defrosted! Watery and tasteless. Nothing had an flavour. I've never seen more than 2 tables sat at in there but thought I'd give it a try never again.

Pretty delicious food overall, but the hot and sour soup was way to powerful with vinegar. Other than that, the meal was delicious. Will definitely order again.
