Amazing everything food but vegan sausage need more cooking. Only pay adults and free kids breakfast. Very nice yummy.

Not as good as it once was. Portions size has reduced alot. Also they need more staff.

Can never go wrong with beefeater. The food arrived a little late but then again there were 25 ish of us so it's excusable. Other than that, staff were lovely and very accommodating.

4 hrs on the road, pretty knackered looking for something quick and simple so walked into the Beefeater. Met up with Alskar who took our order, wow, just wow, big smiles, happy conversation and perfect service. Quite literally eased my troubles away. Food decent, beers lots of variety and decent prices for London. All in all an average Beefeater until the staff just make your day. Thanks Alskar.

We had Alskar as our server for the second time and she really made the experience and service what it was. she was patient, attentive and honest when it came to getting our food orders. my mum had an allergy and she ensured all her cutlery was fresh and food was prepared separately. She is so warm and friendly and is a reason I will be returning again for mothers day. The food was hot and really tasty and came out really quickly, would 100% recommend. I have also had their breakfast on a separate occasional which is good value for money and super tasty!

Great place for breakfast. Kids under 16 eat free with parents. Eat as much and refill hot drinks. Shame hot drinks don't include hot chocolate. Free parking for 3 hours.

I had a lovely experience at the Beefeater in Hayes. I was there on business and my host for the 4 days at dinner time was Demi very pleasant and professional made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

Food was spot on as usual stake cook exactly as order each time I have visited this establishment frequently and found the staff are curtious, friendly and polite. Even on several occasions they have been busy they are attentive well done all. last two times served mainly by demi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Rachel who was exceptionally helpful, friendly and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, couldn’t do enough well done

As usual, we had great service and lovely food. We are always made to feel welcome when we visit. Our server Alskar was amazing - a real credit to the team. Nothing was too much trouble. She made our visit even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again soon.

Visited this restaurant with my other half this morning, overall food was lovely and service was good. However we were slightly disrupted by a young girl in school uniform (couldn’t have been older than 10) running around and in and out of the kitchen. Couldn’t help but be concerned with someone that young in a dangerous kitchen environment, but other than that we have no complaints.

Food is always good and hot. The service is always good. Never have trouble getting a table.

We really wanted to eat in beefeater so went there with friend for lunch on Sunday afternoon. As soon as we arrived at the door staff/ladies didn’t seem happy and made us wait there for 2/3 mins while they were busy chatting and laughing themselves. One lady was pretending as if the place was fully booked. But there were plenty of tables, whole floor was almost empty. It’s a shame that no one showed up to those empty tables while we were still there. Service was average and food was served very late and was just okay! Never going back. Very disappointed with the staff. They should focus on service rather than judging costumers with outer looks that’s what we felt.

Found all the staff very friendly, nothing was too much for them. Very quick service and never felt rushed. Very plesent evening. Would recommend.

On my chicken melt, the cheese wasn't melted (see photo). We wanted chicken wings as a starter but were only told afterwards that they didn't have any. Our second choice starter arrived *after* our mains. The side of corn on the cob with "74 seasoning" had no seasoning, at all. The worst bit was when we asked a waiter about it, she said "they must have been all out of the seasoning" and walked off. Our main waiter then showed up later with a second plate of corn, this time seasoned as indicated in the menu... (I guess they weren't all out after all.) On the plus side my chicken was cooked perfectly. The service was just bizarre. Everyone seemed more preoccupied with catching up with their mates who were at the restaurant than actually attending to tables.

Good food at good prices, restaurant itself would warrant 3-4 stars but the service is always great and pushes the score up. We often come to this restaurant, Aiskar served us on our latest visit and as always made sure we had a lovely evening, nothing too much trouble and very attentive

Chantel took my order and was very polite the food was delicious definitely will be returning the food come out at a decent time and there was no problem with any of it very thankful for chantels service

Customer Ignorance I chose to celebrate my friend’s and sister’s birthday at Beefeater as the host. Understood it was a bit busy day but according to my understanding, still they should have treated people bit more connective manner. The lady who served us was so lovely and cheerful. I’m so thankful to her for making the dinner beautiful. Food was good. In the end, I wanted to get a picture with with my family after cutting the Bday cake, I kindly requested one of a staff members to take a photograph of all including me, he couldn’t be bothered and without apologizing, he ignored my request, I was so embarrassed in front of my friends and family. He literally left me feel ignored and customer is not really important at that time. He never came back to our table. I am working in the same industry, I understand what can be done and what cannot. I believe, it was a bad experience I had and kindly get this review as a constructive criticism…not as a complain. I don’t think that experience left good impression with me to come back to Beefeater brand again. Try to fix it. Because Beefeater brand is worth more. Vinty

This is the second time we have been to this establishment and Its very good value for money.

Service cannot fault. Clean, tidy and great Christmas atmosphere. Food was good.

If I could give 0 stars review I would! Went for lunch with friends and found a hair in my fish and chips! The staff did not care and the manager did not even apologise. Very disappointed as we have been before and the service has been great! Won’t be going there again.

We had a family lunch and Alskar was a fabulous host, she paid attention to detail, got it wrong sometimes, but had a good hearty laugh and conversation. She really made our experience.

Had the Sunday roast meal. Good value and had enough to eat with an extra helping of potatoes 🙂. Service was excellent, the lady that served us was very pleasant and welcoming and checked if we were ok regularly. Also had dessert, not as tasty as they looked, had the banana & caramel sundae but there was definitely enough for two of us sharing. Totally recommend this restaurant for the Sunday roast lunch.

Used to come here quite often mainly due to convenience, some staff are very good yet others are extremely poor. Only came here due to feeling lazy what a mistake the young waitress just strolled between tables taking orders with an "i don't need to bother and nothing matters" attitude and rarely serving anything to anyone. Nearly 40 minutes to get a drink served yet it was very quiet when we got there as only 17.55 not late into any service time this was the same for multiple tables all waiting. Yes the waitress did ask, with an attitude, if we would like to speak to the manager but we didn't bother as you could see even the manager who looked very inexperienced had the same can't be bothered attitude about her leaning against the bar or till station and just strolling about not running the shift, eventhough she did take the odd order. When is someone going to do something about this restaurant the newer younger staff are not interested in doing the job yet are allowed to bring the service levels down all the offers beefeater have are not going to change this problem get an experienced manager instead of whoever is available. Hygiene standards from the chefs is despicable no gloves, rarely cleaning hands other than on their oven cloth, wiping the hands down their jackets in full view of customers this is the standard here now for all to see. It was also good to hear the bar person who had held up the drink service so much with no effort to move himself telling an ex member of staff this is easy money, try moving yourself is what is needed We usually spend around £100-150 in here and that's with loyalty offers this time didn't even get to £50 that a lot of sales to have lost due poor attitude, lack of training and management customers were trying to order but practically no one was bothered other than the blonde European waitress who was actually doing her job, shame see wasn't serving our section.

Ideal for convenience when staying at the hotel next door, otherwise the whole experience is mediocre. Food isn't superb but it gets the job done. If you're looking to order drinks while getting food I would advise to go to the bar after your order is taken. Not only is it quicker to get your drink, you also won't be service charged for them. They separate the service charge for food and drinks here for some reason. A positive highlight would be the bar staff, good service there.
