I was served by Sophie very engaging really nice lady quite genuine. I have to say probably one the best services I’ve had been given to myself. Nothing was any trouble to understood my requirements. Very friendly must be really friendly very generally that’s I have to say point that out some people are fake death Sophie was not a fake person, you have a very special lady working for you guys. You should make sure you look after her. There’s not many people as good as her and also how she might make made me feel very welcoming respective.

Food was really tasty, especially pizza. Muskan was great

Visited Saturday 6th April: Our server was Sophie and she was so friendly and attentive. She always made sure we were checked on, and the service was so quick. She is exactly what you would want as the face of a customer service role! Equally the male server in the blue shirt with the glasses was so friendly, and still checked on us even when he was clearly so busy. The gluten free options were vast and Sophie made sure to check my pudding was definitely gluten free. Unfortunately me and my partner witnessed some awful behaviour from one table in particular towards the staff, and the staff were nothing but courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!

Julia has been an amazing waitress for me and my girls, she has been attentive and alert considering she seemed to be on her own! Please share this with her she’s a gem!

I've got two young fussy eaters five and under my daughter's birthday and I'm sure he's a manager or someone senior he made us feel welcome and most of all made my two-year-old's birthday amazing with his amazing singing. I had forgotten to bring a candle out with me but they had it in store, going the extra mile makes everyone's experience better. We stopped by for a quick dessert & drink tonight for our anniversary. Even though they were closing soon they accommodated us very nicely. I’d especially like to thank Muskan who was very lovely & made us feel welcomed with her warm smile.

We visited after many years and I can only say returning back brought back so many memories. The service, food and atmosphere was spot on. Extremely friendly owners/managers and attentive members of staff. Being a mummy of two my first worry is my kids and how we will be accommodated as a family. Before even asking we were led to a child friendly area with plenty space to keep my newborn parked up safely in the pram allowing her to sleep whilst I could enjoy my lunch with my hubby and 4 year old son. Overall we've left very happy and looking forward to returning soon.

The service was commendable, but unfortunately, the pizza fell short, with meatballs lacking in quality and taste. However, the dough balls were exceptional. I highly recommend opting for the pasta instead.

Great service, Julia was friendly and efficient , ably supported by Emad. Julia even took the ice out of a cocktail for one of our group.The food is fabulous. Not rushed, can take your time. Only suggestion is a hot choice for puddings.

Had an incredible time yesterday dining in for my wife’s birthday. The service was impeccable and our waitress Mitch in particular was very hospitable and courteous. Would recommend you order the Garlic Lasagne Pizza as that was extremely flavourful and a real tastebud tantaliser.

What can I say about this experience except “WOW”. A friend and I popped in for a quiet late lunch, we had very few expectations walking in, but by the time we left our lives had been changed for the better. Thanks to Julia, yesterday’s visit to Bella Italia May have been the greatest thing to ever happen to me (and I have 3 children). The service was phenomenal, her swagger was inspirational and the way she said “can I get you anything else with that” was purely sublime. 11/10 would recommend.

I placed an order and for delivery my order was accepted by the store and I was waiting for about 2 hours then suddenly my order was cancelled, I was really disappointed

Julia & a grey haired Gentlemen were looking after us today, Both were absolutely lovely couldn’t do enough & kept our very hyper 4 year old entertained each time the visited our table. Julia’s table manner was absolutely brilliant I am GM of a Bar in Hanwell W7 and was extremely impressed with how she interacted with her other team members, with us as customers and the other customers in the restaurant, what a lovely experience we had because of her this evening. Thankyou! The food was absolutely fab hats off to the chefs you had in today, All around brilliant experience.

Well the food it's uncooked very oili drink glass are not clean. I can't eat have no taste at all I asked them seafood pizza with garlic base and they send the waitress with pizza having tomato base and she said the chef couldn't make. Garlic base and he add some garlic on normal pizza .

This is the most amazing place in Uxbridge. Ticks all the boxes. Authentic Italian food. Best Pizza, best pasta and what a lovely service. Special shout out to Emad and Louise they are just the sweetest. Highly highly recommended. Can’t wait to visit again.

For my birthday I visited to have a solo date, and loved the everything. The food simple and delicious, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Visiting definitely made my birthday more special and worth remembering. It was a great experience. ❤

Visited before a cinema trip whilst the £5 pasta deal is on, sitting down was quick, but only one waitress who had many tables to take care of - probably needed more staff and most of the problems will have been solved! Orders took a while to take because she was juggling making drinks and serving food. Accommodated an allergy request with an alternate dish, but it was far too spicy that my mouth went numb! The flatbread wasn't cooked properly and was crispy rather than doughy. The lasagne was like molten after asking for the pastas to be reheated after standing under the pass for too long as waitress was talking with another table for 10minutes.

