Delicious Gamberoni I order all the time every time we went and my husband Bolognese. I recommend Bella Italia in Crawley is the best.😋😋😋😋❤️

This was my first visit to Bella Italia in Crawley. We decided to come for an early lunch before going on to an exhibition in the afternoon. When we arrived there was only 2 other tables filled so it wasn’t busy at all. We ordered and my friends starter of Mushroom Al-Forno arrived. Only problem was that there were lots of bits of the herb (parsley?!) sticks in the sauce. By the time she finished she had a whole pile of little twigs on the side of her plate…. Easy to get these stuck so they should probably take more care pulling the leaves off. The mains arrived… but took ages. The couple next to us ordered at the same time but arrived after we did and had finished their mains before ours arrived! However the pizza and mushroom/ chicken pasta both tasted fantastic. The cookie dough dessert was fantastic too! Good food but service was painfully slow!

Having been here recently with family it wasn't great but I decided to give it a second chance for valentines night as it did used to be one of my favourite places.... so, the starter was OK. Then we were waiting a while for our mains and realised that we had been forgotten about. So we were offered a drink on the house but they didn't have any merlot wine left. When the pizzas finally arrived we were disappointed. We ordered the pepperoni pizzas and I asked for extra topping - onion and chilli. I could not taste any chilli at all. The waitress said yes it did have chili on it apparently . It was the most boring pizza I've ever had. Hardly any cheese. I only ate it all because it was so thin and had nothing on it... we finished our mains and then I asked for desert to then be told that the kitchen is now closed !

We came here the night before our holiday to New York. Godfred was absolutely amazing, such a lovely, friendly, smiley server. Nothing at all was a problem! Would come back again. Thanks again Godfred :)

We came for dinner as a “mini celebration” between me and my husband. It was a quite busy night, and we didn’t have a reservation but we were still welcomed with a smile and were given a table of our choice. Elena was our server and she was super sweet and kind and made sure that we had everything we needed and that we had a great night. Only unpleasant thing was the dessert, we got a cheesecake and tiramisu and both were very small portions. The tiramisu was dry and didn’t have enough cream. Apart from that, we had a great experience! Thank you!

We are visiting from Manchester and Bella Italia was delicious! Our server, Paulo, took great care of us and everything tasted great. We want to come back while we’re still in town. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for dinner with the family including 2 children. Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Food was lovely, we had the Gamberoni and would definitely order it again. They were running an offer for kids to eat for £1 with a purchase of an adult main meal.......what a great offer! The kids loved their meals, especially the ice creams! Made me so ill I had to leave only refunded one meal wT a joke. I didn't touch my salad and my husband now feels ill. The fumes from the paint was horrendous they obviously do not care about their customers. The place should have been closed for the night As regulars we will not return

Really nice tasty food badly let down by appalling slow service and chaotic front of house. We had a booth so we’re able to watch the queue of people coming up to complain about the service. The staff just looked over whelmed so maybe too few of them or maybe they just don’t know what they’re doing After we’d finished our mains we decided to go before our drinks actually arrived!!! By contrast we nipped opposite to wagas for dessert and drinks which was quick and delicious Bella best avoided until they sort themselves out

Popped in on our way home from Gatwick for a quick bite to eat with the kids, one of whom is dairy intolerant. Well…. We ordered fairly barn door stuff…. Two meals off the kids’ menu, an adult risotto and an adult pizza. Because of the one dairy intolerant member of the family, 2 vegan starters and 3 vegan mains were received. Thankfully my son seemed not to notice he was eating vegan cheese as we were in a rush. The garden peas I ordered for my daughter landed up being baked beans. We received an apology for the slow service as there was only one chef. It would’ve been helpful to be told this when we arrived (although to their credit, the staff did start turning people away after the chef started shouting about the volume of orders…. All audible to the customers.) The chips with the vegan nuggets were soggy and under-done and the risotto needed another hour or so cooking time, otherwise the food was fine. I landed up taking my daughter to the car to put her into PJs while my son finished his ice cream (they actually got this order correct) and while my husband was given someone else’s bill to pay. What a muck-up of a meal!

It was the best food that we had, nice customer service, we like to use the Set Menu that gives more options to the customers, tomato bruscheta with mozzarella , mushroom-al-forno, meatballs and king prawns were delicious. The decor is subtle enough to not be offensive and feels sophisticated yet not intimidating.