Really friendly welcome to the restaurant by the man behind the bar who seated us, and our server Maddie was absolutely amazing and paid close attention to my allergies. Even double checking one of the less common ones with the kitchen and actually stopping me from accidentally eating it in a starter as it wasn’t in the description on the menu. She was brilliant and really friendly too. Food arrived in good time and tasted fantastic. Lots of wheat (not gluten) free options to choose from.

We were a party of 6 that hadn't booked and were accommodated with such ease and kindness. Maddie was so attentive to making sure we were ok & we will definitely be visiting again!

It’s a very beautiful place, good food and good service. The manager of the restaurant is so friendly, very comfortable vibe here. The price is fair, and the decorations are cute. U can also take some nice pics here to post on ur social media.

We were mainly looked after by a guy called Emad. He was just wonderful and so attentive and caring towards us. The girls who were on shift that night too were chatting to us and checking in with us. All round, we had a really wonderful experience and the staff were just lovely. I hope they get rewarded for Christmas!

coming in the place is not too big, and the atmosphere is warm and not overwhelming, which is nice. a bit too dark though. waitress is super friendly and efficient. vegan options for everything. then the food: we ordered pasta, which came in good time but the portions are too small! the sauces are too acidic and clearly made for the british palate, not italian at all. the lentil ragu was lovely, though too spicy in a way that hindered the other flavours. in general, for what you pay the pasta is not good at all. the kids menu is great price with great portion sizes, £6.49 for smaller and £8.49 for larger portion which comes with starter, main, drink and dessert. the kids pizza was good. but they forgot to give us the kids gelato which we had to ask for when we noticed we weren’t getting it. overpriced for the small portions and pasta isn’t great at all. go if you have hungry kids and want something cheap haha. or to try the pizza, which likely won’t be as bad as the pasta 😭

My wife and I went to have an anniversary dinner as we had enjoyed two other visits previous. It wasn't at all busy, about 12/14 customers, but the waitress seemed a tad put out that we hadn't pre- booked a table. We were seated and in no time the "entertainment" started, a drunk white woman in her senior years began to abuse a table of (also) white women by calling them "white trash" and other "racist" expletives, the people she was with obviously found it amusing and it went on for an uncomfortably long time, she should have been removed far sooner and not waited until all of her group decided to leave. The food seemed to take a while to get to our table as did the drinks, some drinks were unavailable, as was a dish I ordered, so rather than 3 courses we just had a main meal and left. 1 waitress is never going to be enough.

I did not visit this place for a long time but am still looking amazing, and the disheas are tasty and delicious.

We booked a table for a large group of children during busy half term, where most Restaurants are put of with the large number of children, we always feel very welcome at Bella pasta in Uxbridge. The staff are extremely friendly. The children Thoroughly enjoy themselves and the food during lunch. Definitely a place we will return to as we always feel so welcome. Dined at your Uxbridge restaurant on Thurs 28/09 at 1930 for my wife's birthday. Restaurant was quite busy but there was only two staff on duty ( manager & waitress ) and we found out this is normal and the policy for Bella Italia. Food was ok but parts of each meal were tepid ( especially the meatballs ) whilst the pasta was hot, £8 for a glass of wine is piracy, 75p for some sauce like Tabasco is a con. When we finished we had to really work hard to attached the one waitress for our bill, when it arrived and i offered my card I was politely informed that i should have used your payment app and as I had not it would take at least 10 mins to sort this out. I replied that it was a joke. That night whilst we were home my wife was sick twice and suffered stomach cramps and Diarrhea for most of Friday 29th and although I was not sick I suffered with the same symptoms on the Friday. My wife had had Chicken Carbonara and I had tasted a mouthful as well. Returning again in a hurry is a definite no go.

I had a takeaway from here it was pasta with bacon onion and chicken but it was not tasty and looked as though it had been thrown together...Will not order again

Called in yesterday for a bite to eat. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was very nice too - and were able to make a slight change to our order too. The portion sizes were decent and very tasty. Delicious wine too. Mustn't leave it so long before we go back again.

Our experience has been fantastic and we have become regulars. The manager, Emad, is so warm and hospitable. He has made our baby feel well taken care of. We really enjoy the food too.

Emad served us and he was an absolute gentleman. Very engaging and asking our children how their school holidays are. He is always smiling and kept asking us if everything is ok. :-)

Emad (Who I’m Assuming Is The Manager) was an absolute sweetheart, The girls working there (Annabelle and Emily) were also very sweet and patient even when 2 of the people sat at our table are autistic and very difficult in the food area. The food was a very clear 10/10, I love Italian food as it is; This Bella Italia had heightened that love by 100. I was 100% satisfied leaving, so much you would have to roll me out of there.
